Abstract

Abstract: Principal leadership is an important component that determines the direction and achievement of school performance. The purpose of this study was to identify the behavior and formulate a theoretical model of the Structural Equation Model (SEM) dimension of the principal leadership on school performance. This study used a qualitative approach using the phenomenological method. Participants in this study were 8 principals and 16 teachers from 8 private junior high schools in the Bogor City and Regency. Data collection employed in-depth interview techniques, observation of work behavior, and document review. Data validity was based on credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability criteria during the data collection. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of organizing data, sorting them into manageable units, searching and finding patterns, synthesizing, and drawing conclusions. This research finds the following: 1) the leadership behavior of private secondary school principals to achieve optimal school performance tends to be situational and conditional; 2) interrelation in the form of direct or indirect causal relationships between the principal leadership behavior and the school performance can be formulated in the form of the theoretical SEM consisting of a four-level dimension of the principal leadership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing di lembaga pendidikan. Fokusnya terletak pada strategi dan praktik manajemen yang dapat digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan sumber daya manusia dalam mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Adapun fokus pada penelitian ini adalah: Manajemen sumber daya manusia yang didalamnya menggunakan teori Deming yaitu perencanaan atau Plan, pelaksanaan atau Do, evaluasi atau check, tindak lanjut atau action, Keunggulan bersaing,  Manajemen Sumber daya manusia dalam Meningkatkan Keunggulan Bersaing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kepustakaan dengan memanfaatkan sumber-sumber perpustakaan yang relevan. Hasilnya diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana manajemen sumber daya manusia dapat menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing di lembaga pendidikan

Abstract

PGRI Yogyakarta University has four faculties with separate building locations totaling 3,000 students. According to the author's observation, there are several campus facilities that are not sufficient to meet the needs of students and academic civitas of UPY. One of them is the need for communal space as a support for discussing and working together tasks. The research methods used by the authors are quantitative methods of collection and analysis of secondary data, observation data, and interview data.The result of the author's analysis is an alternative design for UPY foodcourt revitalization.

Abstract

Kualitas layanan guru merupakan salah satu aspek yang paling penting dalam sebuah Lembaga Pendidikan, hal ini karena guru merupakan ujung tombak penentu kualitas pendidikan di sekolah tersebut. Survei awal kualitas layanan guru ASN SMK di Kabupaten Sukabumi belum mencapai hasil optimal. Oleh karena itu, kualitas layanan guru menarik untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari strategi dan cara peningkatan Kualitas Layanan Guru (Y) melalui penguatan Pemberdayaan (X1) dan Efikasi Diri (X2) dengan Motivasi Kerja (X3) sebagai variabel perantara (intervening). Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan analisis SITOREM. Unit analisis penelitian adalah guru Aparatur Sipil Negara dari 11 SMK Negeri Kabupaten Sukabumi dengan populasi berjumlah 327 dan sampel sebanyak 180 guru. Penelitian menghasilkan model matematik peningkatan kualitas layanan guru sebagai berikut: Ŷ=0,162X1+0,103X2+0,592X3+0,404 dengan X1: Pemberdayaan, X2: Efikasi Diri, dan X3: Motivasi Kerja. Hasil SITOREM menunjukkan bahwa upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan guru dapat dilakukan dengan cara memperbaiki indikator berikut dengan urutan prioritas perbaikan : 1) kebutuhan organisasi, 2) kebutuhan berkontribusi, 3) Suporting (Mendukung), 4) Consulting (Konsultasi), 5) Skill dalam menjalankan pekerjaan, 6) Keyakinan terhadap tabah menghadapi rintangan dan problematika yang muncul, 7) Jaminan Pelayanan, dan 8) Kesiapan Pelayanan

Abstract

Education is one of the bases first for realizing ambition development economy and prosperity for whole citizens. In terms of this education is one determinant quality source of energy people and the position of education in the process of development is very important. Learning could increase on-site skills and productivity work share results best, and influence the development process economy of a country. Study this carried out at the Bogor State University PGRI. Study this use study quantitative. In research, this, step of methodological data analysis begins with an analysis of statistics descriptive, an analysis of location research, and an analysis path. Leadership is transformational (X1) for involvement professional (Y), coefficient path (y1) = 0.304, 2) Private value (X2) for involvement professional (Y), coefficient path (y2) = 0.231, 3) satisfaction work profession involvement (X3) (Y), coefficient path (y3) = 0.324, 4) convert leadership organization (X1) against satisfaction work (X3), value coefficient path (Beta 31) = 0.285, 5) value coefficient path (32) = 0.492, 6) destination work (X3) value private (X2). because of that, to increase participation professionals need to strengthen leadership transformative and value personal as a variable exogenous, with satisfaction work as a variable intervention.

