This study aims to determine the Quality of Health Services for Inpatients in Classrooms given by the RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanuskota Palangka Raya, to find out patient satisfaction with the services provided by RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus, Palangka Raya city, to find out how much the influence of the quality of health services for patients hospitalized in the classroom towards patient satisfaction at the RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus in Palangka Raya City. The method used in this study is the Associative Quantitative method. Data collection techniques use questionnaires (questionnaires). The number of samples in this study were 340 people. The sampling technique in this study is a simple random sampling method, which is a random sampling technique regardless of the strata in the population. The results of the analysis using Pearson ProductMoment Correlation can get value of rxy by 0.9870. This shows that the quality of health care for inpatients in the classroom provides a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction in Dr. Doris Sylvanus Hospital. Judging from the tangible indicator has a significant positive effect on product quality indicators consisting of health facilities. Indicator of reliability has a significant positive effect on service quality indicators which consist of service guarantees. Indicators of responsiveness have a significant positive effect on emotional indicators, namely psychological reactions. The assurance indicator has a positive effect on the price indicator, which is price match.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Quality of Family Card Services in the Registration of Population Identity in the Population and Civil Registration Service in Pulang Pisau District. The research used in this study was a qualitative descriptive study conducted at the Pulang Pisau District Population and Civil Registration Service specifically in the area of Population. The data sources are through interviews and observations. Data analysis is done by organizing and describing it into units, synthesizing, arranging into patterns, choosing which ones are important and which will be studied, and making conclusions that can be told to others. The results showed that the quality of service provided by the Pulang Pisau District Population and Civil Registration Service was very good in terms of transparency carried out by utilizing socialization activities by giving the task of cadres to explain to the community and take advantage of technological advances, then the performance of officers in serving the community good enough, this is indicated by the role and function of each officer and the officer is responsible for their respective duties even though the officer is still lacking in terms of disciplinary time problems. But overall the service in making a Family Card is efficient and effective. In serving the community, the value of the officer’s politeness is quite good, but there still needs to be an increase in hospitality.

This study aims to describe and analyze bureaucratic reform in the Human Resources Bureau of the Central Kalimantan Regional Police in the field of human resources. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The sources of this research consisted of the Head of the Bureau of Rena, Central Kalimantan Regional Police, and the Head of Sub-Department of Human Resources at the Central Kalimantan Regional Police. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Manuia Resource Bureau of the Central Kalimantan Regional Police has implemented bureaucratic reform in the field of human resources. Berntuk for bureaucratic reform is the presence of the Quick Wins open promotion program. In general, the Quick Wins open promotion program has gone well. According to the results of the analysis using the George Edward III (1980) implementation model, results were obtained: the dimensions of communication consisting of transition, clarity, and consistency of information were good; the resource dimension consists of human / staff resources, budget, facilities, information, and good authority; dimension of disposition, implementation has shown a good attitude; while the dimensions of the bureaucratic structure consisting of SOP and fragmentation are good. But in reality in the field there are a number of interested people for open promotion programs that are still lacking.

This study aims to find out how the management of parking fees is managed by the transportation agency, starting from payments made by users of parking services to parking attendants, depositing to collection officers, receipt of treasurers then depositing to the city government so that it can be called city PAD (Regional Revenue) palangkaraya and contributions especially parking. The method used is a qualitative method, the research carried out is a descriptive study where the Department of Transportation and Office of Regional Original Revenue were chosen as the location of the study. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results and discussion can be concluded that the implementation of the policy has not been maximized. This is because there are still some obstacles that hamper parking retribution faced by Palangka Raya Parking Area Revenues, especially in terms of collecting parking fees.

This research aims to obtain, process and analyze data on the effectiveness of the Organization in the implementation of unity tasks in the section of the facilities and infrastructures of regional police Mobile Brigade unit of central Kalimantan. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach by collecting data using interview techniques, observations, and documentation. Based on the research results on the effectiveness of the Organization in the implementation of unity duties on the facilities and infrastructure section of Mobile Brigade Unit of Central Kalimantan District police was obtained that the service is given a section The infrastructure in supporting the execution of Mobile Brigade Unit task is not effective, this is due to the limitation of human resources both in terms of number of personnel or skills, limitation of facilities and infrastructure and the limitation of budget Procurement, maintenance, and freight costs, as well as limitations in the implementation of logistics activities themselves.

