<![CDATA[The existence of a potential regional community empowerment program that can increase income and community independence, namely the Mansiro woven activity, motivates this research. The goal of this research was to gain a better understanding of the stages and processes of community empowerment through woven mansiro in Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh. This is a qualitative study that employs a case study approach. The research subjects were community members who were members of the mansiro woven group, and the research informants were managers, nagari officials, PKK, and local residents. Interviews, observation, and documentation were used to collect data. The data analysis techniques employed, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The source and method triangulation technique is used to validate data. According to the findings of this study: (1) Empowerment of women through woven mansiro in Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh is seen from the aspect of awareness by motivating the community and educating the community so that the community wants to take action. (2) The empowerment of women through woven mansiro in Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh seen from the aspect of knowledge transformation is carried out by providing training, coaching and assistance to the community. (3) The empowerment of women through woven mansiro in Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh is seen from the aspect of increasing community skills, namely that the community has succeeded in forming an independence. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by the high level of juvenile delinquency that occurred in Tangah Nagari Anduriang Village, Padang Pariaman Regency, this is presumably because the role of parents is not carried out properly, it can be said that the role of parents towards children is still low. This study aims to describe the role of parents, describe juvenile delinquency and see the relationship between the role of parents and juvenile delinquency.This type of research is a descriptive correlational research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were teenagers who lived in Tangah Village with ages from 13 - 18 years, amounting to 48 people and a sample of 50%, namely 24 people with a sampling technique, namely cluster random sampling. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire and the tool used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and the Spearman Rho formula.The results of this study indicate that: 1) Ther role of parents towards children is low; 2) juvenile delinquency that occurs is high; 3) there is a significant relationship between the role of parents and juvenile delinquency in Tangah Nagari Anduring Village, Padang Pariaman Regency. The suggestion of this research is for parents to increase their knowledge and insight on how to educate and implement/apply their role as parents during the growth and development of children so that they can behave in accordance with the norms that have been set and can be accepted in their environment, To community institutions, in order to give warnings or advice to teenagers who commit juvenile delinquency so that the teenager feels deterred, and for further researchers it is expected to be able to conduct research on other factors that mention juvenile delinquency so as to broaden understanding. <![CDATA[This research was motivated by the low interest in entrepreneurship from entrepreneurship training graduates at PKBM Karang Putih, which was thought to be due to the low self-concept of entrepreneurship training graduates. This research aims to see a picture of the self-concept of entrepreneurship training graduates, a picture of entrepreneurship training graduates' interest in entrepreneurship at PKBM Karang Putih, the relationship between self-concept and entrepreneurship interest of entrepreneurship training graduates at PKBM Karang Putih.This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population in this study were all entrepreneurship training graduates at PKBM Karang Putih, totaling 75 people with a sample of 60% (45). The sampling technique used is Cluster Random Sampling and the data analysis technique uses percentage and product moment formulas.The results of this research show that the self-concept of entrepreneurship training graduates is not yet of high quality and the interest in entrepreneurship of entrepreneurship training graduates is low, and there is a significant relationship between self-concept and interest in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship training graduates at PKBM Karang Putih. <![CDATA[This research is written based on the 3 in 1 Training for Making Fashion Embellishments with Hand Sewing Tools Batch X (Gold Thread Embroidery) which aims to improve skills and create jobs in the field of embroidery and fashion aimed at people who need training so that the skills they have can be officially recognized in the form of certificates. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation process of the Training 3 in 1 Making Fashion Embellishments with Hand Sewing Tools Batch X (Gold Thread Embroidery) in conducting training. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a case study research method. The data sources in this study are the Head of the Training Organizer as the research subject and the head of the training, instructors and participants as research informants. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques are using source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The results showed that the skills training process starts from 1) Planning; 2) Implementation; 3) Assistance; and 4) Evaluation.