Abstract

This study is driven by the poor ethical conduct of young children in Jorong Tanjuang Pangka, West Pasaman Regency. This is allegedly due to moral education by parents. This study aims to: 1) describe moral education by parents; 2) describe the moral behavior of early childhood in Jorong Tanjuang Pangka, West Pasaman Regency; 3) examining the correlation between parental moral instruction and the ethical conduct of young children in Jorong Tanjuang Pangka, West Pasaman Regency. This form of investigation is correlational in nature, employing a quantitative methodology, with the objective of revealing associations. The population of this study were parents who had children aged 4-6 years in Jorong Tanjuang Pangka, West Pasaman Regency, totaling 76 people and 60% were sampled, namely 46 people using a purposive sampling technique. Data gathering methods employing a survey. Data interpretation methods utilize the proportion equation and the coefficient of correlation equation. The findings of the investigation indicate that: 1) moral education by parents is low; 2) the moral behavior of early childhood in Jorong Tanjuang Pangka, West Pasaman Regency, is classified as low; 3) there is a notable correlation between moral education by parents and the moral behavior of early childhood in Jorong Tanjuang Pangka, West Pasaman Regency.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the uniqueness of the phenomena that exist in the randai arts extracurricular at N 6 Senior High School, namely this extracurricular has not too many devotees or the participants from this extracurricular are very few compared to the extracurricular active in the N 6 Padang High School, but the achievement What this extracurricular gets is a lot. The purpose of this study is to find out how the management of randai extracurriculars at the N 6 Padang High School. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a case study research method. The data sources in this study were the Randai extracurricular builder, the head of the extracurricular team and several members of this extracurricular. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique is by using method triangulation, source triangulation, and theoretical triangulation. The results showed that (1) in this extracurricular planning component, they conduct a briefing before starting the activity (2) the form of organization in this extracurricular is by grouping in each field, namely the music group, movement group, and dance group (3) on the components This extracurricular activity is predominantly carried out by the coach and team leader (4) the supervision carried out by the coach at this time is only via whatsapp because of the busyness that is being faced by the coach. Overall, the management of the randai extracurricular at SMA N 6 is very good, because it has followed the components of good management, which has made the randai extracurricular has many achievements.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low entrepreneurial attitude of bread and cake making training participants at the Batusangkar BLK, which is believed to be driven by low self-efficacy, served as the impetus for this study. The objectives of this study are to: describe the self-efficacy of participants in the bread and cake making training at BLK Batusangkar, describe the entrepreneurial attitudes of participants in the training at Batusangkar BLK and examine the relationship between the participants self-efficacy and their entrepreneurial attitudes and the cake at BLK Batusangkar. This study employs a quantitative, correlational method. 48 trainees in phases II, III, and V of the bread and cake baking program at BLK Batusangkar in 2022–2023 made up the study's population. Using stratified random sampling, the sample method included 32 individuals, or 67% of the population. A list of assertions is used as a data gathering instrument together with a questionnaire in this data collection technique. Product moment and percentage calculations are used in data analysis techniques. The results of the research show that: 1) The self-efficacy of bread and cake making training participants at BLK Batusangkar is in the low category, 2) The entrepreneurial attitude of bread and cake making training participants at Batusangkar BLK is in the low category, 3) There is a significant relationship between self-efficacy with an entrepreneurial attitude, bread and cake making training participants at BLK Batusangkar.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss liberalism in the development of non-formal education. Liberalism is a part that can develop non-formal education. Indeed individualism, rsionalism, freedom and responsibility are the ideals championed by liberalism, although in real practice the ideal values referred to by liberalism have not been fully realized. Non-formal education is education whose implementation is outside the formal channels that have flexibility in its implementation, therefore liberalism is an understanding that emphasizes freedom but still within the limits of reasonable freedom that is still bound by rules. In the implementation of non-formal education, liberalism is very good to apply where citizens can freely determine what they need without being bound by the system or rules. Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the uniqueness of the establishment of the Tuo Sarasah Marapi martial arts college in XII Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh village, which has the principle of adab higher than science. This research aims to find out how Sarasah Marapi silat as a community unifier in learning silat to Sarasah Marapi silat trainees. This research approach is qualitative with a type of case study research that uses data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation after which it is analyzed using triangulation. The results of this study are 1) History of the Establishment of Silat Sarasah Marapi College. 2) People's View on Sarasah Marapi Silat School. 3) Aspects of Preserving Traditional Silat Sarasah Marapi and 4) Community Support for Sarasah Marapi Silat School.

