Abstract

Regulasi terkait Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (RUU Pilkada) sering menjadi perbincangan publik dan memunculkan beragam opini di media sosial, termasuk di Aplikasi X. Analisis sentimen terhadap opini publik dapat memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pembuat kebijakan dan masyarakat dalam memahami persepsi terhadap RUU Pilkada. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan perbandingan antara metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) untuk analisis sentimen terhadap data yang dikumpulkan dari Aplikasi X. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, SVM menunjukan kinerja yang lebih dibandingkan CNN pada hampir semua matriks, dengan akurasi SVM mencapai 92,38% dan F1-score 27,27%. Sebaliknya, CNN mencatatkan akurasi 62,86 dan F1-score 7,14%. Meskipun CNN unggul dalam pemrsesan data sekuensial, SVM terbukti lebih stabil dan akurat dalam konteks dataset ini.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi yang penuh kompleksitas, ketidakstabilan politik menjadi tantangan utama bagi perusahaan multinasional seperti PT Unilever. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak geopolitik terhadap operasional bisnis, strategi kepemimpinan, dan ketahanan perusahaan dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan global. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur, penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana Unilever merespons berbagai dinamika politik global, konflik Rusia-Ukraina, serta perubahan sosial-politik di pasar domestik seperti Indonesia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan global yang adaptif dan berbasis nilai, disertai strategi diversifikasi serta manajemen risiko yang terstruktur, menjadi faktor kunci dalam menjaga keberlangsungan bisnis. Penelitian ini menjelaskan pentingnya peran kepemimpinan yang sensitif terhadap isu-isu global untuk mendukung stabilitas dan pertumbuhan perusahaan multinasional di tengah ketidakpastian geopolitik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of leadership in improving employee performance at De’tuik Resto & Wedding Venue. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods, this study collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that leadership at De’tuik Resto & Wedding Venue has a significant role in building work discipline, motivation, and team effectiveness. The participatory leadership implemented allows for more open communication, so that employees feel more appreciated and motivated to increase productivity. In addition, factors such as granting authority, clear division of tasks, and consistent guidance also contribute to improving employee performance. However, there are several challenges that still need to be overcome, such as variations in the level of initiative between employees and the effectiveness of leader communication in conveying new policies. Overall, the leadership implemented at De’tuik Resto & Wedding Venue has had a positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Management Information Systems (MIS) are a crucial element in supporting the transformation of modern organizations in the digital era. This article discusses the main characteristics of MIS, which consist of people, data, hardware, software, and business procedures. These five elements interact in an integrated manner to support operational efficiency and more effective decision-making. As technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things (IoT) develop, MIS has evolved into an intelligent system that is adaptive and responsive to market dynamics. This transformation allows organizations to manage data in real time, accelerate innovation, and increase competitiveness. However, the implementation of MIS is not free from various challenges, such as high investment costs, resistance to change from employees, and complex data security issues. Therefore, organizational support through the development of digital skills, strengthening technology infrastructure, and effective change management strategies is crucial to the success of MIS implementation. Through a comprehensive literature review, this article emphasizes that MIS is not only an operational tool but also a key driver in building a more innovative, adaptive, and competitive organization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of School Principal Leadership Style, Student Engagement, and Curriculum on Learning Environment and Learning Outcomes in schools. The sample used in this study consists of 100 respondents, including teachers and students. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed with the SmartPLS application to test the relationships between variables. The results of the study indicate that: (1) there is a significant influence of the School Principal Leadership Style on the Learning Environment; (2) there is a significant influence of Student Engagement on the Learning Environment; (3) there is a significant influence of Curriculum on the Learning Environment; (4) there is a significant influence of the School Principal Leadership Style on Learning Outcomes; (5) there is a significant influence of Student Engagement on Learning Outcomes; (6) there is a significant influence of Curriculum on Learning Outcomes; (7) there is no significant influence of the Learning Environment on Learning Outcomes; (8) the Learning Environment does not mediate the relationship between School Principal Leadership Style and Learning Outcomes; (9) the Learning Environment does not mediate the relationship between Student Engagement and Learning Outcomes; and (10) the Learning Environment does not mediate the relationship between Curriculum and Learning Outcomes. These findings provide valuable insights for educational management, particularly in the roles of school leadership, student engagement, and curriculum implementation in creating an environment that supports optimal learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of rebranding, product diversity and price perception on purchasing decisions at Mako Cake & Bakery in Margonda Depok. The analysis method in this study used quantitative primary data, the test stages carried out were: normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The data used in this study used a questionnaire instrument and valid data that was successfully collected as many as 100 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study was through a questionnaire. The testing tool used was SPSS software version 25. The results of the study showed that partially the Rebranding variable (X1) with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, Product Diversity (X2) with a sig value of 0.005 <0.05. and price perception with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 This means that partially Rebranding, Product Diversity and Price Perception have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Meanwhile, the simultaneous calculation obtained a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. This means that Rebranding, Product Diversity and Price Perception together (simultaneously) have a positive effect on Purchasing Decisions at Mako Cake & Bakery.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji strategi manajemen inovatif perusahaan saat menciptakan nilai baru dalam strategi Blue Ocean. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode literatur dan studi kasus yang digunakan untuk memahami strategi kepemimpinan inovatif dalam menciptakan nilai baru pada perusahaan yang sukses menerapkan Blue Ocean Strategy. Pendekatan ini menggali lebih dalam tentang strategi kepemimpinan dalam meciptakan perusahaan Blue Ocean Strategy. Dengan menganalisis studi kasus oleh Pt. Gojek Indonesia yang berkontribusi pada keberhasilan inovasi dan diversifikasi layanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan yang efektif yang mendukung kreativitas dan memperkuat mitra, adalah komponen kunci untuk mendorong inovasi. Selain itu, strategi untuk mendiversifikasi layanan diversifikasi yang tidak diproduksi karena kebutuhan pelanggan yang tidak berawak telah mampu menciptakan sektor pasar baru dan meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Hasil ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi kepemimpinan inovatif dan penggunaan strategi yang tepat sangat penting untuk mencapai keberhasilan jangka panjang dalam lingkungan bisnis yang kompetitif.

