Abstract

Health financing often becomes an obstacle to accessibility of health services by the community. This situation especially occurs in situations where health financing must be borne by yourself (out of pocket) in the cash health service payment system (fee for service). Hypertension is a chronic disease that requires regular treatment and medication in daily basis. This causes a very high need of health services for hypertension patients. This study was a descriptive analysis using qualitative methods aimed to analyze unit costs of hypertension outpatients at Harapan Keluarga Hospital using the relative value unit (RVU) method. A total of 908 samples of hypertensive patients such as 292 (who used amlodipine and nifedipine), 64 (who used canderin, Abvask, and hyperil), 69 (who used concor and Abvask), 60 (who used hyperil, CPG, and Myonap), 67 (who used Abvask, CPG, and nifedipine), 55 (who used Abvask), 280 (who used amlodipine), 20 (who used nonprescription control). By this study, we can conclude that with a quality information system, top management can be helped in making the right decisions.

Abstract

Employee Performance is the main concern for every company, due to employee performance can be a benchmark in the success rate from a company. Therefore, employee performance is the new one of interesting topics to research. In this study aimed to examine the effect of compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance. To achieve this goal, data were collected by online survey of 150 employees. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results of this research are indicating if compensation, motivation, and job satisfaction can improve employee performance. Therefore, this research has several important conclusions for company management, if with compensation, motivation and job satisfaction; the employee's performance will increase

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of empowerment and the work environment on employee performance supported over organizational commitment so that conducting this test will benefit the parties concerned. In this study was conducted at eight manufacturing companies of road markings in Indonesia with 200 sampling data from employees. Here, we obtain the sampling data come from 25 employees at 8 companies, respectively. By using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach assisted by the Lisrel (Linear Structural Relationship) program 8.8, we analyze employee performance support over organizational commitment. We obtain data observation from distribution surveys with quantitative method questionnaires. The results showed empowerment and the work environment were positively related to organizational commitment and employee performance. In this case the organizational commitment as a supporter of the influence of empowerment and the work environment on employee performance. Here, research results should be used for the development of human resource management science. Furthermore, this research has a contribution to manufacturing companies who needs to empower employees by giving authority and involvement in decision making so that performance improves. Thus, companies also need to condition a work environment that is conducive and supportive in every process of carrying out employee work so that it will improve employee performance.

Abstract

Management of hazardous waste that does not meet the requirements can cause impacts on human health and also environmental pollution such as accidents when transporting in accordance with procedures, storage areas it is not accordance with requirements, the presence of leakage, Hazardous abuse, personnel neglect, symbol giving incompatible and others. To avoid these negative impacts, it is required for every person or activity / business that produces waste to manage Hazardous waste in accordance with government regulation 101 of 2014 concerning Hazardous Waste Management. This research was conducted in April - November 2018. In industrial companies that already have Hazardous Waste TPS licenses, government and private in Bandar Lampung City, became the research location and particularly in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS) which manages Hazardous waste in the industry. The industries that were the objects of this study consisted of 2 industries managed by government and the private sector in Bandar Lampung City namely mining company and medical eye center. Data observation and information to evaluate compatibility waste management that has been regulated in regulation No. 101/2014. The results showed, analysis and evaluation can later be used as a basis for consideration or input to the company and the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

User satisfaction is the impact of a good information system. Here, user satisfaction can be influenced by several factors such as system quality, information quality, and user intensity. Thus, in this study aims to test and provide the empirical evidence also analyze the effect of system information quality and user intensity at user satisfaction. Here, we used a SEM model and used AMOS 23 to obtain the results. The result shows system quality has no effect on user intensity while information quality affects user intensity. Here, user intensity has no effect on user satisfaction due to system quality has no effect on user satisfaction. In addition, information quality has no effect on user satisfaction.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is very important in a company to retain customers with customer loyalty function to reduce competition between competitors and reduce marketing costs. Customer loyalty can be affected by relationship marketing, service quality, and customer satisfaction. This study aims to find out how the influence of relationship marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction toward customer loyalty at PT. Alam Neur Nusapermai. In this study, we used a questionnaire which was distributed to 145 customers at PT. Nusapermai Neur, Nature of the data processed using SPSS 23 and AMOS 23. Here, we use secondary and primary data also data analysis using the SEM method. The result indicates that relationship marketing does not affect customer satisfaction, quality services to customer satisfaction, but satisfaction does not influence toward customer loyalty, relationship marketing does not have an effect on customer loyalty and service quality does not affect customer loyalty.

Abstract

The increasing number of hospitals built by both private and government parties requires a hospital to be ready to compete both in competing with domestic hospitals and in competing with international hospitals. This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing activities, brand awareness of RSIA X on the brand loyalty of outpatients in the midwifery section with brand image as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, survey methods and correlation techniques with a non-experimental design using a cross-sectional study approach with a sample of 160 patients who are outpatient in the obstetrics department of RSIA X and become a follower in social media accounts of RSIA X. Social media marketing activities, brand awareness are independent variables. Brand image is an intervening variable and brand loyalty is a dependent variable. This study uses a questionnaire using a Likert scale while testing data analysis using SEM. The results showed a social media marketing and brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty mediated by brand image.

Abstract

Observatorium Astronomi ITERA Lampung (OAIL) merupakan salah satu obseravatorium terbesar di Asia Tenggara yang dibangun di Provinsi Lampung. Lokasi pembangunan OAIL berada pada daerah remote area yang sulit terjangkau. Remote area tersebut memerlukan penyediaan energi listrik yang dapat memberikan jaminana keberlanjutan kegiatan astoronomi. Penyediaan energi listrik melalui PLN tidak terjangkau pada daerah tersebut. Energi terbarukan berupa PV dengan sumber energi matahari dapat menjadi solusi. Energi matahari dapat menghasilkan listrik dan memenuhi kebutuhan dengan berbagai aspek ekonomi teknik dan keandalan Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bauran energi terbarukan untuk penyediaan energi adalah 10%

Abstract

One of the community needs especially for men is appropriate barbershop services desired haircut also suitable service time and attractive facilities. The existing barbershop has limitations in facilitating the haircut and desired customer over appropriate service time. Barbershop who can give service according to the hairstyle the customer need and the time that can be determined customers themselves are a new business model in Indonesia and in need business development. Jeeva Works Corporation is developing for facilitate customer needs by providing re-model and registration application technology supported by a hangout facility in the form of coffee shop. Barbershop with combination coffee shop gave birth to the trademark Jeeva Barber Coffee.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has plagued Indonesia has affected the number of outpatient visits at Pasar Minggu Hospital. The several problems were found when the preliminary observations have been made. Here, the problems related to policies and regulations from the government and hospitals as well as patient complaints towards the services at the hospital. Thus, this study aimed to determine the effect of marketing mix, the hospital image, and patient loyalty on the patients' intention of returning for outpatient care. This research was an associative quantitative research through hypothesis testing. The study population was patients who were treated in an outpatient care. The method used in data analysis was multiple linear regressions. Here, the regression coefficient value obtained showed that the patient loyalty regression coefficient (0.288) had the highest value compared to the marketing mix coefficient (0.052) and hospital image (0.191). These results indicated the effect of patient loyalty to the hospital is very high so that it is reliable. In addition, patient loyalty also has most affected the patients' intention for retreatment in outpatient care. Simultaneously and partially, the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing proved that there was a positive and significant effect between the marketing mix, the hospital image, and patient loyalty on the patients' intention of returning for outpatient care at Pasar Minggu Hospital during Covid-19 pandemic.
