Abstract

Since most students begin their studies online, the LMS platform is frequently used. Universities and colleges play a crucial role in adopting many of its LMS platforms. A web-based application software package called Bibliometrics is used to design, test, and evaluate specific learning processes. LMS will be the dominant artificial intelligence-based solution for managing eLearning starting in early 2021. The principal objective of this project is to develop an artificial intelligence-powered LMS portal that enables students to continue studying and receive the most recent lessons from their teachers. Using the Communicate cloud software and Dialog Flow, a chatbot plugin system connected to the Google platform, and based on current needs, research bibliometrics was developed as an LMS project system. Students can interact with the chatbot anytime to satisfy their learning needs as long as they have an internet connection and a student ID card to access the dashboard. The LMS Platform, which was developed utilizing Bibliometrics and Artificial Intelligence approaches to help students access resources and complete teacher tasks, is a novelty in this work, according to earlier publications that have been evaluated.

Abstract

The process that has the potential to generate construction waste is a construction operational process so that in this process it is necessary to make efforts to carry out waste control in real-time as a form of effort by the construction industry to play a role in suppressing waste production. BIM is one of the supporting tools for project productivity whose function can be used to evaluate the level of construction waste, especially rebar waste which is one of the source materials for construction waste. The purpose of this study is to test the modeling of the calculation of the rebar waste rate utilizing the function of the BIM so that it can be used as an alternative tool for evaluating the level of waste in real-time. The calculation modeling obtained from previous research was successfully tested on a case study of a high-rise building project and obtained the rebar waste rate at a certain time in accordance with the progress of work in the project site. From this research, it can be concluded that the calculation modeling can be carried out on high-rise building projects.

This of course requires a decision support system to be able to assist the Education Office in selecting teachers to provide teacher study permits and study assignments. Decision Support Systems (DSS) or Decision Support Systems (DSS) are computer-based systems that are interactive in assisting decision-makers by utilizing data and models to solve unstructured problems. In this study, the SMARTER method was used as a multi-criteria decision making. The purpose of this research is to assist the Education Office in making decisions when providing a determination of the redemption of study permits, and teacher study assignments as well as providing uniformity and legal certainty in the implementation of study assignments and study permits, and supporting teachers within the local government so that they can improve competence and be more professional in carrying out its duties and functions. Based on research that has been done using the SMARTER method, the sum of each criterion is 0.7840. This implementation produces information that is relatively fast, precise, and feasible to use for updating study permits and teacher learning assignments, and can be carried out without being constrained by time by implementing a web-based application.

Abstract

This research study explores the impact of leveraging quality management and partnership programs on the performance of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the context of technopreneurship. The objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between knowledge, capital, partnership programs, and the performance of MSMEs assisted by PTPN III. The study involved MSME business actors who received assistance from PTPN III. The research methodology employed quantitative analysis, with data collected through surveys and analyzed using statistical techniques. The findings of this study indicate that capital has a significant influence on the partnership program and the performance of MSMEs. However, knowledge does not show a significant impact on the partnership program and MSME performance. Moreover, the partnership program itself has a significant positive effect on MSME performance. Additionally, the partnership program mediates the relationship between knowledge, capital, and MSME performance. These results suggest that providing adequate capital resources and implementing effective partnership programs are crucial for enhancing the performance of MSMEs in the technopreneurship sector. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of developing comprehensive strategies that integrate knowledge, capital, and partnership programs to drive the success of MSMEs. Overall, this research contributes to the understanding of the factors influencing technopreneurial success and provides insights for policymakers, MSME support organizations, and entrepreneurs themselves in developing strategies to optimize the performance of MSMEs in the rapidly evolving technopreneurship landscape.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of the Monitoring Center for Prevention (MCP) of the Corruption Eradication Commission in the supervision area of the Government Internal Supervision Apparatus (APIP) in the Riau Province area for the 2021 period, as well as input on strategies for improvement. The method used is a qualitative descriptive case study. Data processing is carried out through document analysis and interviews with regional inspectors in the Riau Province area. This study used the George Edward III model approach as an evaluation criterion. Four factors influence the successful implementation of policies/programs, namely communication, resources, disposition (disposition or attitude), and bureaucratic structure. The results of the 2021 MCP evaluation in the Riau Province area in the APIP area have been running with a score of 71%. The MCP improvement strategy needs to emphasize APIP competence and the independence of regional inspectorates. To strengthen the role of APIP, it is necessary to prepare special regulations related to the independence of the inspectorate in the regions that are MCP indicators / sub-indicators in the APIP area. The anomaly of corruption cases with MCP monitoring at the APIP level that is already running is still one of the elements of control activities, so there are many other factors to increase the MCP APIP area in efforts to eradicate corruption.
