Abstract

This research began with low learning outcomes in fiqh subjects, one of the factors causing this was the lack of use of learning models that were appropriate for students. In this research the author tries to apply the inquiry learning model in an effort to improve learning outcomes. The problem formulation is whether the implementation of the inquiry learning model can improve fiqh learning outcomes. The focus of this research is 1) How to apply the inquiry learning model in improving learning outcomes in fiqh subjects. 2) To find out the learning outcomes of the class X B MA Modern Al Rifa'ie fiqh subject by applying the inquiry learning model. In this research, the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method was carried out in 2 cycles. In collecting data, researchers used observation methods, test methods, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, for the analysis, researchers used descriptive analysis techniques, namely in the form of data reduction, data presentation and verification. This research went through several stages, namely preparation, implementation, data analysis and reporting stage. The results of the research show that the implementation of the inquiry learning model in fiqh subjects has been carried out according to the steps of the inquiry learning model and is going quite well. Meanwhile, the results of implementing the inquiry learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the learning process. Abstract

This research aims to explore the framework of thought used by the Wali Songo in the process of massive Islamization in Java during the transition period of the 15th and 16th centuries. A historical-philosophical approach is used to explore the thoughts and da'wah strategies carried out by Wali Songo in dealing with the social conditions of Javanese society at that time. The content analysis method is used to analyze historical texts and related literature which contain the preaching activities of the Wali Songo. The research results show that the Wali Songo's frame of mind is reflected through the social analysis and da'wah strategies they use. Through a deep understanding of local communities and their spiritual needs, the Wali Songo use an approach appropriate to the Javanese cultural context to spread Islamic teachings on a massive scale. They adopted an inclusive and adaptive da'wah method, utilizing local culture, language and traditions to form an understanding of Islam that was relevant and acceptable to Javanese society at that time. This research contributes to an understanding of the dynamics of Islamization in Java during that period, as well as the relevance of the da'wah strategies used by the Wali Songo in different social and cultural contexts. Abstract

Nowadays, skincare is very widely used by women, using skincare has become a woman's primary need. Actually, there are no prohibitions on using skincare, as long as the items used are BPOM certified and verified as halal so that they remain safe when used. However, if it is related to iddah, are women still allowed to use skincare during the iddah period?, then it is still necessary to study the law from the perspective of the Shafi'i Madzhab, especially in the Tausyikh Book written by Muhammad Nawawi bin Umar Al-Jawi. The aim of this research is to find out what the law is for using skincare for women during the Iddah period, because women still have very little understanding about this. In this research, the method used is library research by collecting individual words or sentences that are considered relevant in discussing a woman's iddah, especially in the Imam Syafi'i Madzhab. Primary data sources are Syafi'iyah books, while secondary data are books and journals. From this research, it was found that the majority of Syafi'iyah ulama' did not allow the use of skincare on women who were on iddah to die and allowed it on women who were on iddah for divorce because this was related to ihdad, those who were required to perform ihdad were women who were on iddah to die and not on iddah on divorce. Because the wisdom of berihdad is nothing other than a form of condolence for the death of her husband. Keywords: skincare; woman; iddah; Tausyikh; divorce law

Abstract

Abstract Ushul fiqh is a treasure of Islamic knowledge that explains the principles of Islamic law. These rules are a means of responding to every development and solving problems in the midst of people's lives, especially Muslims. The developments in question include the dissemination of information, human resources, technology, ideology or religion, and bureaucracy. With this, the author is very interested in conducting research. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach where the data is in the form of theories, concepts and ideas. The descriptive qualitative approach aims to reveal or describe the data obtained. The next step taken by researchers is data processing and analysis, which is an effort made by working with data, organizing data, and sorting it so that a relationship is found between one another and providing an interpretation that can be accepted logically. Meanwhile the results of this research are; can improve the quality of human faith, avoid taqlid, avoid committing sins, and can become a person who is always learning. Apart from the benefits above, ushul fiqh can also respond to every change and progress that occurs, and can even solve every problem that occurs in society in various aspects of life. For example, issues of multiculturalism and religious pluralism, globalization and technology, modern medicine, and Islamic economics. Abstract

