Abstract

Pandanlandung Village is one of twelve villages in the District of Wagir, Malang Regency which are given the authority to administer governance and development independently in accordance with UU No. 6 of 2014. Carrying out its authority, the village government needs to carry out the construction phase, one of which is planning that starts with village meetings and produces a draft RKPDesa. The preparation of RKPDesa is still done manually so that the process of documentation is long and there is no transparency in delivering the results of the deliberations to the community. One of the efforts to help compile the RKPDesa with an appropriate and efficient delivery process to the community requires an information system on the preparation of village government work plans. This study discusses the design of an information system for the preparation of the RKPDesa aimed at assisting the process of preparing village government work plans. The research methodology used is the method of analysis and design. The method of analysis consists of library studies, field surveys, and interviews, while the design method uses object oriented analysis and design. The results are expected to provide facilities to the village government in the form of applications to improve the performance of the village government so as to meet development goals and transparency to the community. The process of socializing to the village government will be carried out with a period of approximately 1 month

Abstract

The Knowledge in a study program or faculty at Higher Education is an asset that must be utilized by universities. Explicit knowledge can be in the form of meeting attendance, meeting schedules, minutes of meetings, teaching materials, documentation of the final session, letters (SK, ST, contract letters, etc.), certificates, reports, guidelines, manuals , memos, strategic plans, curriculum and so on. However, knowledge cannot be easily accessed by cross study programs or cross faculties at the college. Some study programs have done documentation so well that it has an impact on satisfying accreditation assessments. Study programs that have satisfactory accreditation can be an example for other study programs. A knowledge management system is needed to bridge the distance between study programs that have good governance and others. The results of the knowledge management system testing allow for the exchange of knowledge to become a means of improving the quality of governance both at the study program level and at the faculty level.

Abstract

The development of online shop in this globalization era has progressed very rapidly, especially E-Marketplace. E-Marketplace is the most popular kind of online shop because of the guaranteed security by providing the intermediatery so customers do not need to be afraid to make a transaction without having to meet in person. International Batik Center (IBC) as one of the batik shopping areas in Pekalongan which provides place for more than 200 SMEs has a similar concept with E-Marketplace. IBC itself is not applying online business transactions at this moment so the marketing of SMEs products at IBC is limited in Pekalongan. To overcome this problem, an E-Marketplace system comprised of several sub systems will be designed. This research focuses on android-based sales sub-system. Design method used in this research is ICONIX Process. The purpose of this research is to build an android- based E-Marketplace system that can be used by customers as a medium to conduct online transactions. With E-Marketplace system, it is expected that all party in it, which are IBC, SMEs, and customers, will get a lot of benefits compared to the conventional market. In particular, this design is also expected to provide benefits for customers to simplify and speed up the transaction process.

Abstract

In many condition of potatoes storage made extra observation. Potatoes condition like defect, placement, dan typical storage had effect on potatoes durability. This instrument to help observation of potatoes when places on storage, with real time record model made the changes condition of potatoes can be observed anytime. Serial asyncronous communication mode made data transfer between microcontroller with personal computer where the data storage had been saved on PC database. This model hopefully help farmer to observe potatoes condition on climate changes. The ideal condition of potatoes is 40C for temperature and 75-90% RH for humidity. So we have set point on stability of media. Abstract

Fuzzy K-Modes is an effective method for clustering categorical data. This method is as extensions of fuzzy k-means algorithm by using modes in the process of matching the dissimilarity measure to update centroid of the cluster and to obtain the optimal solution. Nevertheless, Fuzzy K-Modes has the disadvantage of the possibility of stopping in the optimal local solution. Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) is an optimization method that has been proven effective and has the ability to obtain global solutions. This study proposes a hybridization between the Artificial Bee Colony algorithm and Fuzzy K-Modes for clustering categorical data. The implementation of hybridization between Artifical Bee Colony and Fuzzy K-Modes (ABC-FKMO) has been proven to be able to improve the performance of categorical data clustering especially in the aspects of Objective Function, F-Measure, and Accuracy. The test results with datasets of the Soybean Disease, Breast Cancer and Congressional Voting Records from the UCI data repository, showed the Accuracy averages of 0.991, 0.615, and 0.867. Objective Function is better at an average of 2.73%, F-Measure is better at an average of 4.31% and Accuracy is better at an average of 5.16%.

