Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan dan menelaah secara kritis dan mendalam tentang perspektif baru pengelolaan pendidikan berbasis sekolah dan aspek-aspek yang sangat inheren dengan manajemen dan pengeloaan sekolah. Pneelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, di mana data diperoleh melalui pengamtan dan penelusuran langsung ke objek kajian. Untuk menjamin kevaliditasan informasi atau data, peneliti melakukan member check dengan cara meminta rekan sejawat untuk membaca secara seksama tentang kesesuain data dengan situasi riil yang terjadi  dan berkembang di lapangan. Selanjutnya data atau informasi dianalisis dengan cara mengonfirmasikan dengan teori-teori mutahir untuk menjelaskan dan mengeritik sebelum pada akhirnya menarik simpulan. Pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolah perlu dilaksanakan sesuai dengan konsep yang benar-benar memerhatikan semua aspek yang mencakup penyusunan program kerja sekolah, pengelolaan, dan pemanfaatan dana dalam pembiayaan pendidikan, pemanfataan sarana prasarana dalam menunjang penyelenggaraan pendidikan, dan hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat dilakukan secara sinergis. Sistem manajemen yang melibatkan berbagai unsur baiktenaga pendidik maupun tenaga kependidikan menjadi sebuah keniscayaan untukmembangun sinergitas yang seimbang dalam rangka mempercepat (acceleration) ketercapaian tujuan  pendidikan, terutama berkaitan dengan visi dan misi sekolah khususnya maupun tujuan pendidikan secara umum agar mampu bersaing dengan pendidikan di negara-negara ASEAN maupun di negara-negara lain di masa mendatang.

Abstract: This research has been implemented using book references in order to know how to increase study result of science, especially material of science which use mathematics application. And this research discuss about the effect of study interest of mathematics. The factors like interesting, meaning and involving. Generally, the students do not know what for studying mathematics is. But the students who know the using mathematics for their life will have motivation and competence study of mathematics. Abstract

Abstract: This research is starting from tendency of negative attitude and negative student’s habits. The purpose of this research producing group mentoring programme to develop student’s learning attitude and habits, and to compile the program researcher require a profil of student’s attitude and student’s learning habit. Method used is qualitative and quantitative with action research strategy. Data collection is carried out with attitude inventory, habits inventory, interview and observation.The result obtained are negative attitude in learning, specifically for attitude to task, attitude to teacher, attitude in class and attitude of facing examination. In addition, students habits in learning are still negative in particular habit of using his/her free time.This research recommended the group mentoring programme as reference and guidelines to enchance student’s learning attitude and habits. Key words: The guidance group., attitude., Learning habits

Abstract

Abstract Total Physical Response (TPR) is an effective method that applied in learning English for kindergarten students. This method involves the students’ activity, which is related activity on their physical and movement. Based on the survey and observation in Darul Kirom Islamic Kindergarten, the team can say that the English learning is not in good achievement. This problem come because the lack competence of teacher that is not an English teacher. Moreover, the learning process is teacher’s oriented. In result, there must an effort to solve this problem, one of the ways is the use of  Total Physical Response (TPR)method in teaching English to children.Because of the importance of the good achievement in learning prosess, the team gives training to the teachers in order to improve their competence in teaching English which can boost the students’ achievement in English skills. This training followed by five teachers and twenty students, the result, this method is effective in teaching and learning English in Islamic Darul Kirom Kindergarten.Key Words: English, method, active, creative, and learning AbstrakMetode Total Physical Response (TPR) adalah metode pembelajaran yang  efektif diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Inggris terutama untuk siswa setingkat PAUD/TK. Metode pembelajaran ini lebih menekankan pada keaktifan siswa, yakni kegiatan langsung yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan fisik (physical) dan gerakan (movement). Berdasarkan survey dan pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh tim bahwa pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di  TK Islam Darul Kirom belum optimal karena guru yang mengajar bukan berasal dari lulusan sarjana bahasa. Selain itu proses pembelajarannya masih berorientasi pada keaktifan guru sebagai pengajar, dengan demikian harus ada upaya yang harus mengarah kepada pencapaian kompetensi materi pembelajaran yang diperlukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diantaranya dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran TPR (Total Physical Response) dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Inggris.  Karena pentingnya pencapaian hasil belajar pada siswa, tim melaksanakan pelatihan penggunaan metode TPR (Total Physical Response) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengajar dan memperoleh pencapaian hasil belajar yang optimal bagi siswa.  Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 5 orang guru TK Islam Darul Kirom dan 20 siswa. hasilnya menunjukkan kompetensi guru dapat memaksimalkan proses pembelajaran di sekolah TK ini, maka pelatihan ini dapat dikatakan berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi guru TK. Hal ini dibuktikan pada pemahaman siswa dalam mempelajari bahasa Inggris dapat meningkat dari sebelumnya. Dengan demikian penggunaan metode Total Physical Response (TPR) dikatakan efektif dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di TK Islam Darul Kirom.Kata Kunci: bahasa Inggris, metode, aktif, kreatif, dan pembelajaran

