Abstract

Local potential is the ability or power possessed by an area or areas that can be developed to produce a benefit or advantage for the region. Utilization of local potential carried by villagers Gisting Atas, is utilization of water resources for clean water source, manufacture of fish ponds, watering plants and manufacture of turbine (power generation from water) in realizing the community's ability to meet their needs.This research is a kind of field research and this research is classified as descriptive research. Data collection method I use is the interview method as the principal method, while the method of observation and documentation as complementary method. The analysis used by the authors is a qualitative analysis conclusion using inductive way of thinking. The findings of this study note that the utilization of water resources in the economic empowerment of the people in the village of Gisting Atas, District Gisting, Tanggamus, not fully utilized, the lack of public participation in the utilization of the local potential, so that the local potential is only used by a particular community. Thus, it can be concluded that the utilization of water resources in the village of Gisting Atas, not fully utilized and have not been well managed by the local community, thus not providing optimal economic impact, while the contribution of water resources in the economicenhancement in the village of Gisting Atas is not looks significantly, but enough to meet the daily needs of the community.

Abstract

The concept of maslahat is one of the theories that exists in addressing contemporary cases, which in this case are the rights and obligations of husband and wife. Paradigm which says that the husband is the head of the household and the wife is a housewife is quite disturbing Muslim feminists to reinterpret and reconstruct by considering the mission of justice, equality, democracy and mu'asyarah bi al-ma'ruf, because the reality today is that a wife does not only helps in household matters, but more than that it also helps in matters of maintenance, the meaning of the head of the household must also instill the values ​​of togetherness, protect each other, support each other and work together to become good partners so that this paradigm must be straightened out for the benefit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is; First, to find out and analyze in depth the Program of the Muhammadiyah Movement in the Lampung Region through the Socio-Economic Empowerment of Orphans. Second, to find out and analyze in depth the effectiveness of the Muhammadiyah Da'wah Movement Pattern in the Lampung Region through the Socio-Economic Empowerment of Orphans. Third, to find out and analyze in depth the Evaluation of the Muhammadiyah Da'wah Movement in the Lampung Region through the Socio-Economic Empowerment of Orphans that has been going well. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with the phenomenology approach. Data collection techniques through; in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Then the validity test is performed, the data are analyzed in a way; 1) data reduction, 2) presentation data and 3) research conclusions. Research result; (1) The Muhammadiyah Da'wah Movement Program through the Socio-Economic Empowerment of Orphans in Lampung Province, there are three namely; a. Childcare Social Home Program, b. Family Care Program and c. Family Care Program (Family Benefits). (2) The pattern of the Muhammadiyah Da'wah Movement through the Socio-Economic Empowerment of Orphans there are two patterns or forms, namely; Training and Assistance or Internship (3) Evaluation of the Muhammadiyah Da'wah Movement in the Lampung Region through the Socio-Economic Empowerment of Orphans is successful by seeing an increase in the level of awareness, knowledge and skills of orphans who have been given assistance , apprenticeships and trainings.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the culture of the 3S collective intellectual movement in the village of muhajirun natar lampung selatan in building harmony. In this study using a phenomenological approach, which is a study that describes the phenomena of human life in everyday social contexts, where phenomena occur from the perspective of those who experience them or rely on the perspective of actors and try to understand observations from subjective perspectives. The results of this study indicate the results of the strategy of the Muhajirun village community in introducing a culture of smiling greetings to the general public such as socialization through socialization in majlis ta'lim, socialization in educational institutions, in open society, by reminding one another and setting an example.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a model of empowering the poor through the Productive Youth empowerment program at Rumah Gemilang Indonesia (RGI) Laznas Al-Azhar. This research was studied qualitatively through a descriptive approach. Data collection methods are done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive analysis of the Miles and Huberman models. The model of empowering the poor through the Productive Youth Empowerment program developed in this study refers to the framework of the program evaluation model developed by Kaufman and Thomas (1980). This model was chosen because it places more emphasis on a system, which is an empowerment system that includes inputs, processes, outputs and outcomes. Based on this framework, this study produced a formulation of a model of empowering the poor through the Productive Youth empowerment program as follows: first, empowerment inputs include physical capital, economic capital, human capital, social capital . Second, the process of economic empowerment starts from building spirituality, building entrepreneurial awareness ( leadership and entrepreneurship) , giving capacity (capacity building) to giving power. Third, the empowerment output includes human development, business development, environmental development, and institutional development. Fourth, the empowerment outcome is the economic empowerment of Santri / RGI students as indicated by the formation of skilled workers who have good morality and honest entrepreneurs who are based on strong religious practice, the realization of independence / welfare of students / RGI students characterized by economic strengthening so that there are the transition from mustahik to Muzaaki , business continuity due to the large number of networks built with other institutions , and the availability or ease of access to employment and businesses for self- development