Abstract

Each study program seeks to improve the quality of education and accreditation. One element that becomes the value of accreditation is students who graduate on time. The more active students, the more students will graduate on time. Thus, the head of the study program needs to make predictions of students who will be inactive in the next semester. To make predictions, we must determine what features are needed. This article is the result of feature selection research to predict the active status of students. The selection of features using seven features using the RandomForest package from R Studio. One feature as output is the active status of students and six features as input i.e; grade point (GP), grade point average (GPA), parent work, school majors, school category, and student hometown. The results of the selection of features show the strongest features to the weakest are; grade points (GP), grade point average (GPA), work of parents, majors of origin, schools of origin, and student hometown

Abstract

In supporting government programs, namely the Electronic Government (e-Government), the Department of Tourism and Culture of West Bandung Regency which specifically handles Public Employment and Cultural Development is needs to harmonize business services and information solutions in relation to the internal aspects of the community development and development potential for the West Bandung Regency community. Enterprise Architecture (EA) is the answer to the IT blueprint documentation of development plan. The design of EA in this study uses the TOGAF ADM framework to meet system development needs through Phase C: Information System Architecture (Data Architecture & Application Architecture). Document analysis, interviews and observations was carried out in supporting the research of the organization's information needs during the development of EA. The results obtained in the form of data and application integration solutions through Government Service Bus (GSB) technology.

Abstract

Electrical Energy has a large contribution to the operational costs that must be incurred. The selection of electrical equipment can be one alternative that might be implemented to reduce operational costs incurred. In its use sometimes users do not know any electrical equipment that uses high electrical power and low electrical power. Therefore a system was made to classify data on electric power usage. This data will be classified into four classes, such as: very efficient, efficient, quite efficient and wasteful. Data classification is done using a back propagation neural network algorithm. The training data set used is 190 data and the test data set is 30 data. Based on the training that has been done, the optimal parameters are learning rate 0.5, target error 0.001, max epoch 10000, and 25 hidden neurons. Tests show that the system is able to recognize data with an accuracy level of 96.67% and MSE of 0.03333. Of the 30 data that have been tested obtained 29 data in accordance with the target. Where the 29 data are classified into 4 classes, namely 9 data classes are very efficient, 6 data classes are efficient, 5 data classes are quite efficient and 9 data classes are wasteful. The results of this study can be concluded that the backpropagation neural network algorithm can be implemented to classify electrical power usage data.

Abstract

This research contains the discussion the use of machine learning for doing prediction toward a good loan using random forest algorithm. This prediction will become basic reference for the bank to continue in evaluating credit risk. At this time, the absence of decision support system for doing prediction toward a good loan became a problem to the bank in attempt to reduce the credit risk. Therefore, a decision support system with machine learning modelling using random forest algorithm was built in predicting a good loan. Based on the result of this research, the prediction model being evaluated in several scenarios and having an average result 96,47%

Abstract

Perkembangan insant messenger khususnya aplikasi skype semakin pesat. Pengguna skype biasanya sebagai alat unuk berbagi informasi menggunakan smarphone android. Jumlah pengguna aplikasi skype yang banyak dapat disalah gunakan untuk melakukan kegiatan kejahatan seperti transaksi barang ilegal berupa vape narkoba sesama pengguna skype. Kasus ini bisa diselesaikan dengan mendapatkan bukti digital dari aplikasi skype yang tertinggal di smartphone android menggunakan metode digial forensik. Metode forensik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah National Institute of Justice (NIJ) dengan terdapat beberapa tahapan yaitu identification, collection, examination, analysis, dan reporting sedangkan software Oxygen Forensic Suite digunakan untuk akuisisi data. Hasil yang didapat berhasil mendapat semua barang bukti yang diinginkan dari kedua smartphone yang terisntall skype yaitu EVERCROSS dan SAMSUNG J2 berupa akun profil, kontak person, teks percakapan dan file gambar dengan presentase hasil akuisisi data Skype dari smartphone EVERCROSS B75 berhasil mendapat data 48% dan hasil akuisisi data Skype dari SAMSUNG J2 berhasil mendapat data 100%.
