Abstract

Keberadaan media social saat ini tidak bisa diabaikan peranan dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan termasuk dalam bidang public relations. Bagi praktek public relations, kehadiran media social bukan saja menambah media baru sebagai media komunikasi untuk kegiatan public relations, tetapi juga mengubah praktek public relations secara radikal. Praktek public relations sebelum kehadiran media social cenderung bersifat komunikasi satu arah. Dengan kehadiran media social, praktek public relations tidak lagi hanya mengandalkan komunikasi searah, tetapi juga komunikasi yang bersifat interaktif. Artikel ini mendiskusikan berbagai dimensi media social dan pengaruhnya pada aspek interaktivitas dalam dunia public relations.

Abstract

The geographical condition of the Banyuwangi district 5,782.50 km2 is partly a forest area. One element of the agricultural sector that has not been explored optimally is agro-tourism. The physical potential of the Banjar and Segobang Villages has volcanic and Alluvial types which are very fertile because they are located on the slopes of Mount Ijen. The purpose of this research is to encourage the people of Segobang Village and Banjar Village, Licin District to optimize their agricultural land so that they have added value by realizing agro-tourism through community empowerment. The method in this study uses qualitative methods. The results of this study are that farmers need guidance to manage agricultural businesses into tourism businesses, so it is not only limited to how to meet food needs. Village parties need to promote through social / web media, print media and festivals. The potential of each village needs to be combined with branding, Segobang Village with "MINA UMBAR" branding and Banjar Village with "JEMALI" Licin Sweet Orange Branding. Building a network between farmers and several resorts and homestays around the villages of Banjar and Segobang also needs to be done with the aim of good fish, organic rice, palm sugar and slippery oranges can be used as souvenirs and food and beverage menu items.

Abstract

The information system is one of the needs that is often used to facilitate human work. Jobs that often use information systems are office jobs, both in government and private agencies. Companies generally need an information system to simplify work such as creating cooperation documents, contract documents with external parties, as well as to help make monitoring and evaluation sheets for internal management. Like a system, to be able to store and display data as it should. Information system testing is needed in order to know the shortcomings of a system. The drawbacks of a system can be in the form of features that don't work properly or there are differences between the features expected and the features available. One of the tests of information systems is testing the Black Box method system by means of Boundary Value Analysis. Boundary Value Analysis is a method of testing by determining the lower and upper limit values ​​of the data to be tested. This test is carried out on the function of adding new goods data to the trade transaction application. The test results are still lacking when validating the data entered into the system, causing the data stored in the database to not match what was expected. The results of this test can be an input to improve the application so that the eligibility requirements of the information system are better in accordance with the expected data entered into the system.

Abstract

Tourism is the leading sector in Banyuwangi, but the increasing number of tourists who is visiting Banyuwangi will causes more and more volumes of waste. Bangsring Underwater is a top destination Banyuwangi that is Frequently visited by tourists. The purpose of this study is to find outthe solutionswhich related to waste problems in order to Minimized the impact and supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of waste management programs in Bangsring Underwater tourism.The method in this study was qualitative method. The result of this study is lean tourism programs that Is realized by the movement for not leaving garbage on tourism place. This program is carried out by providing garbage bags from totebags as trash that cangenerated from every tourist activity during their visit. Garbage in the totebag is obtained from the packaging of food and beverage waste carried by tourists when traveling and garbage around them. When tourists left,. The totebag which is containing garbage must be returned to manager at the exit door. If they do that kind of thing, they will be rewarded This is an advantage in the program carried out by researchers. Reward in the clean travel program is an award for who has been following the rules which determined by tourism manager. The supporting factors in this program are come form management of bangsring underwater banyuwangi also departement of culture and tourism and the banyuwangi environment agency. While the inhibition is on formation of a hygiene monitoring team in Bangsring Underwater.

