Abstract

Numerous educational establishments now use the online platform to conduct tests, particularly for students at the secondary and tertiary levels. Candidates are given a username and password by the most popular online test program, and they then log in to the designated page to answer the questions. However, there are numerous flaws in this system, and cheating on the test can be done by misusing the password. This demonstrates the significance of implementing a secure system to avoid this issue. A blockchain framework that safeguards the online examination system is presented in this paper. An educational data-connecting data management system has been secured using the proposed framework. Without the need for a copy from the central servers, institutions can simply compile their data history. Data security is improved and any potential for cheating between users or third-party institutions that access applications and services is eliminated by the proposed blockchain framework. This study provides a secure framework for conducting and evaluating subject tests to guarantee consistency between students and servers and secure questionnaire delivery from servers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify risks to operational factors in PT. XZY identifies and formulates existing handlers in PT. XZY related to risks to work operations. This study used the FMEA method. FMEA is a method used to perform analysis inductively, carried out repeatedly and systematically so that the process can be documented. Data was obtained using direct observation and interviews with logistics workers. Based on the results of problem identification and fmea calculation results, 19 operational risks were obtained in the logistics department of PT. XZY and varying RPN values, with the smallest value being 12 and the largest value being 729. Thus, it is concluded that the 3 highest risks in operations that can hinder work activities are limited product storage, improper placement of spare parts, and input errors in the system

Abstract

In educational institutions, teachers play a central role in the administrative component. Combined with successfully completing the main tasks described in the job description and feeling that they are doing something special, teachers are the key to the success of an organization. Additional activities that are not directly related to the formal reward system that is applied are called OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior). Preliminary research shows that PGRI Bogor Vocational High School (SMK) teachers have little OCB information about variables related to increased OCB. This study aims to discuss the relationship between the increase in teacher OCB with the control variables of leadership, creativity and empowerment. This study uses a correlation analysis technique to determine the relationship between the variables studied and the SITEREM index analysis technique to obtain optimal solutions in increasing teacher OCB. The population of this study was 289 teachers at SMK PGRI Bogor. This population was sampled using the Slovin formula in order to obtain a sample of 168 individuals. Correlation analysis shows that there is a positive correlation between subordinate leadership and OCB with a correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.512, and OCB increases when subordinate leadership is strengthened. Creativity and OCB are positively correlated with a correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.438, and OCB increases with increasing creativity. Empowerment and OCB are positively correlated with a correlation coefficient ry3 = 0.502, and increased empowerment increases OCB. The best solution comes from SITEREM analysis. Therefore, out of 27 indicators, 14 good indicators need to be maintained or further developed, and 13 indicators are still weak and need to be improved. 1) Compassion 2) Humility 3) Integrity 4) Accountability 5) Equality 6) Consistency 7) Ethics 8) Mutual assistance 9) Pride 10) Initiative 11) Openness 12 ) Unique ideas 13) Products 14 ) 1. This will use companies from sector energy and sector goods raw as population companies. Technique taking sample used is non- probability with purposive sampling method. Study this alone using criteria sample appropriate company with specified sector, company publish report possible finances accessed on 2018-2021, required data complete and company no once experienced a delisting during year research. Results sample companies used in the study are as many as 448. Test hypothesis in study this will be tested using the Eviews program. Method research used is moderated regression analysis (MRA) using eviews software. Besides that is, research this do test assumption classic and also test model accuracy to find out which model is most appropriate. Results from study this shows the sample data used to get away in testing assumption classics namely, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. From the results testing hypothesis found that environmental costs have an effect positive against environmental disclosure, international environmental certification does not influential on environmental disclosure, industry sensitivity has an effect positive on environmental disclosure, international corporate governance is capable strengthen influence between environmental cost and environmental disclosure, international corporate governance is capable strengthen influence between international environmental certification and environmental disclosure and international corporate governance is not capable strengthen influence Among sensitivity industry against environmental disclosures.

This of course requires a decision support system to be able to assist the Education Office in selecting teachers to provide teacher study permits and study assignments. Decision Support Systems (DSS) or Decision Support Systems (DSS) are computer-based systems that are interactive in assisting decision-makers by utilizing data and models to solve unstructured problems. In this study, the SMARTER method was used as a multi-criteria decision making. The purpose of this research is to assist the Education Office in making decisions when providing a determination of the redemption of study permits, and teacher study assignments as well as providing uniformity and legal certainty in the implementation of study assignments and study permits, and supporting teachers within the local government so that they can improve competence and be more professional in carrying out its duties and functions. Based on research that has been done using the SMARTER method, the sum of each criterion is 0.7840. This implementation produces information that is relatively fast, precise, and feasible to use for updating study permits and teacher learning assignments, and can be carried out without being constrained by time by implementing a web-based application.
