Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah produk, harga, promosi dan tempat memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah ketika menggunakan produk BMT Yaqawiyyu. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu nasabah BMT Yaqawiyyu. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif primer dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 102 orang dengan menggunakan metode kuisioner dan wawancara. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik  random sampling dan teknik analisis data menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil olah data statistik menunjukkan bahwa uji t variabel produk, variabel harga, dan variabel promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap variabel keputusan nasabah. Sementara variabel tempat tidak berpengaruh positif secara parsial terhadap variabel keputusan nasabah disebabkan karena nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,157 > 0,05 dan t hitung 1,426 < t tabel 1,984. Hasil uji f memperlihatkan variabel X yaitu variabel produk, harga, promosi dan tempat secara simultan memiliki pengaruh kepada variabel Y yaitu keputusan nasabah.

Abstract

Pasar modal mempunyai fungsi utama didalam menopang perekonomian suatu pemerintahan. Melalui perdagangan efek, investor yang memiliki banyak uang dan perusahaan yang membutuhkan uang bertemu di tempat tersebut satu sama lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidaknya modal, pengetahuan, dan motivasi investasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap minat berinvestasi di pasar modal pada Mahasisswa FEBI Universitas Islam Zainul Hasan Genggong. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif asosiatif sumber data berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada sampel sebanyak 87 orang dari total populasi 667 mahasiswa yang merupakan total mahasiswa FEBI di Universitas Islam Zainul Hasan Genggong. Teknik analisis yang digunakan berupa analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji T. Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa variabel modal, pengetahuan, dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat berinvestasi. Sedangkan hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa modal dan motivasi yang hanya memiliki pengaruh sedangkan pengetahuan tidak memberikan pengaruh dengan terhadap minat berinvestasi.Kata kunci: modal, pengetahuan, motivasi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of research around CIMB Niaga Islamic and Conventional Bank. The research was conducted from 2011 to 2022, by searching national journals indexed by Sinta via the Garuda website, with the keyword “CIMB Niaga”. Based on the search results, there were 99 research articles, then inputted into the VOSviewer application and analyzed descriptively through a literature review study. The results showed that the number of publications had increased significantly every year. Furthermore, based on the results detected using the VOSviewer application, research related to CIMB Niaga Bank is divided into 8 clusters and 116 items. Meanwhile, based on the results of a literature review study, there are 8 main themes related to CIMB Niaga Islamic and Conventional Bank.

Abstract

Marketing by using social media (social media marketing) has increased in this era. With the rapid development of technology, the internet has made it easier to access information and communicate across distances. This research aimed to analyze social media marketing and brand image on consumers’ purchase decisions of Mitra Emas Product of BJB Syariah Bank in Tasikmalaya Branch. The survey used a quantitative approach to explore the impact of independent variables on dependent variables. This study used 140 respondents as a sample with a simple random sample technique. The analytical technique was path analysis. This study showed that both social media marketing and brand image significantly impact consumers' purchase decisions of Mitra Emas products from BJB Syariah Bank, Tasikmalaya Branch, both individually and collectively.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effect of CAR, NPL, BOPO, LDR, and NIM on Profitability at Bank Neo Commerce simultaneously and partially. The research population is the financial statements of Bank Neo Commerce for the period 2013-2022. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique and obtained 40 data. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. Data analysis techniques using the F Statistical Test, t Statistical Test, and the Coefficient of Determination (R2). The results show CAR, NPL, BOPO, LDR, and NIM simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA Bank Neo Commerce. The t test results show that BOPO and NIM have a significant effect on ROA Bank Neo Commerce. CAR, NPL, and LDR have no significant effect on ROA Bank Neo Commerce. Adjusted R2 of 0.977, shows the contribution of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable of 97.7% and the rest is explained by other variables not examined.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the level of risk in investing in shares of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) on the Bibit application. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach based on secondary data. The data used in this research is a time series which includes data from November 2022 to September 2023, totaling 11 data. From the data that has been collected, calculations are carried out using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). The results of this research show that PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) shares are defensive stock. With this research, it is hoped that investors will be able to know the level of risk in a stock before starting to invest. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source of thought when investors want to invest in PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS) shares.

Abstract

Prosumption is a form of co-creation activity performed by customer. In video gim, an interesting form of presumption is modifikasi gim. An activity in which a person manipulates an aspect or the entirety of a gim, and then release the mod to public free of charge. Mod extend the life of video gim. Many research was conducted in this field, but the main drivers of why people are willing to invest their time and effort to develop mod are not well identified. This research found that those drivers are personal enjoyment, curiosity and learning, social affiliation, and recognition or appreciation.

Abstract

Payageli village hamlet 1 is a village in Deli Serdang with a majority Muslim community. However, most Muslims in this village still do not understand sharia-based banks. Sharia banks are commercial institutions whose function is to collect public money and distribute money to the public with commercial operational systems and mechanisms based on Islamic law specified in the Al-Quran and Hadith. This research aims to provide information regarding the views of the village community regarding sharia banking. This research uses a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research used observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The conclusion of this research shows that the Payageli village community is aware of the existence of sharia banks. However, the people in this village still lack knowledge about the products and services available at sharia banks and there is a lack of education about sharia banking so that the people in this village are comfortable with conventional banks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh perceived risk, perceived usefulness, dan e-store performance confirmation terhadap satisfaction dalam konteks online impulsive buying. Fenomena belanja impulsif online menjadi semakin relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi dan popularitas e-commerce. Persepsi risiko (perceived risk) dipahami sebagai ketidakpastian yang dirasakan konsumen terkait keputusan pembelian impulsif online, sementara perceived usefulness mengacu pada sejauh mana konsumen percaya bahwa pembelian impulsif dapat memberikan manfaat atau kepuasan. E-store performance confirmation melibatkan evaluasi konsumen terhadap kinerja toko online berdasarkan pengalaman sebelumnya.             Desain/metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penyebaran kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari konsumen online yang sering melakukan pembelian impulsif. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti.             Temuan penelitian: of the research: Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-store performa confirmation berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap satisfaction. Satisfaction berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap online impulsive buying. Berdasarkan temuan ini, kami menarik beberapa kesimpulan dan implikasinya, termasuk pentingnya perusahaan e-commerce untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka dengan fokus pada e-store performance confirmation dan satisfaction, yang pada gilirannya dapat membentuk pola pembelian impulsif online yang lebih positif.

Abstract

The efficiency of digital transactions contributes significantly to the enhancement of business performance. Digital transactions offer a variety of advantages, including convenience, security, and accessibility, which can increase business efficiency and productivity, expand market reach, and boost consumer interactions. However, there are obstacles to using this technology, particularly for business proprietors who are unfamiliar with it. Using qualitative methods and a literature review approach, this research utilizes data and empirical research as data sources, which are then processed using deductive reasoning to obtain results and draw conclusions pertinent to the research topics. According to the findings of this study, digital transactions and other forms of technology support business performance well, but there are obstacles that prevent technological adaptation from being evenly distributed. Therefore, commitment, education, digital awareness, evaluation, increased security, stringent regulations, and cooperation are required from all parties. It is necessary to conduct additional research in order to comprehend the obstacles and difficulties encountered by traditional businesses in adopting digital technologies and creating new business opportunities.