Abstract

The aims of this study was to reveals the roles of empowerment and work involvement on job satisfaction and its impact on the performance of employees in the Ternate Agriculture Agency. The research designs were surveys and questionnaires. The population and sample in this study were the agricultural officials of Ternate City, totaling 135 employees, using the census method. Method of data analysis was Smart PLS 3.0. The results indicated that 1) empowerment have a positively and significantly effect on job satisfaction, 2) job involvement have positively and significantly effect on job satisfaction, 3) job satisfaction have a positively and significantly effect on employee performance, 4) empowerment have a positively and significantly effect on employee performance, 5) job involvement have a positively and significantly effect on performance, 6) job satisfaction mediated on the effect of empowerment on employee performance and 7) Job satisfaction mediated the effect of work involvement on employee performance. These results indicate that the problem of poor performance in the Ternate Agriculture Agency is closely related to the variables of empowerment, job involvement, and job satisfaction. One of the novelty this research is placement of job satisfaction as a mediation variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liabilities and equity on profitability. Indicators to measure profitability use Return on Equity (ROE), while liabilities use the ratio of short-term debt to equity (STDE) and shareholder equity using the ratio of prorietary ratio (PR). this research was conducted at PT. Primarindo Asia infrastructure, tbk. This type of research is associative research. The sampling technique used is a non probability sampling technique that is purposive sampling, with the sample used is for 8 years. The analysis technique used in this study is the classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the regression analysis shows short-term liabilities, and capital alone has no influence on profitability either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Abstract This research aimed to test and analyze the role of product display, security and ease of transaction decisions using Shopee's shipping services. This research was conducted in the Surakarta area. The object of this research is consumers who have transacted using the Shopee application. The population in this study were consumers who had shopped using the Shopee application who had made transactions at the end of 2019. The sample determination process was carried out based on consumer experience in using the Shopee application. Furthermore, it was ensured that the consumers who were the samples of this study met the specified criteria and were willing to fill out the questionnaire. If they were not willing and do not meet the criteria, then the consumer was skipped and then researcher looked for other consumers who met the sample criteria. By using this technique, not all populations in this study had the same opportunities as research samples. In this study the sample was 56 respondents. This study resulted in a regression equation, it can be seen that product appearance, security and convenience have a positive effect on the decision to transact using Shopee's shipping services. The results of the t-statistical test show that product appearance, security and convenience partially have a significant effect on the decision to transact using Shopee's delivery service Keywords: Product Display, Security and Ease, Transaction Decision.

Abstract

This study aimed to test the effect of Own Source Revenue and Fiscal Balance Transfer on Capital Expenditure Budget Allocation on Provincial Government on D.I Yogyakarta on 2012 to 2018 based on Statistic Indonesian (BPS).This research uses descriptive quantitative approach, which is measure using multiple linear regression based method use SPSS 24.0. The population of this study is the district / city in the D.I Yogyakarta in 2012 to 2018. The sample is determined based on the census method which is taking a sample of the total population that is as many as 35 samples. The data used in this study are secondary data, that colleted on official website www.djpk.kemenkeu.go.id. The analytical methods used are descriptive analysis, analysis of classic assumption and multiple linear regression analysis with level of significance is 5%. Hypothesis testing is using regression partial test (t-Test) and the coefficient of determination test (R²).This result is Own Source Revenue and Fiscal Balance Transfer had a positive significant affect to Capital Expenditure Budget Allocation. This research is conducted 65,9% of factors influencing Capital Expenditure Budget Allocation. Future research may use others independent variable.

Abstract

Although service industries are invisible compared to manufacture, the global economy becomes more service oriented. The main characteristic of service feature is their production and sales occur simultaneously. It is quite difficult to measure service performance. However, the service quality of hospital service is considered to be an important topic of service management. IGD Dental and Medical service “X” in Surabaya is one of the hospital which provides Dental and Oral health in particular. This paper aims to identify the importance and performance of “X” Dental and Oral hospital which two methods (SERVQUAL and IPA) are able to explain significant amount of service quality.At the same time, the service quality factors of IPA model had more comprehensive consideration in comparison to SERVQUAL. SERVQUAL has five dimensions named Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty . The research involving 70 participants. and the result is several dimensions of Importance Performance Analysis were proposed to improve service quality.Performance Analysis is important to improve the quality of services, such as by providing more complete and sophisticated medical facilities and equipment.

Abstract

This study aimed to answer the following questions: “what are the dominant soft-skills owned by the students of Business English study program”; “what are the most difficult soft-skills for the students during the implementation of three-in-one live-in program?”. This study used a qualitative descriptive survey approach. Moreover, the data analysis used content analysis techniques. Source of data of this study were 21 university students whose majoring in Business English study program from batch 2016 1nd 2017. The findings were that dominant soft skills was adaptation (average score was 3.9), while discipline and communication were the two most difficult soft-skills. (average score was 3.7 for each). This paper contributes to the implementation of soft skills within the higher education program called 3-in-1 live-in by directly involving students and the lecturers in the field continually.
