Abstract

Kader kesehatan masyarakat merupakan seseorang yang dipilih oleh masyarakat dan dilatih untuk menangani berbagai permasalahan kesehatan. Pada tahun 2016 tercatat Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) sebanyak 16 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup dengan sebab perdarahan (45,45%) dan preeklamsia berat (45,45%) sedangkan sisanya 9,09% dengan penyebab lain-lain. Untuk mengurangi angka kematian dan kesakitan ibu dan bayi, bidan haruslah dapat bekerja sama dengan masyarakat, salah satunya dengan pembinaan kader. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan desain penelitian pre-experimental design dengan rancangan One Group Pre-test Post-test. Populasi sejumlah 193 orang dan dilakukan sampling menggunakan teknik rendom sampling. Sample yang didapat sejumalah 130 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon match pair test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan menggunakan aplikasi Wellingbom sebelum dan sesudah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kader dalam mendeteksi kehamilan resiko tinggi.

Abstract

One of the efforts to reduce the IMR is to provide exclusive breastfeeding. Breast milk is the first natural food for babies which provides all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients a baby needs for growth in the first six months and no other food or fluids are needed. One of the causes of low breastfeeding in Indonesia is the lack of knowledge of pregnant women, families and communities about the importance of breastfeeding. The purpose of this activity is as a preventive effort in order to reduce infant mortality through exclusive breastfeeding. This Community Service activity was carried out in Pejitalang Village, Mumbulsari District, with a total of 25 pregnant and postpartum women. The target in this activity is all pregnant women and postpartum mothers in Pejitalang Village, Mumbulsari District. From the results of Community Service activities that have been carried out, it was found that the knowledge status of the mother understood 8 (32%) and the knowledge status of the mother did not understand 17 (68%). From the results of the analysis above, it can be concluded that most pregnant women and postpartum mothers in Pejitalang Village, Mumbulsari District do not understand the importance of exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months. Abstract

The purpose of this Community Partnership Program is to socialize the understanding of mothers of toddlers and cadres about stunting management, one of which is the We Love Movement, Forming a community / network of mothers of toddlers about stunting management with the We Love Movement, Evaluating the understanding of toddler mothers about stunting management before and after socializing the We Love Movement. The method used consists of delivering material, questions and answers, games with leaflet media. The duration of the overall activity of this activity will be carried out for 2 months. The participants of mothers under five in Kampungbaru Village were 35 people and 5 cadres. Evaluation is carried out with pre test and post for knowledge and evaluation of our love ferakan which is carried out before and at the end of the activity. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out in the form of socialization activities of the Kita Cinta Movement for mothers of toddlers totaling 35 people located in Kampungbaru Village, Tanjunganom District, Nganjuk Regency, it was found that before the activity was given, all mothers of toddlers stated that they had never known the activities of the Kita Cinta Movement, Overall the results of the assessment obtained before the activity were: Some of the items asked were several items that received low scores when measuring the understanding of toddler mothers with the following results: no toddler mothers had good understanding, 17Percent of mothers had poor understanding and 83Percent were sufficient. This result increased quite significantly after the socialization activity was carried out, namely with the following results: 68.5Percent good, 25.8 sufficient and 5.7Percent less. The conclusion of the community service activity of the community partnership program for the group of mothers under five is the socialization of the Kita Cinta Movement about parenting children to manage stunting in Kampungbaru Village, Tanjunganom Nganjuk District

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Kelor sebagai bentuk usaha untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan, salah satunya masyarakat perlu diberikan pelatihan pemanfaatan Kelor. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan Kelor sebagai makanan lainnya yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan secara bermakna setelah mengikuti Pelatihan. Selain itu peserta pelatihan juga telah mampu memproduksi beberapa jenis makanan olahan Kelor untuk dikomersialkan, meski baru terbatas pada kalangan pokja di Kelurahan Bareng.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan guru Paud dan kader dalam melaksanakan deteksi dan stimulasi tumbuh kembang pada anak. Metode yang digunakan dengan cara pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil deteksi dan stimulasi tumbuh kembang sebanyak 69 anak, dengan rincian pertumbuhan 68 (98,6%) normal, 1(1,4%) kurus, tinggi badan 59 (85,5%) normal, 8 (11%) pendek, perkembangan 63 (91,3%) anak sesuai usia, 6 (8,7%) meragukan. Lingkar kepalanya 136 (99,3%) normal dan 1(0,7%) mikrocepal. Diharapkan kepada peserta pelatihan untuk secara rutin melakukan deteksi dini tumbuh kembang kepada anak.

