Abstract

Investment decisions are an alternative to increasing future income by allocating and allocating funds allocated to an activity in order to obtain profits. Selection of the right investment will bring someone in a better future planning. Individual planning for investment decisions can take the form of stock investments. This study supports to obtain empirical evidence between demographic factors and subjective norms with stock investment decisions. This research was conducted on investors who actively transact on the Indonesian stock exchange and are included as investors through a panin of securities in Semarang. A sample of 72 respondents was obtained with the margin of error (Moe) method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis found on age, education, education and positive valuation norms on stock investment decisions. The coefficient of determination (adjusted r2) shows a value of 0.770. This shows that 77% of the dependent variable of investment decisions can be determined by the independence variables of age, education, subjective norms. While the remaining 23% is determined by variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of value, reward, motivation, organizational commitment and performance on employees of the information and statistics communication agency of brebes regency. The population in this study are all employees of the information communication office and kab statistics. Brebes totaling 113 people. The sampling technique used is the census method. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. Testing the hypothesis in this study was carried out by analysis of structural equation modeling or sem. Based on the results of the study it is known that value has a positive effect on work motivation. Reward have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

This research uses correlation or correlational research that is by using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were all employees and employees of the Tegal Regency DPRD Secretariat as many as 50 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed that leadership (X1) and organizational culture (X3) partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) of the Tegal Regency DPRD Secretariat. While organizational communication (X2) has a negative and significant effect on employee performance (Y) of the Tegal Regency DPRD Secretariat. With the F test results of 11,194 significance of F 0,000 and obtained t test values for leadership variables (X1) 2,858, organizational communication variables (X2) -2,325 and organizational culture (X3) 2,843. With a significance level of leadership (X1) of 0.006, organizational communication (X2) of 0, 025 and organizational culture (X3) of 0.007.

Abstract

This study aims to determinant the direct and indirect influence of leadership and organizational culture to employees’ performance with the organizational commitment as a mediator variable at the RSUD Kabupaten Brebes. The population of this study is all employee at RSUD Kabupaten Brebes, as much 87 employees. Used by sensus method, all the population becomes sample, which mean the sample is 87 RSUD Kabupaten Brebes employees’. This study used primary data and secondary data, followed by computerassisted analysis of the path analysis IBM SPSS Statistics 19. The analysis showed that the leadership and organizational culture have a positive direct influence to organizational commitment. The leadership, organizational culture and organizational commitment also have a positive direct influence to employees’ performance. While there is a positive indirect influence between leadership and organizational culture with organizational commitment as a mediator variable.

Abstract

This research have purposes to determine (1) the effect of financial literacy on financial managementbehavior, (2) the effect of financial attitudes on financial management behavior, (3) the influence of personality onfinancial management behavior on large and retail trade MSMEs; car and motorcycle repair in EndeRegency.This research is included in associative causal research. The subjects of this study were all owners ofMSMEs in wholesale and retail trade; car and motorcycle repairs in Ende Regency as many as 96 MSMEs. Datacollection techniques using a questionnaire. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on 96 people outside thesubject who were registered as large and retail trade MSMEs; car and motorcycle repair in Ende Regency.Analysis prerequisite tests include linearity test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Data analysistechniques with multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) financial literacy variables had a positiveand significant effect on financial management behavior variables of 0.390. (2) financial attitude variables have apositive and significant influence on financial management behavior of 0.434. (3) personality variables have apositive and significant influence on financial management behavior of 0.120.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of techology acceptance model to explain purchase intentionthroug the Go-Food application. The population in this study is internet users. The sample in this research is theGo-Food application user. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, with the criteria for GoFood application users who have made at least two purchases through the Gofood application. Data collectionin research using a questionnaire with the help of Google Form. Respondents in this study were 157 respondents.Data analysis techniques in this study used Partial Least Square with the help of the WarpPLS tool. This studyfound that the intention to make purchases through the Go-Food application was influenced by word of mouth andperceived ease of use. However, the intention to make purchases using the Go-Food application is not affected bythe perception of usability. Other results show that the perception of ease of use affects the perception ofusefulness.

Abstract

The research problem in this study is how the influence of Psychological Capital and Organization Citizenship Behavior towards organizational commitment of Generation Z in Salatiga City with Person-Organiztion Fit as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study is to provide input on how to manage Generation Z in the workplace, specifically to increase the organizational commitment of Generation Z employees. Participants of this study are alumni from 3 universities in Salatiga. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that P - O Fit is not a variable that mediates the influence of Psychological Capital and OCB on organizational commitment, but psychological capital has a significant direct effect on organizational commitment on Generation Z employees in Salatiga. This research proves that the Generation Z employees in Salatiga City have an organizational commitment from the influence of psychological capital on them. For OCB variables, the results of the study show that OCB is a behavior that is an individual choice and initiative, not related to the organization's formal reward system but in aggregate increases organizational effectiveness. It can be interpreted that employees who have OCB are more concerned about personal awareness or willingness to behave socially and work beyond what is expected of their fellow employees and the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of facilities and service quality on customer satisfaction at Holiday Hotels in Batam. Sampling was determined using purposive sampling and the total sample of 136 respondents based on Slovin formula. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) version 23. The results of this study indicate that from the results of the t test, it is known that the independent variables namely facilities significantly influence customer satisfaction, service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction, and facilities significantly influence service quality. From the results of the f test, the dependent variable is customer satisfaction, that facilities and service quality simultaneously and simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Holiday Hotel in Batam.

Abstract

Business and marketing have shifted from an intellectual (rational) level to an emotional level and finally to a spiritual market where consumers are more concerned about the compatibility of products and services with the spiritual values they believe. The purpose of this study is to find out how the impact of marketing mix application to the revisit intention at Grasia Hotel Semarang. This research an empirical research, data obtained from 100 visitors of Gracia Hotel and model being analized with PLS software analysis. The analysis shows that Shariah marketing mix has a significant influence on the revisit intention at the Grasia Semarang hotel. So when shariah marketing mix increased will affect the revisit intention increasement. Products, prices, places / channels, promotions, processes, people, physical form, patience and promises influence the revisit intention at the Grasia Semarang hotel. The existence of Sharia Hotels has become a new trend that is becoming widely known to the public, so it is important for organizations to maintain the quality of its services, facilities, prices, processes, compatibility of physical buildings with Islamic content as well as the honesty and accuracy of promises in conducting hotel accommodation services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Effect of Self-Efficacy, Work Motivation, and Mediated by Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Pekalongan Branch Office. The method of this research uses quantitative research with SMART PLS analysis tools. In this study the entire population is also sample because the population are 57 employees, consisting of 34 male and 23 female employees. The results of this study indicate that:There is a positive and significant direct effect of self-efficacy on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank BNI Syariah Pekalongan Branch Office.There is a positive and significant direct effect of work motivation on employee Job Satisfaction at PT Bank BNI Syariah Pekalongan Branch Office.There is a positive and significant direct effect of self-efficacy on employee performance at PT.
