Saat ini kita sedang menghadapi pasar bebas Asia Tenggara yang dikenal dengan sebutan Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean (MEA). Perlu disadari bahwa MEA membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang memiliki kompetensi dengan daya saing yang tinggi dan kematangan mental. Dunia pendidikan kita juga dihadapkan pada suatu tantangan yaitu era pengetahuan (knowledge era). Oleh karena itu, tujuan pendidikan dan pembelajaran hendaknya bermuara pada pemenuhan keterampilan intelektual pebelajar, agar kelak dapat berasimilasi dengan era pengetahuan. Untuk mewujudkan tujuan tersebut, perlu mewujudkan tugas yang terpenting dalam mengajar yaitu membantu siswa berpikir. Salah satu keterampilan intelektual yang perlu diberikan kepada pebelajar adalah keterampilan mengembangkan daya cipta atau pemikiran kreatif agar ia menjadi individu yang kreatif. Model SM2CL sebagai model pembelajaran yang menggabungkan synectics (aktivitas analogi), mind map (peta pikiran), dan cooperative learning (pembelajaran kelompok kecil) sudah teruji efektivitasnya dalam pembelajaran. Pembelajaran IPA, khususnya pembelajaran biologi sejatinya selalu dikembangkan untuk menghasilkan model-model pembelajaran yang inovatif. Dengan demikian, harapan akan pebelajar yang memiliki kompetensi dan daya saing tinggi bisa tercapai yang pada gilirannya pebelajar dapat berasimilasi dengan MEA dan knowledge era. SM2CL merupakan salah satu hasil pengembangan model pembelajan yang efektif meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif, sikap kreatif, dan penguasaan materi pelajaran pada pebelajar.

This research is descriptive research which aims to know the implementation of Physiology Plant Anatomy practicum in the even semester of academic year 2016/2017. The subject of this research is the fourth semester student of Biology Education Department of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UIN Alauddin Makassar which amounts to 70 people. The focus of the research emphasizes on the practicum implementation of Plant Physiology Anatomy covering the time available, preparation of practicum, the process of implementation as well as laboratory facilities and infrastructure. Technique of collecting data with laboratory documentation in the form of inventory list, attendance list practice and lecturer; Questionnaires were given to the practitioners to find out their responses to the practicum of plant physiology natomi; Interviews were also conducted with praktikan as secondary data. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive approach. The results showed that the allocation of time for each practical activity was in the category of less good with the percentage of respondents by 59%; Preparation of the practice is in good category with a percentage of 72%. Implementation of practicum with 65% percentage is in medium category; The availability of laboratory advice and prerequisites is in the moderate category with a percentage of 61%.

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh pemanfaatan getah pohon pisang batu (Musa brachycarpa) yang digunakan sebagai penyembuh luka. Getah pohon pisang efektif untuk memperpendek waktu peradangan. Di samping itu getah pohon pisang dapat berkhasiat sebagai antiseptik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efek pemberian getah pohon pisang batu terhadap pertumbuhan Staphylococccus aureus. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriktif menggunakan metode difusi agar, di mana digunakan 5 konsentrasi sampel yaitu 10%, 20%, 40%, 60% dan 80% pada Staphylococcus aureus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat zona hambat pada konsentrasi 20%, 40%, 60% dan 80%. Di mana bahwa semakin tinggi konsentrasi getah pohon pisang batu maka semakin besar diameter zona hambat yang terbentuk. Disarankan kepada masyarakat untuk memanfaatkan getah pohon pisang batu sebagai alternatif dalam pengobatan luka.Kata Kunci: Staphylococccus aureus, Getah Pohon Pisang Batu

Moral is one of life device to using for recognize individual behavior so it can adjust with social rules. For that matter, moral can be signs and individual guidance. But in reality, not least from the individual behaviors does not reflect any moral content. Many cases of pornography, sexual immorality, and other unlawful to make an evaluation how the moral sense can be interpreted. How true moral function can be restored as moral reasons and why moral to set out in life. This is become important topic, because the moral course touches all aspects of life. The discussion here is a variation of moral development and investment that generates diversity in the application of moral behavior. Completely depends on the upbringing and education in formal schools that will determine how the individual from childhood to adolescence to make sense of morals. The conclusion of the discussion of moral featured version that is the result of moral development; moral as a result of copy paste, education, and or creativity.

