Abstract

One of the several foreign exchange industries with considerable expansion potential is tourism. One is the province of North Sumatra, which has numerous intriguing tourist attractions. Advertising and inadequate tourism information management systems are factors that are impeding the growth of the tourism industry. The younger generation still has very little understanding of artificial intelligence and its applications for Chatbots and support services. A program called a Chatbot makes to hold chats for you. As a result, instruction requires in the design and use of deep-learning Chatbots. By offering guidance, examples, and hands-on training on tourist Chatbot prototypes from North Sumatra, this non-profit endeavor attempted to address the issue at hand. The PKM program's activities include: 1) instruction in marketing strategies including tourist information management systems. 2) instruction in the fundamental ideas of artificial intelligence, particularly Chatbots. 3) instruction in deep learning for Chatbot construction; 4) instruction in utilizing the Chatbot application. It envisaged that the outcomes of this activity would promote public awareness usage of Chatbot applications to discover data regarding tourist attractions around the province of North Sumatra as awareness among tourists.

Abstract

Fintech syariah merupakan layanan atau produk keuangan yang menggunakan teknologi dengan basis skema syariah, kemunculan Fintech syariah di Indonesia merupakan respon terhadap perkembangan perusahaan Fintech konvensional yang menggunakan instrumen bunga dalam operasionalnya. Berbagai produk dari financial technology didesain untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengakses produk dari Fintech tersebut baik berupa pinjaman, penghimpunan dana secara kolektif, pembayaran online, permodalan, investasi dan produk fintech lainnya. Di keluarahan kadungora kecamatan kadungora, masih banyak yang mengunakan bank emok, dimana Ketika meminjam pada bank emok admintrasi cukup mudah hanya aja jika masyarakat telat membayar angsuran akan dikenakan denda cukup besar dan ada tekanan dari pihak bank. Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang financial technology yang berdampak pada lambatnya perkembangan financial teknologi berbasis syariah di Indoneisa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu; Untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat melalui ibu PKK tentang literasi akad dan produk pembiayaan financial teknologi berbasis syariah di Desa kadungora. Dari pengabdian ini tujuan jangka panjangnya adalah meningkatkan pengguna jasa keuangan secara online (fintech) dengan suatu pembelajaran yang inovatif berbasis pendampingan untuk menambah ilmu pengetahuan dan meningkatkan usaha bagi usaha kecil menengah serta berkontribusi dalam perkembangan financial teknologi. Metode dalam pendampingan ibu PKK ini dengan cara menghubungi dan menjalin kerjasama dengan ibu lurah di desa kadungora, kemudian melakukan pendekatan dengan survey ke desa kadungora, selanjutnya mengumpulkan ibu pkk dan memberikan gambaran umum mengenai kegiatan pendampingan, serta dilakukan pendampingan kepada ibu pkk tentang financial technology mulai dari produk, akad dan manfaat yang ada di jasa keuangan financial technology.

Abstract

E-Court is a tool in court that functions as a service to the public in terms of registering cases through online platforms, calculating estimated court costs digitally as well as online payments, online summons and trials. The South Jakarta Religious Court started using the e-court since 2018, when the Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) No. 3 of 2018 appeared regarding Electronic Administration of Cases in Courts. As time went on, the e-court process began to develop when the Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) No. 1 of 2019 concerning Administration of Cases and Trials in Courts appeared electronically. The benefits for all parties for e-court users are that all parties will be helped by saving costs and time in the process. The deficiencies that occur are network problems in the e-court application. The type of research used in this writing is qualitative research which produces descriptive analytical data, supported by premier and secondary data sources then data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the process of using e-court in proceedings at the South Jakarta Religious Court includes several stages starting from online case registration, online down-payment of fees, online summons, and online trials. There are several obstacles and opportunities that occur in the process of using e-court in proceedings at the South Jakarta Religious Court. Opportunities that occur are that all parties can benefit more such as saving energy, saving time, and saving costs. The obstacle that occurs is the lack of knowledge for previous advocates regarding existing technology from e-courts at this time. As for its effectiveness in using e-court in proceedings at the Religious Courts, it cannot be said to be fully effective because there are still several obstacles in the process..

