Abstract

Abstract - The issue at hand is to the implementation of the quality standard outlined in ISO 9001:2009, specifically focusing on clauses 4 through 8. In order to obtain the desired outcome, a comprehensive interview was conducted with the director of the department. Additionally, a total of 51 questionnaires were distributed among the 52 staff members, and relevant documents were carefully reviewed. The evaluation was conducted with the Likert Scale, and the final outcome was determined based on the maturity level. The implementation of clauses 4 to 8 of the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard at PUSDATIN has been successfully executed, achieving a level 4 rating (Managed and Measurable). PUSDATIN must enhance its capacity in order to attain the highest level of maturity, namely level 5. To get a level 5 rating, PUSDATIN should consider implementing ISO 9001:2008 standards. This would ensure that the required product quality is consistently maintained to meet customer expectations. Additionally, PUSDATIN can enhance its capabilities by recruiting professionals with expertise in quality management systems. Abstract

Abstract- In 2021, Indonesia's national income significantly decreased as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. During that time, a large number of SMEs failed, although some managed to recover. The goal of the research is to acquire experience with entrepreneurial tenacity and turn it into explicit knowledge. Using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis to analyse the persistence experiences of ten entrepreneurs with COVID-19 bounce-back experience. Informants are selected with purposive sampling based on multiple perspective approach. In-depth interviews were conducted for data collection. Two stages of coding is used for theming process, which are followed by conceptualization process. Confirmation of notions is achieved by elaborate coding. Research indicate that the drivers for the perseverance of Indonesian entrepreneurs amidst the COVID-19 pandemic can be attributed to Competencies-based passion and Value-based dedication. Entrepreneurs persevere because they are passionate about their industry and have faith in their ability to thrive. Another motivator is their commitment to enduring because of the beliefs or principles they cherish.Entrepreneurs that are persistent will have greater opportunities, particularly since they would have more time to become familiar with the challenges posed by COVID-19. The effects of COVID-19 are also diminishing over time. It is their competency- based passion and value-driven determination that enable entrepreneurs to persevere in the face of adversity. Perseverance and resilience must be combined when business transformation is mandatory. Abstract

Abstract - Rice is a crucial staple food in Indonesia, and the country's decision to import 3 million tonnes of rice has significant implications for its economy, agriculture sector, and food security. This study aims to analyze the benefits and drawbacks of this massive rice importation through a comprehensive examination of macroeconomics, microeconomics, international economics, and political economics. The main objectives are to provide recommendations for managerial stakeholders and to develop a vision for rice self-sufficiency. The background problems include the potential impact on Indonesia's trade balance, foreign exchange reserves, market consumption, and the socio-economic effects on local farmers. The novelty of this study lies in the lack of adequate research on the enduring effects of extensive rice imports and the need to explore options for achieving a balance between imports and domestic production. The research methods involve a literature review and analysis of scholarly articles and journals, focusing on economic indicators, trade statistics, and agricultural production data. The findings highlight the macroeconomic and microeconomic implications of rice imports, including potential disruptions in the agricultural industry, income distribution, and market dynamics. The conclusion emphasizes the need for comprehensive policies to address the challenges of rice importation and achieve a balance between food security and economic sustainability. The implications of the research underscore the importance of strategic decision-making to harmonize the needs of customers, farmers, and the broader economy, while safeguarding overall economic stability and social welfare. Abstract

