Abstract

The objective of research is to increase the ability of knowing the number symbol through snake and ladder game for 16 kids of B3 state pre school Central Metro.The method used in this research is class action method through the steps of planning,action,observation and reflection.The result of researchindicates very good development.This can be seen from the increasing precentage of first and second cycles from all of indicators made such as mention the number symbol 1-10 chronolocally without contradictory,point out the number symbol accurately,imitate the number concept 1-10 correctly.Connecting symbol with thing indicates improvement significantly ang well.Based on that research,it can be recommended that snake and ladder game is very effective media to increase childrens ability to recognize number concept.

Abstract

Abstract: Module is a teaching material in its presentation systematically arranged. Teaching materials that have characteristics like this are intended so that students can understand the contents of the material independently so that they do not have to depend on a teacher. That is, the module is used to replace a teacher when the teacher is not in the class. The objective of this research is to determine the influence of the use of integrated biology module based on ARIAS Islamic spiritual values. The research was conducted at SMA N 6 Metro with 25 students who had previously been validated by material experts. This type of research is an experiment using the posttest only control design method. This design uses two groups to be studied. The sample used for experiments as well as control groups were taken randomly from certain populations. The technique of collecting data through posttest. Based on the results of the research, the results of the normality test in the experimental class X2 hit <X2 daf -3.38 <7.81, the control class X2 hit <X2 daf -5.93<7.81 which means H0 is accepted and comes from a population that is normally distributed. Fhit homogeneity test results <Fdaf 1.81 <1.98 H0 accepted means that both populations have homogeneous variances. Hypothesis test results, namely the similarity test two average thit> ttable, 2.02>1.68 H0 rejected and H1 accept means that there are differences in the average learning outcomes of students using modules and printed books. The test of the difference of two averages thit> ttable 2.09> 1.68 H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning there are differences in average learning outcomes using biological modules integrated with Islamic values based on arias using books. It can be concluded that there is an influence of the utilization of biological modules integrated with Islamic values based on ARIAS on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The performance of the Directorate General of at the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education and Community Education Ministry of Education and Culture in Jakarta cannot be carried out evenly, with quality, justice and accountability. The objective of this study is to obtain empirical evidence as follows: 1) Direct influence of leadership on performance, 2) Direct influence of managerial skills on performance, 3) Effect of decision making on performance. 4) The direct effect of leadership on decision making, and 5) The direct effect of managerial skills on decision making. This research uses a quantitative approach and a survey method with causal techniques. The research site is located at the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education and Community Education Ministry of Education and Culture in Jakarta. The population in this study is the Civil Servants under the Section Chief within the Directorate of Early Childhood Development, the Directorate of Family Education Development, the Directorate of Equality and Literacy Education and the Directorate of Skinny Training and Training, the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education and Community Education, Ministry Education and culture. With the Slovin formula the study sample was assigned a number and a simple random sample of 127 people was taken. Data analysis was performed by a path test. Based on data analysis the results of this study can be concluded as follows: First, leadership has a direct positive effect on performance. Second, managerial skills have a direct positive effect on performance. Third, decision making has a direct positive effect on performance. Fourth, leadership has a direct positive effect on decision making. Fifth, managerial skills have a direct positive effect on decision making

