Abstract

Persoalan sampah yang semakin meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah penduduk yang menyebabkan meningkatnya jumlah konsumsi dalam masyarakat yang menghasilkan sampah yang tidak sedikit. Jumlah penduduk yang semakin meningkat mengakibatkan jumlah sampah semakin bertambah. Besarnya timbulan sampah yang ada sangat erat kaitannya dengan jumlah penduduk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan Analisis Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Kegiatan Bank Sampah di RW 007, Kelurahan Kalibaru, Kecamatan Cilodong, Kota Depok dalam Pengelolaan Sampah. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan Bank Sampah telah membentuk suatu upaya baru dalam hal: Pemungkinan, Penguatan, Perlindungan, Penyokongan dan Pemeliharaan dalam masyarakat. Meningkatnya kesadaran kritis masyarakat akan pentingnya pengelolaan Bank Sampah sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan lingkungan serta mengatasi persoalan sampah yang ada, mengharapkan masyarakat memiliki kesadaran kritis terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya sangatlah diharapkan masyarakat mampu membuat keputusan yang bijak dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangganya. Penyadaran yang dilakukan oleh pengurus dan pengelola Bank Sampah berupa penyadaran tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga dan dampak yang ditimbulkan jika sampah rumah tangga yang dihasilkan oleh warga tidak dikelola dengan baik. Aspek penguatan dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan mengelola sampah dengan baik serta memberikan kepercayaan diri kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya kontribusi mereka kepada kebersihan lingkungan. Aspek perlindungan dari sisi ekonomi diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dalam memperoleh penghasilan lainnya di luar penghasilan utamanya. Tujuan pembangunan masyarakat yang sehat melalui upaya penyokongan sebagai bagian dari tujuan pembangunan yang modernisasi. Pemerliharaan sebagai bagian dari usaha perubahan pemikiran masyarakat akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan yang kondusif dan bersih.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor respon pegawai terhadap pelayanan publik di Kantor Kelurahan Karawaci Baru Kecamatan Karawaci Kota Tangerang. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelayanan publik yang diteliti misalnya penampilan fisik, kehandalan, kewaspadaan, percaya diri, empati. Dalam penelitian ini data penelitian dilakukan sebagai data primer berupa pernyataan responden yang diperoleh dari jawaban kuesioner survei yang diberikan peneliti kepada 98 responden yang berisi pernyataan terstruktur (alternatif jawaban yang ditentukan) untuk total . dua variabel independen dan satu. variabel tak bebas. 40 afirmasi yang diberikan oleh responden dalam jawaban survei diskalakan dan skalanya (skala Likert) sangat positif hingga sangat negatif. Pernyataan skala dimaksudkan untuk analisis kuantitatif dengan memberikan skor. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi pelayanan publik, digunakan teknik analisis data analisis faktor. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pelayanan publik di Kantor Kelurahan Karawaci Baru, Kota Tangerang adalah respon pegawai (30,6%), sarana komunikasi dan kelengkapan (9,1%), fasilitas fisik (7,85%), kemampuan dan pengetahuan Pegawai (6,59%), pelayanan pada warga (4,79 %), keramahan (3,71 %), perhatian kelurahan pada warga (3,52%), tanggung jawab pegawai (3,27%), kejelasan informasi (2,99%) dan kesesuaian pelayanan (2,55%). Faktor yang paling dominan dalam menentukan perbaikan pelayanan publik terhadap masyarakat di Kantor Kelurahan Karawaci Baru, Kota Tangerang adalah faktor respon pegawai yang terdiri dari tanggapan pegawai menghadapi keluhan warga, penguasaan dan kemampuan memberikan informasi kepada warga, kecepatan dalam melayani warga, memberikan bimbingan dan penyuluhan kepada warga, menyelesaikan pelayanan sesuai jadwal, membimbing warga dengan baik untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kependudukan, dan menerima atau merespon keluhan atas pelayanan.