Abstract - Cash holding or commonly referred to as cash and cash equivalents owned by the Company which is used to finance operational activities such as purchasing raw materials or merchandise, purchasing capital goods, paying salaries or wages, paying off debt obligations, paying dividends and other transactions required by the company. Cash Holding plays a very important role in determining whether a company is healthy or not, often associated with ownership as the dependent variable. The aim of this research is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of leverage, liquidity, company size and cost of capital on cash flow in real estate and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2019 to 2021. Technical sampling used in this research was a purposive sampling technique. Data processing uses the Eviews 13 program. The research results show that the independent variable Leverage has a negative and significant influence on Cash Holding where hypothesis 2 is not rejected, Liquidity has a positive and significant influence on Cash Holding where hypothesis 2 is not rejected, Firm Size has a positive influence but not significant on Cash Holding where hypothesis 3 is rejected, and Capital Expenditure has a positive and significant influence on Cash Holding where hypothesis is rejected. From the empirical evidence above, the implication obtained in this research is that companies that have high leverage need sufficient reserve funds to avoid financial distress, so that the company's activities can run smoothly. In order to cover short-term financing needs, companies really need good liquidity, meaning there is sufficient reserve funds. The bigger a company, the bigger the transactions will be too. Here it is necessary to have reserve funds to be used to meet financing needs so that the company's operations are not disrupted. Capital expenditures made by a company in making investments should use internal funds so that they do not add additional burden. If capital expenditure uses external financing or debt, it will reduce the Company's liquidity level because it has to pay interest or other expenses. Abstract

Abstract - This research was conducted to explore how telemedicine can assist people with chronic illnesses by examining the relationship between healthcare needs, social influence, and healthcare access by employing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The study was conducted across 144 participants with varying healthcare needs and social backgrounds. The findings revealed that healthcare needs had a significant and positive impact on the perceived usefulness of telemedicine. Social influence was identified as a key factor that positively affected both the perceived usefulness and ease of use of telemedicine. Moreover, the overall acceptance of telemedicine among people with chronic illnesses was positively influenced by perceived usefulness and ease of use. The healthcare access that would influence the acceptance of telemedicine did not have a significant moderating effect on the acceptance of telemedicine as initially hypothesized. The study's conclusions provide useful information for healthcare professionals, policymakers, and health tech businesses. This helps to enhance telemedicine adoption and develop effective implementation strategies among those who manage chronic diseases. Abstract

Abstract-This research investigates the multifaceted dynamics of remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic. It focuses on the interplay between role conflict, environmental constraints, resource constraints, acceptance of the way of working, and mental health in determining its effectiveness. This study integrates them heavily to understand how role conflict, environmental constraints, resource constraints, remote work acceptance, and mental health affect remote work effectiveness. The border theory conflict model is empirically validated, and mental health mediates challenges. This nuanced view of remote work distinguishes the research and informs organizational strategies in an evolving workplace. This study collected data from a questionnaire and relevant internet and journal sources. The quantitative descriptive study used cross-sectional data to examine correlations. The sample in this study was 113 respondents, who were then analyzed using the SEM-PLS approach. Role conflict negatively impacts remote work effectiveness, supporting the border theory conflict model. Resource constraints negatively correlated with remote work effectiveness. Acceptance of remote work improved effectiveness, but mental health did not. Mental health mediated the negative effects of role conflict, environmental constraints, and resource limitations on remote work effectiveness. The study indicates that role conflict and resource constraints diminish remote work effectiveness, whereas acceptance enhances it. Organizations should address role conflicts and provide sufficient technological resources, fostering a positive attitude toward remote work and prioritizing employee mental health for improved outcomes. Abstract

Abstract-This paper investigates the effect of firm size, Bank Indonesia's 7-days reverse repo rate and foreign exchange reserves on the stock return of companies listed in Business-27 Index by using multiple regression analysis. Based on the findings of this study, all of the independent variables have significant effect on the stock return both partially and simultaneously. The findings of this study are expected to help investors make appropriate investment decisions for investing in stocks. This study has several limitations, there’s no study of external (foreign) factors as independent variables, or stock returns of other countries such as developed countries. Researchers who want to conduct research with the same topic are expected to use other variables more specific to stock returns. It is hoped that further research will more focus on other factors that can affect stock returns. Keywords: BI 7-Day Reverse Repo Rate; Firm Size; Foreign Exchange Reserves; Stock Return