Abstract

The Gender Development Index (GDI) in Indonesia is very important to measure the extent to which gender equality is achieved in various sectors, such as education, health, and economy. By monitoring the GDI, the government can design more effective policies to reduce gender inequality and improve the welfare of society as a whole. This study aimed to determine the effect of High School Graduated Workers, Government Expenditure in the Education Sector and Access to Education on the Gender Development Index in Indonesia in the Perspective of Islamic Economics for the period 2014-2023. This study used a Causal study type of research with a qualitative approach, data sources derived from secondary data, panel data obtained are analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS Software Version 26. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the variables of High School Graduated Workers and Government Expenditure in the Education Sector do not affect the Gender Development Index in Indonesia, with a sig value> 0.05, while Access to Education affects the Gender Development Index in Indonesia with a Sig value of 0.000. The Adjusted R-Square value of 0.420 indicates that the variables of High School Graduated Workers, Government Expenditure in the Education Sector and Access to Education only have an influence of 42% and the remaining 58% is influenced by other variables that were not examined.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja pegawai merupakan aspek penting dalam menajemen sumber daya manusia, terutama di Instansi pemerintahan seperti Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Penilaian yang akurat dan objektif diperlukan untuk mendukung efisiensi pelayanan publik dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang strategis. Namun, proses penilaian kerap menghadapi tantangan berupa subjektivitas dan kompleksitas kriteria yang dapat berdampak pada keakuratan hasil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Preference Rangking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluations (PROMETHEE) yang dapat membantu proses penilaian kinerja pegawai secara objektif dan terstruktur. Metode ini mampu memberikan pemeringkatan alternatif berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditentukan dengan pendekatan yang sistematis. Diharapkan sistem ini mampu menjadi alat bantu dan dapat mempermudah pengambilan keputusan, mengurangi subjektivitas serta meningkatkan akurasi dan transparansi dalam proses evaluasi kinerja pegawai di Badan Pusat Statistik provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi sistem dan analisis yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode Preference Rangking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) dalam penilaian kinerja pegawai memberikan hasil yang efektif dan objektif. Metode ini mampu mengintergrasikan berbagai variabel atau kriteria penilaian yang relevan, sehingga menghasilkan peringkat kinerja pegawai secara sistematis. Dengan demikian, metode PROMETHEE mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dalam konteks manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam penentuan prioritas intervensi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Rapid developments in technology, geopolitics, and regulatory changes have significantly intensified uncertainty in international trade, especially within the context of global market disruption. To address these challenges, leadership approaches grounded in established theoretical frameworks are essential. This article examines key leadership theories, including transformational leadership (Burns; Bass & Avolio), adaptive leadership (Heifetz et al.), and multicultural collaborative leadership (Rockstuhl et al.), to understand how leaders can navigate global complexity. Effective leaders are expected to inspire change, foster innovation, and promote cross-cultural collaboration to strengthen organizational resilience. Furthermore, Yukl’s theory emphasizes the role of innovation and synergy in responding to external disruptions. Findings from the literature indicate that integrating these theoretical approaches enables the formulation of dynamic and adaptive leadership strategies—such as identifying market trends, responding swiftly to regulatory shifts, and building resilient supply chains. This study not only reinforces the theoretical foundation of global leadership but also provides practical insights for international business leaders to manage uncertainty and adapt to rapidly changing global markets