Abstract

This service aims to create qualified human resources in the field of social media videography to support the promotion of Taman Seribu Bunga Agrotourism in Raya Village, Berastagi District, Karo Regency. This service proposes a service method that involves intensive training and field practice for participants. The steps to be taken in this service include identification of the need to promote Taman Seribu Bunga Agrotourism through social media, detailed activity planning, development of comprehensive training materials, implementation of interactive and practical training, field practice at Taman Seribu Bunga Agrotourism, evaluation of participants and their work, and dissemination of results through social media. During the training, participants will gain knowledge about videography, shooting techniques, video editing, and marketing strategies through social media. They will also practice creating attractive and effective promotional videos for Taman Seribu Bunga Agrotourism. The result of this service will be an increase in participants' skills in the field of social media videography, which will help improve the promotion and attractiveness of Taman Seribu Bunga Agrotourism. The results of the participants' work will also be disseminated through social media to reach a wider audience. This activity aims to provide long-term benefits by creating competent human resources in the field of videography and marketing through social media, as well as increasing the promotional carrying capacity of Taman Seribu Bunga Agrotourism in Raya Village.

Abstract

This dedication aims to overcome the decline in youth's interest and understanding of gorga carving in Pansur Napitu Village and develop the economic potential of traditional art. This decline in interest is due to a lack of knowledge, skills, and understanding of the economic value of gorga carving. This proposal will actively engage youth through training and empowerment programs. Training will focus on an introduction to gorga carving, carving techniques, and the application of creative design. Youth will be given knowledge about cultural values, history, and the importance of preserving the art of gorga carving. In addition, youth will be trained in aspects of product development and marketing. They will be taught about the use of quality materials, the development of attractive designs, and effective marketing strategies. With this understanding, the youth in Pansur Napitu Village will be able to produce gorga carving products that have high economic value. In implementing the program, cooperation with local governments, cultural institutions, and creative industry players will be a key factor. Support and synergy with related parties will facilitate access to resources, market opportunities, and networks that can support the development of gorga carving products, Program evaluation and monitoring will be carried out regularly to measure the success and impact that has been achieved. With effective training and empowerment, it is expected that the youth's interest in gorga carving will increase, their skills will be improved, and creative products of economic value will be produced, thus having a positive impact on the youth and the Pansur Napitu Village community.

Abstract

This program aims to provide assistance to the KERIAHEN Sewing Skills Course Institution in improving knowledge and skills in modeling techniques in photography and visual content creation, as well as expanding marketing through social media. KERIAHEN Institute currently faces challenges in utilizing social media to expand marketing reach and a lack of understanding of modeling techniques in photography. The mentoring method includes identification of needs and challenges, intensive training on modeling and photography techniques, collaboration with photographers and visual creatives, creation of content plans and posting schedules, consultation and mentoring, evaluation, and measurement, as well as dissemination of results and experience sharing. It is expected that through this assistance, KERIAHEN Institute will improve skills in modeling techniques in photography, understand marketing strategies through social media, and be able to produce attractive visual content. This will help the institute in expanding its marketing and increasing its popularity through social media, to attract potential course participants and achieve broader marketing goals.

