Abstract

Indonesia is a multicultural country with people living in diverse cultures, ethnics, and languages. Reality of plurality should not be ignored from our lives. Indonesia needs a conflict management in the life of a pluralistic society. For Facing this with all, we must apply a pluralism in plurality of religions and cultures.Therefore importance of dialogue as a means for mutual understanding between cultures and religions. In this article, idea of pluralism can be realized in a dialogue that is based on the guidelines of the nation contained in the values of Pancasila. While manage a conflict on dialogue, we also can increase development in our country with include discussion in various sector such as social, economy, and prosperity.

Abstract

The curriculum is a journey of people from day to day to achieve a desired goal. Likewise the case with existing curricula at home carried out by parents, school curricula carried out by teachers and community curricula carried out by the community through community institutions. The curriculum in jurisprudence is closely related to human life, both in the procedures of worship, community and social phenomena that occur in the current era of information or in the age of the 21st century. Therefore, the social symptoms experienced by traditional society towards modern society , especially in the Border Sambas community where various problems occur in the community with various kinds of schools, so that as a teacher, they must be observant in teaching students about this fiqh problem. Because, if the fiqh teacher is not professional in accordance with his field of fiqh science, it is like one drop of poison inserted in glass water resulting in the death of more than one person

Abstract

Study efforts on the Koran in Indonesia have been carried out from generation to generation and produce various interpretations and books on the study of the Koran. These works certainly have different characteristics with interpretations born in the place of origin of the Qur'an revealed. The difference is due to differences in space and time contexts and differences in language and cultural backgrounds. Therefore, this article will analyze how the development of the Qur'anic interpretation in Indonesia through the work of Howard M. Federspiel entitled "Popular Indonesian Literature of the Qur'an". The work is one model ofinterpretation research in Indonesia.

Abstract

Certification of teacher have been accounted for as one of the education core reforms to improve teacher professionalism. The release of the Act No. 14/ 2006 for Teacher and Lecturer (at higher education) is noticeable to be a historical tombstone which sets teacher and lecturer as profession as well as doctor , engineer or others. This will change the public perception to teacher to become more positive, to build up the teacher self-confident, and to magnetize the interest of those first quality candidates to turn out to be teachers, and to give the public trust back to school as an educational institution. It is highly recommended that the enhancement of teacher professional capacity to be integrated with the instructional activities implemented at schools, which, on one hand are capable of improving their quality of teaching as teachers, on the other hand capable of giving them the opportunities to improve their professional capacity while toting-up their cummulative credits mandatory for teacher certification.

Abstract

Five-day prayer is a service that must be done in any condition and situation. Worship required by Allah SWT on the people of the Prophet Muhammad, one of which is prayer worship. The law of prayer is obligatory in the sense that is addressed to every person who is subject to the burden of law (mukallaf) and does not escape the obligation of someone to pray except if he has done it himself according to his provisions and cannot be represented, because what God wants in that action itself as a sign of obedience to God. Prayer is an obligation for Muslims, therefore we must know when the time of entry and passing of prayer times must be known carefully and well, not until the time of entering prayer has done it, consequently the prayer will be in vain without merit can even be done illegally. Because one of the requirements for the validity of prayer is to perform the prayer at the appointed time. Saadoe'ddin Djambek is one of the birth experts born in Bukittinggi (29 Rabi'ul Awal 1329 H or March 24, 1911 AD). An expert on rukyat reckoning, commonly called Datuk Sampono Radjo, is the son of a great ulama from Minangkabau, namely Sheikh Muhammad Djamil Djambek. Saadoe'ddin was born from a large family of Djambek who were educated, Islamic, respected and respected by the wider community of his day. The thought of Saadoe'ddin Djambek is a combination of reckoning experts and astronomers. In addition, his thoughts also tended to attempt to integrate the interpretations of scholars with astronomical theories in understanding passages relating to the initial provisions of prayer times. If most experts equate the prayer time with the extreme climate with the closest area that isstill identified during prayer times, Saadoe'ddin still adheres to the fact that the prayer times of an area cannot follow other regions because of differentlatitude. Judging from jurisprudence, pengqiyasan Saadoe'ddin Djambek above did not find a specific prayer time with the condition that people fall asleep or fainted was not right, because in reality they were in a state of being aware and aware of the natural state of their area. The author in this case tends to the opinion of T. Djamaluddin, that in fact for certain unidentified prayer time schedules, better and more certain use local normal time, before and after extreme time using the clock, so that the rhythm of prayer times will be regular and not difficult because it does not intersect with real phenomena in the area. The prayer time schedule also uses local latitude data and local time.

