Abstract

Dalam kaitannya dengan hukum positif, baik di Indonesia maupun di negara-negara lain, praktek LGBT mengalami pro dan kontra. Khusus di Indonesia, istilah LGBT menunjuk kepada suatu perbuatan bersama melanggar kesusilaan antara dua orang berkelamin sama. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran Fatwa MUI Sumut No. 57 Tahun 2014 dalam membentuk kebijakan hukum Islam perihal LGBT. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pustaka. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam tulisan ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk meneliti rumusan masalah yang ada dalam tulisan ini. Sifat penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah penelitian yang bersifat normatif yang menguji topik dalam penelitian ditulisan ini. Hasil penelitian bahwa peran Fatwa MUI Sumut No. 57 Tahun 2014 dalam membentuk kebijakan hukum Islam perihal LGBT bahwa LGBT dianggap sebagai perilaku yang tidak wajar dan menyimpang dari tuntunan agama telah menyebar ke beberapa daerah, mengingat para pencipta dan pendukung gerakan LGBT secara sistematis dan terstruktur sedemikian rupa sehingga keberadaan gerakan LGBT dan upaya mereka untuk mempengaruhi masyarakat. Terlihat jelas Efeknya mempengaruhi orang muda dan anak-anak. Karena itu, peran dan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam memantau perilaku ini harus diutamakan. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk membendung laju pertumbuhan LGBT di Indonesia, namun perilaku LGBT tetap bertumbuh. Bahkan di Sumut upaya meminimalisir pelaku LGBT dilakukan dengan pendekatan pencegahan melalui sosialisasi kepada masyarakat

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of social skills training to improve social skills of students with hearing impairment. Subject in this study was a female student with hearing impairment who showed deficits in several aspects of social skills which caused her to experience difficulties in establishing social relationships. the intervention was carried out through the SST method which focused on developing three components of social skills, namely 1) creating positive interactions, (2) making friendship, and (3) recognizing one's emotions and ways to manage negative ones. 30 items of SSQ are used to measured social skills score before and after the intervention. Furthermore, observations were also used to described behavioral targets related to social skills that had been achieved through social skills training. The results of this study found that there was an increase in SSQ scores before and after the intervention was carried out, as well as changes in behavioral targets related to the aspects of social skills. The results of this study have implications for the implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools, especially in providing interventions for students with special needs.

Abstract

The study aims to develop the validity and effectiveness of the cognitive behavioral therapy counseling model guide for mindfulness techniques based on the SI-Counseling website to overcome trauma in adolescent victims of violence. This research is included in development research with the 4D method (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data collection was carried out with an expert validity assessment which was analyzed using the CVR (Content Validity Ratio), CVI (Content Validity Index) and t-test formulas. The results of the CVR analysis show that all statements are on average relevant, the CVI score of 1 is in the very suitable category, and the cognitive behavioral therapy counseling model guide for mindfulness techniques has met the requirements for use. These results state that the development of a cognitive behavioral therapy counseling model guide for mindfulness techniques based on the SI-Counseling website is effective for overcoming trauma in adolescent victims of violence

Abstract

This Study alims: 1) to find out how the use of picture word calrds medial in improving the albility to start reading in clalss 1, 2) to find out how the effect of picture word calrds medial in improving the albility to start reading in clalss 1 students. The resealrch method used in this resealrch is alqualntitaltivealpproalch with Qualsi Experiment resealrch type. The independent valrialble in this resealrch is the use of illustralted word calrds while the dependent valrialble is the albility to start reading. The populaltionused is 20 experimentallclalss students alnd 20 control clalss students. The resealrchsalmpleused is salturaltedsalmple. In this study, the daltal collection technique used walsobservaltion. Tests, alnddocumentaltiondaltalwals collected by pretest, trealtment, alndpost test. Alnd the daltalalnallysis techniques calrriedout in this study were descriptive staltalticall tests, normallity tests, wilcoxon signed hypothesis tests, alnd homogeneity tests with the SPSS system. The result of this study indicaltethalt the alveralgevallue of students before the alpplicaltion of the medialwals 79,5%, while alfter the alpplicaltionvallue of students increalsed to 92%. It is alccepted. So it caln be concluded thalt this picture word walrdcalrd medialhalsal very significalnt influence in improvingalloudrealding skills in gralde 1 elementalry school, so this picture word calrd medial is very suitalble for use in gralde 1 to improve students’ start reading skills.