This research aims to know how much influence paternalistic leadership towards employee performance at public broadcaster (LPP) TVRI Central Kalimantan Station. The method used in this research is quantitative, the technique of data collection with Angket (Koesioner), the number of samples in this study was 73 employees/Karyawati at the public broadcaster TVRI Central Kalimantan station. Sampling techniques are Total samples. To obtain data on the variables relating to the influence of paternalistic leadership towards personnel performance at public broadcaster (LPP) TVRI Central Kalimantan Satasiun used measuring instruments using statistical method is Using a simple linear regression analysis calculation technique. The results of paternalistic leadership influence rarely give opportunities to subordinates to work influence on employee performance including quality of work, the quantity of work, discipline, and cooperation between employees Public Broadcasting Agency (LPP) TVRI Central Kalimantan Station.

Gender is an issue that is always interesting to cover. In its development, gender has always been related to female emancipation words, not only at the level of society at the macro level or at the inter-state level. A poor understanding of gender and sex makes this a refractive gender. The purpose of this study was to convey, explore and analyze gender stereotype in a rape culture that flourished in Indonesian society and made recommendations to the Government. In this case, through literature review, researchers used a qualitative approach to being able to express existing issues and get a deep picture of gender stereotypes issues in the growing rape culture in Community. Researchers voted to use a qualitative descriptive approach in this study. Then, the emphasis of the qualitative approach used is in terms of the phenomenological approach. Researchers have determined the informant needed in this study. In addition, researchers are trying to choose the informant who understands the problem even experiences sexual harassment and feels the impact of the stereotype of gender and rape culture that happened to him. The current phenomenon is difficult to change, but awareness of the importance of the battle of injustice must be fought. The government needs to examine legislation to suppress harassment and sexual violence that continue to increase annually. Then, the community and foundations of this existing victim mentoring need to be supported even need to expand the mentoring to the various areas in Indonesia, especially in the district/city.

Implementation of micro and Small Business license (IUMK) in Pahandut Sub-district of Palangka Raya has been running since the year 2015. To facilitate the community to obtain this micro and Small business license, the government made a policy that the community can take care of in the district office where the business is located. And also to facilitate the licensing process, by means of management free micro and Small business license. This micro and Small business license policy aim to facilitate the public in obtaining their business legality and easy access to capital. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know how its implementation is the communication aspects in the policy of micro and small business licenses in the district Pahandut. For the theory of communication, the theory is derived from the opinions of some experts, among them the theory of Kathleen K. Reardon. While the indicator used to determine the success of the policy using the approach expressed by George C. Edward III, among others is the aspect of communication. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. While the data collection methods use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using models submitted by Miles and Huberman, consisting of data reduction, data display (data presentation), and conclusion drawing/verification (withdrawal of conclusions/verifications). The results revealed that the implementation process of micro and small business permit policy in the district Pahandut Palangka Raya city goes well but less maximum. This is because there are micro and small businesses who do not have the license and insufficient resources and some actors who still do not understand the flow of micro and small business licenses.

The purpose of this research is to know and describe the empowerment of dropouts youth in the Youth Community Development (PSBR) of Palangka Raya City. Given the empowerment of school, dropouts is an effort to improve the dignity of the community and to be in poor condition, so that they can escape the pitfalls of poverty and retardation. Therefore, service through the social orphanage system is essentially a preventive, healing, rehabilitation and development of the potential of dropouts. Methods of research using qualitative dendritic research. The data collection techniques used in this study were observations, interviews, and documentation. While the analytical techniques used are qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the form of empowerment carried out in 4 (four) forms of (1) physical guidance, (2) Mental guidance, (3) social guidance, and (4) guidance of recommended skills: (1) continuing to socialize, (2) Add to the type of Skills guidance, (3) improving means and infrastructure, (4) Increasing motivation for clients, (5) Improving self-discipline, and (6) digging into their abilities and potential.

This research uses qualitative research methods. The technique of determining the informant in this research is the technique of purposive sampling so that the informant in this research is involved in the implementation of optimization of a single culinary park for the empowerment of field creative traders Is the head of the setup and aesthetics of the city of Palangkaraya, and creative traders field a single culinary park Sangomang. Data is collected through observation methods, interviews, and documentation. And the data is analyzed by way of data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. Based on the results of this study, it can be known that: 1) the empowerment of creative traders in the field of single Culinary park Sangomang in the city of Palangkaraya is good enough. 2) The process of the Creative Trader Relocation field to a single culinary park Sangomang is good enough. 3) The constraints of the creative trader's field in a single culinary park Sangomang is not maximal utilization of facilities and infrastructures that support the security and convenience of creative traders field and also visitors a single culinary park Sangomang.