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find a model of empowering the Islamic City of Padang through the Corporate Social Responsibility Fund (CSR) of PT. Semen Padang based on local wisdom. The research method uses qualitative approach. The data source is the manager of empowerment through CSR funds of PT. Semen Padang and the community who received CSR funds from PT. Semen Padang. As the result, after applying the Islamic community empowerment model through the Corporate Social Responsibility Fund (CSR) of PT. Semen Padang, the people who were initially helpless become empowered, independent, and prosperous can also is used by various element of peope as an example of a model in implementing community empowerment.

Abstract

The basic resource of activity in every industry is humans. The most successful industry managers are those who manage human capital effectively and efficiently. The halal industry must be truly halal in its inputs, processes and products. Because of that, productive Islamic human capital is needed in managing the halal industry. This study aims to: (1) offer an understanding of the importance of Islamic human capital productivity management, (2) discuss the pattern of developing productive human capital in the management of the halal industry. This study uses qualitative analysis of various related literature, so as to produce a normative description. The results of the study concluded: (1) managing the halal industry required Islamic human capital productivity, (2) in its development needed a management pattern derived from Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Hajj becomes part of the fifth pillar of faith after the creed, prayer, fasting, and alms. Hajj and Umrah are required for those who are powerful (capable), each man or woman once in a lifetime. In general, the Indonesian Muslim community performs the Hajj and Umrah to the Grand Mosque in Makkah through Hajj and Umrah travel. The number of devotees of Umrah pilgrims in Indonesia is so much the main attraction for entrepreneurs in the field of travel. This study uses a qualitative approach and is a type of field research (Field Research) and compares the pilgrimage and umrah services of PT. Makkah Multazam Safir and Al-Madinah Tour & Travel in Bandar Lampung which together are business entities that provide services or providers of Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage services in Baitullah. Two different data presentations will provide us with valid information regarding a program and services offered to prospective pilgrims in need. From the analysis that will be done will minimize errors in the future.

Abstract

Allah created humans with perfect and honorable nature from other creatures. But the honor that is bestowed must be guarded with respectable behavior. both household building honor or personal respect need to be maintained for the creation of quality offspring in accordance with the concept of maqashid asy-shari'ah, one of which is to maintain nasab hifdz nasl. Today guarding the respect of the offspring both in terms of concept or practice, began to be eroded by freedom and Westernization. This study uses library research library research methods, the data used are secondary data that is data obtained by studying library materials in the form of books, documents, regulations, research results, archives and as related to the problems in question. researched. The results of this study indicate that Islam is very careful in maintaining the nasab and honor of each adherent. And do not recommend to damage the honor and one's descendants. All forms of behavior that damage honor and offspring are strictly forbidden and even Islam is firm in providing sanctions for violators.

Abstract

The many threats of radicalization in the middle of society, the demonstration actions that often ask for the application of certain ideologies within the state of Indonesia, the conflict between ethnic, religious, racial and custom makes the tranquility of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika society to be threatened and the erosion of values Pancasila among the younger generation that endanger the survival of the Indonesian nation.The problem of this research is how the Political Law of the State in the concept and context of Pancasila and Diversity in defending the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and How the Strength of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia Based on Pancasila and Unity in Diversity and How Radicalism and Threat Against the Unity of the Unitary Republic State Indonesia.This research uses normative juridical approach method, then data collection procedure is done by literature study, data processing procedure is done by data classification, data inventory, systematization of data, and data analysis is done by qualitative method.The result of the research, the politics of constitutional law in the concept and context of Pancasila and Diversity in defending the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia in accordance with the nationalist ideology set forth in the 1945 Constitution, the power of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and Diversity is based on the strength of local wisdom from all elements of the nation Indonesia, radicalism and threats to the unity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia through the strengthening of national insight among the younger generation and the people and leaders of the nation and state apparatus.Suggestion in this research, expected to government can reinforce study of nationality and education of Pancasila and Diversity, to Indonesian society.
