Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang peran guru sebagai model perilaku dalam pembentukan etika dan moral siswa di MA Al-Fatah Palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran guru dalam pembentukan etika dan moral siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data, melalui pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Untuk memeriksa keabsahan data, maka peneliti menggunakan triangulasi data, yang terdiri dari triangulasi waktu, triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru sudah memiliki peran yang baik dalam memberik etika dan moral peserta didik di MA Al-Fatah Palembang, pentingnya peran guru sebagai model perilaku dalam membentuk etika dan moral siswa, dalam prosesnya membutuhkan kerjasama yang baik dari semua unsur yang ada, mulai dari guru, kepala sekolah, tenaga kependidikan, siswa, orangtua, dan lingkuangan sekitar. Dukungan dan kerjasama dari semua pihak akan membantu menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang kondusif bagi pembentukan etika dan moral siswa yang baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan kegiatan pentas seni di SMAN 15 Palembang. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data–data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan informan penelitian yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Guru, Osis, dan Siwa, Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan pentas seni di SMAN 15 Palembang sudah berjalan dan dilaksanakan dengan baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan pengarahan, koordinasi, komunikasi, dan motivasi. Adapun faktor pendukung manajemen event dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pentas seni yakni kekompakkan dan kebersamaan dari siswa/peserta, panitia, guru/staff yang meramaikan acara sehingga acara berhasil di selenggarakan sampai akhir, sedangkan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu tidak ada faktor penghambat yang signifikan, seperti permasalahan dana, fasilitas dan perlengkapan yang mungkin belum memenuhi kebutuhan tetapi tidak menghambat jalannya acara.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui media pembelajaran Pop-Up Book memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep pembelajaran matematika pada materi pecahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Dengan subjek penelitian yang dipilih adalah peserta didik kelas II MI Ketib Sumedang sebanyak 35 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan pemahaman konsep adalah tes, tes ini berupa pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa media pembelajaran Pop-Up Book dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep peserta didik kelas II MI Ketib Sumedang, karena terjadinya peningkatan setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa pembelajaran. Maka media pembelajaran Pop-Up Book dianggap efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep pada materi pecahan.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology greatly affects students in the era of the alpha generation, especially in the aspect of morals, so that guidance is needed in dealing with technological developments by fostering morals. This research was done with the aim of deepening understanding of the methods that can be used to foster the morals of students in the era of the alpha generation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method. The results and discussion obtained show that technology that can access thousands of pieces of information with one finger has resulted in the alpha generation being accustomed to instant things and having critical thinking because they get various kinds of information very easily. The alpha generation needs a wise attitude from adults to guide and foster them for such rapid changes so that they become a generation that is able to utilize this sophistication as a positive thing instead of becoming an individual figure who is indifferent. The conclusion is that moral development is needed by using methods that are in accordance with the character of the alpha generation so that they have morals that are in line with religious and social values. The methods that can be used include giving good examples, making good habits, giving advice, giving special attention, giving punishment, and the storytelling method.

Abstract

Educational planning is the main basis for efforts to improve school quality. With careful planning, schools can identify needs, develop strategies, and implement effective educational programs. In the context of educational planning to improve school quality, there are several important aspects that need to be considered.By planning education holistically and continuously, schools can achieve the desired quality standards and make a positive contribution in producing a superior and competitive generation. Careful educational planning is key to creating an inspiring and effective learning environment for student development and overall school progress.The planning function carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Alwasliyah Tembung includes arranging funding sources, madrasah resources or personnel and their coaching efforts, and curriculum development. Formulation of plans to improve the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Alwasliyah Tembung through deliberations or madrasah meetings involving the madrasah principal, teachers, staff and Madrasah committee.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the readiness of students at Medan State University to face online gambling from religious and psychological aspects and to increase students' awareness that online gambling has a bad impact on themselves. This study uses a quantative method. The subjects of this research were students at Medan State University. In this research, the data collection method used was an online questionnaire, namely Google Form, as the research instrument distributed. The results of this research are that Medan State University students are ready to face the challenges of online gambling and are also aware of the risks associated with online gambling.

Abstract

Technological advances and 21st century demands on education lead to the digitization process in learning. Digitalization in learning is the process of using digital technology to improve the quality of the learning process, and transforming conventional teaching models into interactive, responsive and accessible teaching models anytime and anywhere. Digitalization in learning is certainly the right solution to improve the quality of learning, especially for some subjects that are "less" in demand by students, one of which is history lessons. History as a "bank of examples" because it contains various past events that are expected to be able to provide learning and noble values and national character is classified as learning that is not in demand because it is considered boring and irrelevant to today's conditions, it is motivated by learning methods that are only is one-way and the process of presenting learning is conventional. In this regard, a team from the University of Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. Hamka conducted training activities regarding the use of digital media in history learning which included a human rights approach with partners from among students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education UHAMKA. This training was attended by at least 20 students. The results show that, history learning is rich in material related to human rights issues, and this can be used as a reference in shaping the character of students to better respect and respect individual human rights, therefore to present this, history learning must be transformed into fun learning, one of which is through the digitization process.

Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of the implementation of school principals' democratic leadership style in educational institutions. Democratic leadership style is the ability to influence other people to cooperate in achieving the goals that have been set by means of various activities that will be carried out jointly determined by the leader and subordinates. This article discusses the meaning of school principal leadership, the meaning of a school principal's democratic leadership style, and the factors that influence a school principal's leadership style. The method used in this research is a literature review or literature study. Literature study is an information gathering technique that is carried out by reviewing several articles that match the title of the discussion. The data collection process was carried out by searching for various articles on Google Scholar and analyzed in the form of a simplified approach. and there were 7 articles in this research which were then reviewed and packaged in the form of a literature review matrix. The results of the analysis show that the democratic leadership style has been widely applied by school principals in educational institutions, for example in making decisions, in improving teacher professionalism, teacher performance, teacher work discipline, student discipline, and in improving student learning outcomes and the quality of graduates.

Abstract

This research aims to develop LKPD Inquiry Learning-Based Science to Improve Critical Thinking Abilities of Elementary School Students which is valid and practical. The instruments in this research consisted of a validation questionnaire sheet and a student response questionnaire sheet. This research refers to the Borg & Gall development model up to the seventh stage which consists of: (1) research and data collection, (2) planning, (3) development of initial product drafts, (4) initial field trials, (5) revision of results trials, (6) main product field tests, (7) product revisions. The research results show that the development of inquiry learning-based worksheets with an average score from validators of 92.8% is in the valid category, the results of student response questionnaires in practicality trials at SDN 5 Jatimulyo with a percentage of 88% (very practical), the product effectiveness test results obtained an N-Gain test result of 0.72 which was categorized as high. Based on research results, the development of Inquiry Learning-Based Science Student Worksheets on Sound Material and Its Properties is suitable for use in the learning process in schools.

Abstract

This research aims to develop Discovery Learning-based worksheets to improve students' learning outcomes on Plant Body Parts material in elementary schools. The research subjects were 23 fourth grade students at SDN 3 Kemiling Permai. The type of research used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE method. The instruments used in this research are validation sheets, learner response questionnaires, and educator response questionnaires. research data in the form of questionnaire results, worksheet feasibility, results of learner and teacher responses which are analysed descriptively qualitatively based on criteria scores. The results showed that Discovery Learning-based worksheets can improve student learning outcomes with an N-Gain of 0.60. Thus it can be concluded that Discovery Learning-based worksheets can improve the learning outcomes of grade IV students on the material of Plant Body Parts.
