Fondatia : Jurnal Pendidikan Dasar (e-ISSN : 2579-6194) adalah publikasi interdisipliner penelitian asli dan artikel tentang Pendidikan Dasar. Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (PGMI) Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah (STIT) Palapa Nusantara Lombok - NTB yang terbit dua kali (2x) dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret dan September. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan forum untuk pemahaman ilmiah tentang bidang pendidikan dan memainkan peran penting dalam mempromosikan proses yang mengakumulasi pengetahuan, nilai-nilai, dan keterampilan.

This study aimed to explore how "gotong royong" activities can enhance leadership skills among elementary school students, particularly in terms of collaboration, initiative, responsibility, and communication. The main issue addressed is the underutilization of "gotong royong" as a tool for developing students' leadership skills, despite its significant potential in shaping students' character and social abilities. To address this issue, the study used a qualitative descriptive case study approach, involving 30 purposively selected fifth and sixth-grade students. Data were collected through observations and interviews to assess the students' participation in weekly "gotong royong" activities. The findings show that active participation in "gotong royong" significantly enhances leadership skills, particularly in collaboration, initiative, and responsibility. However, communication skills, such as listening and responding to others' opinions, still require further improvement. The implications of these findings suggest that "gotong royong" activities can be optimized as a method for leadership development in elementary education, highlighting the importance of integrating character education and leadership training more effectively into the elementary school curriculum.

This research aims to describe reasoning abilities, mathematical connections and self-efficacy as well as the difficulties faced in solving opportunity material story problems in each category of reasoning ability, mathematical connections and self-efficacy. The type of research used is survey research with a quantitative and qualitative approach. The population of this study were all public junior high school students in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. The research sample was taken using a proportional stratified random sampling technique with a sample size of 384 students. The results showed that students' mathematical reasoning abilities were included in the medium category with an average value of 57.92 to 60.52, students' mathematical connection abilities were included in the medium category with an average value of 59.64 to 62.98, students' self-efficacy included in the medium category with an average value of 68.35 to 70.41.

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Kampus Mengajar 7 in improving literacy and numeracy of elementary school students at UPT SD Negeri 060809 Medan. The research method used was descriptive qualitative involving students, teachers and school officials. Data were collected through observations, interviews, as well as the AKM pre-test and post-test. Analysis was conducted by combining field observations and numerical data to illustrate the impact of the program on improving literacy and numeracy. Based on the AKM post-test, 137 students (76.12%) achieved the good category in literacy, while 143 students (79.45%) showed significant improvement in numeracy. The results show that the Kampus Mengajar 7 program plays a significant role in helping to improve the quality of basic education, particularly in students' literacy and numeracy skills.

This study aims to analyze and implement the Pancasila Student Profile Improvement Project (P5) through traditional arts collaboration for 4th grade students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School 29 Sunggal. This study uses a qualitative method with a classroom action research (CAR) design by integrating the West Javanese angklung game and the North Sumatran Tor-Tor dance into learning. The location of the study was Muhammadiyah Elementary School 29 Sunggal, where the study was conducted on 4th grade students of the 2023/2024 academic year from January 2024 to June 2024. The subjects of this study were 25 4th grade students of Muhammadiyah Elementary School 29 Sunggal. The results of the study showed that the P5 project improved students' understanding of Pancasila values, especially mutual cooperation and tolerance through active involvement in collaborative activities and the positive impact on students' cultural understanding and character was very visible. The evaluation highlighted the importance of adding training sessions, improving technical guidance, and integrating cultural activities into the regular curriculum. In conclusion, this P5 project has improved students' skills and understanding of Indonesian culture and strengthened Pancasila values, which have the potential to be applied to other classes in the future.

This research aims to obtain the description of classroom climate and student learning motivation, as well as examining the relationship between classroom climate and students learning motivation at SDN Sungai Raya 1. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population is 18 class IV students. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique. The data collection technique used was an indirect communication technique using a questionnaire. Determining the correlation between classroom climate and learning motivation using correlation calculations between variables. The results of the research that has been carried out can be concluded that based on the statements of students at SDN Sungai Raya 1, most students stated that the classroom climate was in the very good category with a percentage of 39%, followed by the good category at 33%, then the moderate category at 22%, and the least is in the less category at 6%. Meanwhile, students' learning motivation at SDN Sungai Raya 1 is mostly in the high category with a percentage of 38%, followed by the very high learning motivation category at 28%, then the moderate learning motivation category at 22%, and the least is the low motivation category at 11%. Data from research on classroom climate with learning motivation which was calculated using the correlation formula between variables with the help of SPSS version 20, the results were rcount 0.691 > rtable 0.468, this result shows that there is a significant relationship between classroom climate and student learning motivation at SDN Sungai Raya 1.

