Abstract

Keris is a cultural product that holds a million mysteries to be guarded and preserved, keris has been recognized by UNESCO, every Friday Legi the Blitar community gathers there is a keris exhibition at (PIPP) Blitar. The aims of this study are: (1) to identify and analyze the meaning of Keris Jawa in a sociological perspektive, (2) to identify and analyze conservation efforts it, (3) to identify and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in the conservation of it: a study of the Tosan Aji Panji Patria community. The research method uses qualitative research. The results of the study: (1) The meaning of Keris Jawa ; (a) Keris as accessories for ceremonial clothing during cultural ritual ceremonies, (b) Keris as a souvenir, (c) Keris has meaning high philosophy, namely about faith in God and procedures for holding, opening, and inserting a keris, (e) learning about metal, copper, steel and meteors as well as iron science, (2) Efforts to preserve Keris Jawa: (a) routine activities every Friday Legi, namely the keris exhibition, (b) socialization of keris as artistic and cultural value at discussion events (c) the joint commitment of the government and the community to preserve it, (3) Supporting factors in the effort to preserve Keris Jawa: ( a) The Blitar Government supports and facilitates Keris exhibition at PPIP, (b) the enthusiasm of the community is very high at every Keris exhibition event, while Covid-19 pandemic, activities in limit.

Abstract

Leadership style is one of a few achievement components of an association in accomplishing hierarchical objectives. RT is the most minimal association at the public authority level. Developing people group interest requires an initiative style that is proper to the area so objectives can be accomplished. This review means to decide if there is an effect on the initiative style of the RT director on local area interest in keeping up with natural security during the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, and price on the decision to purchase Telkomsel internet packages among students of The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Islamic University of Balitar partially and smultaneously. This research used quantitative research with descriptive method. There were three variables, namely brand image, product and price and the independent variable is the purchase decision variable. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a population of consumers who bought Telkomsel cards as many as 96 students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which tested using SPSS 18.0 application with multiple linier regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, it shows that (1) brand image was effected significantly on the decisions of purchasing Telkomsel internet packages partially, (2) product quality was effected significantly on the decisions of purchasing Telkomsel internet packages partially, (3) price was effected significantly on the purchasing decisions for Telkomsel internet packages partially, (4) brand image, product quality and price were effected significantly on the decision of purchasing Telkomsel internet packages simultaneously.

Abstract

Today most of business people move to develop their business through online. This opens up opportunities to create incentives for business people. Social media include Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Line and others. With this application, it really helps the progress of online business. The various facilities presented by the online media work wonders in the web client environment. Because it inspires everyone to become a successful online store financial expert using a smartphone for online store business advisor. The research target is to determine the effect of capital and length of business on fees earned by merchants in online stores. This type of research is survey research, using a quantitative methodology. Respondents in the study were students of online merchants FISIP UNISBA with 52 samples. The instrument used is a partial test called the T test and the F test (significance level 0.05). Measurement of the level of influence of variables using multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination using SPSS 18 program. The results of the study using the partial test (T) showed that capital had a direct and constructive effect on payments with a critical degree of 0.010 < 0.05. The length of work to get a large degree of results, namely 0.022 < 0.05. Judging from the simultaneous test (F) shows a critical degree of 0.004 <0.05. That is, the variables of capital and length of business have a positive and large effect on salaries and then increase, causing an increase in the salaries of online shop merchants.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the pattern of community communication in the implementation of the Mount Merapi Alms ritual in Lencoh Village, Selo District, Boyolali Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach to communication. The results of this study are the first communicative events in the Mount Merapi Alms ritual which is carried out to provide offerings to the supernatural creatures of Merapi residents in order to protect Lencoh Village which is under the slopes of Mount Merapi. Both communicative actions embody verbal and nonverbal behavior as expressions of gratitude, local cultural wisdom. The three communication activities are passed down from generation to generation by ancestors through traditional leaders to give a sense of togetherness to all creatures living on the slopes of Mount Merapi. Based on the communication pattern carried out by the community, it forms a cultural identity for the Selo community, Boyolali.

Abstract

Prisoners are identical to someone who has committed a crime and is difficult to be accepted again in society. Prisoners are also identical with someone who it difficult to receive messages of kindness, especially messages from preachers. This is different from the Class II-A Penitentiary in Pekalongan, which is very enthusiastic about participating in da'wah activities. The communication model carried out can be well received by prisoners. The purpose of this study is to analyze the communication model used in conducting da'wah to prisoners. This study uses a qualitative research method using purposive sampling, namely preachers, correctional officers, and prisoners. The method of data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews. The results showed that the communication model that was carried out was very good so that it was able to make inmates enthusiastic in participating in these activities. The inhibiting factors in da'wah activities include the busyness of the preacher which makes da'wah cannot be done frequently, the second is environmental factors in prisons that are often exposed to rob, and the third factor is that communication technology has not been optimized to carry out da'wah in correctional institutions.

