This research is motivated by the realization of community empowerment in Jorong Tabek, Solok Regency. This is presumably because the success of community empowerment cannot be separated from community participation in participating in batik activities. This study aims to describe community empowerment activities carried out in the form of developing, strengthening power as well as the potential and independence of the community in Jorong Tabek, Solok Regency. This research is included in the form of quantitative research with a descriptive type with a population of 36 people involved in batik training. Samples were obtained using a simple random sampling technique of 27 people, the data collection technique was a questionnaire, data analysis used a percentage formula. The results of the study showed that (1) the development activities carried out in community empowerment through written batik training in Jorong Tabek, Solok Regency, had gone very well. (2) Activities to strengthen the power and potential in community empowerment through written batik training in Jorong Tabek, Solok Regency, have gone very well. (3) Independent activities carried out in community empowerment through written batik training in Jorong Tabek, Solok Regency have gone very well.Keywords: Empowerment, Training, Written Batik

This research was motivated by the low discipline of the students at the Tahfizh Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, Surau Polak Botuang Nagari Pangian, Lintau Buo District, Tanah Datar Regency. This is presumably due to the low level of supervision of students of Ustadz. Aims to find out of Ustadz supervision, students discipline and the relationship between the two variables. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population of the study were all students who were active at Pondok Tahfizh, totaling 96 students. The research sample was taken based on cluster sampling with total 76 samples. The data collection technique is questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses the percentage and product moment formulas. The results showed that (1) supervision of Ustadz was still low, (2) discipline of students was still low, and (3) there is a significant relationship between supervision by Ustadz and discipline of students. Based on this research, it hoped that (1) It is suggested to the managing institution of Pondok Tahfizh Darul Qur'an Surau Polak Botuang to strengthen supervision and monitor the implementation of regulations so that they are appropriate and on target. (2) It is recommended that ustadz be more disciplined in enforcing regulations, increasing learning and supervising congregational prayers for students so that the vision and mission of Tahfizh Darul Qur'an Islamic boarding school Surau Polak Botuang is realized. (3) It is recommended that students be more disciplined in complying with the regulations that have been made by the ustadz, so that students get used to these habits from an early age so they are able to apply them both at Pondok Tahfizh Darul Qur'an or at home.Keywords: Supervision Ustadz, Student Discipline

The low entrepreneurial mental attitude of barber trainees at Dinas Koperasi and UMKM in Padang City is the driving force behind this study. It is believed that this is because entrepreneurial motivation, as measured by factors like the need for achievement, risk-taking, self-confidence, strong desire, and creativity, is still lacking. This study intends to describe three things: (1) entrepreneurial motivation; (2) entrepreneurial mental attitude; and (3) the interaction between the two. The participants in the study are barber trainees from Dinas Koperasi and UMKM in Padang City. This study employs correlational research and a quantitative methodology. There were 45 responders in this study's population. Stratified random sampling is the method used for sampling. The sample was drawn from a thirty-person population. approaches to data analysis that make use of the product moment correlation formula and the percentage formula. The study's findings show that: (1) barber trainees at Padang City's Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs have low levels of entrepreneurial motivation; (2) these trainees' entrepreneurial mental attitudes are also low; and (3) there is a significant correlation between the trainees' entrepreneurial motivation and mental attitudes at Padang City's Dinas Koperasi and UMKM sites.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Motivation, Entrepreneurial Mental Attitude,Barber Training

This research is motivated by the low learning motivation of residents studying package C for sociology subjects at PKBM Surya Amanah, Pasaman Regency, this is related to the application of the tutor's andragogy principle in learning activities. This type of research is correlational quantitative research. The population of this research is all residents studying package C PKBM Surya Amanah, totaling 96 people. While the samples taken were 50% of the population, namely 49 residents studied with stratified random sampling technique. Collecting data in this study using questionnaires and interviews to obtain initial data. With the data analysis technique using descriptive and correlational (product moment) and using the help of IBM SPSS (Statistical package and service solution) version 24. The results showed that: (1) the application of the principle of andragogy tutor package C in PKBM Surya Amanah was categorized quite low. (2) the motivation to learn package C at PKBM Surya Amanah is categorized as low. and (3) there is a significant relationship between the application of andragogy principles with learning motivation in package C at PKBM Surya Amanah, Pasaman Regency.Keywords: Application of Andragogy Principles, Learning Motivation