Abstract

The fertilizer business is a business field that will never die because fertilizer is always needed in agriculture. The partner in this proposed service activity is the Suruhen Simpogos Farmers and Livestock Group in Siempat Rube II Village, Siempat Rube District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. This group consists of corn farmers and cattle breeders and is currently transforming into fertilizer entrepreneurs. Along with the increase in cattle farming, a new problem began to emerge, namely the amount of cow manure. With full awareness of environmental conditions, this group processes cow dung into organic fertilizer. However, this fertilizer business has several problems, namely business management is not neat. The solution offered to overcome this problem is to conduct business management training. The method for implementing this activity is training and mentoring. This proposed service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of partners in running their business which ultimately leads to increasing business capacity. This activity also aims to support productive businesses based on being environmentally friendly. Handling this problem is urgent because the fertilizer business has great potential to be developed in Pakpak Bharat, where the majority of the population works as farmers.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian pada ujian komprehensif mahasiswa  Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Rias Fakultas Teknik UNIMED yang bersifat Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) dan diterapkan melalui Learning Management System (LMS) SIPDA UNIMED. Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Rias yang saat ini harus melalui ujian komprehensif bersifat tertulis/ paper test, diharapkan dapat mengikuti ujian komprehensif dengan lebih efektif melalui digitalisasi tes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui uji validitas butir soal dan reliabilitas soal. Selanjutnya dilakukan ujicoba pada responden yaitu mahasiswa program studi pendidikan tata rias dan pengelola program studi. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji kelayakan instrumen CBT oleh para ahli (expert review).  Hasul dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen yang telah dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kompetensi mahasiswa tingkat akhir program studi pendidikan tata rias.

Abstract

Air bersih memegang peranan penting dalam perkembangan Kota Batam, karena dengan adanya sistem air bersih maka dapat dilakukan pengendalian terhadap perkembangan masyarakat. Kota Batam hanya mengandalkan waduk tadah hujan yang dikelola oleh Badan Pengusahaan Kawasan Perdagangan Bebas dan Pelabuhan Bebas Batam dan berkolaborasi dengan konsorsium PT Moya Indonesia yaitu PT Air Batam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplanasi dan menganalisis collaborative governance dalam penyelenggaraan SPAM di Kota Batam dan faktor pendukung serta faktor penghambatnya. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori proses collaborative governance yang terdiri dari empat tahapan oleh Ansell dan Gash yaitu kondisi awal, kepemimpinan fasilitatif, design kelembagaan, dan proses kolaborasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa collaborative governance dalam penyelenggaraan SPAM di Kota Batam yang dilakukan oleh BP Batam melalui Badan Usaha SPAM, PT Air Batam, akademisi, media massa dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat mulanya dilakukan dengan kegiatan perlelangan untuk kerjasama pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan SPAM Batam selama 15 tahun sejak 2020, kemudian kemenangan lelang yang diraih oleh PT Air Batam adalah bentuk kepercayaan yang diberikan oleh BP Batam dengan tujuan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air masyarakat Kota Batam, lalu untuk menjalankan kolaborasi dengan mitra kerjasama, BP Batam menerbitkan Peraturan Kepala BP Batam Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 untuk mengatur pemeliharaan dan pengoperasian SPAM di Kota Batam, sehingga jika ketiga unsur tadi sudah optimal dilaksanakan, maka proses kolaboratif yang terdiri dari dialog tatap muka, membangun kepercayaan, komitmen terhadap proses, berbagi pemahaman bersama dan hasil sementara mampu berjalan secara optimal. Namun, karena belum adanya Memorandum of Understanding menyebabkan kinerja dari para stakeholder dalam berkolaborasi tidak berjalan secara optimal dan maksimal.

Abstract

Legal protection for children who are victims of online sexual exploitation (online Child Sexual, Exploitation and Abuse or OCSEA) is an important issue in efforts to safeguard children's rights and welfare in the current era of digitalization. In an effort to overcome this problem, it is necessary to carry out community service by providing counseling for victims of child exploitation cases in the Medan Amplas District of Medan. This community service aims to provide understanding to the community about the importance of joint prevention efforts carried out by parents and teachers regarding the positive and negative impacts of the internet on children. The methodology involves a number of activities with a focus on outreach, training and campaigns to increase public awareness in collaboration with commissions and related institutions. The team also provides educational materials for using the internet to avoid negative risks which can be accessed by the public for free. The result of this community service is increased public awareness, namely the importance of parental and teacher supervision in optimizing internet use properly. Providing legal information related to crimes of sexual exploitation of children online. In conclusion, this community service is a proactive step in dealing with the serious problem of sexual exploitation crimes involving children online. By conducting this activity and the collaboration of several parties, it can jointly protect the younger generation from current technological advances.
