Abstract

English is a global language. It is also a subject that must be taught in educational institution especially schools in Indonesia. There is a lot of teaching methods that can teachers apply in making the students interested in learning its language. One of them is through online game namely Kahoot. This study aims to analyse how Kahoot becomes a learning platform that can help students improve their English skills. To assist the authors in doing this analysis, the Teaching Principle theory by H. Douglas Brown and Heekyong Lee was applied in this study. The authors implemented qualitative approach. The subject of the study is the students of Binakarya Mandiri Vocational High School in Bekasi specifically the English Club students. Aside from it, the authors also took the data from any supporting articles. The findings show that they could improve their English skills especially vocabulary and grammar from Kahoot as digital learning platform.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis framing berita Korean Wave di media pemberitaan online Kompas.com dan Republika.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis framing Robert N Entmant. Peneliti menganalisis proses media dalam membingkai dan menyeleksi suatu berita yang kemudian isu apa yang akan ditonjolkan oleh media tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media online Kompas.com dan Republika.com menyampaikan informasi serta bingkai berita yang berbeda. Media Kompas.com membingkai isu Korean wave sebagai sesuatu yang lumrah terjadi dan sedang digemari oleh para remaja. Sedangkan Republika.com dalam membingkai berita tentang Korean wave sebagai budaya yang bisa mempengaruhi cara berpikir bahkan menggerus identitas keIndonesiaan. Kedua media, sama-sama memberitakan Korean wave yang sedang banyak digemari remaja

Abstract

Di era saat ini usaha mikro kecil dan menengah atau UMKM sedang mengalami proses membaik dan kebangkitan ekonomi dan usaha pasca pandemi Covid 19. Kita memahami bersama di saat pandemi semua jenis usaha baikdi tingkat level besar, menengah dan kecil mengalami kelesuan yang sangat tinggi, akibatnya tidak heran tidak sedikit jenis usaha yang mengalami gulung tikar, PHK masal, pengusaha atau pekerja UMKM tidak mampu mengembalikan modal usaha, operasional usaha minus terhadap pemasukan yang turun bahkan terjun bebas. Untuk itulah peneliti tertarik untuk mengambil penelitian tentang efektivitas manajemen kandang untuk mendukung optimalisasi produksi telur pada usaha ternak puyuh petelur Panjalu. Lokasi penelitian di Peternak puyuh petelur panjalu berlokasi di Dusun Cepoko, Desa Bendowulung Rt.01/Rw. 04 Kecamatan Sanankulon Kabupaten Blitar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas manajemen kandang untuk mendukung optimalisasi produksi telur pada usaha ternak puyuh petelur Panjalu. Metode penelitan menggunakan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen kandang untuk mendukung optimalisasi produksi telur pada usaha ternak puyuh petelur Panjalu efektif dengan berbagi upaya seperti: (1 )Lokasi kandang yang relatif jauh dari riuhnya permukiman warga, (2) Mempunyai sirkulasi udara yang baik, (3) Aman dari ancaman binatang pemangsa (Ular, Tikus, Kucing dan sejenisnya, (4) Memiliki sumber air yang selalu tersedia dengan baik, tidak tercemar, terlebih pada saat musim kemarau, (5) Kandang untuk beternak puyuh bukan merupakan kandang bekas ungags lain dan jauh dari kandang unggas lainnya, (6) Menjaga stabilitas suhu , (7) Kandang puyuh posisinya tidak langsung di atas tanah

Abstract

Seeing how the effect of service quality in this study on customer satisfaction at PT. Source Jaya Lariska. This study used a total population of 20 people and because the population was less than 100, the respondents who would be given a questionnaire (number of samples) were also as many as the total population of 20 people. Instrument tests used in the data analysis process are divided into validity and reliability tests. Normality and heteroskedasticity tests are also carried out which are included as tests of classical assumptions. Finally, hypothesis testing will be carried out, namely using the t test. The results obtained are significantly the quality of service has an influence on customer satisfaction. It is proven on the basis of the regression test results with a signification value of 0.048 < 0.05.

Abstract

The performance attitude of employees also depends on the way the leader performs. Reliable human resources become a reference for achieving common goals. The researcher aims to see whether leadership style has an influence on employee performance at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Unisba Blitar. The study was carried out with a total sample of 35 people. Data analysis through instruments, then test normality and heterochemisticity. The hypothesis test is carried out with the T test. The results showed that the significance value was 0.008 < 0.05 from the hypothesis test partially so that it could be interpreted that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, therefore the leadership style had an effect on employee performance at Fisip Unisba Blitar.