Abstract

This research was hampered by the low student activity on extracurricular arts, which was allegedly due to the inadequacy of the practice methods used. The aim is to look at the methods of practice, student activity and see the relationship between the method of practice and student activity on extracurricular arts. The research method uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlational research. The population of this research is all that follows the activity with sampling using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. Data gathering techniques using lifting. Data analysis techniques using percentage formula and Product Moment formula.The results of the study showed that; the methods of training used by trainers in extracurricular still belong to the less appropriate category; student activity also belonged to low; and there was a significant relationship between the method of training and student activity in the extra-curricular arts.Since the extracurricular activities of the arts are very beneficial to the students, there is a need for the efforts of the school to pay attention and enhance the construction of such extracursual activities. It is recommended to the extra-curricular art trainers, to increase and maximize the use of methods of training in extracural activities so as to a high level of activity.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the poor academic performance of Group C trainees at PKBM Farila Ilmi Padang City. This is attributed to the tutor's interpersonal communication. The purpose of this study was (1) to describe the interpersonal communication of tutors, (2) to describe the learning outcomes of the learning community, and (3) to examine the relationship between the communication among the tutors. individual tutors and learning outcomes from the learning community. . Meet. This study included a quantitative correlation study. The population studied was Ms. Farila Ilmi, resident of PKBM Package C. Technical data were collected using a questionnaire designed in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis technique using percentage formula and product time correlation formula. As a result, (1) the tutor's interpersonal communication is still ineffective, (2) the student achievement at PKBM Farila Ilmi is low, and (3) there is a significant difference between the communication between students. individual tutors and student learning outcomes. Abstract

This research is motivated by the low moral development of children, this is thought to be caused by the inappropriate strategies used by educators in teaching. This research aims to describe educators' teaching strategies in developing children's morals at PAUD Amanah Kota Pariaman. Describes the moral development of children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Amanah Kota Pariaman. Seeing the relationship between educators' teaching strategies and the moral development of children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Amanah Kota Pariaman. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population of this study was parents whose children attended PAUD Amanah Kota Pariaman, totaling 24 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling, taking 80% of the population, namely 19 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire in the form of a list of statements. Data analysis techniques use percentages and rank order. The results of this research indicate that the strategies used by educators in teaching at PAUD Amanah Kota Pariaman are categorized as inappropriate. The moral development of children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Amanah Kota Pariaman is categorized as low. There is a significant relationship between educators' teaching strategies and the moral development of children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Amanah Kota Pariaman. It is recommended that educators use more appropriate teaching strategies and attract children's attention in developing children's moral behavior.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of religious knowledge among the Andilan community in Pasaman Regency, allegedly caused by several factors, one of which is the intensity of participating in "majelis taklim" (religious study gatherings) at Pusaka Mosque in Andilan, Pasaman Regency. This study aims to understand the description of the intensity of participating in "majelis taklim," assess the level of religious knowledge among the community, and determine the relationship between the intensity of participating in "majelis taklim" and the level of religious knowledge among the community in Andilan, Pasaman Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The study uses a sample of 80%, or 32 members of the "majelis," out of a total population of 42 members, selected through random sampling technique. Data collection tools include questionnaires and closed tests. The results of this study indicate that (1) the intensity of participating in "majelis taklim" in Andilan, Pasaman Regency, is classified as low; (2) the level of religious knowledge among the community participating in "majelis taklim" in Andilan, Pasaman Regency, is categorized as low; and (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between the intensity of participating in "majelis taklim" and the level of religious knowledge among the community in Andilan, Pasaman Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the empowerment strategy through the management of tourist villages with a research focus on the stages, strategies and constraints of empowerment in the management of tourist villages. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research respondents were the head of Lerep village and the director of BUMDes, as informants were the managers of Lerep tourism village. Data collection uses interviews, observation and documentation methods. Data validity using source and method triangulation. Data analysis through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the stages of empowerment carried out in the Lerep tourism village include the awareness stage, the knowledge transformation stage and intellectual improvement. Empowerment strategies in the management of tourist villages are in the form of human resource enhancement, self-management, productive business development, group institutional improvement, and capital development. The obstacles faced in the empowerment of tourism village management are capital problems, constrained awareness process and competitiveness. The conclusion of the research is that the empowerment carried out in the Lerep tourism village has a good impact on the Lerep village community. The management of the tourist village can run well because the villagers have the intellectual power to manage the tourist village. The tourist village has an impact on increasing human resources, improving the economy and developing the village environment.Keywords: Community empowerment, management, tourism village