Abstract

The digital era and the internet of things have had an impact on interaction patterns in learning activities. Online learning and teaching materials packaged in digital form have become a necessity. Teachers at the elementary school level are generally not ready for the demands of these changes, especially in developing digital teaching materials. This study aims to increase student involvement in the online independent learning process and learning outcomes by using interactive digital comics teaching materials. The research method used is the ADDIE model development research method (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). This study involved 1373 students, 8 principals, and 20 teachers from 9 elementary schools who were selected as the pilot site in Tapos District, Depok City, West Java. Data was collected using instruments in the form of learning outcomes tests and questionnaires for students, teachers, and parents sent via a google form link. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics, namely one-way ANOVA. This study concludes that the use of teaching materials packaged in the form of interactive digital comics with the theme “Movement Organs of Animals and Humans” sub-theme “Humans and the environment” has been proven to be effective in increasing the intensity of student involvement in online independent learning and the achievement of learning outcomes. The implication of the results of this study is that interactive digital comics are recommended for use in online independent learning for elementary school students.

Abstract

Differentiated learning can create a learning environment that is tailored to the needs of each student, especially in an independent curriculum, its implementation is a big challenge. This study aims to find strategies and ways to improve the effectiveness of differentiated learning through strengthening visionary leadership, learning communities, and collective efficacy. The study used the path analysis method and SITOREM analysis with a quantitative approach. This study concluded that visionary leadership, learning communities, and collective efficacy are key factors in improving the effectiveness of differentiated learning. Collective efficacy acts as a mediator in the relationship between visionary leadership and learning communities on the effectiveness of differentiated learning. The application of visionary leadership and learning community strategies supports the improvement of teacher collective efficacy and can help improve the effectiveness of differentiated learning. Abstract

Di era pendidikan modern, kemampuan problem solvingmenjadi salah satu kompetensi utama yang harus dimiliki oleh mahasiswa, khususnya materi dinamika partikel. Penalaran deduktif dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam membantu mahasiswamemahami konsep-konsep dasar dalam dinamika partikel. Melalui penerapan prinsip-prinsip umum, mahasiswa dapat lebih mudah mengaitkan teori dengan praktik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasidampak penalaran deduktif terhadap kemampuan problem solving mahasiswadalammateridinamika partikel.Metode penelitian ini akan menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimen, dengan sampel dua kelas yakni kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan metode penalaran deduktif dalam proses pembelajaran dinamika partikel dan kelas kontrol menggunakan metode konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa Tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan kemampuanproblem solvingantara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Hal tersebut dapat terlihat dari hasil nilai tes yang mengacu pada indikator problem solvingdan keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran. Analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa penalaran deduktif lebih efektif membuat mahasiswa mampumengaitkan konsep-konsep dinamika partikelyang telah mereka pelajari dengan situasi nyata.Dengan kata lain penalaran deduktifberdampakterhadap kemampuan problem solvingmahasiswadalammateridinamika partikel.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze effective marketing strategies for increasing sales of goods in grocery stores located in Pondok Cabe, South Tangerang, using the SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) analysis method. Through a qualitative approaches, data were collected from surveys and interviews with store owners and customers. Strengths: The research identifies the strengths of grocery stores, such as strategic location, product variety, and good cust omer service.Opportunities: The analysis explores existing opportunities, including the trend of online shopping and increasing consumer awareness of local products. Aspirations: The study investigates the aspirations of store owners to enhance sales, such as brand development and improving the shopping experience. Results: Findings indicate that implementing marketing strategies based on SOAR analysis can significantly boost sales, with recommendations to leverage social media and local promotions. This research is expected to provide insights for grocery store owners in formulating more effective and sustainable marketing strategies.

Abstract

Literary translation presents a unique challenge as it involves not only transferring meaning but also preserving the style, nuances, and cultural context of the original text. While automated translation technologies, such as Google Translate and ChatGPT, are increasingly used, questions remain about their ability to maintain meaning, aesthetics, and cultural integrity in literary texts. This study compares the English translations of the short story Gerhana Mata produced by both tools, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses. A digital hermeneutics approach is used to explore how meaning and cultural context are conveyed in these translations. The research employs a qualitative, comparative design to assess the accuracy of meaning, fluency, and the ability of both tools to preserve literary style and nuances. The results highlight the importance of translation techniques such as transposition, modulation, and adaptation in maintaining grammatical accuracy and cultural relevance. In this study, ChatGPT demonstrates superior performance compared to Google Translate in preserving the original text’s meaning and aesthetic quality. This research contributes to the field of automatic translation, offering insights into how AI tools can be improved for literary translation and cultural preservation.