This study aims to: (1) determine microbiological knowledge of students of Biology Education Force 2013 Faculty of MT and Teaching UIN Alauddin Makassar (2) know the attitude of hygienic education students Biology Force 2013 Faculty of MT and Teaching UIN Alauddin Makassar (3) examine the relationship between knowledge of microbiology with hygienic attitudes students Force 2013 Faculty of Biology Education and Teaching Tarbiyah UIN Alauddin Makassar.This study is a correlational study using a quantitative approach. This study used a population of 118 people drawn from all students of the Faculty of Biology Education and Teaching Tarbiyah UIN Alauddin Makassar class of 2013. Sampling was conducted using simple random sampling technique as much as 40 samples. When the study in March 2016. Data collection techniques used were a test to find out how knowledge of microbiology students Force 2013 Faculty of Biology Education and Teaching Tarbiyah UIN Alauddin Makassar and questionnaires to find out how hygienic attitudes education students Force 2013 Biology Faculty of MT and Teaching UIN Alauddin Makassar.The results showed: (1) knowledge of microbiology students of the Faculty of Biology Education and Teaching Tarbiyah UIN Alauddin Makassar class of 2013 were in the high category with an average score of 77. (2) hygienic attitudes of students of Biology Education and Teaching Faculty Tarbiyah UIN Alauddin Makassar force in p2013 were in both categories with an average score of 94. (3) there is a relationship between knowledge of microbiology with student hygienic attitude force in 2013 Faculty of Biology Education and Teaching Tarbiyah UIN Alauddin Makassar with a contribution of 24.1% to the level of siginifikansi a = 0.05 (5 %) where rhitung (0.491)> rtabel (0.263).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran IPA di SMPN XY Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kredibilitas data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan, dan triangulasi metode. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model analisis Miles dan Huberman untuk selanjutnya diperoleh kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pendidikan karakter sudah diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran IPA di SMPN XY Kota Malang, Implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran IPA dilakukan melalui a) mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter dalam kurikulum sekolah dengan cara guru melakukan analisis KD melalui identifikasi nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam materi pembelajaran IPA dan guru mendesain RPP mata pelajaran IPA yang memuat fokus pendidikan karakter, b) melalui pilihan dan penggunan metode pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan karakter peserta didik, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dalam proses belajar mengajar guru selalu menciptakan suasana belajar dengan langkah kegiatan mulai dari merumuskan masalah, merumuskan hipotesis, mengumpulkan data, menganalisis data dan menarik kesimpulan, c) melalui pengelolaan kelas, guru membentuk kelas menjadi kelompok untuk menumbuhkan sikap kerjasama dan toleransi antar teman sebaya.

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of self-regulated learning and self-adjustment in learning achievement. The research subjects are consisted of 121 first grade students (ages 12-14 years) at one junior secondary schooling Yogyakarta. The research measurement scales are consisted of self-regulated learning and self-adjustment. The learning aachievement data are collected from the student card report. Data analysis was done by using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS computer program. The analysis result shows that self regulated learning and self adjustment jointly have a significant role on student achievement (F-value of 3.089 significance probability value of 0.049,p < 0.05) Based on the partial test, it can be seen that the self regulated learning variables and self-adjustment variables separately had no significant role of student achievement. It can be seen from the probability values of significance respectively of 0.496 (p > 0.05) and 0.072 (p > 0.05).

