Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya antusias belajar warga belajar pada paker C PKBM Zahratul Syitha Pasaman Barat. Hal ini diduga karena pendekatan belajar tutor yang digunakan kurang cocok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1. Mendeskripsikan pendekatan belajar yang digunakan tutor di paket C di PKBM Zahratul Syitha Pasaman Barat, 2. Mendeskripsikan antusias warga belajar di paket C di PKBM Zahratul Syitha Pasaman Barat, 3. Mengetahui hubungan pendekatan belajar dengan antusias belajar warga belajar di paket C di PKBM Zahratul Syitha Pasaman Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jenis korelasional. Populasi penelitian ialah berjumlah 30 warga belajar dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakam Stratified Random Sampling dan diambil sebanyak 70% yaitu 21 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan alat pengumpulan data berupa daftar pernyataan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase dan Rank Order. Hasil penelitian menemukan : 1) Gambaran pendekatan belajar tutor di paket C PKBM Zahratul Syitha Pasaman Barat dikategorikan kurang baik; 2) Gambaran antusias warga belajar di paket C PKBM Zahratul Syitha Pasaman Barat dikategorikan rendah; 3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pendekatan belajar tutor dengan antusias belajar warga belajar di paket C PKBM Zahratul Syitha Pasaman Barat. Selanjutnya saran diharapkan bahwa : 1) Diharapkan kepada tutor agar menggunakan pendekatan yang tepat dalam belajar yang sesuai dengan sasaran / warga belajar yang dihadapi sehingga dapat mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran yang efektif; 2) Diharapkan kepada warga belajar agar dapat lebih antusias dalam mempelajari materi yang diberikan tutor sehingga memperoleh hasil belajar yang lebih maksimal; 3) Diharapkan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk dapat berinovasi dengan meneliti variabel yang baru sehingga dapat menambah dan memperbanyak variabel yang ada.

ABSTRACTThis research aims to explore and understand the role and strategies of the Elderly Family Development community in encouraging the independence of older people in Cianjur City. The Cianjur City Elderly Family Development Community has a vital role in encouraging the independence of older people. BKL not only acts as a place of socialization for older people but also as a place where they can get support, gain knowledge, and be involved in various activities that increase their independence. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The Elderly Family Development Community has eight strategies: Providing Education and Information, Skills Development, Building Social Support, Holistic Approach, Organizing Recreational and Cultural Activities, Empowerment through Active Participation, collaboration and advocacy. Through these programs and activities, we can encourage older people to develop themselves, especially their independence. Therefore, the importance of collaboration with health services and local government emphasizes that the Elderly Family Development community does not stand alone. This research was conducted to find out that empowerment in a society is very important to advance people's welfare. Most people in Indonesia have their own creativity which is very productive, they just don't realize it. Empowerment is one of the first steps in community activities to improve welfare towards the survival of the community. Women's empowerment is carried out in order to grow the strengths of women so that they are able to develop and prosper, one of which is through the Tanah Liek batik group in Jorong, Sikai Bay, Duo Dharmasraya River. It is very visible that the existence of this batik group can improve the community's economy and create jobs. for people who work as housewives only. This research aims (1) To determine the implementation of learning between fellow craftsmen. (2) To determine the community's environmental support for the Tanah Liek Batik Group. (3) To find out the impact obtained by the Tanah Liek Batik Group craftsmen.This research uses a qualitative approach with the nature of a case study which aims to provide an overview of the findings. The location of this research is Jorong Teluk Sikai, Nagari Sungai Duo, Sitiung District, Dharmasraya Regency. The sources for this research are managers, women who work in the Tanah Liek batik group who can be interviewed, village heads and the surrounding community. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data obtained from this research is based on source triangulation, method triangulation, and theory triangulation.The results of the research show that: (1) There is an implementation of learning between fellow craftsmen in the form of cooperation and giving each other advice, (2) There is support from the surrounding environment for the Tanah Liek batik group physically and non-physically, namely women's empowerment in Sikai Bay, (3) Impact What the craftsmen in the Tanah Liek Batik Group get is able to provide employment opportunities for mothers who only work as housewives, and can help improve the family economy of the craftsmen in the Tanah Liek Batik group.Keywords: Women's Empowerment, Tanah Liek Batik

