Abstract

This research aims to develop a Java NetBeans-based decision support system (SPK) for scholarship acceptance at Bekasi Insan Teknokrat Vocational School (Jaya Cimuning). This system uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in the decision-making process to assess the eligibility of scholarship recipients based on certain criteria. The SAW method is integrated in the NetBeans Java development environment, and the results are evaluated for speed, accuracy, and user satisfaction level. This research resulted in a system that was successfully implemented, achieving an accuracy rate of 90% in assessing the eligibility of scholarship recipients. User evaluation shows a satisfaction rate of 85%, indicating a good user interface and ease of use of the system. This system makes a positive contribution to efficiency and transparency in the scholarship acceptance process at Bekasi Insan Teknocrat Vocational School. The research conclusion shows that this decision support system can be an effective tool in supporting the scholarship acceptance process. Development recommendations include improvements to the user interface, adding additional features, and further integration with the school's administrative systems. The results of this research provide a basis for further development in the field of decision support systems and their application in educational contexts.

Abstract

The Minang Kabau shop system is running inefficiently because the data processing structure is still manual, causing a number of problems. Processing customer data, processing transactions and generating reports are the first steps that cause problems. To avoid data redundancy which costs the shop money, a Minang Kabau shop sales application was developed. Its purpose is to handle and process data stored in a database system. Rapid Application Development, often known as the RAD System Development Method, is used to develop this information system. To speed up the process, this development strategy involves reducing the development stages. Customer and transaction data processing capabilities are included in this Minang Kabau retail sales application. Thus, this application can facilitate data processing, report creation and processing of Minang Kabau store transactions.

Abstract

: Pengembangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam penanganan pengaduan pelanggan. Dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi, PT PLN Persero dapat mengelola data pengaduan pelanggan secara lebih terstruktur dan cepat. Sistem ini memungkinkan pelanggan untuk mengajukan pengaduan secara online, memudahkan proses pelacakan status pengaduan, dan memungkinkan manajemen PT PLN untuk melakukan analisis data pengaduan guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini, diharapkan PT PLN Persero dapat memberikan layanan yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Processing data manually is felt to be very problematic, including when recording cars that are usually rented out, customer records, recording car loan and return transactions, up to reporting car loan and return transactions. Besides that, the marketing and publication activities carried out by the car rental business CV. Nusa Rentcar Bekasi to the wider community still uses pamphlets and advertisements in print media, the impact of the marketing area obtained is very limited so that CV. Nusa Rentcar Bekasi is less known by the wider community. Based on the explanation above, in order to be able to increase and expand market share, make it easy for the general public to obtain information about the services provided by CV. Nusa Rentcar Bekasi and provide convenience to the service sales department in carrying out data processing, data search to report generation, a media or website-based information system is needed that can overcome the problems faced by CV car rental. Nusa Rentcar Bekasi. In this study the system development model used is the Waterfall model. The results of this study can provide several advantages, namely information processing and data management of sales of car rental services at CV. Nusa Rentcar Bekasi is more efficient and effective.

Abstract

Water is the main constituent of plant cells. Eggplant plants include plants that are not drought tolerant, but also not resistant to standing water. In addition, eggplant is also susceptible to rat pests. Most farmers in Indonesia still use the manual method, sometimes when using the manual method it can lead to negligence in watering plants and guarding against rat pests. The use of mechanization tools is needed to facilitate and overcome negligence that can occur at any time, which can help plant cultivation by getting the best results, overcoming negligence that can cause losses, and damage to plants. In this tool there are several components of input, process, and output. Input section consists of 3 sensors, namely, Soil Moisture, Passive Infra Red, and DHT 11. Process section there is only Arduino Uno. And the output section consists of 4 components, namely water pump, LCD, buzzer, and servo. Automatic watering works when the value of the Soil Moisture sensor is more than 700 which means it is dry, and the water pump will turn on until the value is less than 700. The mouse repellent works when the PIR sensor detects the movement of an infrared object and will move the Servo and Buzzer.

Abstract

For providers of goods/services, goods requirements are a very important component. The need for goods that run out will slow down the performance of the company or agency. Many companies or agencies provide goods procurement services to help meet the demand for other companies goods. A system that is still manual can allow errors in recording, inaccurate data to be created and delays in searching for the necessary data. Computerized system design is an effective and efficient solution in supporting the goods procurement process. Information technology can make costs more effective and procurement systems more innovative.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze laptop recommendations for students so that students can buy laptops according to affordable prices and desired specifications. The method used is the Apriori Algorithm Method with a minimum support of 15% and a minimum confidence of 50%. This research was conducted to find out laptops with good performance and affordable prices that can be used as recommendations, especially students who work part-time. The data obtained for this study, namely data downloaded from the Kaggle platform for 1 year and looking for supporting references (such as books and journals). The results of this study show that there are laptops that are recommended by laptop sellers so that they are purchased by consumers significantly. Based on a priori analysis, laptops were found that can be used for recommendations using association rules, namely Apple with a support value of 35%, HP with a support value of 26%, Dell and Razer with a support value of 19%. If Apple and HP are purchased simultaneously it has a confidence value of 45%.

Abstract

Attendance data is an important factor for the institution or to achieve its objectives, this is related to discipline and affects every employee. Therefore, there is a need to issue data specifically to report and find activities that can be done in real time and good. There are many ways that can be done to achieve a good information system, one of which uses computer technology where the application is with an application-based attendance website. PT Sumber Bahagia Metalindo system which is still in manual attendance using books, data and data recapitulation calculations takes a relatively long time. In addition, data and data shows are larger. Based on the context, an employee attendance information system is created in the PT Sumber Bahagia Metalindo Office. The research method is the method used in the data which includes: research methods, interviews and literature. While the development of software using design thinking which includes: processes such as context analysis, problem discovery and framing, idea and solution generation, creative thinking, sketching and drawing, modeling and prototyping, testing and evaluating. With the attendance results employees can provide assistance in the attendance process, search data and recapitulation, and explore and record attendance data at PT Sumber Bahagia Metalindo.

Abstract

This research documents the implementation process of a desktop-based inventory information system at PT Haadi Wahana Jaya with the aim of increasing the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management. Through a research and development approach, this system is designed to meet the company's specific needs. With an intuitive user interface design, the system provides easy access and navigation for users. The login form allows users to access inventory information securely, with the implementation of additional security features such as CAPTCHA. In addition, integration with financial and production systems ensures interdepartmental connectivity and better coordination. Implementation results show increased operational efficiency, optimization of inventory levels, and accurate real-time reporting. Although some challenges in terms of culture change were encountered, user feedback indicated a higher level of satisfaction. The conclusion of this research underlines the positive contribution of desktop-based inventory information systems to PT Haadi Wahana Jaya's inventory management.

Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic, offline activities began to take place again on a massive scale. At the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology, the Directorate General of Taxes, face-to-face activities, including meetings, have started to take place again. In meeting activities, problems often occur in the management and management of meetings, such as schedule discrepancies, inadequate participant attendance lists, and less than optimal monitoring of meeting activities. To overcome this problem, an information system is needed to assist the management and administration of meetings as well as monitoring of meetings by Administrative Subdivision staff. The Meeting Management and Monitoring Information System (e-Conference) is a web-based information system that consists of two applications, namely a frontend that uses the ReactJS library and a backend that uses the ExpressJS framework with the Agile Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Scrum development method. The modules in this system include the login module, meeting dashboard module, meeting room module, consumption module, equipment module, meeting materials module, attendance module and management module. In the attendance module there is a face match feature with TensorFlowjs technology which is used to validate the attendance of meeting participants who are DJP employees.