Abstract

Abstract: This research generally aims to find out how to improve the ability to write a paragraph using the Student Facilitator and Explaining method. The methods used in this the method of Student Facilitator and Explaining that aimed to define the variables or the ability to write a paragraph on Indonesian subjects for vocational high school students of X class  by classroom action research. Data collection techniques in this research through field research by direct observation and research literature on school documents, and manuals, as well as other references. Based on the analysis of data by looking at the teaching-learning process increased ability to write paragraphs on aspects of unity, integration, development, as well as spelling and punctuation are conducted by teachers of the first cycle (78.31%) to Cycle II (87.27% ) average of 13.46%. In addition the results obtained from the evaluation of each cycle also experienced a significant increase of 35.13% in Cycle II compared to the first cycle and the results of this evaluation indicate that the method of Student Facilitator and Explaining that do can improve the ability of learning the Indonesian language for students of Class X. Keyword : paragraph writing skills, student facilitator, explaining,

Abstract

Abstract :The objective of the research is to obtain (1) the effect of perception on the compensation towards the performance motivation, (2) the simultan effet of perception on the compensation and the performance motivation towards social teacher’s performance, (3) The partial effect of perception on the compensation towards social teacher’s performance, (4) The partial effect of the performance motivation towards social teacher’s performance. This study was done at the private vocational high school of Jagakarsa District in East Jakarta. Sample of this study is social teacher of  private vocational high school of Jagakarsa District of East Jakarta that taken by satisfied sample. The method of the study is Explanatory Survey Method. Data Analyze Technique is regression with intervening variable. The findings are as follow as: (1) There is positive effect of perception on the compensation towards the performance motivation, (2) There are  simultan effet of perception on the compensation and the performance motivation towards social teacher’s performance, (3) There is no  partial effect of perception on the compensation towards social teacher’s performance, (4) There is partial effect of the performance motivation towards social teacher’s performance Keywords : The perception on the compensation; the performance motivation; and social teacher’s performance.

Abstract

The objective of this correlational research was to obtain the information concerning the correlation between work motivation and teachers’ leadership style to classroom management in Sekolah Dasar Pembangunan Jaya Bintaro, Tangerang. The population that is used for the respondent was 40 teachers and the research was held by using survey technique. There were 15 samples that was taken by using simple random sampling in this research. The analyzing  used  multiple regression and questioner sheet that was used  for collecting data. The research findings were (1) there was a positive significant correlation between work motivation with classroom management in Sekolah Dasar Pembangunan Jaya Bintaro because ? was less the significant level, namely  0.0000 < 0.05, and also the coefficient correlation was shown by ?1 = 0,341 with t score 2,062, Sig 0,046 means that if the teachers have good work motivation so that they can manage the class in a good condition  (2) there is a positive significant correlation between teachers’ leadership style with classroom management in Sekolah Dasar Pembangunan Jaya Bintaro because ? is less than the significance level, namely 0.000 < 0.05, and also the coefficient correlation is shown by ?2 = 0,368 with t score 2,104, Sig 0,042 means that if the teachers can use an appropriate leadership style to manage their class so that they can manage the class successfully (3) there is a positive significant correlation between both work motivation and teachers’ leadership style with classroom management in Sekolah Dasar Pembangunan Jaya Bintaro because ? is less than the significance level, namely 0.000 < 0.05, and also the coefficient correlation is shown by P-value = 0,002 means that if the teachers have good work motivation and use an appropriate leadership style so that they can manage their class in a good condition.The conclusion of this research were the variable of work motivation and teachers’ leadership style have the positive and significant  correlation with classroom management.
