<![CDATA[The three-phase induction motor is the best option for driving machinery in the industrial world, it was chosen because of its reliability and easy maintenance. Maintaining the performance of induction motors is important to avoid motor malfunctions and maintain industrial production. The performance degradation is due to mechanical, electrical, and environmental influences. Detecting problems early is necessary for repairs to be carried out as soon as possible to avoid further damage. The cause of failure in the winding is influenced by the value of the insulation resistance. Factors causing changes in the IR value are electrical stress, mechanical stress, chemical stress, thermal stress, and environmental contamination. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of online learning for students or cadets at the Bumi Akpelni Polytechnic semarang, with a total of 516 respondents. Research activities were carried out during the implementation of Study From Home during the Covid-19 pandemic. The application support used in this online lecture is zoom meetings, google meet and whattapp groups. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method that aims to describe the condition of natural objects with triangulation data collection techniques. <![CDATA[The marine transportation sector has entered the era of digitalization in line with the industrial revolution 4.0. The existence of the industrial revolution is caused by three main faktors, namely Technological Faktors, Economic Faktors and Socio-Cultural Faktors. The industrial revolution 4.0 focuses on the development of the digital world and the internet. Sea transportation is not only used for passenger transportation, but can also be used as transportation for the distribution of goods. Various companies have taken advantage of sea transportation for the process of sending logistics. Logistics delivery to different regions requires an effective and efficient transportation process. The purpose of this study is to find out the efforts made to improve Marine Transportation Human Resources. This research uses qualitative methods by collecting data through observation, reading orientation and interviews. <![CDATA[The Corona Virus Pandemic period has an effect on the whole world, including in Indonesia in 2020. With the spread of the corona virus, it can also have an impact on reducing the performance of loading and unloading containers. With the Covid-19 pandemic, the management of the Semarang container terminal made several changes, additions and evaluations to maintain the performance of container loading and unloading. The method used in this study is a qualitative and quantifiable method that refers to data on the flow of loading and unloading at the Semarang Container Terminal. Therefore, it is hoped that this study can find out the strategy used by the Semarang Container Terminal to maintain loading and unloading performance during the Covid-19 pandemic by developing the dock area, stacking field, adding infrastructure, making several strategic programs, as well as preparing systems and procedures in providing guidelines and procedures for container services that include loading and unloading services.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of human resources is stived to become a professional workforce because it is a source of driving wheels for the operational activities of a company. The presence of human resources is one of the most influential and particularl sources. The particularities that exist are different characters and performances. Differences in character can be a benchmark in the assessment of results and responsibilities. When the researchers did a fieldwork practicum in MV. URMILA, the ship was anchoring in Jakarta. There were differences in the character of each crew. Hence, the researcher chose “The Influence of Individual Characteristics on The Performance of the ship's crew under APOL company. The method employed in this study is a descriptive quantitative method, namely multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS, by distributing questionnaires with a total of 82 respondents whose ships are under APOL company management. The results of the regression calculation were indicators of Individual Characteristics of the performance of ship crews under APOL management with an effective contribution of 34.0% and interpersonal communication indicators affect the performance of the ship crew under APOL management was 8.8%. The results showed that individual characteristics have a significant effect on performance, interpersonal communication affects performance and the influence of individual characteristics and interpersonal communication affects the performance of ship crews under APOL management.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of agency agreements at PT. Prima Kaltara Bahari shipping lines in representing the Owner / principal; identifying problems in the implementation of the ship agency agreement at PT. Prima Kaltara Bahari shipping lines. This research is a research with a legal approach using a qualitative approach. Furthermore, it applied a descriptive approach in its data analysis. The results showed that the agency agreement between the principal/Owner and the local shipping lines as a local agent began with the appointment of what is commonly called a Letter of Oppoinment. It is a work order from the ship's Owner to the local company agent as stipulated by Ministry Regulation Number 65 of 2019 on the Implementation and Operation of Ship Agency. The implementation of the work as stated in the Letter of Oppoinment must be carried out which includes services before the ship arrives, when the ship arrives (Clearent In) and upon departure of the ship (Clearent Out). This process applied the provisions of Article 1338 of the Civil Code that all agreements made legally and laws to those who make them. It means that the local agent, in this case, PT Prima Kaltara Bahari is bound to fulfill its obligations to the Principal / Owner abroad.]]>

<![CDATA[This studies written to elaborate if there are some influences of supervision and quality service’s efectivity, as free variables, on PT Macoline Indonesia Semarang’s cargo document employees performance, as bound variable. The research method used is a survey method which is then processed with linear regression analysis techniques. This research conducted for three months was done by conducting a survey through questionnaires given to the employees as the samples. The questionnaires given contained questions regarding how significant the influence of supervision and quality service’s efectivity on PT Macoline Indonesia Semarang’s cargo documents employees performance is. The results were inputted into SPSS then shown as tables and graphics to know the influences in a quantitative way. The research method used is a survey method which is then processed with linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that there is a significant influence of supervision on employee performance, there is a significant influence on the effectiveness of service quality on employee performance and there is a significant influence of supervision and effectiveness of service quality on employee performance of cargo documents.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the level of empowerment of fisher wives through small industries on increasing the welfare of fishers’ families in Wonosari village, to determine the effect of growing motivational skills on improving the welfare of human resources of fishers’ families in Wonosari village and to determine the effect of the level of empowerment of fishers’ wives through small industries and growing motivation. skills to improve the welfare of human resources for fishing families in Wonosari village. The population in this study was the wives of fishermen from the village of Wonosari 500 people. Data collection by questionnaire method. This instrument was tested on 50 fishermen's wives in Wonosari village. Data analysis used is a multiple regression analysis techniques. Before data analysis, the analysis requirements test was conducted, including normality, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests. The results of this study are: the results of the partial correlation test between the variables X1 and Y are significant and have a positive effect of 55.1%. The relationship between X2 and Y is significant and has a positive effect of 80.5%. However, the relationship between X1 and X2 variables with Y as a control variable is not significant and has a negative effect of 87.5%.]]>

<![CDATA[Shipping safety is mandatory in terms of activities at sea. Recognizing the importance of safety in shipping both before sailing and during sailing, this is because safety is the main goal in transporting and in working, the attention of all parties is always safety as the main goal. This study aims to assess the level of knowledge of fishermen about shipping safety, whether they work as fish catchers or in the field of sea transportation. The sample used is 50 fishermen who are in the city of Cilacap. The research method used is quantitative by giving a questionnaire and then assessing the level of knowledge. The results showed that the category was sufficient and good, namely 20 people or 40% and at least in the less category, namely 10 people or 20%, this shows that the average level of knowledge of fishermen about shipping safety. To increase knowledge, socialization and training are needed. Increasing knowledge can be done by socialization through mass media and training carried out regularly by the government and other non-governmental organizations.]]>

<![CDATA[Ketersediaan energi khususnya energi listrik menjadi salah satu masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh hampir seluruh negara di dunia. Kebutuhan energi untuk operasi kapal baik sebagai penggerak maupun sebagai penerangan dan lainnya wajib ada dan selalau ada agar kapal dapa beroperasi dengan semestinya. Tujuan dari penelian ini adalah mengkaji penerapan system hirida pada kebutuhan energi di kapal. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kajian pustaka, kajian ini berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu dan dipetakan sesuai dengan tujuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan hibrid dilakukan dengan mengkombinasikan energi surya dan energi fosil, atau energi angin dengan energi fosil untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi di kapal.]]>