This research aimed (1) To find out the student’s learning outcomes by using learning strategies Numbered Heads Together (NHT) on the material digestive system for students of class XI MAN Pinrang, (2) To find out the student’s learning outcomes by using a learning strategies Reading Guide on material digestive system for students of class XI MAN Pinrang and (3) To find out a significant differences between the results of student’s learning by using learning strategy Numbered Heads Together (NHT) than students who using learning strategy Reading Guide on material digestive system for all students of class XI MAN Pinrang. The type of research used in this study was a quasi-experimental research (quasi- experimental) that used the design of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The populations in this research were all students of class XI MAN Pinrang in academic year 2015/2016 which consisted of six classes. The technique of sampling used in this research was simple random sampling, selected as the first experimental class was the class XI IPA4 as many as 37 students and selected as second experimental class II was the class XI IPA6 as many as 37 students. Technique of collecting data used by using a test instrument that has multiple choice questions of 25 questions relating to the material digestive system and observation sheet. Technique of data analysis used the descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis.The results obtained in both groups through a descriptive statistical analysis were, the average results of studying biology by using learning strategy Numbered Heads Together (NHT) at = 75.16 while the average result of studying biology by using learning strategy Reading Guide amounted to 75.43. The results of inferential data analysis showed that significant value was obtained thitung 9.734> ttabel 1.998 and significance (0.000 <0.05). So, it can be concluded that there were significant differences by using learning strategies between Numbered Heads Together (NHT) with Reading Guide on biology learning outcomes for students of class XI at MAN Pinrang.

This thesis discusses cooperative learning model that Think Pair Share and The Power of Two on the subject of the Digestive System Student Class XI SMAN 1 Pallangga. With the aim of research to find out whether there are differences in learning outcomes of students who are taught by koopertaif learning model Think Pair Share and The Power of Two on the subject of the digestive system of class XI student of SMAN 1 Pallangga. This research is experimental form of Quasi Experimental Design (quasi-experimental) design study is a "Posttest-Only Control Design". The study population was all students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga. The research sample is class XI IPA4 as an experiment I and class II XI IPA7 as an experiment. Data collection was performed by using the test results in the form posttest study, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis techniques. Analysis of the data shows the results of student learning Class XI SMAN 1 Pallangga on the subject of the digestive system that is taught through cooperative learning model Think Pair Share and The Power of Two. First, the study of students who were taught through cooperative learning model Think Pair Share is in the low category with a percentage of 41.4% of 39 students and an average value of 54.25. Second, the study of students who were taught through cooperative learning model The Power of Two learning at high category with a percentage of 70% of the 30 students with an average value of 66.88. All three of the analytical results of hypothesis testing using t-test, thit value = 4.87 and ttab value = 1.67. Where the value of thit> ttab so H0 rejected, H1 accepted, thus there are differences in the average learning outcomes of students who were taught through cooperative learning model Think Pair Share and types The Power of Two on the subject of the digestive system of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Pallangga Gowa.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan tes kognitif yang valid dan reliabel, dengan tes yang memiliki tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, dan efektivitas pengecoh pada materi sistem pernapasan pada siswa kelas XI IPA 4 dan XI IPA 5 SMAN 1 Makassar. Proses pengembangan perangkat tersebut menggunakan model pengembangan tipe formatif research oleh Tessmer. Data validitas isi dianalisis secara matematis menggunakan rumus Gregory, sedangkan validitas empiris menggunakan korelasi point biserial. Reliabilitasnya dihitung dengan menggunakan program ITEMAN, sedangkan tingkat kesukaran, daya beda, dan pengecoh dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan analisis ANATES Ver. 4. Hasil ujicoba menghasilkan tes kognitif dengan soal tes bentuk pilihan ganda sebanyak 50 nomor, 25 nomor untuk paket A dan 25 nomor untuk paket B. Keselurah paket soal dinyatakan valid dan reliabel dengan tingkat kesukaran untuk masing-masing paket dari kategori sulit, sedang, dan mudah yaitu 1:2:1. Daya beda masing-masing paket berada pada kategori baik. Efektivitas pengecoh masing-masing paket berfungsi dengan baik.
