<![CDATA[Pengelolaan barang milik daerah adalah unsur penting yang harus dikelola dengan baik agar menunjang operasional pemerintahan. Berdasarkan Permendagri Nomor 19 Tahun 2016, kegiatan penatausahaan barang milik daerah merupakan salah satu kegiatan pengelolaan barang. Dalam Peraturan Daerah Nomor 9 Tahun 2017 tentang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah telah diatur dengan jelas penatausahaan barang secara efektif dan efisien. Namun kenyataannya masih belum dikelola dengan baik. Evaluasi diperlukan agar keakuratan data barang yang dilakukan dengan penatausahaanya menjadi tepat. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menekankan makna daripada generalisasi dengan pendekatan eksplanatori yang berusaha mencari penyebab dan alasan, serta memberikan bukti untuk mendukung atau menyangkal penjelasan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penatausahaan barang belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan konsep evaluasi William Dunn khususnya pada kriteria perataan. Kendala yang dihadapi Pemerintah Kota Dumai dalam penatausahaan barang yaitu sumber daya manusia masih kurang berkompeten, sistem aplikasi penatausahaan barang milik daerah masih manual dan tidak terintegrasi dengan sistem keuangan, kurangnya sosialisasi dan pelatihan terkait penatausahaan barang milik daerah, kurangnya pemantauan dan pengawasan terhadap fisik barang milik daerah. Untuk itu perlu ditingkatkan sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten untuk menunjang pelaksanaan penatausahaan barang milik daerah di Kota Dumai, perlu dioptimalkan sistem aplikasi dalam penatausahaan barang milik daerah, menganggarkan dana kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan terkait dengan penatausahaan barang milik daerah, melakukan pemantauan dan pengawasan atas pelaksanaan penatausahaan barang milik daerah.]]>

<![CDATA[Era globalilisasi yang ditandai dengan kemajuan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi menuntut pelayanan kepada publik yang lebih cepat dan tepat. Mengingat akses pelayanan tidak lagi dengan metode kuno atau manual yang hanya menghandalkan tenaga sumber daya masyarakat (SDM) semata, namun harus mampu memadukan kolaborasi antara keberadaan SDM dengan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi. Pemanfaatan teknologi informatika menjadi kebutuhan pada setiap sektor, termasuk sektor pelayanan pemerintahan, sehingga membawa dampak signifikan bagi kemajuan sebuah negara, khusus pemerintah daerah. <![CDATA[In this sophisticated digital era, humans are easier to connect to everything. Unfortunately, this convenience is often used for things that should not be, such as insulting other people through chatting. This makes cyberbullying rampant, especially body shaming and harassment which cause depression, anxiety, and lack of confidence. The aim of this research is analyzing the relationship between the frequency in using social media and the anxiety level as the impact of body shaming and harassment. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with a correlational method. The results of this study are there is no relationship between the frequency of using social media and the anxiety level for both victims of body shaming and harassment, but if viewed based on the results of the respondents it is found that the possibility of cyberbullying is due to the level of education of the perpetrators, attitudes, and behavior. Advice that can be given is the need of further research on the main factors that cause cyberbullying and advice for readers is to control attitudes and behavior while using social media.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this community service is to understand the Handling of Student Injuries during the time of the Sports Teachers at Eria High School. The service was carried out at Eria Junior High School. Data collection techniques used include observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in research took place simultaneously with the data collection process. It was achieved using three phases of the model, namely data redaction, data synthesis, and data verification. Based on data analysis from the initial survey conducted at Eria High School, it can be concluded that there were still a lot of anxiety around Olympic fencing training. There was training for understanding that was more basic and easy to implement based on the results of discussions on handling injuries to students. It can be done based on personal experience. For this reason, this service was carried out for training. The results of the discussion were presented by socialization and instructions with the aim of assisting teachers and students. By providing scientific knowledge in the field of handling sports injuries using the RICE method, it is expected to make it easier for teachers and students in Eria Junior High School.]]>

<![CDATA[The use of cold storage has recently been in high demand among businesses, particularly those in the food and beverage industry. As one of the cold storage service providers, PT Pos Logistik wishes to determine the size of this business opportunity. Based on the findings of the survey and research, it was determined that cold storage users in the Bandung metropolitan region may be categorized into three groups: frozen foods, the processed food industry, and pharmaceuticals. As for market share percentage, the findings are as follows: 46% for frozen food, 46% for processed food, and 8% for the pharmaceutical industry. As a subsidiary of PT Pos Indonesia, PT Pos Logistik Indonesia already has a brand image, influencing 39.5% of purchasing decisions, while 60.5% of purchasing decisions are influenced by other variables not analyzed. The figure of 39.5% indicates that the influence of the brand image of Pos Logistik on the choice to acquire cold storage services is minimal]]>

