Abstract

The productivity level of PT. XYZ is still below the target, especially in the batch area. This condition is proved by the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value is about 58% based on January and February data. Taking this into account, it is necessary to conduct further research to determine the causes. This study aims to increase productivity in the raw material warehouse and pre-batch areas. To solve this problem we use a six-sigma with DMAIC method because these methods can determine the root cause of the problem and provide appropriate recommendations for improvement systematically. The results show that the application of the kanban system in the pre-batch area and reuse of rack in the pre-batch area can increase the average OEE batch value from 58% to 64%. The increase in productivity tn the raw material warehouse and pre-batch area affects Adherence to Plan (ATP) value from 86% to 91,15%.

Abstract

Waqf is one of the Islamic social institutions that is highly recommended in Islamic teachings to be used by a person as a means of channeling the sustenance given to him by Allah. Waqf is also one of the instruments to create justice and prosperity in the economic field. When the waqf has been fulfilled, there is a change in ownership from private to community ownership which is expected to be lasting and provide sustainable benefits. On the other hand, Indonesia also has major challenges in the field of disaster mitigation. With all its natural potential, Indonesia has enormous disaster risks. The risk will always be there forever. For this reason, it is necessary to have an instrument that can be used at any time in the entire disaster management process. This potential is in waqf funds. This research tries to explore the possibility of waqf funds to be used as a means of disaster management, especially in terms of financing the procurement of disaster logistics during emergency response, recovery, rehabilitation and reconstruction which requires very large costs.

Abstract

Abstract

However, in some businesses, job requirements are sometimes not in line with employees' aspirations for professional advancement, which often leads to a high incidence of employee turnover. The goal of this study is to determine how the likelihood of employee turnover is influenced by career development, emotional commitment, normative commitment, and continuation commitment.Purposive sampling was also utilised in this study to choose respondents. 158 employees, primarily on the island of Java, who work in the waste business industry were the subject of this study. The data is examined using the structural equation model (SEM) technique. According to the study's findings, career growth positively and significantly influences commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment. Additionally, career growth, affective commitment, normative commitment, and continuance commitment do not influence turnover intention. Last but not least, psychological capital does not moderate the relationship between affective commitment and turnover intention.

Abstract

This thesis aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial orientation dimensions on supply chain performance at PT XYZ. The supply chain is a vital element in business, including planning, procurement, production, distribution and delivery of products/services to end consumers. Entrepreneurial orientation includes proactiveness, innovation, and risk taking. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and questionnaires distributed to managers and supply chain staff. Secondary data was obtained from literature, financial reports and company documents. Analysis uses SmartPLS 3.2.9 with variance-based structural equation analysis, measuring and modeling data simultaneously. Samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique. The results show that innovation has no significant positive effect on supply chain performance, while proactiveness and risk taking have a significant positive impact. Exogenous variables (innovation, proactiveness, risk taking) explain 53.1% of supply chain performance, the rest is influenced by other factors. The implications of this research provide guidance for companies to increase supply chain efficiency in competitive and dynamic markets.

Abstract

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Sorong Fuel Terminal is a company engaged in receiving, stockpiling, and distributing. Fuel stockpiled in the tank will be distributed through a tank truck with a capacity of 5,000 liters. The limited capacity of the tank truck makes the distribution less than optimal. The limited tank truck capacity triggers problems in the distribution system, especially considering that the life of 3 of the 6 existing tank trucks will expire in 2024. By considering the remaining time, the company needs to evaluate the distribution facilities that will be used and one of the solutions is to vary the capacity of the tank trucks. This problem can be solved through several considerations such as the urgency of tank truck needs, the amount of fuel needed, the infrastructure of the Sorong region, and some data that will be processed using Anylogistix. The results show that with the new tank truck capacity variations, namely 28,000 liter and 15,000 liter, in the selected periods it is more efficient by 24.58%, 3.44%, 31.6%, 26.37%, 30.67%, and 23.65% in terms of time compared to without variation. In addition, 445.6 liters of fuel can be saved in a month. All demands can be met from the minimization results so that this solution can optimize the distribution carried out and have a positive impact on the company.

Abstract

This research presents an agent-based simulation model for post-disaster location mapping, considering land vehicles and drones along with access road availability and depot locations. The study examines the impact of bridge facility damage on depot selection and time indicators. Results reveal that damage to bridge facilities affects depots differently based on their location, leading to increased total processing and completion times due to interactions between land vehicles and bridges. Depot 7 emerges as the optimal location for undamaged and KRB II and III damage scenarios based on total processing time. Depot 3 performs best for KRB III damage, while Depot 8 exhibits the shortest completion time across all scenarios. These findings emphasize the importance of selecting depots with resilient road access and alternative routes, improving post-disaster logistics efficiency.
