Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya permasalahan dalam Implementasi UU No. 8 Tahun 2019 Khususnya Pemberian Vaksinasi Meningitis Jamaah Umroh Di Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas II Dumai. Sebagaimana diatur dalam pasal 65 Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2018 tentang Dokumen Karantina Kesehatan untuk orang pada point a yaitu ICV, dimana syarat untuk memperoleh ICV tersebut harus dilakukan vaksinasi terlebih dahulu dan SOP Nasional Tahun 2009 tentang Vaksinasi Internasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk menganalisis dan mengeksplanasi Implementasi UU No. 8 Tahun 2019 Khususnya Pemberian Vaksinasi Meningitis Jamaah Umroh Di Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas II Dumai serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi KKP Kelas II Dumai dalam mengimplementasikan Implementasi UU No. 8 Tahun 2019 Khususnya Pemberian Vaksinasi Meningitis Jamaah Umroh Di Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas II Dumai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat eksplanasi. Data primer diperoleh langsung dari Plt. Kepala Kantor, Koordinator Substansi UKLW, Kementerian Agama Kota Dumai, Agen Biro Travel Perjalanan Umroh dan Jamaah Umroh yang hendak melaksanakan dan sudah melaksanakan umroh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi UU No. 8 Tahun 2019 Khususnya Pemberian Vaksinasi Meningitis jamaah umroh di KKP Kelas II Dumai belum dilaksanakan secara optimal.

Abstract

Online loans are proof of the progress of financial technology (fintech). This is because this type of loan can be obtained through online platforms without the need to visit a physical bank or traditional financial institution. Online loans have become popular because of their ease and convenience. Prospective customers simply fill out the form online while carrying out the verification process, then apply for credit according to the amount of funds required. Customers will receive loan funds after the disbursement or approval process. In the context of online loan default, default is an action that violates the obligations in the agreement between the borrower and the loan provider. In other words, when the borrower does not fulfill or neglects to carry out the obligation to repay the loan in accordance with the agreed terms. The aim of this service activity is to provide understanding to the people living in the Teladan Barat sub-district, Kec. Medan City, the majority of whom work as online traders and drivers, to utilize online loans wisely and ensure that the loans are for productive purposes. From this outreach, people are starting to understand what default is and the legal consequences so that in the future there will be no more cases of online loan defaults.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an International bridal makeup videos tutorial on hybrid learning  by utilizing learning management system SIPDA Unimed. This Reaseach is use Research and Development using the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 (five) steps or development phases including: (A)nalysis, (D)esign, (D)evelopment,(I) mplementation and (E)valuate. Data collection is carried out through expert tests including tests of media experts, design experts and material experts. After an evaluation from experts, it was continued with trials on respondents, esspeciallay students of the cosmetology education study program through individual tests (one to one), small group tests (Small Group) and Field Tests (field tests). This research will produce learning videos tutorial output in International bridal cosmetology videos learning include Japanese bridal cometology, Korean bridal cosmetology, Indian bridal Cosmetology, Chinese bridal cosmetology, and Pakistani bridal cosmetology. This research has met the Level of Technological Preparedness (TKT) 4-6, namely: 1 )Data Collection, Validation in Simulation Environments, 2) Completeness and Analysis of Data on Simulation Environments, 3) Important and significant of development results for decision and policy support. The hypothesis result testing prove that: (1) Learning videos are eligible for use in (2) there  is a significant difference between  student learning outcomes  that studied using learning videos media. This is indicated by the results of data processing (tcount =3,285 )at the level of significance É” = 0.05 with dk 56,3 obtained (ttable = 1.65 ), so (tcount >  ttable),the effectiveness of advantage tutorial videos media in international bride cosmetology videos tutorial= 80.50%. This is indicated that the implementation of The International bridal makeup videos based on Hybrid Learning by utilizing the SIPDA Unimed Learning Management System are more effective in improving students competence and knowledge on The International bridal makeup hybrid learning.

Abstract

The current smart village concept is an activity to optimize village government services by increasing the use of information technology to support the progress of village communities in Lampung Province . The purpose of writing this article is to provide an overview of smart village development as a form of sustainable development in Lampung Province. The method used in this research activity is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research results show that the implementation of smart villages in Lampung Province has gone well. Based on the three main elements of a smart village, namely smart government, smart community, and smart environment shows that these three elements can influence each other and can be a determining factor in the quality of public services in the village

Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on daily life, especially for the younger generation. This research aims to explore effective legal education methods in dealing with developments in information technology and the impact of social media abuse on the younger generation. Research methods involve surveys, interviews, and documentation analysis. The survey was conducted among the students in Taman Siswa school to identify their understanding of laws related to information technology and social media. Interviews were conducted with legal experts and educators to identify effective educational methods. Document analysis involves searching for relevant laws and regulations. The research results show that most of the younger generation have a limited understanding of the laws related to information technology and social media. Effective educational methods involve the use of case studies, simulations, and interactive discussions. As a result, the younger generation who take part in this educational program are better able to understand the legal implications of using information technology and social media. In addition, the government and educational institutions need to improve legal education and integrate it into the educational curriculum to provide better knowledge of laws related to information technology to the younger generation. Increasing understanding of the law can help the younger generation make wiser decisions in the use of information technology and social media, and reduce the risk of breaking the law.

