Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness  of Student Worksheets with the developed PBL Model (2) To find out how Student Worksheets (LKPD) with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Canva can improve the mathematical literacy skills of grade VIII students of SMPS Al washliyah 8 Medan. This research method is research development (Research and Development) using the ADDIE model. The subject of this study is a grade VIII student of SMP Al washliyah 8 medan for the 2023/2024 academic year. The learning LKPD developed has met the criteria of validity, practicality and effectiveness. Reviewed for validity, the average value of total LKPD validation was 4.42 (very valid), then the total validity of RPP was 4.47 (very valid) and as well as mathematical literacy ability tests, student response questionnaires and practical questionnaires were declared valid. Judging from practicality: the average value of practicality from trial I from teachers was 82% (practical) and student responses were 81.83% (practical). In trial II from teachers by 95% (practical) and student responses 86.83 (practical). Judging from effectiveness, with the student worksheet (LKPD) developed, the average score increased from test I of 71.43 to 89.28 in trial II.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Market Opportunities and Environmental Conditions partially or simultaneously on the Income of Honey Guava Farmers in Binjai City. The population in this study was all Honey Guava Farmers in Binjai City using a sample of 63 people. To obtain data in the preparation of this thesis, the author uses inasutionrumen; documentation studies and interviews, as well as questionnaires. In analyzing data using multiple linear regression, t test, F test and determination test. Based on the results of the partial test (t-test), it can be concluded that Market Opportunities have a positive and significant effect on the Income of Honey Guava Farmers in Binjai City. The more often Market Opportunities are carried out, the higher the level of Income of Honey Guava Farmers in Binjai City. Environmental Conditions have a positive and significant effect on the Income of Honey Guava Farmers in Binjai City. The better the environmental conditions, the higher the income level  of Guava Honey Farmers in Binjai City. Market Opportunities and Environmental Conditions together have a significant effect on the Income of Honey Guava Farmers in Binjai City. Market Opportunities and Environmental Conditions are able to explain their effect on the income of Honey Guava Farmers  in Binjai City by 55.2%.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an activity that is able to expand employment, provide broad economic services to the community, play a role in the process of equitable distribution and increase in community income, encourage economic growth, and play a role in realizing national stability. This study is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of two X variables, namely Profit (X1), Independence (X2), on Entrepreneurial Motivation (Y) in Sunggal Kanan Village, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency. In this study, data was collected with tools in the form of questionnaires on 54 respondents, which aimed to determine respondents' responses to each variable. The analysis used includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests), multiple linear regression analysis and goodness of fit tests (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). The data obtained is the result of distributing questionnaires to respondents which are then processed using the SPSS application. The results showed that profit (tcount of 2.604) and independence (tcount of 7.372) was greater than ttable (1.675) which means that both variables partially had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation, with the results (fcount of 31.678) greater than (ftable = 3.18), it can be concluded that profit and independence simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation.

Abstract

A brand is an intangible asset that summarizes the experience of an entity. The asset value of a well-built brand is very high, it can even exceed all the physical assets of the entity concerned. One of the most important brand building activities is designing a visual identity, such as a logo. A logo is the entrance that reflects a brand. Considering how important a logo is for a brand, it is appropriate that the logo design process is well designed and fulfills the design principles and logo principles. The purpose of this research is to produce a product in the form of a logo and test the feasibility of a logo that meets the design and logo principles. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method, which is used to produce certain products based on its stages so as to produce a feasible product. In the validation test conducted by design and media experts using validation sheets, it shows that the feasibility of the UNP SIGAP logo as one of the visual identities of the UNP visual branding process as an earthquake and tsunami disaster response university meets the "very good" category for the design principle category with a percentage of 92.30% and 94.11% for the logo principle category.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence the level of visits to SPBU 12201123 Jln. Gatot Subroto Medan. The object of this research was 100 visitors to SPBU 12201123 Jl. Gatot Subroto Medan. The research period is September to October 2023. The dependent variable in this study is the level of visits to gas stations 14201123 (Variable Y). The independent variables are the existence of an ATM (X1), the existence of a cafe (X2), the existence of a minimarket (X3) and the existence of a doormeer (X4). This research uses a multiple linear regression model which is calculated with the help of a programSPSS 25. Based on the results of multiple linear regression data processing, the results of the regression equation are Y = 2.952 “ 0.233X1 “ 0.194X2 + 0.218X3 + 0.414X4, which means that the existence of ATMs and Cafés does not have a significant effect on the level of visits to gas stations 12201123, while the existence of Minimarkets and Doorsmeer does. on the level of visits to gas stations 12201123. R test results2 shows that the 4 variables only have an influence of 4.3%, while the rest is generated by the influence of other variables outside this research.

Abstract

The ability to think creatively is the ability to generate new ideas or ideas in producing ways of solving problems, even producing new ways as alternative solutions. Creative thinking is very important in learning mathematics. The results of the study in the control class, namely classes using conventional learning models obtained pretest data with an average of (36%) and posttest data of (52%). While the experimental class is a class that uses creative thinking skills with a reciprocal teaching learning model assisted by the Geogebra application. Pretest data obtained an average score (18%) and posttest data obtained an average score (70%). The results of the study (1) rcalculate = 0.000 and rtabel value = 0.355 can be seen that the value of rcalculate ≤ rtabe so that it can be concluded that in this study there was an increase in creative thinking skills using a reciprocal teaching model assisted by Geogebra application to the linear inequality material of two variables in students using conventional model

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to examine the effect of profitability and company size on Price Book Value by applying corporate governance (GCG) as a moderating variable in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2016 to 2022. The data used are data secondary from the financial reports and GCG reports of companies listed on the IDX. Data collection was carried out for a period of seven years (2016-2022) to obtain a comprehensive picture of the factors influencing Price Book Value in the industry. This study utilizes moderation regression to examine the simultaneous effect and interaction between profitability, firm size, and corporate governance on Price Book Value. By using the moderation regression analysis method, this study aims to provide a deeper understanding of how profitability and company size can affect Price Book Value in the consumer goods industry, as well as the role played by corporate governance as a moderating variable. In addition, data analysis techniques using the classical assumption test also provide validity and reliability to the research results. Through moderation regression analysis, this study aims to provide a deeper understanding of how profitability and firm size can influence Price Book Value in the consumer goods industry, as well as the role played by corporate governance as a moderating variable. The results of this research are expected to provide benefits for stakeholders to make more effective investment decisions and business strategies.