Abstract

Evaluasi adalah suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mengukur serta membandingkan hasil-hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan yang telah dicapai dengan hasil yang seharusnya menurut rencana, diperoleh informasi mengenai nilai atau manfaat hasil kebijakan, serta dapat dilakukan perbaikan bila terjadi penyimpangan didalamnya.Menurut Permendikbud No. 3 Tahun 2019: 19 tentang Juknis BOS 2019 yaitu penggunaan Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) Reguler di Sekolah untuk penyediaan dana biaya operasi non personalia bagi satuan pendidikan dasar sebagai pelaksana program wajib belajar. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Evaluasi alokasi anggaran dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) untuk gaji guru dan tenaga kependidikan Honorer di SD Negeri 4 Metro Timur.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan evaluasi alokasi anggaran dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) untuk gaji guru dan tenaga kependidikan Honorer di SD Negeri 4 Metro Timur.Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Teknik pengumpulan datayang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis model interaktif.Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 4 Metro Timur yang beralamat di Jl. AH. Nasution No. 214 Kelurahan Yosodadi Kecamatan Metro Timur Kota Metro Lampung mendeskripsikan evaluasi alokasi anggaran dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) untuk gaji guru dan tenaga kependidikan Honorer di SD Negeri 4 Metro Timur.Dari hasil penelitian tentang evaluasi pengguanan BOS untuk gaji guru dan tenaga kependidikan honorer di SD Negero 4 Metro Timur dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan BOS di SD Negeri 4 Metro Timur telah efektif, efesien, respontif dan tepat waktu. Dalam pengalokasian dana BOS untuk menggaji pegawai telah sesuai dengan perencanaan yang tertuang dalam RKAS dan telah sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) to determine the role of school committees in improving the quality of education services in SMA; 2) to know the supporting and inhibiting factors of school committee role in improving the quality of education service in SMA; 3) to know the quality of education service in SMA. The study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach with a facto case design. Data collection was done by interview, observation and documentation with informants: principals, school committees, teachers, students and parents guardians of SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Surabaya.                    Data analysis is done through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. To check the validity of data is done by checking the credibility of data with triangulation. Stages in this research are pralapangan stage, research stage, and reporting stage of research results.                The results showed that each school committee role that is the role of giver of consideration, support, controller, and relation has good. To improve the quality of education services in SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Surabaya, the school committee as an independent organization desperately needs support and cooperation with various parties as well as increased professionalism and competence of school committee members. The supporting factors of the school committee are as follows: 1) Cooperation between all school members starting from the school committee; 2) The high sense of kinship of all the citizens of the school; 3) work atmosphere (work culture) conducive organization, both school committee and school party. With the existence of a conducive working culture all problems and constraints can be solved by joint deliberation, so that the resulting decision can be done well. The results of data analysis also shows that the quality of education services in SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Surabaya based on interviews with several stakeholders and direct observation can be categorized as good.

Abstract

Learning in the 21st Century illustrates that students are able to solve problems with the environment. Whereas in entrepreneurship-based learning can be integrated through learning tools and can foster interest in student entrepreneurship. Learning needs analysis conducted by researchers at Minhajuttullab High School in Way Jepara sub-district, East Lampung, showed a lack of giving. Mushroom material and difficult to understand. The purpose of this development was to produce monographs as an interesting learning resource for monograph product students which contained entrepreneurship mushrooms that are easily understood by students and society in general. This type of research is Research and Development (R & D). This research was carried out in the High School Minhajuttullab Way Jepara in class X IPA. This R & D procedure was adapted from Sugiono which consisted of five steps, namely: 1) literature study and relevant research results, 2) designing and carrying out preliminary research, 3) developing / conceptualizing the model, 4) testing the model through experiments, 5) revisions model. Conclusion; 1) The mushroom moonograph Bioenterpener produced has been validated by user and expert learning, instrument validation, model validation, and is suitable for use.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of the principal's managerial ability on the quality of graduates. (2) The effect of teaching motivation on the quality of graduates. (3) The effect of principals' managerial ability and teaching motivation Simultaneously on the quality of graduates in the SMA / SMK Sekecamatan Gunung Protector East Lampung. This study is a quantitative study, the population in this study were teachers in SMA / SMK Sekecamatan Gunung Pelindung in East Lampung, totaling 67 teachers. The sample in this study was 67 teachers (respondents) from 4 (four) High Schools / Vocational Schools in Gunung Pelindung District. And data processing used in this study is a questionnaire, observation and interview. The data analysis technique of this research uses simple regression and multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) There was a positive and significant influence on the managerial ability of principals on the quality of graduates with an R square value (R2) of 0.224, this shows that the managerial ability of the school principals had a good effect on the quality of graduates with a contribution of 22.4 %. There is a positive and significant influence of teaching motivation on the quality of graduates with an R square (R2) value of 0.158, this shows that the variable of teaching motivation has a pretty good effect on the quality of graduates with a contribution of 15.8%. This means that the variable managerial ability of principals and teaching motivation simultaneously obtained an R square value (R2) of 0.224, this shows that the managerial ability of school principals and teaching motivation affect the quality of graduates with a contribution of 22.4% and the remaining 77.6% was determined by other reasons outside the regression model not examined in this study. In conclusion, this shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the managerial ability of school principals and the motivation to teach together on the quality of graduates in SMA / SMK Sekecamatan Gunung Pelindung in East Lampung.

