Abstract

Bullying merupakan tindakan perundungan yang dilakukan oleh seseorang maupun kelompok dengan tujuan untuk menindas atau memperoleh kekuasaan. Bullying di lingkungan sekolah merupakan masalah serius dan berdampak negatif terhadap kesehatan mental maupun emosional korban. Peran guru berada di posisi unik untuk mendeteksi tanda-tanda awal bullying. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan peran guru dengan kejadian bullying di lingkungan Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskripsi korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh murid Sekolah Dasar kelas IV dan V. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga didapatkan 145 responden. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Kuesioner Teachers’ Responses to Bullying Questionnaire (TRBQ) dan kuesioner Bullying. Hasil penelitian menunjukan mayoritas responden mengatakan peran guru tinggi sebanyak 125 (86,2%) dan mayoritas responden pernah melakukan kejadian bullying rendah sebanyak 121 (83,4%). Hasil uji statistic dengan Spearmans rho menunjukan nilai signifikansi (p value = 0,000 dan r = 0, 338) yang artinya Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan hubungan signifikan yang positif antara peran guru dan kejadian bullying. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi peran guru dalam menangani bullying, semakin rendah kejadian bullying di sekolah.  Hasil ini memberikan bukti kuat bahwa peran guru memiliki pengaruh penting dalam meminimalkan kejadian bullying di sekolah. It poses a significant threat to the mental and emotional well-being of victims. Teachers play a critical role in identifying bullying incidents within the school environment. As authority figures and role models, they are uniquely positioned to detect early signs of bullying. This research aimed to investigate the relationship between teacher’s role and bullying incidents among students at one Elementary school in Pekalongan Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. A correlational descriptive study using a cross-sectional approach was conducted. The study population included all grade 4 and 5 students, with a total sampling technique employed. Data was collected using the Teachers' Responses to Bullying Questionnaire (TRBQ) and a Bullying questionnaire of the 145 respondents. Most participants (86.2%) reported a high level of teacher’s role related bullying. Additionally, 83.4% of participants reported experiencing low levels of bullying. Statistical analysis using Spearman's rho revealed a significant positive correlation between teacher’s role and bullying incidents (p-value = 0.000, r = 0.338).  This suggests that a higher level of teacher involvement is associated with a lower incidence of bullying in the school. These findings strongly support the crucial influence of teachers in minimizing bullying within the school environment. Keywords: Bullying, Elementary School Students, Teacher’s Role

Abstract

Nyeri post operasi pada anak usia sekolah sering menjadi tantangan dalam perawatan, mempengaruhi kenyamanan dan pemulihan anak. Intervensi non-farmakologis, seperti teknik distraksi dan relaksasi nafas dalam, telah terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi nyeri, namun studi mengenai kombinasi kedua teknik ini dan modifikasinya dalam bentuk video animasi masih terbatas. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas kombinasi terapi relaksasi nafas dalam dan distraksi dengan video animasi dalam mengurangi nyeri post operasi pada anak usia sekolah di ruang bedah anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperiment dengan one group pre-post test only. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan melibatkan 32 responden. Data skala nyeri diukur dengan instrument Wong-Baker Faces Pain Rating Scale. Intervensi pemutaran video animasi yang berisi tentang teknik distraksi dan relaksasi napas dalam dilakukan selama tindakan perawatan luka post operasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan pada skala nyeri dari skala sedang-berat (skor 4-7) sebelum intervensi menjadi skala ringan-sedang (skor 2-5) setelah intervensi. Uji Wilcoxon menghasilkan p-value 0,005, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan. Kombinasi terapi relaksasi nafas dalam dan distraksi yang disajikan dalam bentuk video animasi efektif dalam mengurangi nyeri post operasi pada anak usia sekolah dan dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam manajemen nyeri non-farmakologis Kata kunci: Distraksi, Nyeri, Relaksasi Nafas Dalam, Video Animasi   Postoperative pain in school-age children is often a challenge in care, affecting the comfort and recovery of children. Non-pharmacological interventions, such as distraction techniques and deep breath relaxation, have been proven effective in reducing pain, but the study of the combination of these two techniques and their modification in the form of animated video is still limited. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a combination of deep breath relaxation therapy and distraction with animated video in reducing postoperative pain in school-age children in a child's surgery. This study uses a Quasi-experimental design with one group pre-post test only. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling involving 32 respondents. The pain data is measured by the Wong-Baker Faces Pain Rating Scale instrument. Animated video playback intervention containing distraction techniques and breath relaxation is carried out during postoperative wound treatment. The results showed a decrease in the pain scale from a medium-heavily scale (score 4-7) before the intervention became a minor scale (score 2-5) after the intervention. The Wilcoxon test produced a significant effect (p-value 0.005). The combination of deep breath relaxation therapy and distraction is presented in the form of an effective animated video in reducing postoperative pain in school-age children and can be integrated into non-pharmacological pain management.  Keywords: Distraction, Pain, Deep Breath Relaxation, Animated Video

Abstract

Perceraian orang tua merupakan fenomena sosial yang meningkat dan berdampak luas terhadap anak sebagai pihak paling rentan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis dampak perceraian terhadap tumbuh kembang anak dari dua perspektif, yakni pandangan Islam dan tenaga kesehatan, serta mengeksplorasi pendekatan strategis yang mengintegrasikan keduanya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis. Data diperoleh melalui studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam dengan enam partisipan yang terdiri dari tenaga kesehatan (dokter dan perawat), tokoh agama, dan anggota masyarakat di Kabupaten Sumedang, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceraian berdampak negatif pada aspek psikososial, kesehatan fisik, dan perkembangan spiritual anak. Perspektif Islam menekankan bahwa meskipun perceraian diperbolehkan, tanggung jawab orang tua terhadap hak-hak anak tetap wajib dijalankan. Sementara dari sisi kesehatan, anak korban perceraian memerlukan pemantauan tumbuh kembang, dukungan psikologis, dan intervensi gizi. Dengan demikian, perlindungan anak pasca perceraian membutuhkan pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan kolaborasi antara orang tua, tenaga kesehatan, tokoh agama, dan lembaga pendidikan guna memastikan tumbuh kembang anak tetap optimal. Kata kunci: Dampak psikologis anak, intervensi kolaboratif, perceraian orang tua, perspektif Islam dan kesehatan, tumbuh kembang anak.       Parental divorce is a social phenomenon that is increasing and has a wide impact on children as the most vulnerable party. This study aims to describe and analyze the impact of divorce on child development from two perspectives, namely the Islamic perspective and health workers, and to explore a strategic approach that integrates the two. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were obtained through literature studies and in-depth interviews with health workers, religious leaders and the community in Sumedang Regency, then analyzed thematically. The results of the study indicate that divorce has a negative impact on the psychosocial aspects, physical health, and spiritual development of children. The Islamic perspective emphasizes that although divorce is permitted, parental responsibility for children's rights must still be carried out. Meanwhile, from a medical perspective, children who are victims of divorce require growth and development monitoring, psychological support, and nutritional intervention. Thus, child protection after divorce requires a holistic approach that involves collaboration between parents, health workers, religious leaders, and educational institutions to ensure optimal child growth and development.