Memorizing the Al-Quran is a form of worship activity carried out by Muslims, but there are things that must be considered in memorizing the Al-Quran, namely intention, enthusiasm, obedience and the ability to manage time and other activities. Therefore, the implementation process requires discipline. However, what can be seen from the students at the Sakinah Al-Qur'an House is that the students still lack discipline in memorizing the Al-Qur'an. This research uses a quantitative correlational approach to collect and analyze data. Quantitative methods allow researchers to measure the relationship between disciplinary behavior and the amount of memorization of the Al-Qur'an. The data analysis technique used in this research uses the product moment formula with a significance level of 5% (=0.05). The results of this research obtained an rcount of 0.982. The rcount value is consulted with rtable at a 5% confidence level, namely 0.349 with N = 23. The rcount > rtable value means HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant relationship between disciplinary behavior and the amount of memorization by students at Sakinah Air Tawar Barat House, Padang City. So this research confirms that students who show good disciplinary behavior tend to have a higher amount of memorization, and vice versa. The implication of this research is the importance of strengthening discipline in the context of learning the Al-Qur'an, as well as the need for awareness of the importance of disciplined behavior to achieve optimal results in memorizing the Al-Qur'an.Keyword : Memorizing, discipline behavior, number of memorized, Qur'an House.

The existence of MSMEs cannot be eliminated or avoided from today's nation's society. Cibeureum Village is one of the sub-districts in Cimahi Selatan District, Cimahi City, West Java, Indonesia which has a population of 61,027 people, consisting of 30,797 men and 30,230 women. The livelihoods of the Cibeureum sub-district community are varied, while the livelihoods are as civil servants, traders, craftsmen, private employees and others. Cibeureum sub-district, there are 24 MSMEs registered to date, in which conditions the Cibeureum MSMEs have an entrepreneurial tendency, they are still individual and still lack collaboration, many MSMEs do not have complete administration, conventional and digital product marketing is still not optimal, capital is still independent, there is no grouping of types of business and product development innovation is still not maximized. This descriptive qualitative research uses a phenomenological approach. The phenomenological method seeks to understand the meaning of events and their relation to people who are in certain situations. The result of this research is a new innovation in the form of a sustainable assistance model to optimize MSMEs in Cibeureum Village. This innovation is expected to have an impact on increasing economic welfare through MSMEs.Keywords: SMEs, Policy

This research is backround by the lack of interest and motivation in learning of students, and students are more preoccupied with student council activities. The purpose of this research is to find out the description and whether there is a relationship between the activeness of student council organizations and student learning outcomes. The type of research used is correlational with a quantitative approach. With a population of all OSIS administrators at SMPN 34 Kota Padang, totaling 36 people consisting of 21 class VII students and 15 class VIII students. While taking samples using stratified random sampling technique. In this study there were two strata, namely class VII and VIII. So, the sample taken is 70% of the class level. Where the sample is 15 class VII and 11 class VIII with a total sample of 26. The data collection technique is a questionnaire or questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using the proportion formula and rank order. The results of the study show that the results of the research data management and discussion that have been described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded (1) Members and OSIS administrators of SMPN 34 Padang City are included in the active category. Where the level of attendance in OSIS activities is high, is responsible for the position held, dares to provide suggestions, criticism and opinions in good and polite language, has a willingness to sacrifice, and has high motivation to increase self-confidence and potential that exists within. (2) The learning outcomes of students who become members and administrators of the OSIS are modified into the good category with the lowest score of 72.10 and the highest score of 84.70 (3) There is a moderate positive relationship between the activeness of OSIS organizations and student learning outcomes. this is seen from the significant value of 0.002. Where 0.002 <0.05 and the tcount value is 0.586 which is in the medium category.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya Program Rumah Anak Sholeh (RAS) yang berfokus pada siswa berusia 7-12 tahun. Visi dari program ini adalah menjadi model lembaga pengasuhan atau pendampingan Islam yang berkualitas, dimana kegiatan inti Rumah Anak Sholeh adalah penanaman karakter dan tahfiz Al-Qur'an pada santrinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana urutan pelaksanaan pendidikan agama nonformal pada anak usia 7-12 tahun di Rumah Anak Sholeh Pasir Jambak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dimana dalam penelitian ini peneliti berperan sebagai instrumen kunci yang akan menjelaskan apa yang diperoleh selama periode penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Serta teknik keabsahan data berupa triangulasi kejujuran peneliti, triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode dan triangulasi teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pembukaan Rumah Anak Sholeh Pasir Jambak meliputi persiapan kelas dan penyampaian langkah pembelajaran. Kegiatan inti meliputi metode, media, keterlibatan siswa, dan penilaian hasil belajar. Sedangkan kegiatan penutup meliputi kesimpulan pembelajaran dan juga pelaksanaan tindakan tindak lanjut.

