Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of using video media on thematic learning outcomes in grade III elementary school and of course in the future it can be useful for various parties because the current curriculum is very demanding on the skills and abilities of educators because it improves the quality and quality of current education. This is the main focus of the government's attention. For this reason, using video media is one of the efforts to improve student learning outcomes whether later it is good for use in elementary schools and especially in grade III elementary schools. The research method used by the researcher is quantitative research with the help of SPSS 22. The results show that thematic learning outcomes in class III increase after using video learning media, which means that there is an effect of using video media on teaching and learning activities or thematic learning outcomes in class III, especially in SDIT Fathona Palembang and of course in the future can be applied.

Abstract

Online Learning activities that done by each School Institution are option issued by the ministry of Education and culture of Republic Indonesia as action to prevent the spread of Covid-19 ended. Used whatsapp as media for Online learning is one of the way of teachers do the flexible learning and easy to reach by the students Elementary School. The implementation of online learning through whatsapp also need evaluation to know what the purpose itself and learning barriers that need so that learning runs effectively. The purpose this research is to describe the result of evaluation of online learning programs via whatsapp in class V Sukoagung Elementary School. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interview, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The observation results are the implementation of online learning in class V Sukoagung Elementary School has been going well and deserves to be used as a substitute for directly learning during an emergency. Competencies belonged by teachers using pedagogy,social and personality show that teachers are able to provide online learning well, but teachers still not fully have a master of technology in learning activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the social studies learning through e-learning based on google form on the learning outcomes of fifth graders at SDN 01 Kebondalem Pemalang. The research method used is quantitative research with research design using Pre-Experimental Design. The type of design used is a one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this research is the fifth grade students of SDN 01 Kebondalem Pemalang. Samples were taken by 36 students, with 11 male students and 25 female students using a non-probability sampling technique with saturated sampling type. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained through interviews, observations, tests and documentation. From the pretest value, it shows that the average value is 53.33 while the posttest value shows that the average value is 82.91 and based on the t-test analysis, it is obtained that tcount is 9.227 with t of 2.028. The learning outcomes of students before and after being treated are not the same. The analysis of learning mastery before being given treatment was 19%, while after being given treatment it was 83%.

Abstract

This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The instruments used were interviews, questionnaires and documentation, the subjects of this study were fifth grade students consisting of 16 male students and 9 female students, class teachers and parents of fifth grade students at SD N 02 Jolotigo, Talun District, Pekalongan Regency. The results of the interview with the fifth grade teacher found that there were problems with learning outcomes, especially mathematics. This study aims to determine how the parenting style of the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade. The results showed that there are three aspects of parenting skills that have not been mastered on the indicators of authoritarian parenting. Parents give full freedom for children to behave aggressively. Permissive parenting, parents do not pay attention to the interests/needs of children. Authoritative parenting, parents require children to meet high standards of responsibility to the family. Based on the results it was concluded that parenting patterns were good, this can be seen from the results of interviews where 85% had filled out well. The suggestion that researchers can convey is that teachers are expected to motivate students to be more active so that students in the future can be more motivated in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the behavior development of elementary school children in Puguh Village, Boja District, used smartphones with high intensity during the pandemic. This type of research is qualitative research. The method used is the interview method, and the questionnaire method (questionnaire). The data analysis technique used is to analyze research data, with qualitative analysis to determine the development of children's behavior using smartphones with high intensity during the pandemic. The results showed that the behavioral development of elementary school children in Puguh Village, Boja District who used smartphones with high intensity during the pandemic period was not good, as well as the moral development of children because children had poor manners when talking to older people. In the development of religion, children often delay worship activities. Social development, children spend a lot of time at home playing with smartphones so that their interaction with the community is reduced. Emotional development, children become irritable and emotional. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it was concluded that the use of smartphones with high intensity during the pandemic had a negative impact on the behavioral development of elementary school children.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning facilities and organizational culture on the learning achievement of sixth grade elementary school students. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection by lift and study documentation. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Based on the results of research that has been processed, it shows that learning facilities and organizational culture simultaneously are 60.40% of student achievement, as evidenced by the r-square value of (0.604) and the Fcount value (6.614) which is greater than the F Table value (5.79). It is concluded that there is a significant influence between learning facilities and organizational culture on the learning achievement of sixth grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) produce a valid contextual-based plant thematic module around me in grade 1 SD /MI, (2) Produce a contextual-based thematic module for plants around me in grade 1 SD /MI that is practical. The type of research used is research and development research. R&D) using the ADDIE development model consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data collection used is a questionnaire and documentation. Test the validity and practicality of the data using the predetermined Likert Scale formula. The subjects of this study were students in grade 1 at SD Negeri 14 Martapura which consisted of 20 people. From the results of the research, the conclusions obtained are: (1) Produce the thematic module of plants around me based on a valid contextual basis seen by the results of the validity of the design validation questionnaire sheet with an average score of 89, material expert validation with an average score of 93, and linguist validation with an average the average score is 98. (2) Produces a contextual-based thematic module of plants around me that is practical as seen from the results of the student response questionnaire of 92.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the English language material and the thematic learning material and what are the similarities and differences between the English language material and the thematic learning material. This type of research is a qualitative research, the data in the study were obtained through interviews with principals, English teachers, students, parents, observation sheets, and documentation. The results of the research that has been carried out are that English material can support thematic learning of class V. The similarity between English material and class V thematic material lies in the subject or topic where English material and thematic material usually contain vocabulary related to events. as well as daily activities. The difference between English material and thematic material lies in the presentation of the material because the presentation of English material usually only contains an introduction to vocabulary related to simple things in everyday life. While the presentation of material in thematic learning which consists of themes and subthemes is usually presented in detail and is more complex.

Abstract

The background of the research is the lack of interest of students in learning the art of dance, the limited expertise of teachers and the lack of school facilities. The main object of this research is to determine the characteristics, validity, and practical elements of developing video learning by using "The Research and Development" method. The subjects of the research were students and teachers at SD N 1 Tawangharjo and SD N 3 Sambirejo. The analysis technique to test the validity of the product is validated by media experts and material experts. Based on the validation test results by media experts and material experts, the percentages of results are 98% for the media and 95% for the material. Referring to the validation results, the development of Indang dance learning videos on the content of the SBdP class VI subject matter on theme and sub-theme 2 for the 2nd lesson in elementary school is very valid and feasible to use without revision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe parenting patterns in online learning for fifth graders at SD Negeri Ngiyono, Blora Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is qualitative research using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the problems in this study are due to changes in the pattern of education, which initially learned face-to-face at school, turned into online learning at home. With this, very important the role of parents in accompanying children to study online at home so that appropriate parenting patterns are needed according to the needs of children. From 15 parents of fifth grade students at SD Negeri Ngiyono, Blora Regency, 10 parents applied democratic parenting, 3 parents applied authoritarian parenting, and 2 parents applied permissive parenting. Based on the results of the research, suggestions that can be conveyed are that parents and students are expected to be able to establish good and harmonious relationships such as accompanying children to learn, be open, giving attention and support in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic by implementing appropriate parenting patterns in accordance with children's needs.