<![CDATA[This research was trying to find the best online learning method for the learning process in the online class. As we found out a lot of platforms that students and teachers can use. These platforms have strengths and weaknesses. At this opportunity, we are looking to compare three platforms that used by the teacher and student during this online class. Those platforms are Google Classroom (GC), Nearpod (Np), and also Ruang Guru (RG). We are comparing seven criteria as like easy to use, many participants, adding others tools, compatibility, sound and video quality, quality of the features, and the last one is bandwidth. This method is questionaries through Google form. And reach out to 18 participants, 9 teachers, and 9 students in SMAK 8 BPK PENABUR. The result showed a closed comparison between GC and Np, but the best is Platform is GC.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is the decrease in sales volume at Anugerah Shop which has been detected for six months. This study aims to see the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Anugerah Shop. This research is classified in quantitative research. The research population is consumers who make purchases at Anugerah Shop. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis, data analysis requirements test consisting of normality and homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing with hypothetical testing and ANOVA testing. The results of the hypothesis test show that service quality has a significant effect on Anugerah Shop customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that t count = -.077 with sig = 0.00 <0.05. Shows that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Anugerah Stores. The results of the F test show Fhit of 73.009 with a significant value = 0.00, so there is a significant influence between the independent variable, namely service quality and the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction at Anugerah Lau Dendang Shop.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this community service is to carry out mosque youth leadership training to improve the performance of the Mosque youth program located at the Al-Jihad Mosque in Bandar Baru. The design of the activities carried out is training in the form of socialization to productive adolescents. The PKM activities are divided into 2 (two) stages, namely 1) the initial stage of preparation, which consists of; (a) collect data on prospective trainees who are active in the youth organization of the Bandar Baru Al-Jihad Mosque, (b) conduct discussions with all implementers discussing the results of observations that have been made, (c) prepare the necessary training equipment and materials. 2) the stage of implementation of activities, in the form of presentation materials, discussions and questions and answers as well as simulations of leadership in the organization. Based on the conclusion of PKM activities that it is necessary to carry out leadership training activities for teenagers to improve the performance of mosque teenagers. Leadership must be evaluated, because if the youth organization Masjid Al-Jihad gets an organizational leader who has a leadership spirit, it will be easier to coordinate with all other administrators, the community and the local government to help improve the quality of Masjid Al-Jihad Bandar Baru. It is necessary to form a new board that is active and cares about the progress of the Mosque and has good communication between the administrators and the entire local community. <![CDATA[In Indonesia, the National Strategy (Stranas) for the Acceleration of Stunting Child Prevention for the 2018-2024 period is a guide document for the implementation framework for stunting reduction. Following up on this, the government issued Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 72 of 2021 concerning the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction with the intention of strengthening the intervention and institutional framework in the process of implementing the acceleration of stunting reduction. A condition known as stunting occurs when a child's height is much lower than expected for their age. In addition to being physically shorter than classmates, children with stunted development often experience cognitive impairment and weakened immunity. If a child suffers from stunting, the effects are generally never reversible. A solution is in sight, despite the fact that there is still a significant threat to the safety of millions of young people. A number of elements, including the consumption of food throughout the first thousand days of a person's life (HPK). To achieve the target of 14 percent by 2024 as stipulated in the 2020-2024 RPJMN, future stunting eradication measures must be strengthened and accelerated. It is hoped that all parties involved will care and participate in efforts to prevent stunting in children. It has to do with community service. Previous research on elements related to stunting in children and toddlers was carried out in support of this service. The findings are that maternal characteristics, such as mother's height and education level, are related to the occurrence of stunting in children and toddlers Girls who are now teenagers will become mothers in the next generation. The importance of getting education for adolescents, especially in raising awareness about various methods to reduce stunting can break the chain that leads to the prevalence of stunting in children and toddlers.]]>

<![CDATA[There is significant cause for concern regarding the number of children who experience stressful situations while attending Islamic boarding schools; thus, preventative treatment is required to avoid negative outcomes and ensure academic achievement. The purpose of this research is to demonstrate that students at Baldatul Mubarakah Islamic Boarding School can benefit from engaging in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) therapy to lower their levels of academic stress. This investigation is an experimental study with pre-test and post-test control groups developed for their participation. Ten students from the Islamic boarding school Baldatul Mubarakah participated in the study. Of them, five were assigned to the experimental group, and the remaining five were assigned to the control group. As a direct result of this, there was a difference between the levels of stress felt by the experimental group and the control group while they were at the Islamic boarding school. More specifically, the experimental group felt much less stress than the control group.]]>
