Abstract

This research was motivated by the low participation in PKH KPM learning in participating in learning at family capacity building meetings (P2K2) which was caused by the low educational skills of companions during learning. The aims of this study are: 1) Describe the educational skills of the mentors, 2) Describe the learning participation of KPM PKH, 3) See the relationship between the educational skills of mentors and the learning participation of KPM PKH. This study uses a quantitative correlational approach. The population in this study amounted to 75 people, while a sample of 40 people was drawn using simple random sampling. Techniques in data collection are questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses the percentage and product moment formulas. The results showed that: 1) The description of the educational skills of the companions was categorized as low; 2) The description of PKH KPM learning participation is categorized as low; 3) there is a significant relationship between the educational skills of the facilitators and the learning participation of KPM PKH.Keywords: Participation, Education, Nonformal.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik di TPA al-hafidzh Nagari Persiapan Maligi Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Hal ini diduga karena kurang baiknya metode pembelajaran di TPA al-hafidzh Nagari Persiapan Maligi Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) gambarkan metode belajar; dan 2) gambaran hasil belajar peserta didik; serta 3) Hubungan metode belajar dengan hasil belajar peserta didik di TPA Al-Hafidzh Nagari Persiapan Maligi Kab Pasaman Barat. Pendekatan yang peneliti pakai dalam kegiatan penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian yang peneliti pakai yaitu penelitian korelasi. Proportional Random Sampling merupakan teknik untuk mengambil sampel yang peneliti pakai dalam kegiatan penelitian ini, di mana sampel yang peneliti ambil sebanyak 70% dari 45 warga belajar di lokasi peneliti melakukan kegiatan penelitian ini, maka sampelnya ada sebanyak 32 responden. Instrumen yang peneliti pakai dalam kegiatan penelitian ini adalah angket yang berisi pernyataan. Setelah data dikumpulkan melaui angket, kemudian peneliti gambarkan dengan cara rumus persentase, sementara rumus product moment adalah rumus yang peneliti pakai untuk melihat hubungan antara dua variabel. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: 1) Gambaran metode pembelajaran di TPA Al-Hafidzh Nagari Persiapan Maligi Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dikategorikan kurang baik, hal ini didapat dan dibuktikan dari hasil olah data angket yang telah dilakukan. 2) Gambaran hasil belajar peserta didik di TPA Al-Hafidzh Nagari Persiapan Maligi Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dikategorikan rendah. Hal ini dapat diamati melalui hasil belajar 20 peserta didik pada nilai 64-65 menjadi persentase terbanyak. 3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara metode pembelajaran dengan hasil belajar peserta didik di TPA Al-Hafidzh Nagari Persiapan Maligi Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Selanjutnya saran diharapkan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk bisa meneliti variabel baru yang dapat memperlengkap variabel dan penelitian yang ada.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of trainees in the pratical office advance program at BLK Attitude, which was allegedly due to the low learning independence of trainees in the pratical office advance program at BLK Attitude. This study aims to reveal a description of the relationship between learning independence and learning outcomes in the practical office advance program at BLK Attitude. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population in this study were all 32 participants of the second wave of practical office advance training for the 2022 period. While the sample was taken using simple random sampling as many as 75% as many as 24 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the rank order correlation formula. The results showed that: 1) the learning independence of the trainees in the practical office advance program at BLK Attitude was still low; 2) the learning outcomes of the practical office advance program training participants are still low; 3) there is a significant relationship between learning independence and learning outcomes in the practical office advance program at BLK Attitude

