Abstract

People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) is someone who experiences mental disorders and needs appropriate and immediate treatment. Currently, the handling of ODGJ has not been carried out properly and appropriately. The cause of the lack of proper management of ODGJ in society is due to a lack of knowledge about the role of family, community/religious leaders and mental health cadres (KKJ). In this year's community service program, we provide promotions and health education to KKJ about the role and management of ODGJ. This activity was attended by 14 KKJ people consisting of RW 4 and 8. This program provided material related to ODGJ to the role of a KKJ, after being given the material the cadres were given the opportunity to practice with fellow cadres in carrying out the ODGJ approach. After being given material and training, the KKJ were able to review the program that had been provided.

Abstract

Along with advances in technological advances, several public health problems have been discovered. These health problems include increasing morbidity and mortality rates in non-communicable diseases. Non-communicable diseases are the main cause of death worldwide, accounting for around 63% of all deaths. One of the groups of non-communicable diseases that causes death is cervical cancer. Cervical cancer is one of the most common cancers in Indonesia. Based on data from the cancer profile in Indonesia in 2020, there were 36,633 new cases of cervical cancer and 21,033 deaths. It is reported that around 16.9 per 100,000 women in Indonesia are diagnosed with cervical cancer every year. In Indonesia, cervical cancer is still a serious public health problem, especially in rural areas which often receive less attention in terms of access to information and health services. Seeing this phenomenon, socializing cervical cancer prevention programs is a very important effort to carry out. The aim of this outreach activity is to educate the public so that there is increased knowledge about the importance of early detection and efforts to prevent cervical cancer that can be carried out. The activity method is in the form of health education about preventing cervical cancer. There were 34 female participants aged between 21 and 54 years. The results of the activity showed that the average knowledge score before the activity was 47 points and after the health education was 62 points. The conclusion was that there was an increase in knowledge after health education was carried out by 15 points. It is hoped that the outreach activities for the cervical cancer prevention program that have been implemented can be continued periodically by the Selasari Health Center and Cintaratu Village, Parigi District, Pangandaran Regency.

Abstract

As the demand for personal information protection grows, vigilance and awareness regarding data and privacy security have become paramount concerns in social media platform usage. While studies indicate rising awareness levels, there remains a deficit in understanding the risks and effective methods for safeguarding personal data. Factors such as inadequate education, constrained privacy controls, and uncertainties surrounding platform privacy policies impede users' efforts to bolster personal data security. This activity aims to educate on the significance of digital privacy and foster vigilance and awareness of data and privacy security on social media platforms. The implementation of activity planning involved a national seminar combining material presentations and interactive discussions with cybersecurity practitioners from the Indonesia Honeynet Project (IHP) and the Indonesia Artificial Intelligence Society (IAIS), high school students, university students, teachers, lecturers, and the surrounding community. The success of this activity was marked by the successful dissemination of knowledge and understanding among the audience, both online and offline. This is expected to provide insights and mitigate risks associated with data and privacy security, promoting safer and more responsible platform usage