Abstract

Indonesia is still facing the real threat of the increase in population. As the 4 country with the largest population in the world, Indonesia must be able to control the high birth rate. Long-Term Contraceptive Method (LTCM) is one solution of the birth control program that can be implemented, however the number of reproductive women who became Family Planning Program acceptors has not reached the expected target. The aim of this activity is empowering volunteers to increase the scope of LTCM acceptors on reproductive women in Bandarlor Kediri. This activity is held from August to September 2021. The first activity was held at Bandarlor Hall where the volunteers were given refreshing about the role of Family Planning Program volunteers in contraceptive services and socialization of “Pandu Kader KB” book. In addition, the volunteers are given motivation to invite reproductive women who haven’t use LTCM. The second activity was held at Sukorame Public Health Center to provide IUD and implant services. Evaluations of questionnaires filled out about volunteers knowledge in volunteer roles and duty increased from 57% to 77%, and volunteers knowledge of LTCM increased from 30% to 60%. For the number of the new LTCM acceptors, there is an addition of 20 people. The follow-up plan have increase the construction of Family Planning Program acceptors in a continuous and comprehensive manner so that they are more educated and motivated to carry out their duties in increasing the number of LTCM acceptors in their region.

Abstract

This Covid 19 disease does not only attack the elderly but also teenagers, especially if they have an unfavorable lifestyle. This disease also causes high mortality. For this reason, promotive and preventive efforts are needed. The role of youth/youth who are expected to be able to bring forward their village and create a healthy and prosperous youth community life through Youth Organization activities through youth health cadres is the right step. Each element in the community plays a maximum role in accordance with its position. The cooperation of Karang Taruna youth and the community will have a major impact on healthy community life. The activities carried out were in the form of training which was carried out for 3 days to determine the knowledge of teenagers in preventing the transmission of covid 19 with PHBS through the Implementation of the V_D_J Health Protocol and Immunity Improvement. The results of the implementation of the activities were evaluated using a questionnaire that was measured pre-post, with an average pre-test score of 10% in the poor knowledge category, while the post-test results obtained 90% in the good knowledge category, with an increase in knowledge about Prevention of the Spread of Covid 19 with PHBS (Application of the VDJ Health Protocol and Immunity Enhancement).Training for Youth in Mojolangu Lowokwaru Village, Malang City is effectively carried out, in addition to increasing knowledge about preventing the transmission of Covid 19 with PHBS, teenagers in Mojolangu Lowokwaru Village, Malang City are expected to be able to further educate peers, families and communities in their area through Youth Health Cadres. formed.

Abstract

The enthusiasm of people to come to Posyandu diminishing that is caused busyness of parents, as well as the activities of children/toddlers itself, follow the ECD (Early Childhood Education). That requires an activity that can facilitate the right to health and education of children. Among the screening model of growth through empowerment-based Early Education Childhood teachers. Activities carried out in 2015 through the training of 13 teachers from two schools of early childhood education, teachers are given the skills to detect proper growth and development of students, this activity is also expected to initiate a partnership between the manager of early childhood with the clinic. Training begins with a pretest and proceeds with the mentoring phase. After those early childhood teachers screened independently growth was accompanied by a team of community service. Screening is done every month of growth while screening Indonesia Economic carried 2 times with an interval of 6 months. Furthermore, at the final stage will be carried out post-test that shows there is an increase in the skills and knowledge of teachers in child development screening. From the results of screening known is 1 student who has developmental disorders and 8 people with dubious results. Students who experience irregularities ascribed to the Developmental Clinic for further intervention. While students who have dubious results do the tests in 2 weeks later with 6 results according to the development, while 2 others in need of stimulation for fine motoric independence and socialization. Abstract

The emergence of new Covid-19 cluster, namely the family cluster, has raised concerns in the community. The family cluster spread the corona virus originating from family members or people who live in the same house. Usually, the spread begins with someone who has been infected first and then spreads it to other family members. Good knowledge provides a correlation of potential attitudes towards efforts to prevent disease transmission, and vice versa. Providing education is an effective way to increase knowledge about efforts to prevent Covid-19 transmission. Community service is held by providing virtual counseling with zoom meeting media. Participants consisted of villagers and cadres. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed a change in the tendency to be positive in efforts to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 infection through family clusters which can be seen from an increase in the number of answers that showed a positive attitude on the post test compared to the pre test. Motivation and correct information related to efforts to prevent Covid-19 transmission through family clusters are needed, not just one activity, but must be repeated and continuous.
