Madinah: Jurnal Studi Islam diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Tarbiyatut Tholabah Lamongan Indonesia. Secara khusus mengkaji Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan media untuk mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan berdasarkan pada hasil kepustakaan dan empiris; serta mendorong lahirnya pemikiran penelitian dan aksi baru dalam lingkup konsep dan praktek Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Religion is the reality of the necessities of life and life for everyone because of the belief in the unseen substance that emerges as a force beyond the physical world and ratio. Religious belief thus becomes a necessity. As a logical consequence, that belief must be reflected in all real behavior as fact. Thus, it can be proved that the difference between religious and non-religious conditions. To search for it, what is religion really? And what and how is the process of religiousness? Answers to such questions are expected to be obtained through the focus of discussion in this paper.

Achievement motivation of teachers is a strength or spirit that encourages teachers to excel. So that teachers have a strong achievement motivation. In addition to the school environment, leadership role is also important for achievement motivation of teachers. In exercising leadership, headmaster needs to use the appropriate leadership strategies so that objectives can be achieved. The population in this research was all teachers totaling 67 teachers. The technique sampling used is a stratified random sampling. To determine the number of samples used Taro Yamane formula in order to obtain 40 teachers. The independent variable of this research is the social environmental school and Leadership Styles of Headmaster, and the achievement motivation of teachers as the dependent variable. Sampling technique used in this research is to use the technique of questionnaires and documentation. The results of hypothesis test using SPSS 16.0 while the findings are as follows: (1) there is a positive and significant correlation between social environmental school with leadership styles of headmaster. This is shown in the results obtained by the analysis of the significance test value t count > t table (9.784 > 2.024) and the P value (0.000 < 0.05). (2) There is a positive and significant influence between social environment schools to the Achievement Motivation of Teachers. This is shown in the results obtained by the analysis of the significance test value t count > t table (2.920 > 2.024) and the P value (0.006 < 0.05), and (3) There is a positive and significant influence between leadership styles of headmaster to the Achievement Motivation of Teachers.This is shown in the results obtained by the analysis of the significance test value t count > t table (3.267>2.024) and the P value (0.002<0.05), (4) There is a positive and significant influence between social environmental school and leadership styles of headmaster together to the achievement motivation of teachers. This is shown in the results obtained by the analysis of the significance test value of F count > F table (5.305 > 3.252) and the P value (0.009 < 0.05).

Student administration service is an action or action of someone or organization (Madrasah) to give satisfaction to their students. This service is strongly influenced by several factors, the first is the human factor that provides the service. Human (Madrasah / TU) employees who serve customers must have the ability to serve properly and quickly. In addition, TU should have the ability to communicate, be polite, friendly, and fully responsible to the students. The second factor is the availability of facilities and infrastructure that support the speed, accuracy, and accuracy of services. Facilities and infrastructure owned must be tailored to the needs of the latest. Ultimately, these facilities and infrastructure are operated by qualified human beings. Thus, the two supporting factors above, mutually support each other.

Modern life brings significant changes in education. To respond, reorientation has been done, both in terms of curriculum, learning methodology, institutional management, educator qualifications and so on. In Indonesia, many educational leaders have conveyed their ideas in this context. One of them is KH. Hasyim Ash'ari. With the background of receiving traditional education, he is able to have a clear and systemic concept in education. So it is expected that the dynamics and modernization of education in Indonesia can be realized. By examining thirteen books written directly by KH. Hasyim Asy'ari, this study concludes that KH thought. Hasyim Asy'ari proved to be of great relevance in supporting the reform process of education in Indonesia, especially in giving the output of students character that is not only intelligently cognitive (pinter), but also concern for the society around (bener). However, it needs to be studied more deeply about the implementation and operational framework of KH thinking. Hashim Ash'ari, since it is still philosophical-theoretical.

Learning is a necessity and plays an important role in human life. This is because humans are born knowing nothing, and they are only supplied with physical and spiritual potential. So it is reasonable to see why and how humans are affected by how they learn. Therefore, learning is done by humans continuously, lifelong (life long education), at school or outside school, guided or not. This premise is reinforced by the fact that humans despite its weakness, but on the other hand it is a dynamic creature rather than a static being. With his dynamic, he is able to create progress with a variety of sophisticated technologies to simplify his life. The ideal thing that should happen in a learning process is not only in the form of transfer, but also transformation; be it knowledge, skills, and value. Therefore, learning must touch three domains, namely cognitive, psychomotor and affective. In the Islamic perspective, the learning process can not be separated from the human way of using the potential / tools given by God. From the perspective of Islam, man was awarded three tools in seeking knowledge: the five senses (jismiah), the mind (nafsiyah), and the heart (ruhiyah).

Financial problems are a pretty basic problem in school. Because all the components of education in school are closely related to the financial component of the school. Education held in every educational unit, from basic education to higher education, even conducted in informal and informal institutions should be the foundation for the personal formation of learners, and society at large. However, in reality the quality of education, especially the quality of education output is still low when compared with the quality of education output in other countries, both in Asia and in ASEAN region. The low quality of education requires a thorough handling, because in the life of a nation, education plays a very important role to ensure the survival of the State and the nation, is also a vehicle for improving and developing the quality of human resources. (Mulyasa, 2013: 13). So with that, to improve the quality of Human Resources can not be separated from the curriculum in the education process they experienced. The curriculum we want today is not an ever-changing curriculum that ends up just like that. But more important is how to improve student learning outcomes, student behavior that leads to the positive side rather than towards the negative. So with that, it can not be doubted, that professional competence of teachers is expected in developing plans pelaksaaan learning and syllabus used in learning. Especially now, the government program in the 2013 curriculum needs to be implemented in schools in Indonesia this. And it is also undeniable that the 2013 curriculum is not suitable for the Level II region or known by the Regency and in the area of the district that there is a lagging and underdeveloped areas that lack of media in delivering the 2013 curriculum. Thus, in the case of local content in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, it is necessary for a teacher, teacher group activities and education offices to prepare a step in the development of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level curriculum in Sambas district in the disadvantaged areas in order to create an active, effective and efficient for the achievement of a nation of honorable sambas and ready to compete with ASEAN countries.

The purpose of this research is to know how far the role and effort of KSPPS BMT BINA UMMAT SEJAHTERA run the vision and mission. No one can deny that in the last 150 to 200 years, the history of mankind has undergone extraordinary changes that have had an impact on changing mindset and religious worldview. This article wants to know the thoughts of one of the contemporary figures named Tariq Ramadan. The rise of Islamic thought must involve reconciliation with the spiritual dimension on the one hand, and on the other hand renew commitment and rational and critical reading (ijtihad) from scriptural sources in the field of law and jurisprudence (fiqh). Must be able to distinguish which texts are eternal (the immutable, ath-thabit) and which can be changed (the changing, al-mutagayyir). Three things that must be considered in determining the concept of mashlahah, first, haqiqiyyah, are authentic and definitive, not speculative (wahmiyyah); second, kulliyyah, is general in nature, meaning that it does not only accommodate the interests of a person or group of people; third, it does not conflict with qath'i texts. Contemporary reading is done in mu'amalah's problem, while the issue of worship and aqeedah is not necessary, because it can be criticized, dangerous, and considered bid'ah.