Abstract

Study of The Concept of Social Institutions, is very important to study in more depth. This is because this study never stops being debated, disputed and discussed among the public. This paper wants to understand 3 things: First, the conception of social institutions... Second, the classification of social institutions... Third, the category of institutions. The research method used is library research using a descriptive qualitative approach. The results found are 3 things: First, understanding. .there are 3 definitions of Social Institutions: (1) Social institutions are a collection of values and norms that regulate human life. (2) a social institution is a system that shows that social roles and norms are interrelated to satisfy a social desire or function. (3) social institutions are a system of behavior and relationships that are centered on activities to meet the complexity of needs in people's lives. Second, the conceptual classification of social institutions. there are 3: (1) education (2) religion.(3) about family. Third, there are 3 categories of social institutions: (1).. Islamic educational institutions, Formal and Non-Formal Islamic education,.(2) contains religious institutions in zakat institutions, Extension institutions Religion, MUI, NU, Muhammdiyah, (3) regarding family institutions, namely biological family, surrogate family. The conclusion of this  shows that  social institutions cover many things, not only limited to small groups but also cover large groups

Abstract

Dalam penyelenggaraan suatu sistem pemerintahan setiap kegiatan atau acara yang dilakukan oleh suatu organisasi, baik itu instansi pemerintah, lembaga swadaya masyarakat, maupun perorangan, wajib diarsipkan. Salah satu layanan kearsipan yang digunakan oleh kecamatan sukajadi yaitu Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis (SRIKANDI) yang terintegrasi. Dengan lahirnya aplikasi ini tidak dipungkiri akan sangat bermanfaat bagi pengelolaan arsip yang dinamis, khususnya bagi kegiatan kearsipan dan staf di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Dalam Menerapkan Aplikasi Srikandi Pada Kecamatan Sukajadi dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sedangkan data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisisnya menggunakan teknik Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelelaskan bahwa efektivitas kerja pegawai dalam menerapkan Aplikasi Srikandi pada Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru secara keseluruhan belum berjalan secara optimal, efektif dan efisien hal ini dikarenakan masih belum maksimalnya aparatur menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya dimana tidak semua pegawai pelaksana memahami regulasi-regulasi yang mengatur tentang penggunaan Aplikasi Srikandi.

Abstract

Public speaking is a skill that everyone, including students, should have to increase their self-confidence. Public speaking cannot be avoided since basically humans often have to do it with various purposes. However, many students feel unable to speak in public because they lack confidence, don't master the material, or don't understand how to do it. This community service activity aims to do learning assistance for public speaking to increase the self-confidence of students at Gajah Mada Middle School, Medan. The methods used were direct lecturer, simulations and interactive discussions regarding the basics of public speaking, effective and good communication techniques, and various tips for developing yourself, especially in terms of public speaking. During the learning assistance, participants received basic material and public speaking techniques as well as direct practice. Meanwhile, the research used qualitative method for collecting data. As for the research results, the community service recommends the following: 1) Add extra hours to improve students™ English speaking, 2) Add contest that can motivate students to increase their confidence in public speaking, especially in English language.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Friday Saturday Class Students  of the Management Study Program of Panca Budi Medan Development University. The purpose of the study was to find out how privacy, security and trust affect the online purchase decision of the BliBli application. The population in this study was 431 respondents and used the Slovin technique so that the sample was determined to be 81 respondents. This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach which was processed with the SPSS version 25 application with a multiple linear regression analysis model. The data source used primary data taken directly from respondents. The results showed that partial privacy had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Security has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Trust has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions. While simultaneously the variables of privacy, security and trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The contribution of the influence of the independent variable was 42.3% and the rest was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of debt policy, investment policy, profitability on company value in construction and building sub-sector companies listed on the IDX from 2018-2022. The ratios used to measure debt policy are debt  to equity ratio (DER), investment policy is measured by price to earning ratio (PER), profitability is measured by return on assets (ROA), and company value is measured by price book value  (PBV). This research is a research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. It is known that from 22 total populations, there are 13 companies that meet the criteria to be sampled.  Data analysis techniques using panel data regression analysis. The results showed that partially debt policy and investment policy did not affect the value of the company, but profitability affected the value of the company. The results also show that simultaneously debt policy, investment policy, and profitability affect the value of the company.