Abstract

Organizing the corpse into an even-grade semester XI PAI material, including bathing, memorizing, praying and burying. With this material, students are expected to be able to explain, demonstrate and apply the procedures for organizing bodies in their daily lives. But the facts in the field show that the learning method is still dominated by lectures and question and answer. This fact makes students easily bored while studying in class. This paper is the best practice experienced by the author when delivering material for organizing the corpse at SMAN 1 Jombang in the academic year 2017/2018 even in the XI-IPS-3 class. Dadar Berpajero stands for Demonstration, Learning to Care for People's Bodies. At first, PAI learning in the XI-IPS-3 class was dominated by lectures and question and answer. At the next meeting the demonstration method was used. Changes in this learning strategy provide significant results. Through Dadar Berbajero, teachers are easier to provide learning material. The learning atmosphere becomes more interesting and fun to be the main attraction for students to take part in the learning process until it's finished. The use of Dadar Berbajero on PAI has impacted the enthusiasm of students and their learning outcomes are also above the KKM. Positive responses were also given by the school community, starting with the principal, the board of teachers, employees and students

Abstract

In higher education context, Islamic Religious Education is one of the subjects that aim to develop student's characte. However, in reality there are many problems such as learning that focus only on the cognitive aspect. In addition, the implementation of the course is impressed only as a complement. Based on these problems, it is necessary to innovate in Islamic religious learning so that can contribute in character building of students. This study aims to find an alternative solution of character building of students through integration of science logic in Islamic religious learning. This research belongs to library research with descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use documentation. For analysis using document analysis with content analysis techniques. The results showed that the process of integration of science logic in Islamic religous learning can be realized on the paradigm, approach, strategy, methods,materials, and evaluation of learning. while the implications can be seen from the steps of learning and the characters that are formed on the students themselves.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling should be adjusted to the problems faced by students so that guidance assistance can achieve the right goals and expected goals in the guidance. This research method uses qualitative descriptive research. The aim is to analyze and find the concept of implementation of guidance and counseling as learning motivation. The results of the study that the concept of implementation of guidance and counseling as a form of learning motivation provides facilities and infrastructure as well as experts in the field of guidance and counseling. Types of services in the form of tutoring, career guidance, and case guidance.

Abstract

To achieve a successful academic performance depends on intern and on extern factors. the factor that plays an important role in learning internally such as motivation, self-regulated learning, learning styles and multiple intelligences. Externally, something like learning enviroment, learning resources, adn learning facilities had become important factors. The essence of writing here is self-regulated learning. Self-regulated learning is not a mental ability or an academic performance skill; rather it is the self-directive process by which learners transform their mental abilities into academic skills. Learning is viewed as an activity that students do for themselves in a proactive way rather than as a covert event that happens to them in reaction to teaching. Self-regulated learning refers to self-generated thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are oriented to attaining goals. In this cases, the learners should be self-regulated learners who analyzing task requirements, setting productive goals, and selecting, adapting or inventing strategies to achieve their objectives. These learners also monitor progress as they work thorough the task, managing intrusive emotions and waning motivation as well as adjusting strategies processed to foster success. These are the students who ask questions, take notes, and allocate their time and their resources in ways that help them to be in charge of their own learning.

Abstract

Writing the Role of Android Technology in understanding the science of Ushul fiqh for Sharia Business Law students in the Islamic Faculty of Trunojoyo University, Madura is the result of a learning innovation program held by the University of Trunojoyo, Madura. Usul fiqh as a means of law istinbath method must be mastered by students as candidates for mujtahid in the coming era. Considering the current era is a millennial era where everything is completely based on information technology, web, social media and so on. As is known, the Science of ushul fiqh as a methodology in formulating Islamic law is very important to be mastered by mujtahids or mujtahid candidates (students). A mastery that is qualified in the field of usul fiqh will give birth to valid and quality jurisprudence. But the facts on the ground show that students who are involved in the field of sharia / Islamic law, especially Islamic business law students of the Islamic faculty of Trunojoyo University, Madura, have difficulty in mastering this knowledge. Various reasons can be raised, both due to internal and external factors. Especially young people from millennial generation who are very familiar with information technology and social media, they will certainly experience difficulties if they are not approached according to their nature and environment. Therefore, a breakthrough needs to be made by using Android-based information technology with the analogy approach so that these millennial students are able to master Ushul fiqh, by creating a practical application that is easily understood by analogy techniques. The results of innovation show that student understanding can increase.