The background to this research is the low social studies learning outcomes of residents studying package B. The aim of this research is to see a picture of the family environment of study residents, see a picture of social studies learning outcomes of residents studying package B, and see a picture of social studies learning outcomes of residents studying package B. The relationship between the family environment and Social Sciences learning results package B at SPNF SKB Bukittinggi City. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. The population of this study was residents studying package b at SPNF SKB Bukittinggi City, totaling 45 people. Meanwhile, samples were taken from 60% of the population, namely 27 people, using a cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using percentage formulas and Spearman rank formulas. The research results show (1) the family environment is still not good, (2) student learning outcomes are still relatively low, (3) there is a relationship between the family environment and social studies learning outcomes package b, this relationship is declared significant because it is categorized as very strong. It is recommended that parents provide support in education in the family environment in order to optimize student learning outcomes. The SPNF SKB Institute is able to provide motivational support to learning residents and be creative in using learning media so that learning enthusiasm can increase among learning residents. Future researchers can identify characteristics or other variables that have not been examined in this research for further follow-up. Keywords: Family Environment, Learning Outcomes

The background of this research is the high perception of participants at LKP Yuko Tesa Mirai Padang because it is a special Japanese-language education and training center that provides opportunities for people who wish to have the opportunity to work abroad, especially Japan. This study aims to (1) describe the perceptions of the Batusangkar Japanese Intern Training Center participants towards the teaching staff, (2) describe the Batusangkar Japanese Intern Training Center participants' perceptions of the facilities, (3) describe the perceptions of the Batusangkar Japanese Intern Training Center participants towards learning media, (4) describe the participants' perceptions Japanese Intern Training Center Batusangkar on learning materials. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were 28 people. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling of 20 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the percentage technique to see the perceptions of the students of the Batusangkar Japanese Intern Training Center. The results of the conclusions of this study indicate that the perceptions of students from the Batusangkar Japanese Intern Training Center based on all indicators are categorized as good, this is evidenced by the high percentage in the always category.

Pelatihan adalah suatu proses perolehan keterampilan khususnya dalam dunia kerja melalui serangkaian bentuk pelatihan pendidikan luar sekolah yang memberikan pelatihan kepada masyarakat guna mewujudkan masyarakat yang memiliki keterampilan, pengetahuan dan keahlian. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah rendahnya strategi pembelajaran dan rendahnya partisipasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Strategi pembelajaran anggota pelatihan budidaya jamur tiram rendah; 2) Partisipasi anggota dalam pelatihan budidaya jamur tiram rendah; 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara strategi pembelajaran dengan partisipasi anggota pada pelatihan budidaya jamur trem kelompok Tani Raso Desa Ompang Tanah Sirah Kota Payakumbuh.Kata Kunci: strategi pembelajaran, partisipasi

This research was motivated by parental supervision of children's learning in RW 4, Ulak Karang Selatan Subdistrict, which aims to find out how parents supervise children's learning. The research used is qualitative research. This approach uses descriptive qualitative because the problems to be discussed in this research are in the form of words, both written and spoken, not related to numbers. The results of this research show that, (1) Parental supervision of children's learning in RW 4, Ulak Karang Selatan Subdistrict, that is, parents are responsible for supervising and directing children's learning activities. (2) Parental Supervision Patterns Regarding Children's Learning in RW 4, Ulak Karang Selatan Subdistrict, namely the efforts of fathers and mothers in supervising, paying attention, assessing all children's activities whether they have been carried out correctly or not and with this supervision pattern parents supervise children in learning . ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by the existence of plastic waste recycling activities in the community. The aim is to improve community skills so that they can increase knowledge, increase family income and prosper the community in the Pegambiran Ampalu Nan XX sub-district. The purpose of this study is to describe the recycling of plastic waste in terms of its process, form and utilization This research is a research using a qualitative approach, the research method is a case study. The source of the data in this study were the learning residents at the Tenggang Raso PKBM who were the research subjects and the chairmen of this waste recycling activity as research informants. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity technique is by using source triangulation. The results of the research show that (1) the activity process starts from planning, implementation, mentoring and evaluation, (2) the form of activity is in the form of knowledge, independence and cooperation.

Every organisation from student organisations, schools and other organisations need training programmes. However, the problem is that there is no training centre that offers the various programmes needed for the development of these student organisations. For this reason, it is necessary to develop a training centre to accommodate the demand for training from student organisations, both university organisations, schools and other student organisations. Furthermore, there is also the problem of the absence of an Entrepreneur Centre that serves to accommodate the results of student entrepreneurship programmes to be sold directly or online. Therefore, it is very necessary and urgent to develop a training centre and entrepreneur centre. So the purpose of this activity is to develop a training centre and entrepreneur center (PEC) Padang through a website platform With this, there is a forum that can accommodate the results of entrepreneurship of Padang State University students and also offer several training programs.The stages that will be carried out are (1) the establishment of a training centre that offers several training programs (leadership, organizational management, proposal making, tutoring etc.) online and offline, (2) mentoring and training student entrepreneurship, (3) creating a website for the Padang training and entrepreneur center (PEC) as a promotional medium. The results of this activity can foster students' entrepreneurial spirit, increase employment opportunities and facilitate student entrepreneurship services and products..
