Abstract

Mahasiswa perguruan tinggi dituntut untuk memilikiSelf-directed learning atau kemampuan belajar mandiri, seperti merumuskan tujuan belajar, mengambil inisiatif, sertamengevaluasi proses belajar secara mandiri, di tengahperkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat. Tujuan daripenelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaanGenerative AI dan efikasi diri terhadap Self-directed learning pada mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Siliwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatifdengan metode survei pada 558 mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Siliwangi Tahun Ajaran 2025/2026 sebagai populasi dan 233 mahasiswa sebagai sampelpenelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional stratified sampling dan analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penggunaan Generative AI tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap self-directed learning, ditandai nilai t hitung (0,175) lebih kecil dari t tabel (1,969) dan nilai signifikansi 0,861 > 0,05; (2) efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self-directed learning, ditandai nilai t hitung (9,868) lebih besar dari t tabel (1,969) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05; (3) penggunaan Generative AI dan efikasi diri secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap self-directed learning, ditandai nilai F hitung (75,945) lebih besar dari F tabel (3,04) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, parental support, and peer environment on students’ decisions to pursue further study in the Economic Education Study Program. The study was motivated by the relatively low level of student interest in teacher education programs amid increasing participation in higher education, indicating that educational decisions are influenced not only by academic ability but also by psychological and social factors. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method administered to eleventh-grade students of public senior high schools in Tasikmalaya Regency. The sample consisted of 119 respondents, determined through G*Power analysis. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine both partial and simultaneous effects among the variables. The findings indicate that self-efficacy does not have a significant effect on the decision to pursue further study in the Economic Education Study Program. The peer environment has a positive effect on the decision to pursue further study in the Economic Education Study Program, whereas parental support has a statistically significant negative effect. Simultaneously, the three variables collectively influence the decision to pursue further study, with the peer environment emerging as the most dominant variable

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji persepsi masyarakat di empat kabupaten Sulawesi Selatan, yakni Barru, Soppeng, Wajo, dan Sidrap, terhadap Gerakan DI/TII yang dipimpin Abdul Kahar Muzakkar pada periode 1950–1965. Melalui metode sejarah lisan dan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa masyarakat memiliki persepsi yang beragam. Sebagian memandang gerakan ini sebagai bentuk perlawanan terhadap ketidakadilan dan diskriminasi yang dialami putra daerah dalam tubuh militer dan pemerintahan pusat. Sebagian lain menyoroti cita-cita ideologis-keagamaan yang diusung, namun mengkritik metode kekerasan yang digunakan. Sementara itu, banyak masyarakat yang justru mengingat dampak negatif dari gerakan ini, seperti terror, pemerasan, pelarangan aktivitas ekonomi, serta trauma pengungsian yang berkepanjangan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat Basowasidrap terhadap Abdul Kahar Muzakkar bersifat ambivalen dan sangat dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman langsung, ikatan kekerabatan, serta pewarisan memori antargenerasi.

Abstract

Di antara faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas karyawan di Perusahaan adalah disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja. Seringkali, produktivitas dan efektivitas kerja dikurangi oleh masalah umum seperti kurangnya motivasi, kurangnya kepuasan kerja, dan kurangnya disiplin. Tujuan tujuan penelitian ini untuk mempelajari tentang motivasi kerja, etika dan disiplin kerja berdampak pada kinerja karyawan. Ini juga akan melihat bagaimana variabel-variabel ini berhubungan satu sama lain, termasuk peran motivasi dan kepuasan dalam membentuk disiplin kerja. Untuk melakukan ini, 13 jurnal dan artikel ilmiah yang relevan diperiksa melalui penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja tinggi meningkatkan disiplin kerja. Ketiga faktor ini secara bersamaan membentuk perilaku disiplin yang meningkatkan kinerja dan efektivitas organisasi. Akibatnya, untuk mencapai disiplin yang ideal dan pencapaian tujuan perusahaan, motivasi kerja harus terus meningkat.