Abstract

Materi keanekaragaman hayati pada mata pelajaran biologi merupakan salah satu kajian yang wajib dipelajari dan dipahami oleh peserta didik. Materi ini dipelajari mulai dari jenjang pendidikan sekolah dasar, sekolah menengah pertama, sekolah menengah atas, dan perguruan tinggi. Untuk mempelajari materi keanekaragaman hayati tidah harus menggunakan media dan sumber belajar yang sulit dan mahal, namun cukup dengan mengidentifikasi potensi lingkungan sekitar sekolah yang terdapat tumbuhan dan hewan yang bervariasi. Pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber belajar merupakan bagian dari pembelajaran kontekstual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi Hutan Stadion Tejosari Kota Metro sebagai sumber belajar kontekstual pada materi keanekaragaman hayati. Untuk mengetahui potensi tersebut dilakukan analisis potensi dengan mengobservasi secara langsung di lapangan Hutan Stadion Tejosari Kota Metro. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Hutan Stadion Tejosari Kota Metro memiliki diversitas tumbuhan dan hewan-hewan kecil yang dapat menguatkan media dan sumber belajar biologi materi keanekaragaman hayati. Berdasarkan penelitian ini disarankan kepada pendidik untuk dapat memberdayakan Hutan Stadion Tejosari Kota Metro sebagai salah satu alternatif sumber belajar kontekstual untuk memfasilitasi peserta didik dalam mempelajari dan memahami keanekaragaman hayati.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengembangkan pocket book terintegrasi nilai islam pada mata kuliah matematika ekonomi, (2) mengetahui kepraktisan pocket book terintegrasi nilai islam pada mata kuliah matematika ekonomi bagi mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini Research and Development (R&D) Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi yang mengambil mata kuliah matematika ekonomi. Langkah-langkah pengembangan dalam penelitian ini yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar angket. Jenis angket  yang digunakan yaitu angket validasi ahli untuk menilai kevalidan bahan ajar dan angket respon mahasiswa untuk menilai kepraktisan bahan ajar oleh mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) bahan ajar pocket book terintegasi nilai islam yang telah dikembangkan telah memenuhi krteria valid. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian ahli materi, ahli media dan ahli agama  diperolah rata-rata nilai validasi sebesar 74,67 % dalam kategori layak, (2) bahan ajar pocket book terintegasi nilai islam yang telah dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria sangat praktis dengan persentase mencapai 88,2%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar sejarah lokal berbasis android bermuatan nilai karakter yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa pendidikan sejarah. Bahan pembelajaran yang dikembangkan akan menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis karakter. Pengembangan bahan ajar akan menggunakan model Research and Development (R&D) meliputi pertama, melakukan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Tahap kedua, akan dilakukan pengembangan desain bahan ajar berkarakter berbasis android kemudian divalidasi oleh tim ahli, uji coba kelayakan, perbaikan desain dan tahap ketiga pencetakan bahan ajar bermuatan karakter sebagai draft bahan ajar berbasis android. Hasil dari pengembangan ini setelah melalui 2 tahap uji validasi oleh 2 ahli materi dan 2 ahli media dapat dinyatakn layak untuk diujicobakan pada mahasiswa pesndidikan sejarah UM Metro.
