Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh Profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan dana coorporate social responbility (CSR) apakah memperlemah ataupun justru memperkuat. Penelitian kami memberikan wawasan bagaimana profitabilitas melalui dana CSR tersebut dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Perusahaan dapat berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan nilai lingkungan dan sosial. jika perusahaan tersebut semakin berkembang dan meluas maka perusahaan tersebut semakin luas juga untuk memanfaatkan sumber-sumber alam maupun masyarakat sosial semakim meluas dan citra terlihat baik dimasyarakat maka secara tidak langsung dapat meningatkan profitabilitasnya. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 15 sampel perusahaan sektor pertambangan dan sektor industri dasar dan kimia dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling selama periode 2016-2018 sementara metode analisis yang kami gunakan adalah analisis statistic deskriptif dan partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian kami menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas yang menggunakan indicator Return On Asset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dana Coorporate Social Responbility tidak signifikan dan berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dana Coorporate Social Responbility mampu memoderasi secara positif atau memperkuat hubungan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pada variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel tersebut dapat menjelaskan nilai perusahaan sebesar 44,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 56,7% dipengaruhi oleh varibel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

This paper tries comments interrelationship of theory and empirical research with approach of Theory-Setting-Testable Hypothesis Model. Theory-Setting-Testable model explains about three development stages related to hypothesis. Theory-Setting-Testable model appropriate to applied research to building theory. Process three development stages connected by hypothesis started with theory phase and identification of theoretical statements connecting independent variable and dependent variable. Phase secondly relates to hypothesis expansion. Third phase by replacing concept in proposition with definition of operational and tests statistic relation between concept.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) To obtain an overview of consumer’s knowledge level of the environmental information on eco-friendly product. 2) To obtain an overview of consumers attitude towards consumption behavior impact on the environment. 3) Knowing the effect of consumer’s knowledge and Consumer attitudes towards the environment on eco-friendly product purchasing decisions. Descriptive qualitative analysis and multiple linier regression analysis used to analyze the data. The results of 80 respondents indicate that 1) the level of consumer’s knowledge on the environmental information on product packing is low. 2) Consumers attitudes towards consumption behavior impact on the environment is positive. 3) There is no positive effect of consumer’s knowledge to ward eco-friendly product purchasing decisions. 4) There is a positive effect of consumer’s attitudes toward eco-friendly product purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Research on the orientation of the strategy with the environment have been carried out by previous researchers, but still produces a variety of findings, in addition to the research is generally done in large companies. Therefore, research on strategic orientation fit and environment in small and medium-sized companies that use environmental typology of Dess and Beard, (1984) still needs to be done.

Abstract

Purpose: “The Influence of Firm Size, Bid Ask Spread, and Trading Volume on Price Reversal” is a research that aims to analyze the factors that affect price reversal on companies listed in LQ45 Index in period of November 8 - November 16, 2016. Methodology: This research is an associative study to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. The population used in this study was all companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period. The method of collecting data used purposive sampling. Data obtained from purposive sampling method was 44 companies. Analysis method used in this research was multiple linear regression. Testing the hypothesis used the adjusted coefficient of determination, t-statistic test, and f-statistic test. Findings: The result of this research shows that firm size has positive and significant effect to price reversal, bid ask spread has positive and significant effect to price reversal, and trading volume has positive and significant impact to price reversal. Implications: The implications of the above conclusions are that investors can pay attention to the factor of firm size, bid ask spread, and trading volume as a basic for consideration to trade on the exchange to get the best return in accordance with the compensation of the risk that they received. Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of the composition of perceptual task conflicts on group performance in non-profit organizations. In addition, this study also explores the role of moderators of collaborative conflict management on the influence of the composition of perceptual task conflicts on group performance. Data collection is done by questionnaire. Data were analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis. This study involved 232 respondents from 58 teams / working groups from non-profit organizations namely college scouts, libraries, village level government institutions, early childhood education, PKK organizations and dasa wisma. The results of hierarchical regression analysis indicate that the composition of perceptual task conflicts negatively affects group performance. However, there is not enough evidence of the role of collaboration conflict management in with the influence of the composition of the conflict on the task of the group on group performance. Several implications are given based on the results of this study

Abstract

Technological role in various of organisational activity aspects get to be understood since technology emphasizes on information system arrangement with computer purpose, information technology can meet the need information with meteoric, timely, relevant, and accurate. Public service by government institution expected getting better and efficient,so that need developed. This research intent to test information system acceptance model on government institution at Purwokerto by use of twenty institutions and as much 176 samples. Method that is utilized for analyzing is Structural Equational Model (SEM). Result that is reached from this research points out that influential external variable to purpose easy perception and easy perception ascendant purpose to usefull perception.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of internal corporate governance mechanisms of the tendency of managers to behave opportunistically. Samples used are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange with the observation period started in 2000 to 2007, and data analysis methods used are the path analysis through Amos 1.6 program. The results of this study show that: 1) internal corporate governance mechanisms that represented with independent boards and boards size could prevent the tendency of managers to opportunistic behavior represented by debt to assets ratio; 2) the internal mechanisms of corporate governance represented by boards size are able to prevent the tendency of managers to behave opportunistic represented with systematic risk.

Abstract

Small Businesses are growing in importance. Hundreds of small businesses openevery month. Small business as one that is independently owned and operated are 402units in Banyumas Regency. Some factors have influenced the small businesses growth.The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of motivation and internal locusof control with moderation of commitment toward the self-efficacy of the smallbusinessmen in Banyumas Regency.The result of this research shows that self-efficacy of the small businessmen aredirectly influenced by motivation and internal locus of control. Relationships betweenmotivation and self-efficacy are moderated by the commitment, but the relationshipsbetween internal locus of control and self-efficacy aren’t moderated by the commitmentof the owners.
