Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop and test the adequacy and effectiveness of the guideline content. counseling model solution focused brief counseling imagery and visualitation techniques based on the SI-Counseling website to overcome depression in adolescent victims of violence. Such studies are included in development studies using the 4D methodology (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Two counseling instructors participated in this study as well as 1 educational technology lecturer as an expert and 1 counseling teacher at SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja and 1 counselor from the Office of Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Buleleng Regency as practitioners tasked with testing the usability, correctness, and enforceability of policies. From the assessment carried out, it proves that the solution focused counseling model guide book, imagery and visualitation technique brief counseling, meets the terms and conditions for use. The ES value in counseling is included in the high category, namely ES: 1.66.

Abstract

This article has the aim of analyzing the application of Hots-based PKN learning at MIS Al Mahabbah. To reveal the results achieved, researchers used a qualitative approach, with data collection methods of interviews, observation, and documentation. Then, to ensure the validity of the data is used through triangulation. The research results obtained as follows. First, the application of Hots in PKN learning has been found through lesson plans, teachers already have insight into Hots and the implementation of Hots-based learning is often used by teachers. Second, there are still obstacles in carrying out Hots learning such as determining learning designs, class management and making evaluations (tests). Third, solutions made by teachers with peer-sharing actions, learning design innovations including apperception, and studies on making test questions. Also, in the implementation of motivational learning and explanation of the learning scheme in more detail.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of cognitive behavior counseling services with self-management techniques to increase the learning independence of class X hospitality students at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. This experimental research uses data collection techniques with random sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is in the form of parametric statistical analysis using the Paired-Sample T-Test. This research method aims to determine the influence of cognitive behavior counseling with self-management techniques in increasing student learning independence. The design of this study was the Non-Equivalent Control Group Design which was carried out on students in the control class and the experimental class. The focus of this research is on the changes produced by cognitive behavior counseling services with self-management techniques to increase student learning independence with data collection techniques used, namely questionnaires. Based on the significance test, it is found that the significance value is 0.000 where 0.000 ˂ 0.05, where the Application of Cognitive Behavior Theory with Self Management Techniques is effective for Increasing Student Learning Independence at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini dipilih karena setelah dicermati tidak tersediannya bahan ajar pendamping di sekolah tersebut. Dalam penerapan pembelajaran PAI keterampilan dalam sholat. Guru seharusnya dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang menarik dan perhatian dan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan ajar yang kreatif, inovatif, serta variatif. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development/ R&D). Metode penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengembangan modul berbasis kontekstual ini tentunya dilakukan dengan beberapa cara yakni melalui pendekatan ADDIE yaitu melakukan tindakan (analisis) yang mana terdiri atas dua tahap yakni analisis kinerja dan analisis kebutuhan ,kemudian melakukan tahapan desaian yaitu di rancang dan diproduksi dengan menyiapkan skenario modul kontekstual dan memperhatikan apa topik pembelajaran yang akan diantarkan melalui kontekstual. Implikasi pengembangan bahan ajar dalam PAI diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam berpikir secara cermat, kritis, logis dan sistematis. Juga mendapatkan pemahaman yang bisa bertahan lebih lama dan mudah diingat oleh peserta didik, sebab bisa memahami sekaligus bisa diterapkan. Kemudian peserta didik menjadi lebih peka terhadap lingkungan sekitar di kehidupan nyata dan meningkatkan kreativitas pendidik dan peserta didik dalam hal pembelajaran PAI.

Abstract

My Pertamina adalah aplikasi yang diluncurkan dalam rangka program digitalisasi untuk memastikan proses penyaluran BBM subsidi benar-benar tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui implimentasi UU UU No 8 Tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen terhadap penggunaan aplikasi My Pertamina dan pandangannya menurut teori kemaslahatan. Hasilnya Menunjukkan bahwa UU No 8 Tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen belum terimplimentasi dengan baik serta tidak difungsikan oleh pemerintah sebagai bahan pedoman dalam pembuatan program aplikasi My Pertamina, hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya ketentuan pasal pada UU ini  tidak terealisasikan melalui aplikasi My pertamina seperti hak kenyamanan dan keamanan, serta penggunaan aplikasi ini ternilai sebuah paksaan yang hal itu sangat bertentang dengan UU tersebut. Berdasarkan teori Kemaslahatan UU No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan Konsumen sebenarnya muatan pasal nya sudah memuat unsur- unsur kemaslahatan yaitu adanya Hak- Hak konsumen seperti hak keamanan, perlindungan barang/jasa, kenyamanan, hak memperoleh informasi yang jelas serta hak untuk diberikan jaminan atas layaknya suatu barang/jasa yang telah kita beli. Namun secara prakteknya melalui Program Aplikasi My Pertamina masih belum berada pada kategori Kebijakan yang mengandung unsur- unsur kemaslahatan dikarenakan Aplikasi My Pertamina tersebut masih menimbulkan permasalahan-permasalahan di lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar sejarah di SMAN 78 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik surveri melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI yang berjumlah 395. Dengan sample 198 peserta didik yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara motivasi terhadap hasil belajar sejarah dimana dari hasil analisis hubungan antara motivasi terhadap nilai didapatkan 35 (44,9%) siswa dengan motivasi tinggi memiliki nilai tidak tuntas dan 73  siswa (70,2%) dengan motivasi sedang memiliki nilai tidak tuntas. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p value 0,00 (<0,05), maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tingkat motivasi dan hasil belajar sejarah.

