Abstract

The outbreak of the Corona Virus Disease Pandemic or better known as COVID-19 has caused several changes in aspects of life throughout the world, including changes in aspects of education in Indonesia. In the educational aspect, this condition requires teachers and students to interact through online media. The basic objectives of this study are to see (1) how the use of youtube media in learning mathematics at MIN 2 Kuningan, (2) how students' higher order thinking skills in learning mathematics at MIN 2 Kuningan and (3) how the relationship between the use of youtube media on thinking skills high level of students in learning mathematics at MIN 2 Kuningan. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach. The data figures are obtained from the results of statistical analysis using SPSS 20 for windows. The method uses the correlation method with the type of quantitative descriptive research data. The research location is Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Kuningan. The results of this study (1) The use of Youtube media in learning mathematics at MIN 2 Kuningan is Potential by 69.45% in the Good category, Practical by 69.43% in the Good category, Informative by 78.86% in the Good category, Interactive by 74% in the Good category, Shearable at 74.77% in the Good category, and Economical by 67.5% in the Good category. (2) High-Level Thinking Ability of Students in Mathematics Learning in grade 5 MIN 2 Kuningan from the average student who is able to answer questions with operational verb analyze (C4) is 65.9% Good category, operational verb evaluates (C5) is 58 ,82% in the Enough category, operational work creates (C6) by 59.66% in the Enough category. (3) There is a positive relationship between Youtube media and higher-order thinking skills which are in the category of Medium relationship level of 0.476 with a relationship effect value of 22.7%.

Abstract

The urgency of Islamic education psychology is very important in the orientation of Islamic education in Indonesia. Islamic education psychology is very concerned about the principles and foundations of Islamic education in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to try to pave the way for Islamic education in Indonesia related to the urgency of psychology and its actualization in Islamic education. This study is very relevant to use literature studies by relying on bibliographies of variants of scientific publications such as books, international scientific articles and other literature. The results of this study indicate that the urgency of psychology in Islamic education as a reference in general is psychology with an insight into the Qur'an and al-Hadith. Which in the end produces God-oriented output, humans are happy in this world and the hereafter. While psychology includes developmental psychology, learning psychology and social psychology. Psychology in the perspective of Islamic education also strives for teachers as educators to plan and implement education in accordance with the stages of psychological development of children so that children's abilities and potentials can develop to the fullest. The urgency of psychology in Islamic education must specifically look at the psychological condition of the individual. In this case students in particular must achieve learning and totality in implementing the existing curriculum.

Abstract

Evaluation of curriculum implementation can be carried out internally and externally. In this study, the authors want to examine how the process of implementing the evaluation at SDN 1 Jenggik Utara. SDN 1 Jenggik Utara is one of the basic education institutions at the SD/MI/Equivalent level that carries out regular and routine evaluations to ensure the quality of the institution. The researcher uses the type of case study research. The research instrument used is the interview guide. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum at SDN1 Jenggik Utara was not carried out properly, this was due to several factors such as the ability of teachers to implement K-13-based learning and the lack of facilities and infrastructure at the school.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan yang baik akan menghasilkan output kerja yang baik juga terhadap suatu organisasi yang dipimpinnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MI Sultan Agung Sleman. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala madrasah MI Sultan Agung Sleman, dan adapun metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala madrasah dalam memajukan mutu pendidikan di MI Sultan Agung, sebagai berikut: Kepala madrasah selalu memonitori dalam proses pembelajaran untuk mengetahui kekurangan atau apa saja yang harus diperbaiki dari standar yang sudah ada, baik dari cara guru mengajar, kelengkapan fasilitas, dan kerapihan kelas. Kepala madrasah selalu mengadakan evaluasi untuk memperbaiki apa saja permasalahan yang harus diselesaikan. Kepala madrasah menegur guru ketika ada salah satu guru yang menyimpang dari peraturan atau tartib yang ada di MI Sultan Agung. Kepala madrasah mewajibkan seluruh peserta didik sebelum lulus dari madrasahnya wajib hafal juz 30 dan bisa membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

This research was conducted during the covid-19 pandemic, that students' interest in learning and memorizing was very low, mainly influenced by learning carried out with the online system (online) making students bored and bored more quickly with a monotonous learning system. The goal is to find out how big a teacher's role is in building students' interest in memorizing the Qur'an during a pandemic. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The research subjects were tahfidz teachers and 20 grade 2 students at MIT Sahabat Qur'an Ibnu Mas'ud Yogyakarta. The results of the research are that: The role of the teacher in building interest in memorizing the Qur'an during the pandemic is: tahfidz teachers always provide motivation and support to their students such as praise, advice with an individual chat approach via telephone, tahfidz teachers still give memorization tasks to students to memorized at home according to a predetermined target, and the teacher does whatever is best as a facilitator to support the spirit of memorizing at home by sending children's memorization targets. The obstacles experienced by teachers when building interest in memorizing the Qur'an during the pandemic are: There are students who have not been able to read the Qur'an well, limited interaction between teachers and students, and an environment that is not conducive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perceptions of parents and teachers of face-to-face learning during the covid-19 period in the village of Ranub Dong. This research is a qualitative research in which the results of this study were obtained from the process of interviews, observation and documentation. Perceptions from parents and teachers say that face-to-face learning today is more effective than online learning or online learning, because children already understand if they see the learning process directly, whereas if learning is done online children get bored easily. in the face-to-face learning process and their enthusiasm is reduced and it is also difficult for parents to share their time well. However, face-to-face learning is carried out according to the provisions set by the government and careful planning so that the learning process runs smoothly and is directed according to the learning objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to describe strengthening the character (profile) of Pancasila students through the activities of the Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School. The research was conducted at SD Islam Plus Salsabila Al Ikhsan Magelang in the month of Ramadan to Shawwal in 1443 Hijriyah, coinciding with April to May of 2022 AD. The method used in this research is observation, documentation review, and interviews. The results of the analysis show that the character (profile) of the Pancasila students consists of firstly believing, fearing God Almighty, and having noble character, second with global diversity, third working together, fourth independent, fifth critically reasoning, and sixth creative. As for what was found in a series of events at the Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School at SD Islam Plus Salsabila Al Ikhsan Magelang consisting of the first Bhakti Mosque Safari, the second Learning to Read and Memorizing the Qur'an, the third Thematic was fun, Fourth sharing Blessings, the fifth night of Faith and Piety (MABIT) , the sixth Adhan Practice, the seventh Speech/Lecture Practice, the eighth Creativity (Life Skill), and the ninth Halal bi Halal. This shows that the strengthening of the character (profile) of Pancasila students can be done through the activities of the Ramadhan Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Citizenship education is a compulsory subject for elementary school children, this subject has the aim of patriotism from an early age. Student interest in Civic Education learning is less attractive due to unattractive, creative, and innovative learning methods or methods. This study aims to increase the learning interest of elementary school students in the subject of civic education. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with interview techniques to selected students. This method is carried out by observing and interviewing the selected respondents in which the subjects in this study are the fifth grade students of Dasae School, totaling 20 students, consisting of 10 female students and 10 male students having their address at Jl Taduan, Pancing, North Sumatera. And the results of the study indicate that learning Citizenship Education is less attractive. The lack of interest in student learning in PKN learning is caused by unattractive and boring learning methods and strategies.
