Abstract

The development of technology in the world helps all fields in providing efficient and effective solutions. One example in everyday life in the work environment is the process of document approval flow starting from document submission, examination, and recording of all document approval activities. The submission starts from a sender who will file the document. The submitted documents will be examined by the examiner who is referred to as the verifier. Verifier required as many as 2 people. The verifier will check that the submitted document is appropriate or not. The process is problematic for the authenticity of an agreement because through communication media measured by authenticity cannot be done. This research aims to ensure that the approval given is genuine or not then uses the process of openssl and digital signature. The subject in this study was how to create a document approval information system application by adding to the opensl and digital signature process in verifying the authenticity of the verifier's approval. The process uses the laravel php framework programming language. The application development step starts with collecting the required data from interviewing and viewing existing flow processes, designing, coding and testing the system. The result of this study is an output that produces an application that can ensure the authenticity of document approval using openssl and digital signature where there is a notification to the email of each verifier.

Abstract

There are many risks that the general public needs to be aware of when purchasing on the internet. The purpose of this study is to comprehend some significant perceived risk implications for mass online purchasing on the Facebook marketplace. Population that was used in this study was the population of Batam City. The methodology of this study uses both quantitative and qualitative. The gathering of the research is carried out via online questionnaire and interviews. Following the collection of data, a multiple linear regression was used for analysis. The results of this study indicate that there may be a connection between indicators of finance risk and psychological risk and the general public's willingness to buy. This was done using a quantitative method that indicated the existence of any evidence linking product risk to consumer purchasing behavior. This is supported by a qualitative study that shows how people's purchasing intentions are influenced by product risk concerns. In order to boost Batam City residents' intentions to make online purchases, this study makes recommendations on Facebook for reducing the impact of finance risk factors, psychological risk factors, and product risk factors.Top of Form

Abstract

Rapid technological advances encourage every company to keep abreast of developments and continue to improve its ability to manage data and information. Lampuind Tekno Electric companies currently still manages financial data and invoices by manually. This is prone to causing errors in typing invoices and loss of customer transaction data. For this reason, we need a system that helps in managing invoice data so that invoice data processing becomes faster and more accurate. The method used in the development of this application uses the waterfall  model, the author makes the application design with the django Python framework and the modeling language uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). With the existence of a web-based invoice management information system, it is hoped that it can assist employees in making invoices more quickly and accurately as well as making it easier to search for data and present information.

Abstract

It is very important to identify and fulfill customer requirements with the highest possible quality. Several tools, methods and techniques have been used to assess service requirements and quality. ServQual is one of the most widely used quality tools to measure service quality. Based on the research results, analysis of customer satisfaction using the ServQual method on object A has been carried out which includes service quality, product quality and customer complaints to produce an ideal analysis value. On the service quality dimension, the gap results are obtained that are still not satisfactory enough on the service quality dimension on object A, but from the Empathy dimension it is quite satisfying with the acquisition of Tangible = -0.0877, Reliability = -0.0965, Responsiveness = -0.079, Assurance = - 0.0877, and Empathy = 0.17544. In the dimension of service quality, the results of the gap are that the product quality of Object A is very satisfying for the user, but from the Reliability dimension it is not satisfactory enough with the acquisition of Performance = 0.175439, Durability = 0.105263, Specification = 0.105263, Features = 0.105263, Reliability = -0.1579, Aesthetics = 0.192982, Perceived quality = 0.36842. On the dimensions of user complaints, the gap results show that user complaints are not satisfactory with the acquisition of customer complaints = -0.16667.

Abstract

Since the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus (COVID-19) appeared in the end of 2019 it significantly affected the tourism industry. Government in Indonesia have adopted emergency measures and restrictions that have affected the mobility of everyone. From museum to amusement park, they were empty, even closed since people’s movements were stopped, and travel among different territories was strictly controlled. Lockdown and quarantine around the world caused by COVID-19 has harmed people’s livelihoods and the world economy. During this situation government pushing the idea of the advantage of digital era and adopted by tourism industry. The purpose of this paper is to find out and analyzing tourism industry has facing during the pandemic and how it used digital technology in purpose of revive their condition. The data collection method used is a literature study with descriptive analysis techniques. The results are showed that Indonesia tourism industry starting to get better in situation by using digital media and working together with application that provides help for tourist planning the trip and open the new chances of new business.