The aim of this research is to find out the picture and also the relationship between empowerment strategies by administrators and the participation of PKK women in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Pasaman Regency. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. The population of this study is all PKK mothers registered with the PKK in 2022/2023 in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Pasaman Regency, totaling 30 people. The sampling technique in this research was carried out using the total sampling method, so the total sample that the researchers took was 30 PKK women in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Pasaman Regency. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire format and a list of statements as a data collection tool, the data analysis technique uses percentages to find correlations using the product moment formula. The results of this research are: 1.) The community empowerment strategy used by administrators in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Pasaman Regency shows that respondents chose the alternative answer strongly agree (SS) 24.1%, chose the alternative answer always (S) 64.4%, alternative answers disagree (KS) 5.9%, and those who chose the alternative answer disagree (TS) 5.6%. This means that the community empowerment strategy used by the administrators in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Pasaman Regency can be said to be very good and can increase the activities of PKK women in empowering the community. 2.) The participation of PKK women in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Pasaman Regency shows that respondents chose alternative answers. strongly agree (SS) 27.6%, choose the alternative answer always (S) 61.3%, alternative answer do not agree (KS) 5.6%, and those who choose the alternative answer disagree (TS) 5.6%. This means that the participation of PKK women in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Pasaman Regency can be said to be very good and can improve empowerment strategies in empowering the community and 3.) Product moment correlation data analysis carried out obtained r count = 1.935 and this value was consulted with r table = 0.361 with N = 30. From the results of the consultation, it was found that r count > r table if based on the 5% confidence level, namely 0.361. If r calculated is greater than r table then Ho is rejected and conversely Ha is accepted. So, the conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between empowerment strategies by administrators and the participation of PKK women in Nagari Tanjung Beringin, Pasaman Regency.

This research is motivated by the low success of MSME business actors in South Padang District, Padang City, this is thought to be because training assessed in terms of training objectives, training methods and training implementation is still low. This research aims to reveal (1) a picture of training; (2) description of the success of MSMEs; (3) see the relationship between training and the success of MSMEs in Padang Selatan District, Padang City.This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type of research. The population in this study consisted of 60 respondents. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. The sample was taken from a population of 50 respondents, taking 85% of the total population. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use percentage formulas and product moment correlation formulas.The results of this research show that; (1) training for MSMEs in South Padang District is low; (2) the success of South Padang District MSMEs is still low; (3) there is a significant relationship between training and the success of MSMEs in South Padang District, Padang City. The researchers' suggestions are: 1) It is hoped that instructors can innovate regarding learning methods, training materials, facilities and infrastructure, training time, so that it can be good and appropriate training for business owners. 2) It is hoped that business actors will integrate entrepreneurship into every training material to support business success. 3) It is hoped that future researchers will be able to research new variables so that they can add to existing variables and complete them.

The background of this research is the embossed embroidery business run by a member of the community, who conducts skills training for housewives. The aim is to improve skills, knowledge, increase family income and prosper the people of Solok Selatan Regency. The aim of the researcher is to describe the process of developing a embroidery skill business starting from communication, training methods and strategies and marketing of embroidery skills products. This research is a research using a qualitative approach, the research method is a case study. The source of the data in this study were housewives in Nagari Pakan Rabaa. South Solok Regency, which manages the emerging embroidery business as research subjects, and members of the emerging embroidery skills as research informants. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity technique is by using source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. The results of the study show that the process of developing a business with embroidery skills arises starting from a communication strategy, how close and friendly communication is between managers and members. The process of skills training starts from planning, implementation, mentoring, evaluation and follow-up. The marketing strategy for embroidery skills arises starting from paying attention to the quality standards of the results of skills, promotions carried out through the government, members and utilizing social media and the process of establishing partnerships with several companies.Keywords: business development, training and embroidery skills.