Abstract

Scholarly discourse on educational finance has increasingly recognized that resource management decisions carry profound implications for institutional quality, yet most frameworks continue to treat cost management as a peripheral administrative concern rather than a core strategic function. This study departs from that tradition by positioning strategic cost management as an integrative governance mechanism through which educational institutions can purposefully align financial decisions with quality improvement goals. Drawing on a systematic review of peer-reviewed literature published between 2015 and 2024 and indexed in Scopus, DOAJ, and SINTA, this article pursues three objectives: mapping prevailing theoretical currents in educational cost management, pinpointing unresolved gaps in the scholarly conversation, and constructing a conceptual model that weaves together budgeting theory, cost-effectiveness analysis, human capital investment, governance principles, and performance-based accountability. The review surfaces a recurrent blind spot: researchers have largely examined these theoretical threads in isolation, leaving practitioners without a coherent, cross-context framework for decision-making. The five-dimensional model proposed here addresses this gap by treating each financial management function not as a standalone process but as an interdependent node in a continuous quality improvement cycle. Theoretical contributions include a synthesis of fragmented perspectives into a single actionable schema; practical contributions include concrete guidance for institutional leaders seeking to transform financial governance into a driver of sustainable educational quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari urgensi penguatan pendidikan karakter di tengah fenomena krisis moral dalam masyarakat modern, yang mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan pendidikan yang berorientasi pada aspek kognitif saja belum memadai dalam membentuk kepribadian yang utuh. Dalam konteks ini, qiyam al-lail yang termuat dalam Surah Al-Muzzammil ayat 2 dipandang memiliki potensi sebagai metode pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai-nilai spiritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep qiyam al-lail serta mengungkap relevansinya dalam pembentukan karakter melalui perspektif tafsir Al-Qur’an. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research), menggunakan metode tafsir tahlīlī (analitis) yang dipadukan dengan pendekatan komparatif (muqāran) terhadap tafsir klasik dan kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa qiyam al-lail tidak hanya dipahami sebagai ibadah ritual, tetapi juga mengandung nilai-nilai pendidikan seperti spiritualitas, kedisiplinan, pengendalian diri, dan keistiqamahan yang terinternalisasi melalui proses pembiasaan, keteladanan, pengalaman spiritual, serta refleksi diri. Selain itu, qiyam al-lail memiliki keunggulan sebagai metode pendidikan karena berbasis pengalaman langsung dan mampu menumbuhkan karakter intrinsik individu. Dengan demikian, qiyam al-lail memiliki relevansi yang kuat sebagai metode pendidikan karakter dalam pendidikan Islam, baik pada ranah formal maupun non-formal.This study is motivated by the urgency of strengthening character education amid the moral challenges faced by modern society, which indicate that cognitively oriented educational approaches alone are insufficient to develop holistic personalities. In this context, qiyam al-lail as mentioned in Surah Al-Muzzammil verse 2 is considered to have strong potential as a character education method rooted in spiritual values. This research aims to examine the concept of qiyam al-lail and explore its relevance in character formation from the perspective of Qur’anic exegesis. The study employs a qualitative approach with a library research design, utilizing the tahlili (analytical) method of interpretation combined with a comparative (muqaran) approach involving both classical and contemporary tafsir. The findings reveal that qiyam al-lail is not merely a ritual practice but also encompasses educational values such as spirituality, discipline, self-control, and consistency, which are internalized through habituation, role modeling, spiritual experience, and self-reflection. Furthermore, qiyam al-lail demonstrates its strength as an educational method due to its experiential nature and its ability to foster intrinsic character development. Therefore, qiyam al-lail holds significant relevance as a character education method within Islamic education, both in formal and non-formal contexts.

Abstract

The rapid development of Financial Technology (FinTech) among the younger generation has made financial transactions more convenient, but it also has the potential to encourage a consumerist lifestyle that can affect students’ personal financial management. Students’ awareness of financial planning and control remains low. This study aims to analyze the influence of FinTech usage and a consumerist lifestyle on the personal financial management of students at State High School 3 Tasikmalaya, both partially and simultaneously. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method and an associative-causal design. The study population consists of 1,260 students, with a sample of 306 respondents selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS. The results indicate that the use of FinTech and a consumerist lifestyle, both partially and simultaneously, significantly influence students’ personal financial management. Thus, students’ personal financial management is influenced by external factors such as the use of FinTech and internal factors such as a consumerist lifestyle.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konten TikTok terhadap persepsi kecantikan remaja perempuan. TikTok sebagai media sosial berbasis visual memiliki peran besar dalam membentuk standar kecantikan melalui fitur filter wajah, tren glowing skin, transformasi makeup, serta algoritma yang menampilkan konten serupa secara berulang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dan analisis konten terhadap representasi kecantikan di TikTok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paparan konten kecantikan di TikTok mendorong remaja melakukan perbandingan sosial, objektifikasi diri, serta pengawasan tubuh secara berlebihan. Banyak remaja merasa lebih percaya diri ketika menggunakan filter, namun di sisi lain muncul ketidakpuasan terhadap penampilan asli, rasa minder, dan tekanan untuk memenuhi standar kecantikan digital yang sempit. Selain dampak negatif, TikTok juga memiliki sisi positif melalui konten self-love, edukasi perawatan diri, dan ruang ekspresi identitas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa TikTok memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pembentukan persepsi kecantikan remaja perempuan, baik secara positif maupun negatif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan literasi digital dan pendampingan dari keluarga maupun lingkungan agar remaja mampu membangun citra diri yang sehat, realistis, dan positif.

Abstract

This research is focused on analyzing how effective Educational TV media is in enhancing student involvement in character education among fourth graders at SD Katolik Santo Yakobus. Design/methodology/approach: The study utilized a quantitative pre-experimental framework, specifically a one-group pretest-posttest model. The participants included 27 Grade 4 students from SD Katolik Santo Yakobus, chosen through total sampling. Data collection was carried out through systematic observation using a participation scale and a questionnaire that was validated by experts, along with Pearson product-moment correlation and Cronbach’s Alpha for checking reliability. The hypothesis was evaluated using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test because of the non-normal distribution of data. Findings: The analysis revealed that the mean participation score rose significantly from 58. 74 (pretest) to 82. 59 (posttest), indicating an average increase of 23. 85 points. The Wilcoxon test resulted in Z = -4. 519 with an asymptotic significance (2-tailed) of 0. 000 (p < 0.05), showing a noteworthy increase in student involvement following the introduction of Educational TV media. The calculation of effect size with Cohen’s d yielded a figure of 1. 85, which is recognized as an extremely large effect. These results indicate that Educational TV media plays a crucial role in boosting student engagement in character education activities.