This research analyzes the role of class teachers as facilitators in shaping the moral character of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Wahid Hasyim. The main goal of education is to help students achieve their maximum potential through the development of inner strength, self-control, intelligence, and noble morals. Teachers play an important role as learning agents who inspire and motivate students to develop faith, spirituality and religious values. The research results show that the role of teachers as facilitators is very significant in shaping students' moral character through various religious activities, such as congregational dhuha prayers and tahfidzul Qur'an programs. Teachers also act as role models who provide examples of positive and disciplined behavior to students. In addition, emotional support and positive interactions between teachers and students help create a learning environment that is conducive to the development of student morality. Collaboration between family and school also plays an important role in shaping students' moral character. Key words: teacher; character; Islamic education; ethics

Abstract

At the age of 11-17 years, teenagers generally experience development to reach physical, mental, social and emotional maturity. When self-control is not yet perfect, they are faced with the challenges of puberty, changes in social roles and the environment in an effort to achieve independence according to their age. If you cannot overcome this, problems will arise in the form of social deviations such as aggressive behavior, excessive fear, apathy and self-harming behavior. This research is to determine the description of emotional and behavioral problems among students at SMPI Bhumi Ngasor Bakalan Malang. Schools that also have an Islamic boarding school background will undergo initial screening to detect emotional and behavioral disorders. This type of research is descriptive observation quantitative research. The tool used to assess mental and emotional problems is the SDQ (Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire). As a result, the emotional and behavioral disorders of 33 SMPI Bhumi Ngasor students had overall scores in the abnormal category (39.4%) followed by the borderline category (36.4%). Male students experience more emotional disturbances than female students. Apart from that, for behavior and peer problems, both are in the borderline or borderline category. The normal category is in the emotional, hyperactivity and pro-social dimensions. Key words: Emotional and Behavioral Problems; Teenagers; Strength and Difficulties Questionnaire

Abstract

This study was aimed to enhance reading comprehension at the tenth grade students of MA. Raudlatul Ulum Putra in academic year 2021/2022 by using think-pair-share technique. The researcher used Classroom Action Research (CAR) as the research design. The subject under this study was 24 students of tenth grade of MA. Raudlatul Ulum Putra. There were some instruments used to support this research, such as: observation sheet, field note, lesson plan, and test. The result of this study showed that think, pair, share technique had a positive effect on the students’ reading skill. In pre-test, there are only 1 students from 24 students who got the minimum standard score, whereas the mean score was 36.14. In cycle 1, there are 2 students who got the minimum standard score, whereas the mean score was 59.9. In cycle 2, there are 3 students who did not reach the minimum standard score and 21 students could reach it, where the mean score was 79.8. Based on the result, the research improved the students’ reading comprehension at the tenth grade of MA. Raudlatul Ulum Putra successfully. Furthermore, the researcher supposed that using this technique was very useful to motivate students in reading. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategy of the Darussa'adah 21 Sutojayan Pakisaji Malang Islamic Boarding School in forming the independent character of its students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the Darussa'adah 21 Sutojayan Pakisaji Malang Islamic Boarding School has several strategies in forming the independent character of its students, namely: getting used to the values ​​of independence, discipline and responsibility. These strategies are implemented through various programs and activities, namely: daily routines, extracurricular activities, student organizations, service to Islamic boarding schools and the community, and alumni empowerment. The conclusion of the research is that the Darussa'adah 21 Sutojayan Pakisaji Malang Islamic Boarding School has successfully implemented various strategies in forming the independent character of its students. These strategies have a positive impact on developing the students' independent character. Key words: character, santri, education, Islam, strategy