Abstract

The background of this research is the low value of the results of the ability to read the Koran for students in the Nur Akbar Al-Qur'an Education Park in Kampung Sawah, which is suspected to be due to the poor Iqra method used in carrying out the learning process. This study aims to describe the relationship between the Iqra method and the ability to read the Koran for students in the Nur Akbar Al-Qur'an Education Park, Sawah Village, Lubuk Basung District, Agam Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population in this study is all students who are in groups into juz amma and Al-Qur'an. Sampling was done by using cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as knowledge tests and skills tests. Data analysis technique using the rank order correlation formula. The results showed that the Iqra method that had been implemented was still classified as not good, the ability to read the Qur'an of the santri participants was still relatively low with a poor category, and there was a significant relationship between the Iqra method and the ability to read the Al-Qur'an of the santri participants in Nur Akbar Al-Qur'an Educational Park, Kampung Sawah, Lubuk Basung District, Agam Regency. This means that the use of the Iqra method can have an influence on improving the ability to read the Al-Qur’an. Suggestions in this study are that the ustad/ustadzah pay more attention to and also increase the application of the Iqra method in the implementation of learning carried out, it is hoped that the santri participants will be able to improve their ability to read the Al-Qur'an so that it can be even better, it is hoped that future researchers can deepen this research with a more complete variable. Keywords:  iqra method, reading ability Al-Qur’an

Abstract

This research is background by the lack of discipline of adolescents in Jorong Malasiro, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, which is thought to be due to the family education experienced. This study aims to reveal a description of family education in Jorong Malasiro, a description of adolescent discipline in Jorong Malairo, and the relationship between family education and adolescent discipline in Jorong Malasiro, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational types. The population in this study were 64 people who were all teenagers in Jorong Malasiro, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. The sample of this study was taken by 50%, namely 32 people using the Cluster Random Sampling sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and the Product Moment correlation formula. The results showed that: (1) family education in Jorong Malasiro was categorized as good, (2) the description of adolescent discipline in Jorong Malasiro was categorized as poor, (3) there was a relationship between family education and adolescent discipline in Jorong Malasiro, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, but the relationship was less significant because it is categorized as moderate. Suggestions for all parents in Jorong Malasiro to improve the quality of family education in shaping adolescent discipline. It is suggested to the family empowerment institution in order to improve the ability of parents in educating the discipline of teenagers. Keywords: Family Education, Youth Discipline

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is one of the innovative efforts in education that aims to increase the meaning and relevance of the learning process for students. The Independent Curriculum has been implemented in several schools or educational institutions, but it still needs to be understood more deeply about how this approach is responded to and interpreted by stakeholders, especially teachers as direct implementers in the classroom. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum in the Padang State University Laboratory Development Elementary School is the main focus of this research. This article describes the teacher's interpretation of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in the school environment which aims to understand how teachers respond to and integrate important aspects of this curriculum into everyday learning practices. Research that uses a descriptive quantitative approach with percentage techniques. The results of this study are that most of the indicators for implementing the Independent Curriculum are in the very high and high categories. This means that teachers in Laboratory Elementary Schools show a strong commitment to contribute positively to the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. The indicator of experience in participating in the Independent Curriculum training/workshop is still in the low category. So that follow-up is needed in the form of providing Free Curriculum training for teachers so that competence and understanding in implementing the Independent Curriculum are better.

