Abstract

The parking area available at Sanur Beach currently utilizes the road body, not the special parking lot that the beach has, thus creating a significant challenge for managers and visitors. Along with the increasing popularity of Sanur Beach as a tourist destination, the road to the beach has become congested due to the number of vehicles passing by, both motorcycles and cars. This causes visitors to often park their vehicles carelessly and irregularly, which has the potential to cause safety problems and inconvenience for other road users. Many visitors park outside the beach area, thus interfering with activities on the streets around the tourist attraction, which in turn can affect the image of Sanur Beach as a friendly and organized tourist destination. This research focuses on the need for parking spaces in Sanur Beach tourist attractions, with the hope of providing an effective solution to this problem. The data used in planning the needs of parking spaces is primary data, namely the results of surveys conducted on parking managers and vehicle traffic data. The survey results show that the parking area for motorcycles is most used on Sunday afternoon, reaching almost 228 plots, while for cars, the peak of use occurs on Sunday morning, reaching 34 plots. These findings show the importance of developing better and planned parking infrastructure at Sanur Beach, to improve the visitor experience and maintain a smooth flow of traffic. Thus, careful planning in the provision of parking spaces will be a crucial step to support the sustainability of tourism at Sanur Beach.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of marketing mix and brand image on the purchasing decisions of Masrais woven fabric as an effort to sustain the existence of local products at Dua Putri textile store. The research method employed in this study is a survey method using a written questionnaire with 100 respondents as the sample. Data analysis includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test) using Statistical Product and Service Solution Ver.24 (SPSS) software. The results indicate that marketing mix significantly affects purchasing decisions, brand image significantly affects purchasing decisions, and both marketing mix and brand image significantly influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Association, Price Perception, and Lifestyle on the Second iPhone Purchase Decision at Mahatir Store Bima, as measured by the Partial Test (T Test) and Simultaneous Test (F Test). The population in this study is all consumers who is in the Bima City Area. The sampling technique uses the method purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. The research results show that: 1) Brand Association has a partial and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Mahatir Store Bima; Price perception has a partial and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Mahatir Store Bima; Lifestyle does not have a partial and significant influence on purchasing decisions at the Mahatir Bima store. 2). Brand Association, Price Perception, and Lifestyle simultaneously and significantly influence the purchase of iPhone Second HP at Mahatir Store Bima

Abstract

Abstrak This study aims to obtain an overview of the implementation of Mandatory Online Training based on Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Models at the Holiday Inn Resort Bali Nusa Dua. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques. The questionnaires were given to permanent and contract employees, excluding daily workers or trainees who participated in this training. The sample in this study was taken using proportionate stratified random sampling techniques. The results of this study at the reaction level showed that the training was conducted well, with an overall average reaction level dimension of 4.10 on a scale of 5.00. At the learning level, the results were very good with an average score of 4.16 on a scale of 5.00. The behavior level of the training participants, measured at the behavior level, showed good results with an overall average behavior level dimension of 4.12 on a scale of 5.00. Overall, the average result level obtained a good criterion with an average score of 4.15 on a scale of 5.00.

Abstract

Tenganan Dauh Tukad Village is one of the Bali Aga villages that still maintains the heritage of ancestral traditions and culture in everyday life. The uniqueness of residential architecture in this village is not only reflected in the layout of buildings, but also in the functional role of these spaces in supporting community cultural activities. This village maintains its traditions by organizing the spatial layout based on the hulu-teben concept, which distinguishes between sacred and profane zones. This research aims to identify and analyze the role of space in Tenganan Dauh Tukad Village as a place for preserving culture and driving the local economy. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The results showed that spaces in Tenganan Dauh Tukad Village settlements have a significant role in supporting cultural activities. Spaces such as Bale Agung and other structures not only function as physical places, but also become symbols of togetherness and collective strength in the Tenganan Dauh Tukad community. One of the cultural activities carried out at Bale Agung is the traditional ceremony of Perang Pandan (Screwpine War), which is also a tourist attraction that contributes to the local economy. This research concludes that residential architecture in Tenganan Dauh Tukad Village is not just a place to live, but also serves as an important platform to preserve community culture and support local economic sustainability.