Abstract

An activity or organization is inseparable from supervisory activities. In an activity or organization, it relies not only on state of the art facilities and infrastructure or tools, but also the quality of its human resources. Surveillance activities are carried out in the hope of achieving the goals that have been planned. The purpose of the study was to see whether supervision had an influence on the work discipline of employees at PT Swadharma Sarana Informatika Unit Kediri. All 40 employees became a research sample. Researchers use quantitative methods with the main and supporting data being the source of the data used. The results showed that there was a significant influence of supervision on employee work discipline based on regression testing with the help of the SPSS program showing a signification value of 0.014 < 0.05.

Abstract

The automotive world has its own value for its customers so that many open Showroom businesses, one of which is the Putri Motor Showroom which is a place to buy and sell used cars that are crowded with consumers' interest. Seeing the crowded Putri Motor Showroom is the reason this research was conducted to see the influence of price and product diversity on purchasing decisions at the Putri Motor Showroom. The research approach is through quantitative, because it aims to prove the hypothesis with instruments that become a research tool carried out through survey methods. The research was carried out at the Putri Motor Showroom which was addressed in Garum District, Blitar Regency by distributing questionnaires. In this study, customers at the Putri Motor Showroom with a total of 36 people for one year were sampled. It is known that the results of research on price variables and product diversity both partially and simultaneously influence the purchase decision at the Putri Motor Showroom.

Abstract

The success of an organization departs from the ideal performance and quality of human resources. The study aims to see whether motivation and work discipline partially and simultaneously influence the performance of employees at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of UNISBA Blitar. This research is classified as quantitative field with the spread of questionnaires to be analogous to existing theories. Data collection through observation, which is followed by questionnaires, and literature studies. Data processing methods with (a) validity tests, (b) reability, (c) classical assumptions (normality, multicollinerity, autocorrelation and heteroskesdasticity), (d) multiple linear regression analysis, (e) correlation coefficient test, (f) determination coefficient test and (g) F test and t test (hypothesis test). From the measurements made produce partially indicating the value of the sig. 0.019<0.05, meaning that motivation (X1) affects employee performance and sig value. From the work discipline of 0.000<0.05, it means that there is a significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, the two variables motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) simultaneously influence the performance of employees at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of UNISBA Blitar.

Abstract

Memasuki zaman modern seperti sekarang ini manusia sudah tidak bisa lepas dari sosial media. Platform tik tok berasal dari negeri Tiongkok September 2016 oleh Zhang Yiming. Dalam pembelajaran sendiri terdapat 5 pokok yang penting yaitu pendidik, peserta didik, materi pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, dan tujuan pembelajaran. Akun tik tok @raymondchins, akun ini merupakan akun yang memiliki pengikut sebanyak 740.0 ribu pengikut dengan jumlah suka 17.0 juta, akun tik tok ini berfokus pada pemberian pemahaman bagi khalayak masyarakat pengguna tik tok atau yang yang ingin belajar tentang investasi dan keuangan. Dalam peneliti kali ini, peneliti memilih 6 sampel video tik tok dan juga 6 narasumber dari mahasiswa asal Sulawesi Selatan yang berkuliah di Yogyakarta. Analisis kali ini digunakan adalah analisis resepsi dengan metode kualitatif. Dan dari hasil penelitian kali ini kami dapat menempatkan narasumber berdasarkan tiga tipe posisi khalayak. Posisi dominan, posisi pembaca yang dinegosiasikan, dan posisi pembaca yang oposisi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Polri's image repair strategy in the Kanjuruhan Tragedy. Many parties regretted this incident, so that there was a mutual shift of responsibility, including the assumption that the police were deemed guilty for violating FIFA rules regarding tear gas shooting. Of course, as a result of this incident the image of the police is at stake and image restoration is needed. By using the qualitative content analysis method through texts published by Kompas.com for the period 1 October - 1 November 2022, it was found that the Polri focused on restoring image by using many strategies such as simple denial, provocation, defeasibility, good intention, bolstering, compensation and corrective actions. However, the results also show that there is inconsistency and neglect of the apology or mortification strategy by the National Police. In fact, this strategy is needed when an organization is hit by a crisis.