Abstract

The background of this research is the unique phenomenon that exists at the Amani Learning House Course and Training Institute (LKP) Work training programs at this Institute which have programs located in the garment and embroidery and fashion sectors, especially in the Riau Archipelago and also work together with the Empowerment Service Women, the Office of Manpower who always trust the Institute and provide the most complete facilities and infrastructure when they want to conduct training. The purpose of this study is to find out how the Amani Learning House Course and Training Institute (LKP) Management in Batam City. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a case study research method. The sources of data in this study were managers, tutors and 5 residents studying at the Amani Learning House Course and Training Institute. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis of intestinal marking is data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Data validation techniques using the triangulation method, the triangulation principle and triangulation theory. The results of this study indicate (1) in the extracurricular planning component, briefings are carried out before each activity (2) the form of organization in this extracurricular is by grouping forums in each field, namely groups that are not yet able to sew, groups that are able to sew, groups that are able to sew but are not able to use tools (3) in the movement component that the Manager is currently carrying out is by giving indirect directions to learning residents who are attending training courses sew this. However, the Manager usually emphasizes to the learning residents to be serious in practicing in their respective groups, because they are a team that is highly valued for its cohesiveness and interrelatedness. The movements made are mostly from tutors and administrators. (4) direct supervision of learning residents who take part in this sewing course training. This is due to the busyness experienced by the Manager himself, the Manager gives directions to tutors and tutors who will provide direct supervision to the learning residents.  Keywords: Management of the Amani Learning House Course and Training Institute (LKP).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the number of children who are unemployed due to dropping out, where these children need skills in obtaining job opportunities and business opportunities. The aim is to improve community skills through training activities so that they can increase knowledge, increase family income, get job opportunities, and improve the welfare of the community, especially children who have dropped out of school. The purpose of this study is to see a description of the level of discipline of learning residents, to see a description of the completeness of facilities, comfort, adequacy, security and cleanliness at PKBM Locomotive, to describe the cooperation of partners and forms of cooperation, to see the management in every program provided by the government, and to see description of the institution in facilitating training activities in PKBM Locomotive. This research is a research using a qualitative approach, with the research method is a case study. Sources of data in this study were learning residents who took part in fashion training in providing job opportunities for school dropouts at PKBM Locomotive as research subjects and the head of the Institute as research informants. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique is by using source triangulation. The results of the study show that: 1) the skills training process starts from planning, implementation, mentoring and evaluation; 2) forms of fashion training in the form of student discipline, completeness of facilities, adequacy, comfort, security, partner cooperation and forms of cooperation, training management, as well as institutions in facilitating training.Keywords: training, job opportunities

Abstract

This research is background by the success of learning patchwork quilting skills in Korong Kampani, Padang Pariaman Regency, participants learn to participate in learning activities happily and comfortably with what is conveyed by learning sources. The approach of this research is descriptive quantitative research. Thepopulation in this study were study participants who took part in the patchwork quilting learning process in Korong Kampani, Padang Pariaman Regency. The population is 16 people and the sample taken is the whole of the research population. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, with data collection tools in the form of written statements or questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula. The results showed that: (1) the learning material was very good, (2) the learning method was good, (3) the learning media was good, (4) the learning environment was very good and (5) evaluation Learning is good in the Patchwork Quilting Skill Learning Process during the Covid 19 Pandemic for women in Korong Kampani, Padang Pariaman Regency. It is recommended for educators to maintain a very good learning process and improve the components of learning media and evaluation of learning.Keywords: learning process

Abstract

Konteks penelitian ini adalah prestasi akademik siswa LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi yang kurang baik. Hal ini kemungkinan besar akibat dari kompetensi profesional instruktur yang di bawah standar, yang berdampak negatif pada hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini akan melihat 1) Melihat gambaran hubungan antara kompetensi profesional siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa di LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi; 2) Melihat gambaran hubungan antara kompetensi profesional siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa di LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi; dan 3) Melihat gambaran hasil belajar siswa di LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi.Peneliti menggunakan metodologi penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif korelasional. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat, penelitian semacam ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik sampel menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling dan melibatkan hingga 70%, atau 28 orang, dari 40 peserta penelitian. Kuesioner dan daftar pernyataan berfungsi sebagai alat pengumpulan data untuk teknik pengumpulan data ini. Rumus persentase dan Urutan Peringkat keduanya digunakan dalam metode analisis data.Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan: 1) Deskripsi kompetensi profesional pengajar LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi dinilai rendah 2) Hasil belajar siswa LKP Widyaloka Bukittinggi tergolong sedang; 3) Terdapat hubungan yang substansial antara kompetensi profesional pengajar dengan hasil belajar siswa di sekolah. Selain itu, rekomendasi bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk meneliti variabel-variabel baru guna melengkapi dan melengkapi variabel-variabel yang ada. Kata kunci : Kompetensi Profesional; Hasil belajar