Abstract

Lawrence M. Friedman stated that the effectiveness of law enforcement depends on three elements of the legal system, namely legal structure, legal substance, and legal culture. Criminal Acts Against Morality are one of the fairly complex acts in terms of law enforcement. Lombok Tengah was once in the spotlight regarding several criminal acts against morality that were not fully investigated. Empirical legal research methods were used to find answers to the questions of what factors influence law enforcement and the role of legal culture in enforcing criminal acts against morality. Legal regulation factors and legal understanding of law enforcement officers are part of the inhibiting factors, while adequate facilities and infrastructure are supporting factors in enforcing the law on Criminal Acts Against Morality in Lombok Tengah. The patriarchal legal culture of society, victims who are embarrassed to the point of withdrawing their reports, and slow performance factors from officers make law enforcement on criminal acts against morality not run as it should. Socialization of regulations on crimes against morality, increasing the capacity of law enforcement officers and strengthening victims, victims' families and the community are part of the solution in enforcing the law on crimes against morality in Lombok Tengah

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the political branding strategy used by the Jokowi-Ma'ruf Amin winning team in the 2019 Presidential Election, especially through the Twitter platform. Amid various religious issues and criticisms of the Jokowi regime's performance, Jokowi-Ma'ruf's electability had decreased. Therefore, the winning team must design an appropriate communication strategy to restore the positive image of the candidate pair. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the help of NVivo 12 Plus software to analyze content from Twitter. The focus of the analysis includes political brand equity indicators, namely brand association, brand loyalty, and brand awareness. The results of the study show that Jokowi-Ma'ruf Amin's political branding strategy is more dominated by brand association and brand loyalty, which reached 42.67% and 36.67%, respectively. Brand association plays an important role in building Jokowi-Ma'ruf's personal branding through the support of political parties such as PDI-P and PKB, while brand loyalty can be seen from the strong support of modernist and traditional Islamic groups such as Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). On the other hand, brand awareness does not contribute significantly to branding strategy, with only 19.33% of the total analysis results. This study highlights the importance of managing brand association and brand loyalty in forming an effective political image on social media

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze PT Mayora Indah, Tbk on the working capital turnover ratio. This research uses a descriptive type with a quantitative approach. This research uses a purposive sampling technique and uses profit and loss financial reports consisting of sales reports, initial working capital and final working capital from 2013 to 2022 as the sample. First, the latest financial report data, and second, data for a ten-year period, specifically 2013–2022, is used as a standard. The analysis used is SPSS version 22 software which includes Statistical Analysis and One Sample Test. This research shows that the working capital turnover ratio is six times lower than expected.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of self efficacy and employee empowerment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at Truntum Kuta Hotel, and to determine the model of self efficacy and employee empowerment on employee performance at Truntum Kuta Hotel. The population of this study amounted to 153 people who were permanent employees and contract employees, with a sample size of 60 people. Data collection from samples is done by distributing online questionnaires in the form of google forms. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, partial least squares (PLS) analysis and regression analysis (simultaneous f test) using SmartPLS v.4.1.0.0 software. The results of this study indicate that each variable of self efficacy and employee empowerment has a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of Truntum Kuta Hotel employees, self efficacy and employee empowerment have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of Truntum Kuta Hotel employees. The model of self efficacy and employee empowerment on the performance of Truntum Kuta Hotel employees is based on dimensions that have been measured.

Abstract

This study aims to gather information on the impact of Service Quality, Product Diversity, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions at Widia Collection Store Bali. The study population includes all customers, both men and women, who shop at Widia Collection Store Bali, with a sample size of 80 people. Data collection was conducted using the SPSS Version 25.00 for Windows application. The results of the study indicate that Service Quality has a positive effect on Purchase Decisions at Widia Collection Store Bali, with a t-value greater than the t-table value (3.551 > 1.667) and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Product Diversity also has a positive effect on Purchase Decisions, with a t-value greater than the t-table value (2.349 > 1.667) and a significance level of 0.021 < 0.05. Additionally, Promotion has a positive effect on Purchase Decisions at Widia Collection Store Bali, with a t-value greater than the t-table value (2.641 > 1.667) and a significance level of 0.010 < 0.05.