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the high intensity of playing with gadgets from early childhood in Kenagarian Pasar Baru, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The method used in the research is a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population of this study was 52 parents who had children aged 3-6 years. The data collection method used is a questionnaire which contains statements that are used as a data collection tool. Next, the data was analyzed using a percentage formula with correlation using the Product Moment formula. The results of the research show that: (1) the effectiveness of communication in the family is classified as poor, (2) the intensity of gadget use in early childhood in Kenagarian Pasar Baru, Pesisir Selatan Regency is classified as high, and (3) there is a significant relationship between the effectiveness of communication in the family and the intensity of communication in the family. <![CDATA[Recitation is an activity carried out by a number of individuals to gain religious knowledge and good morals or attitudes. The religious attitudes seen among the people in Jorong Teluk Sikai are still relatively low. This is thought to be because there are people who take part in the recitation and there are also people who do not take part in the recitation. This research aims to: (1) describe the religious attitudes of the people who attend the recitation, (2) describe the religious attitudes of the people who do not attend the recitation, and (3) determine whether or not there are differences in the religious attitudes of people who do and do not attend the recitation in Jorong Teluk Sikai. This research is research that uses quantitative methods with a comparative type. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The research subjects were 30 people who took part in the recitation and 30 people who did not take part in the recitation. The data analysis technique uses hypothesis testing with t test analysis (independent sample t-test). The results of this research are: (1) the religious attitudes of people who take part in the recitation are classified as good, (2) the religious attitudes of people who do not take part in the recitation are classified as poor, and (3) there is a significant difference between the religious attitudes of people who do and do not take part in the recitation at Jorong Sikai. It is hoped that the community will always support recitation activities as a form of non-formal education in society so that it will form good religious attitudes in society. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low participation of learning residents at LKP Ida Teratai Payakumbuh City. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population in this study were residents studying sewing courses at LKP Ida Teratai Payakumbuh City. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population was used as a sample (24 people). The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a data collection tool using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses the percentage formula and rank order correlation formula. The results of this study indicate that the interpersonal communication of instructors at LKP Ida Teratai Payakumbuh City is not well implemented, the participation of learning residents at LKP Ida Teratai Payakumbuh City is low, there is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication of instructors an the participation of citizens learning at LKP Ida Teratai Payakumbuh City.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is based on the low level of student learning activity at TPQ Baiturahman Sialang. This is thought to be influenced by peer interactions. This research aims to: (1) see a picture of student peer interactions at TPQ Baiturahman Sialang; (2) see a picture of students' active learning at TPQ Baiturahman Sialang; (3) looking at the relationship between peer interactions and students' active learning at TPQ Baiturahman Sialang. This research is a type of correlational quantitative research with a population of 30 people with samples using cluster random sampling techniques. <![CDATA[The low social attitudes of teenagers in Rawang village are the background for this research. The lack of effective interpersonal communication in the family makes this happen. The objectives of this study are: 1) describe interpersonal communication in the family in rawang village, Pariaman City; 2) describe social attitudes in rawang village, Pariaman City; 3) see the relationship between interpersonal communication in the family with the social attitudes of adolescents in rawang village. The research approach with quantitative with correlational research type. The study population was adolescents in the village of rawang, Pariaman city which amounted to 30 people by making the research sample using stratified proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a list of questions (questionnaire) data analysis techniques using the percentage formula and product moment. The results of the study include: 1) interpersonal communication in the family in adolescents is categorized as less effective: 2) the social attitudes of adolescents in Rawang village are categorized as low; 3) there is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication in the family with the social attitudes of adolescents in Rawang village, Pariaman City. <![CDATA[This research is background by the high discipline of scout members in participating in scout extracurricular activities at SMA N 8 Padang, which is thought to be influenced by the activeness of students in organizations. This study aims to see an overview of the activeness of student organizations in participating in scout extracurricular activities at SMA N 8 Padang. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all students who took part in scout extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 8 Padang. The population is 29 people and 70% of the sample taken is 22 people using simple random sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, with data collection tools in the form of a list of written statements or a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula. The results showed that: (1) participation in management was very active (2) getting to know and being known by the school environment was active (3) often visiting the secretariat of the organization was active (4) in responding to problems very active (5) in communicating, discussing, and very active in coordinating (6) in expressing opinions very active (7) in spending time very active (8) in having information about the organization very active (9) in contributing very actively.