Abstract

Untuk mempermudah jangkauan dalam rangka optimalisasi pelaksanaan Direktorat Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi, diperlukan kegiatan redesign website klinik konstruksi  dalam rangka optmalisasi data dan informasi pada website klinik konstruksi menjadi lebih baik kembali dalam era sistem informasi 4.0.Perubahan desain website, atau penataan ulang website dilakukan untuk menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dari aplikasi SPIM yang telah dianalisa dan di setujui oleh direktorat Pengembangan Jasa Konstruksi. Selain perubahan desain terdapat juga perubahan pemrogaman dimana pada website sebelumnya menggunakan bahsa pemrograman ASP, sedangkan aplikasi yang baru menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Dalam pelaksanaan pengembangan Sistem Pengendalian Internal Mandiri diantaranya melakukan analisis data pada system sebelumnya dan pada raw data yang didapat saat melakukan analisis data yang didapat dari Direktorat Pengembangan jasa Konstruksi. Dengan tidak meninggalkan panduan Software Development life cycle. Hasil dari peneliti anini adalah masukan apabila sebuah system informasi agar dapat di update eatau di perbaharui menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang terbaru serta menyesuaikan dengan kondisi yang ada sekarang.

Abstract

Self-Development is a special subject in Special Schools (SLB). However, until now the Self Development subject has not utilized smartphone technology, with the need for new innovations so that mentally retarded children are interested in carrying out self-development activities, namely by utilizing Android-based smartphone technology to make it easier for students, teachers, and parents in helping the learning process of students who are more flexible in its use because it is easy to get and download in the play store. Therefore, an Android-based learning application was built to make it easier for teachers and parents. In the process of making this application, the software used is Android Studio which uses the Java programming language, as well as for application display design using Adobe Premiere Pro and Corel draw software. And for the software development method used is Model Rapid Application Development (RAD). For application testing carried out using Blackbox. Abstract

Saat sekarang ini dunia membutuhkan pencaraian yang cepat, tepat dan efisien. Pencarian yang dilakukan  Penulis tertarik untuk membandingkan algoritma string matching  karena belum ada yang membandingkan empat algoritma yaitu algoritma Edit Distance, Levenshtein, Hamming dan Jaccard similarity. Tujuan penulisan ini membandingkan  kecepatan akses 4 (empat) algoritma yaitu, algoritma Edit Distance, Levenstein Distance, Humming Distance,  dan Jaccard Similarity mana yang lebih cepat, tepat dengan tingkat error yang rendah, menentukan sililaritas dokumen,  dalam pencarian. Hal ini diakibatkan karena sering terjadi kesalahan pengetikan sehingga terjadi kesalahan ejaan. Kesalahan pengetikan ini biasanya  terjadi saat adalah, penghapusan, penambahan, pengantian  serta modofikasi data. Penulis mengunakan  data dari kamus besar bahasa Indonesia yang meliputi kata dasar, kata ber-awalan,  kata ber-akhiran, kata ber-imbuhan, kata sambung, kata depan, dan kata yang termasuk dalam kata bahasa baku.  Metode evaluasi yang dipakai dalam penelelitian ini adalah mAP bahasa pemograman yang digunakan adalah C++. Berdasarkan ujicoba yang dilakukan rata-rata waktu pencarian terhadap algorima Edit Distance = 47,55 ms, Levensthtein Distance = 13,125 ms, Hamming Distance = 14,25 ms, dan Jaccard similarity = 37,125 ms  Ini berarti Levenshtein Distance memiliki waktu pencarian tercepat.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology at that time has spawned new innovation breakthroughs that are very beneficial to the community, including e-commerce. At present, only by accessing e-commerce through the Internet, we can view the goods we want, find out the details of the goods and transact with each one without being limited by time and distance. U.D Mulya Sentosa is one of the manufacturers engaged in the sale of building materials. The sales system at UD.Mulya Sentosa is still in the traditional way, where consumers have to go directly to the store to make purchases and know the product availability and the type of advertising only using word of mouth through the media, resulting in a limited sale and distribution of buildings on a large scale and reporting limitations. Based on the above problems, UD Mulya Sentosa developed a building material sales system based on web e-commerce. In creating this web e-commerce using the waterfall method, using the PHP programming language, the MySQL database and using the Visual Studio Code tool. The purpose of creating a web e-commerce based sales system is to provide promotional media for businesses so that sales marketing becomes broader and sales report management becomes more convenient.

Abstract

This research was conducted to create an online fundraising system that can facilitate the donation process, collect donor data, and financial reports at the Ar-Ruhaniyah Mosque Amil Zakat and Sedekah Institution (LAZIS). Previously, the management of donations at the institution still used a manual process that was inefficient, causing problems in collecting donation data and disbursing funds, and reducing people's interest in giving alms. This study uses qualitative methods and the Waterfall design method, as well as the Crowdfunding method approach. The system created is website-based with design and modeling using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) diagrams and tested using the Blackbox and Whitebox testing methods. The result of this research is an online fundraising system that can facilitate the donation process, collect donor data, and financial reports at the institution. Keywords: Fundraising, Crowdfunding, Website, Mosque, Lazis.
