Abstract

In the implementation of democracy, a significant question arises regarding how the ideal concept of democracy is carried out Providing education about the importance of increasing awareness of voting rights in the 2024 elections aims to make people realize that abstaining from voting or not choosing is a mistake. The potential problems of the public about elections are fear of the wrong way to vote, limited knowledge and physical limitations. From the last 5 years, this is very taken for granted by the community because people assume that only those who have perfect knowledge and physique can voteIf this problem is not immediately addressed, more and more people in this Indonesian country will be lazy to come to the polling station and vote. This can also make the image of the nation less good. So with that, I held a work program in the Tonja Village Environment with socialization methods and distributed brochures on tips on choosing or voting properly and correctly. With this activity, it makes people have no fear of coming to the polling station and exercising their voting rights in the 2024 election

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that upholds democracy by declaring that supreme sovereignty is in the hands of the people. General elections are an effort to implement a democratic system, of course by involving the role of the community. As time goes by, people who do not participate in elections can be seen in the emergence of the abstention phenomenon, so efforts are needed that can again increase voter participation, especially among first-time voters during the 2024 elections. Keeping up with the times, the role of social media has a big impact on the continuity of elections because it can be used as a media to reach the public in large numbers and more efficiently in time, place, and energy compared to using other media. Even political figures and government institutions have used social media to show their performance in cyberspace. This shows that social media plays a very important role and can be used as an effort to increase the participation of first-time voters, especially in Padangsambian Kaja Village in the 2024 general election.

Even though many products have superior products. This is due to limited capital, equipment, and a lack of understanding of financial management. To overcome the problem of limited understanding regarding financial management and modern media marketing, a simple accounting information system training was held. The objectives of this training are to: 1) increase understanding of SME actors about the income and expenditure cycle; 2) understand modern marketing alternatives using social media and online platforms; and 3) increase understanding of simple financial management. The results of the training show that there is an increased understanding of these three things. SMEs are starting to understand the importance of internal control in their business cycle, knowing various online marketing media that can be used, understanding the concept of business entities, and the importance of recording financial transactions

Abstract

As the commercial and trading subholding of PT Pertamina (Persero), Pertamina Patra Niaga also provides aviation fuel to airlines. The aviation fuel refueling place is called the Aircraft Refueling Depot. One of the aircraft filling depots in Palu is the Mutiara Aircraft Filling Depot, located in the Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Airport Area. The Mutiara Aircraft Refueling Depot uses a Refueling De-Refueling Truck (RDT) to fill aircraft with fuel while on the ground. This refueler unit can also pump and store fuel from aircraft. One of the problems when refueling aviation fuel by RDT at the Mutiara Aircraft Filling Depot was the activation of the emergency stop when the Certified Refueler Operator (CRO) was carrying out the service. The aviation fuel-filling system stopped without anyone realizing it, causing flight delays. The active emergency stop without a clear indicator initiates the FT Prove Pin Point group to create an Emergency Shut-Down Multi-Indicator (ESIn) tool that can monitor the active status of the emergency fuel or engine stop. Before the ESIn tool is used, one of the steps that must be carried out is a feasibility test on electrical safety aspects. Testing is carried out using three criteria, namely visual testing, component electrical parameters, and performance. Based on visual and performance testing, the tool is in good condition and can operate according to the planned purpose. Likewise, when testing component electrical parameters, the measured parameter values show values according to applicable electrical standards.

Abstract

The use of social media as a marketing platform has become the main strategy for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in expanding their market reach. However, limited knowledge and skills in product photography often become obstacles for MSMEs in creating attractive and quality visual content. In response to this challenge, a product photography training program using smartphones was organized by the Ditjen Perbendaharaan of Bali Province (DJPb Bali) in collaboration with several lecturers from the Universitas Pendidikan Nasional, and Kreasiku Digital Marketing Agency. This training aims to empower MSMEs to improve their product photography skills so that they can increase their competitiveness in the online market. This training method consists of a series of interactive workshop sessions involving MSME owners from various industrial sectors. The training material covers the basics of product photography, techniques for taking pictures using smartphones, as well as the use of AI in editing product photos. During the training, participants are encouraged to actively participate and practice directly the skills learned through practical sessions. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the basic concepts of product photography and the use of smartphones for taking pictures. Apart from that, participants also succeeded in developing photo editing skills and visual marketing strategies that are relevant to the characteristics of their products. Product photography training using smartphones with DJPb Bali is an effective step in empowering MSMEs to improve their product visualization and online marketing. By increasing these skills, it is hoped that MSMEs can be more competitive in the increasingly developing digital market.