Abstract

More and more content creators have begun creating YouTube videos in Indonesia. One of Indonesia's famous YouTubers is named Ria Ricis. The popularity of Ria Ricis on YouTube has brought many subscribers to her. One of the Ria Ricis videos that this research focuses on was a video entitled "24 Hours of the Same as Cimoy The Discovers of Everything" The 12-minute 7-second video shows the content of questions and answers by presenting a guest star, Cimoy Montok, named Nuraini or more familiarly. Many responded positively to the video in the comment column, starting with praise and suggestions made by networkers. However, some commentaries from networkers that contained negative blasphemy, insults, mockery, provocation, etc., have been discovered. These comments contain verbal aggression elements. Verbal aggression is verbal aggression like scolding, screaming, using nonsense or harsh words that hurt things. With this research, researchers attempted to determine the effect of Ria Ricis YouTube content on netizen verbal aggression. This study uses a positive paradigm with a quantitative approach to research. In this study, the research method and type of explanatory research are used. Furthermore, the theory of stimulus-response (S-R) is used. Hypothesis tests were performed using a t-test. The results indicate that results from 8,423> t table 1,984 and regression analyses from 0,648 demonstrated strong relationships between x and y variables and showed the influence of the x and y variable. It is therefore stated that Ria Ricis' YouTube video content affects netizen's verbal aggression.

Abstract

The patriarchal culture that is socialized and internalized from generation to generation creates misunderstandings about the nature of men and women. This misunderstanding is also related to the confusion in the meaning of society about the concept of sex and gender. Efforts to straighten understanding and build public gender awareness have long been promoted. How is the result? How is the awareness or understanding of Generation Z about the concepts of sex and gender and the nature of men and women? This research was conducted to answer this question. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. Researchers calculate, juxtapose and compare the percentage of respondents' answers, to draw concepts or conclusions with logical and critical analysis. The population of this study were social and political students at the Balitar Islamic University. The research sample was taken using quota sampling, and determined 100 male students and 100 female students as respondents. The results of this study indicate that: 1) respondents' awareness of the concept of sex or gender is classified as good, but respondents' awareness of the concept of gender is still below the average, 2) the majority of respondents are confused in distinguishing the concepts of sex and gender, and 3) the majority of respondents are wrong in interpreting the essential nature of men and women. This research can be used as a reference for government and non-government institutions in conducting socialization to build gender awareness of the younger generation. Abstract

Education currently does not only focus on the context of the population or quantitative dimensions, but also on the qualitative dimensions or quality of education so that both processes and products are sought to produce human resources who are able to accept future challenges. Circumstances like this make there is competition in educational institutions to attract new, qualified students. To get a real picture of the management of education services in order to attract new students at SMPN 3 Pagerwojo, the data was taken by observing directly on the object of research as well as interviews with school leaders, teachers and the admissions committee of new students at SMPN 3 Pagerwojo. This was carried out in order to find out the education service management strategy that was carried out to attract new students at SMPN 3 Pagerwojo. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that SMPN 3 Pagerwojo in increasing the number of new students is to create programs so that student achievement can increase both academically and non-academicly, dividing into regular and superior classes, increasing achievement in non-academic fields. one in the field of musical and reog kendang. The most important strategy is to maximize the performance of the new student admissions committee.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang mewabah dunia secara masif mempengaruhi berbagai kehidupan manusia. Nyaris semua aspek dalam kehidupan manusia terdampak, pada aspek ekonomi baik pada skala global ataupun nasional, secara bersamaan mengalami guncangan yang luar biasa. Hal ini disebakan karena aktivitas perekonomian yang mencakup produksi, pendistribusian, dan konsumsi mengalami hambatan. Berdasarkan dengan rumusan permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (1) Menjelaskan strategi bertahan Usaha Mikro UMKM di Warung Bu Tik Desa Bendowulung Kecamatan Sanankulon Kabupaten Blitar di Era Pandemi Covid-19 melalui analisa SWOT; (2) Menjelaskan kendala dalam bertahan Usaha Mikro UMKM di Warung Bu Tik Desa Bendowulung Kecamatan Sanankulon Kabupaten Blitar di Era Pandemi Covid-19. Hasil menunjukan antara lain: Strategi bertahan Usaha Mikro UMKM di Warung Bu Tik di Desa Bendowulung Kecamatan Sanankulon Kabupaten Blitar di Era Pandemi Covid-19 melalui analisa SWOT merupakan strategi dalam pengembangan usaha meliputi faktor internal dan eksternal. Adapun penjelasan analisa strategi bertahan di Usaha Mikro UMKM di Warung Bu Tik di Desa Bendowulung Kecamatan Sanankulon Kabupaten Blitar di Era Pandemi Covid-19 melalui Analisa SWOT adalah sebagai berikut: Keunggulan (Strength): Harga terjangkau, Menu makanan dan minuman kebutuhan tiap orang. Strategi: Menambahkan menu sajian yang lebih beragam dan menarik sesuai trend dan permintaan dari pelanggan, penataaan meja dan kursi bagi pelanggan yang semakin estetik, bersih, dan indah merupakan suatu pelayanan pada sisi sarana prasarana yang akan semakin mendukung kenyamanan bagi pelanggan