The motivation for the study was the importance of transformational leadership in developing teachers' work at MIN Bandung. However, there is little research on the contribution of this type of leadership in Islamic education. The purpose of this study is to examine the responsibilities of school/madrasah leaders in improving teacher performance. This study used a quantitative comparative method. The research sample consisted of 21 teachers from MIN Bandung, and information was gathered through a Likert scale-based questionnaire that measured teachers' perceptions of transformational leadership and teachers' roles, and the relationship between variables. Based on the research, the findings indicate that the transformational leadership of school leaders in MIN Bandung is in the best category, and is positively and significantly related to improving teacher performance. It can be concluded that transformational leadership is essential to establish supportive working conditions, which can motivate and encourage teachers to be more creative and responsible to ensure the quality of academic coaching in schools.

This study aims to determine the effect of Tik Tok social media on the social interaction of low grade students of madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI). The type of research used is quantitative with a survey method. The data collection technique uses questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study show that Tik Tok social media has an effect on the social interaction of low-grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). The significance value between the Tik Tok social media variable (X) and the social interaction variable (Y) is 0.002. This value is less than 0.05 (0.002 <0.05). This means that simultaneously it can be concluded that the Tik Tok social media variable (X) has a significant effect on the social interaction variable (Y). The coefficient value between variable X and variable Y is 0.247. This value indicates the magnitude of the influence of Tik Tok's social media on social interaction is 24.7% and 75.3% is influenced by other factors. The regression coefficient X of 0.530 states that for every 1% addition of Tik Tok's social media value, the value of social interaction increases by 0.530. The conclusion that can be drawn is that Ha can be accepted and H0 is rejected.

The Ministry of Education and Culture created the Independent Curriculum to provide schools the freedom to explore their capabilities in accordance with the infrastructure and resources at their disposal. In order to maximize the results, the autonomous curriculum also gives teachers greater latitude in how they present the curriculum and gives students more opportunity to reach their full potential. The following goals guided the conduct of this study: 1) To ascertain how the independent curriculum is being implemented in relation to the mindset of the class VII Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Sakra Barat, 2) To ascertain the difficulties that subject teachers encounter when attempting to apply the independent curriculum to the mindset of the class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sakra Barat. Qualitative descriptive research is what this kind of study is. Techniques for gathering data include documentation, interviews, and observation. The principal, teachers, and students of SMP Negeri 2 Sakra Barat served as the study's subjects. As demonstrated by the implementation of activities relating to the independent curriculum and teacher training, as well as the establishment of the independent curriculum as a permanent curriculum at State Junior High School 2 Sakra Barat for classes VII and VIII, the study's findings show that the school has successfully implemented the independent curriculum.

The problem based learning (PBL) model is very suitable for use in Islamic religious education (PAI) learning in schools. This PBL model links subject matter to students' daily life situations, however in its application this PBL model does not always work effectively but there are several obstacles experienced by teachers. This article aims to analyze teachers' obstacles in implementing the problem based learning (PBL) learning model in PAI learning at Darul Hikmah Pagutan Mataram Middle School. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection uses the Miles and Huberman framework by means of data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. The results of this research show that the obstacles for teachers in implementing the PBL model in PAI learning at Darul Hikmah Pagutan Mataram Middle School are hampered by the lack of facilities and infrastructure that support PBL model learning, lack of teacher readiness because they have additional duties as school administrators, limited study time, and Students' thinking abilities are not the same because each student has a different background.

This research aims to provide an analysis in the realm of planning, implementation and obstacles in the process of implementing an independent curriculum in teaching and learning activities in science or science subjects in class IV 28 Pontianak City Elementary School. This research uses qualitative research. The data collected was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects in this research included class IV A teachers and class IV B teachers. Next, the data was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique through four stages, including the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity testing was carried out using technical triangulation. This research resulted in a science and science learning planning process where an educator designs teaching modules that have been adapted to independent curriculum procedures which consist of three elements including general information, core components and attachments. In the process of implementing learning, educators have implemented a learning system based on the suitability of the learning flow available in the teaching module so that learning can be carried out based on the syntax of the learning model used. The obstacles felt by educators in the process of implementing their curriculum in natural science and natural science subjects in class IV include adapting material to learning objectives, time management in carrying out teaching and learning activities, and the availability of infrastructure, for example lack of internet or WiFi network facilities and projector.
