Abstract

The condition of logistical activity that is currently ongoing in the warehouse of Cakung PT. Store Send Indonesia still needs improvement, especially in the storage process, because there are still some problems, such as goods returned from customers because of the wrong goods, goods Less, Goods More, and Inappropriate goods caused by Human Error. This research aims to analyze the implementation of digitalization and the effectiveness of work in reducing the level of human error in the operational warehouse of PT. Store Send Indonesia. The study involved 82 respondents from PT. Store Send Indonesia employees as a population and sample, using saturated sampling techniques. The research method used is a double linear regression analysis to determine the impact of digitization implementation and work efficiency on the level of human error. In addition, validity tests are also carried out to ensure that the data obtained is valid. The results show that digitalization does not significantly reduce human error; work effectiveness significantly reduces human error, and digitalization and work effectiveness simultaneously reduce human error in the PT Store Send Indonesia warehouse.

Abstract

This study explores the growing interest in big data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) while addressing the gap in research on AI's role in Collaboration within Green Supply Chain Management (CGSCM) and its impact on Firm Performance (FP). Integrating AI and assessing Top Management Commitment (TMC) as a moderating factor, a moderated mediation model was constructed using data from 152 Indonesian manufacturing firms. The results show that AI positively influences CGSCM and FP, with CGSCM acting as a mediator between AI and FP. Additionally, TMC enhances the positive relationship between AI and CGSCM, strengthening this connection at higher TMC levels. Conversely, TMC moderates the link between AI and FP, reducing its strength at lower TMC levels. These findings provide valuable insights for supply chain and logistics managers, offering guidance on implementing AI to promote collaboration in sustainable supply chains and improve firm performance.

Abstract

Decision-making for the selection of a 3PL vendor needs to look at many factors, currently PT BASIL has not determined a vendor for the new delivery route as well as previously the selection of a vendor based on price and fleet availability. This study uses the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method assisted by super decision which provides value information in the form of weight, alternatives that have high weight are recommended recommendations. The results of data processing from the highest order for the criteria are delivery 19%, service 16%, experience 15%, quality 14%, responsive 12%, performance 11%, insurance 7%, price 5%. For the sub-criteria, namely the reputation of the vendor, the availability of the car carrier when there is demand and the ability to fulfill the specified schedule when there is a demand 12.50%, the safety of goods 7.54%, payment 6.48%, good complaint handling 6.39%, low price 6.02%, the condition of the goods 4.96%, good communication 4.84%, liability 4.80%, late goods insurance 4.75%, damaged goods insurance 4.26%, flexible 4.24%, lost goods insurance 3.49%, punctuality 3.06%, ability to respond to defective and surviving goods claims 2.86%, non-defective goods 2.11%, accuracy of the quantity of units delivered and units received in good condition 2.10%, goods not lost 2.01%, fleet condition 1.40%, accurate 1.12%, documents 0.48%, paying attention to K3 in operational activities 0%. For the alternative with the highest weight, Lion Parcel is 36%, because Lion Parcel is a vendor that matches the priority needs of the company.

Abstract

This study discusses the management of leftover project components or ex-project spare parts in the Project Engineering division of PT. Dj. One of the causes of excess inventory is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), which can potentially lead to inefficiencies if not managed systematically. One of the approaches used to improve inventory management is classification using the ABC analysis method. This method was chosen because it can group items based on their annual consumption value, making it easier for the company to prioritize high-value items that significantly impact operational costs. The objective of this study is to enhance warehouse management effectiveness, reduce waste in future projects, and optimize storage space utilization. In this study, data from 827 types of ex-project electrical spare parts were collected and analyzed based on their annual consumption values, then classified into three categories: A, B, and C. The classification results show that Category A consists of high-value items but in small quantities, thus requiring strict control. On the other hand, Category C consists of many low-value items that require minimal attention. The implementation of ABC analysis has proven effective in identifying priority items, improving inventory management efficiency, and supporting project readiness in the future.

Abstract

The background of this study is based on the increasing number of e-commerce users, which has led to high demand for fast, accurate, and. real-time trackable delivery services. However, there are still customer complaints regarding the accuracy of tracking information and delivery delays, which affect customer decisions. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the Online Tracking System and Delivery Timeliness on Service Usage Decisions at the J&T Express Branch in Cilincing. North Jakarta. This study used a quantitative method with al descriptive approach. The population consists of J&T Express customers at the Cilincing Branch in North Jakarta. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents using purposive sampling. Data analysis used multiple linear regression models, T-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination (R) tests. The results of this study indicated that both partially and simultaneously, the variables of the Online Tracking System and Delivery Timeliness significantly influence Service Usage Decisions. This is evidenced by the F-test results, which have a significance value of 0.0000.05, The T-test results for the Online Tracking System variable are 0.000, and for the Delivery Timeliness variable are 0.005, where the value is less than 0.05. Based on the t-test results, it can be concluded that all variables, namely the Online Tracking System and Delivery Timeliness, influence the Decision to Use Services. The coefficient of determination (R) for the decision to services at J&T Express is influenced by the Online Tracking System and Delivery Timeliness variables by 0.778 or (77.8), while the remaining 22.2% is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study. Abstract

This study aims to optimize the maintenance of service valve material inventory at PT. X, a company providing, repairing, and manufacturing equipment for the oil and gas industry in Indonesia. The problem faced by the company is the imbalance between inventory levels and actual demand, especially for critical components such as service valve materials that have an intermittent demand pattern. The research method integrates three approaches, namely the ABC classification to group materials based on annual consumption value, the Croston method to predict intermittent demand, and the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) to determine optimal procurement policies. The results of the study identified 6 types of service valve materials included in category A (75% of total consumption value) from 612 types of materials. The implementation of the Croston method proved effective in predicting intermittent demand, while the application of EOQ based on forecasting results resulted in optimal procurement policies including optimal order quantity, annual order frequency, safety stock, and reorder point. The integration of these three methods provides a total savings of Rp657,152,210.44 or approximately 10.51% of the total inventory costs of category A service valve materials, with savings ranging from 9.35% to 11.52% for each material, thus significantly increasing cost efficiency and optimizing inventory management.