Abstract

Expansion of a region within a province is a political condition to provide regional autonomy that prioritizes regional progress in a smaller scope in order to maximize the results of the development of the region. Several phenomena occur in regional development studies. This study aims to analyze the dynamics that occur in regional development based on the concept of regional autonomy. The object chosen in this study is the province of South Sumatra. The selection of South Sumatra as the object of this research is based on the area size and equity that has not been maximized in this province. This study found that regional expansion is a form of necessity to maximize social welfare, political participation and political stability that occurs in an area. Political and government regulations in a smaller scope are able to maximize regional capacity to optimize people's welfare. However, in other findings, regional expansion has an unavoidable clash. The interest of political elites in the process of regional expansion is one of the problems that continues to occur. This study uses an exploratory-qualitative research design method with the concept of decentralization and regional autonomy and local democracy as an analytical tool in the discussion.

Abstract

The phenomenon of gender equality is still a challenge in Indonesia, especially in the involvement of women in public and political activities. In the history of general elections in Indonesia, women are still considered the second choice in the world of politics. The form of women's conflict over men's power is inseparable from the patriarchal system that is unjust. Placing women as the shadow of men, patriarchal society from the start assumed that men were stronger than women both in personal, family, community and state life. Patriarchal culture and social values in Indonesia require women not to participate in politics or government. The government has attempted to increase women's participation by implementing Law Number 8 of 2012 concerning General Elections which regulates a minimum quota of 30% of women's representation in political parties. However, there are still several obstacles such as the low representation of women in public space, the lack of gender sensitivity in the commitment of political parties, as well as cultural constraints and religious interpretations that are gender biased and patriarchal. The method used in this study was obtained from literature study activities and data collection by conducting literature studies and reviewing related theories from the results of previous studies, using visualization vos viewer. Although the role and activities of women in public life are increasing, their involvement in political activities is still limited. The representation of women in political and decision-making institutions is still low and disproportionate. This is due to the patriarchal culture that is still strong and the view of society that considers women inappropriate to be involved in politics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the impact of understanding the self-assessment system, tax socialization, and tax services on individual taxpayer compliance. The main question of this study is how the self-assessment system, tax socialization, and understanding of tax services affect individual taxpayers' tax compliance. This study was conducted at KPP Pratama Jakarta Tanah Abang Satu using data collection techniques using library data and quantitative methods with field research conducted using questionnaires and interviews. To find out the reality, researchers conducted multi-person interviews with a total of 72 respondents. Based on research results from 2018 to 2020, a self-assessment concept was developed. The system has a significant positive impact on taxpayer compliance, tax socialization has a significant positive impact on taxpayer satisfaction, and Fiscus services have a significant positive impact on taxpayer tax compliance and understanding of the self-assessment system. With a positive impact, tax socialization and financial services have a significant impact. impact. At the same time, it will have a positive effect on the compliance of individual taxpayers of KPP Pratama Jakarta Tanah Abang Satu.

Abstract

One such policy is to increase the number of taxpayers who own motor vehicles but have not been paying taxes. To address this issue, local governments offer an option to waive administrative sanctions for motor vehicle taxes. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the motor vehicle tax amnesty policy, as well as to identify obstacles and efforts to overcome these obstacles in the program’s execution. This study adopts a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods with secondary data as its basis. The research results indicate that the effectiveness of the motor vehicle tax amnesty policy is relatively successful, evident in the increased achievement of motor vehicle tax revenue targets at the Tegal District SAMSAT in the years 2021- 2022. Despite the increase in revenue, there was a decline in realization in 2022 compared to 2021. However, the Tegal District SAMSAT has made efforts to enhance the collection of motor vehicle tax revenue.