Abstract

Proses pembentukan Produk Hukum Peraturan Bupati (PERBUP) di Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Pasal 1 angka 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-undangan adalah pembuatan Peraturan Perundang-undangan yang mencakup tahapan perencanaan, penyusunan, pembahasan, pengesahan atau penetapan, dan pengundangan, kemudian disempurnakan dengan perubahan Undang-Undang no 13 Tahun 2022 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-undangan yaitu methode Omnibus di cantumkan sejak tahapan perencanaan methode ini digunakan dalam penyusunan Peraturan  perundang Undangan  Dalam pembentukan peraturan daerah, ada beberapa tahapan yang harus dilalui yaitu: (1) tahapan perencanaan;(2)Methode Omnibus (3) tahapan penyusunan; (4) tahapan pembahasan; (5) tahapan pengesahan atau penetapan, (6) tahapan pengundangan, dan (7) tahapan penyebarluasan. Jenis Penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa proses pembentukan Produk Hukum Peraturan Bupati (PERBUP) di Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Pasal 1 angka 1 UndangUndang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 dan disempurnakan oleh pembahruan yitu Undang-Undang no 13 tahun 2022 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-undangan adalah pembuatan Peraturan Perundang-undangan yang mencakup tahapan perencanaan dan penyusunan mengunakan Methode Omnibus, pembahasan, pengesahan atau penetapan, dan pengundangan.  Tujuan adanya skema pembentukan prosuk hukum agar pembentukan produk hukum lebih terarah dan terkoordinasi secara formal.

Abstract

Teenagers are faced with many challenges that can have an impact on life, including an impact on the school environment. Problems faced by adolescents can result in dropping out. Adolescents who are faced with dropping out are at high risk of various physical and mental health problems, as well as at high risk of committing crimes up to suicide attempts. Individuals who have dropped out need to be revived from this condition, one of which is by developing resilience. The purpose of this research is to look at the resilience of adolescents who have dropped out in terms of resilience aspects and factors. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive case study approach. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documents. Data analysis was carried out in four stages, namely domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis, and cultural theme analysis. The results of the study show that adolescents who have dropped out have developed resilience as a continuous process that is constantly changing

Abstract

This study aimed to look at internet addiction in adolescents, in this case impulse control disorders or the inability to control internet use. The term internet refers to any type of online activity. Internet is used to refer to all the contacts an individual has with web-based services, including websites, internet-based games, social media, and online entertainment. The type of research used is quantitative and descriptive. The sample in this study was 207 students. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Respondent data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The results showed that 9% of students had severe dependence on the internet. And from the aspect of internet addiction developed by Kimberly S. Young, there are as many as three aspects that have the highest percentage according to the respondents' circumstances: salience (7.17%), excessive use (7.17%), and lack of control (6.67%). It is recommended that for future research, it is necessary to develop other moderator variables or interventions so that later it can help students or adolescents reduce the problem of internet addiction they feel.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, periode Lame Duck masih menuai banyak kritik karena dinilai sebagai hal yang tidak demokratis dan merugikan rakyat. Oleih karena itu, beberapa pihak telah mengusulkan untuk mengubah undang-undang pemilihan presiden dan wakil presiden agar periode transisi menjadi lebih singkat dan efektif. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis terhadap priode Lame Duck yang masih diterapkan di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang penulis terapkan merupakan penelitian yuiridis normаtif atau peineilitiаn hukum secara kepustakaan, yaitu dengan cаrа melakukan penelitian terhadap bаhаn pustaka ataupun dаtа sekunder kesimpulannya, periode Lame Duck yang masih diterapkan di Indonesia telah menjadi kontroversial dan menuai kritik dari berbagai pihak karena dianggap tidak demokratis dan merugikan rakyat. Namun, terdapat juga argumen yang menyatakan bahwa periode ini bisa dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan reformasi dan memperbaiki kebijakan yang kurang efektif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan diskusi yang lebih lanjut mengenai kebijakan yang tepat untuk mengatasi periode Lame Duck agar tidak merugikan rakyat dan tetap memperbaiki kualitas pemerintahan).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to compare the level of Self Esteem between students from the Science (IPA) and Social Sciences (IPS) majors at MA Mu’allimien Muhammadiyah Bogor. This study utilized a comparative study design with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 21 students from the IPA major and 43 students from the IPS major, selected through purposive sampling. The research data were analyzed using independent sample t-tests with the assistance of SPSS Ver.26 software. The results of the analysis showed a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05, indicating the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0) and the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha). This suggests that there is a significant difference in the level of self esteem between students from the IPA and IPS majors in the school. Furthermore, students from the IPA major demonstrated a higher level of self esteem, with a mean score of 23.10, while students from the IPS major had a mean score of 17.53. Therefore, it can be concluded that students from the IPA major exhibit a higher level of self esteem compared to students from the IPS major in the school.