Abstract

Students who cannot manage their learning independently other than in class will have an impact on their learning in class. Problems related to student self-regulated learning can be seen in the presence of students who forget to deliver assignments and students who have never reviewed the economics subject matter that has been taught. Based on preliminary observations, it is known that in MAN 3 Pekanbaru City there is no learning media that can support students to carry out self-regulated learning. Learning media that is only guided by textbooks is currently one of the learning methods that are not very effective for increasing self-regulated learning. This study aims to produce a valid and practical website-based learning media in economics subject at MAN 3 Pekanbaru so that it can effectively improve students' self-regulated learning. The development of website-based learning media is carried out using a 4-D model, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and tested the effectiveness using paired sample t-test. The results of this study found that (1) the development of website-based learning media on material needs and scarcity was carried out using the 4-D model, namely (a) the defining stage (define) by conducting preliminary analysis, student analysis, task analysis, concept analysis, and analysis learning objectives; (b) the design stage by making flowcharts and storyboards and product design; (c) the development stage by validating two material experts and two media experts, then conducting a limited trial of 30 students and a wide-scale test on 36 class X students at MAN 3 Pekanbaru; (2) The validation rate of Website-based learning media in economics subjects at MAN 3 Pekanbaru is around 80% - 85%, which means that website-based learning media is very feasible and has very high validity; (3) the level of practicality of developing web-based learning media in economics subjects at MAN 3 Pekanbaru, namely teacher responses: very practical (88.67%), and student responses: very practical (87.90%); (4) the application of website-based learning media in economics subjects at MAN 3 Pekanbaru is effective in increasing student self-regulated learning

Abstract

In this study, the aim was to determine the influence of the application of group counseling services to reduce bullying behavior that occurs in students. The research design used was a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design. In this study the population used involved students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Singaraja by using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is in the form of a t-test with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 26 program which is then compared using the effect size, this has the aim of knowing how much influence is generated from the implementation of role playing technique group counseling services to reduce bullying behavior. The data collection instrument used in this study used observation and questionnaires related to bullying behavior. The conclusion in this study is that group counseling with role playing techniques has a strong influence on reducing bullying behavior in students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengkaji kedudukan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) dan Bawaslu sebagai state auxiliary agent berdasarkan siyasah dusturiyah. Sebagaimana yang dipahami jika Indonesia disebut juga sebagai negara hukum dengan penyelenggaraan negara dijalankan dengan pembagian kekuasaan pada konsep negara hukum. Adapun pembagian kekuasaan ini dilakukan agar menghindari terjadinya pemusatan kekuasaan pada satu orang yang akhirnya akan menimbulkan penyalahgunaan kekuasaan atau power tends to corrupt, absolut power corrupt absolutely. Dengan bertambahnya lembaga independen yang mempunyai posisi penting pada ke berjalanan demokratisasi yang sedang berkembang di negara yang baru merdeka dari sistem otoritarian. Metode pendekatan pada artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan Undang-Undang (statue approach). Maka Keberadaan KPU pada konsep ketatanegaraan Indonesia disebut juga menjadi komisi negara independen (independen regulatory agencies) atau lembaga penyokong/bantu (state auxiliary agencies) ialah lembaga negara yang melaksanakan pemilihan umum di Indonesia yang disahkan pada UUD NKRI tahun 1945 pasal 22E dan diatur lebih lanjut lagi melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 15 tahun 2011 mengenai pelaksanaan pemilihan umum. Dimana KPU, Bawaslu serta Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu diartikan menjadi lembaga pelaksana pemilihan umum yang adalah serangkai fungsi pemilu. Oleh karena itu, yang dimengerti sebagai komisi pemilihan umum seperti yang terdapat pada UUD 1945 pasal 22E ayat (5) ialah KPU, Bawaslu, dan DKPP ialah serangkai. Pada akhirnya tujuannya bermuara pada sebuah kaidah yang menyebutkan bahwa “Kebijakan pemimpin atas rakyatnya adalah berdasarkan kemaslahatan”, ini menjadi sebuah sumber utama dalam proses penetapan hukum yang kemudian menjadi sumber di mana patokan kemaslahatan menjadi acuan utama dalam penetapannya.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) to find out and analyze the contribution of the special job market to work readiness, 2) to find out and analyze the contribution of the ability to cooperate to work readiness, 3) to know and analyze together the contribution of the special job market and the ability to work together on work readiness. The type of research used is quantitative and uses a descriptive approach. The method used in finding research results is by distributing questionnaires. This research works using three hypotheses: 1) partially there is a positive and significant contribution of the specific job market to work readiness, 2) partially there is a positive and significant contribution of the ability to cooperate to work readiness, 3) jointly there is a positive and significant contribution special job market and the ability to cooperate on job readiness. The research results obtained are: 1) special job fairs have a positive and significant contribution to student work readiness by 31%. This indicates that the better the special job market, the better the student's work readiness and vice versa, 2) the ability to cooperate with students has a positive and significant contribution to student work readiness by 49.3%. Based on these results, it shows that the better the student's collaboration skills, the better the student's work readiness and vice versa. 3) the special job market and the ability to cooperate with students contribute positively and significantly to student work readiness by 49.6%.