Abstract

Regional governments have an important role in the development of their own regions and must have the ability to increase revenue and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of budget use in order to improve public services to the community. Budget performance can be measured through the level of budget absorption. In increasing accountability for the use of budget revenues, the Banten provincial government issued Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2011 concerning Regional Taxes with reference to Law No. 28 of 2009 which includes the concept of earmarking tax. The regulation states that 10% of motorized vehicle tax is allocated for the construction, maintenance of roads and public transportation. The purpose of implementing this earmarking tax is to gradually and continuously improve the quality of service and create good governance and clean government. This research method uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of this research are road maintenance with a minimum of 10% of the profit sharing of motorized vehicle tax in Banten province which has exceeded the predetermined minimum limit and has been absorbed. Total earmarking funds reached 50.01% of road maintenance costs and road maintenance expenditures reached 19.99% of total Motor Vehicle Tax revenues which were shared into the Banten Province treasury.

Abstract

Abstact : The coal industry in Indonesia is one of the most promising sectors, with trillions of rupiah in revenue each year. However, the rapid growth of this industry is not proportional to the risks it generates. Many coal companies still do not pay attention to This study aimed to determine employee motivation problems on organization performance and its prospects. An effective employee motivation system can inspire employee morale, improve employee productivity, enhance product quality, and create cohesion in the organization. Theories and motivation strategies that encourage the workers to improve their job performance were analyzed. The study adopts secondary sources of data collection for an overall understanding of the subject matter. However, many existing problems have negative impacts on the effective implementation of employee motivation systems. It was argued that there are many ways to enhance the performance of employees in an organization, in this manner, managers ought to endeavor to move forward their proficient quality, make an organizational culture, apply broadened inspiration strategies, pay consideration to representative preparing and career administration, use a complete set of benefits services, implement effective communication channel, set up an evenhanded installment framework as well as construct a great execution assessment framework. ABSTRAK : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui masalah motivasi karyawan terhadap kinerja organisasi dan prospeknya. Sistem motivasi karyawan yang efektif dapat menginspirasi semangat kerja karyawan, meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan, meningkatkan kualitas produk, dan menciptakan kohesi dalam organisasi. Teori dan strategi motivasi yang mendorong para pekerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka dianalisis. Penelitian ini mengadopsi sumber data sekunder untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang menyeluruh tentang pokok bahasan. Namun, banyak masalah yang ada memiliki dampak negatif pada implementasi sistem motivasi karyawan yang efektif. Dikatakan bahwa ada banyak cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam suatu organisasi, dengan cara ini, manajer harus berusaha untuk memajukan kualitas mahir mereka, membuat budaya organisasi, menerapkan strategi inspirasi yang diperluas, memperhatikan persiapan perwakilan dan administrasi karir, menggunakan satu set layanan tunjangan yang lengkap, mengimplementasikan saluran komunikasi yang efektif, membuat kerangka kerja cicilan yang adil serta membangun kerangka kerja penilaian eksekusi yang hebat.

Abstract

Public service is the State's effort to fulfill the basic needs and civil rights of every citizen regarding goods, services, and administrative services provided by public service providers, it is government. This research aims to know the quality of public services at the Sukatani Sub-district Office in Bekasi Regency of West Java Province. This research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and document review with seven informants (sub-district officers). The research findings indicate that the quality of public services at the Sukatani Sub-district Office has not been well-implemented overall, as assessed across five dimensions of public service quality: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. In terms of tangibles, the waiting area (lobby) lacks amenities such as air conditioning, leading to discomfort for individuals waiting in the space. Regarding reliability, the efficiency of administrative processing by staff is relatively good, evident in their competence and proficiency in utilizing available office technology as a tool to facilitate public service processes. However, responsiveness in serving the public is not fully experienced by the community, as service personnel do not consistently adhere to appropriate timelines, and there are unresolved complaints that have not been promptly addressed. Assurance reveals instances where services remain uncompleted within predetermined timeframes. Additionally, there is evidence of preferential treatment for individuals with familial connections, indicating a lack of empathy in the delivery of public services.
