Abstract

The idea of this research was initiated by the fact that there are still many students who have difficulty determining ideas and ideas in producing a review text by determining the structure and language of the review text. The Project-Based Learning learning model is used as an alternative solution to the learner-centred learning model, namely a learning model that uses projects or activities as a learning tool to achieve attitudes, knowledge and skills competencies. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the learning process and the impact of the student's ability to write review texts. The purpose of the research is to determine the ability to write a review text of students using the Project-Based Learning learning model assisted by Wattpad. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which only has one cycle of the treatment process, data collection and data processing. The results showed that 19 students got a high score, 6 students got an adequate score, and 1 student got a low score. The results of the study can be concluded that using the Project-Based Learning model can positively affect the learning process and improve students' skills in writing review texts.

Abstract

Peserta didik yang mengalami masalah kesulitan dalam belajar harus segera ditangani dengan bimbingan agar terwujudunya situasi yang kondusif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1)  mengidentifikasi masalah yang dihadapi subjek kasus, 2) menemukenali kesulitan belajar yang dapat diatasi oleh subjek kasus, 3) upaya penanganan untuk kesulitan belajar subjek kasus. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif, dengan bentuk penelitian lapangan. Pada observasi selama pembelajaran belajar mengajar tatap muka di kelas VIII dimulai pada tanggal 2 Oktober 2021 sampai dengan 12 Maret 2022. Pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi dan wawancara dilaksanakan sehari pada 26 Juni 2022  di kelas VIII-I. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan data, siswa didiagnosis kesulitan belajar terbukti dari sulitnya konsentrasi memahami pelajaran, sering memperhatikan guru dengan pandangan yang kosong, sering melamun, cenderung pasif, dan sering kali didapati peserta didik tertidur di kelas. Terkait dengan hal tersebut dilakukan prognosis yang dibuktikan temuan bahwa kesulitan belajar karena faktor penyebab. Jika tidak segera diatasi, maka kemungkinan yang akan terjadi adalah sulit mengendalikan perilaku malas belajar yang semakin membuat prestasi belajar menurun, sering membolos, terlambat masuk kelas, sikap yang destruktif, dan subjek kasus bisa dipicu oleh sikap negatif yang awalnya mendapat skor dari sekolah hingga pengunduran atau dikeluarkan dari sekolah. Untuk itu dilakukan penanganan melakukan bimbingan belajar, memberikan tugas tambahan di rumah yang segera ditangani secara individu, selain itu memberi saran subjek kasus bila ada masalah bisa cerita kepada wali kelas, guru bimbingan konseling, atau teman yang bisa dipercaya. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa permasalahan dalam studi kasus telah ditangani oleh peneliti, wali kelas, dan guru bimbingan konseling. Peran orang tua sangat membantu dalam memberikan bimbingan pada peserta didik, sehingga dapat meningkatan prestasi peserta didik tersebut dalam pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah proses penerapan model problem based learning pada pembelajaran struktur dan penerapan kebahasaan teks eksposisi, penerapan model problem based learning pada pembelajaran struktur teks eksposisi dan penerapan kebahasaan siswa kelas X (sepuluh) SMA Bina Nusa Purwajaya Tahun 2021-2022. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model problem based learning , mendeskripsikan proses dan penerapan model problem based learning pada pembelajaran struktur teks. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan nontes.Sebelum siswa belajar menulis teks eksposisi, siswa terlebih dahulu harus memahami struktur dan kaidah bahasa yang ada dalam teks eksposisi. Pada penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai pentingnya penggunaan metode pembelajaran berbasis pembelajaran pada pembelajaran teks eksposisi di kelas, karena model ini akan membantu siswa juga guru untuk solusi pembelajaran teks eksposisi. Hasil dari penelitian penerapan model problem based learning setelah penerapan model problem based learning siswa memperoleh nilai 82 dengan presentase 20% dari 24 orang siswa. Penerapan model ini dikategorikan baik.

Abstract

Literary work is a representation or outpouring of an author's heart, it can be expressed in oral or written form. Poetry includes pouring out ideas or feelings of the heart using figurative language. Writing poetry is usually used to criticize or express an event. The physical structure of poetry in New York today by M. Aan Mansyur is more towards an attempt to express expression indirectly. The writer chooses the poem by M. Aan Mansyur to be used as a research, this is meant to understand the physical structure of the poem. This research uses descriptive method, which aims to carry out a systematic, factual, and accurate description of the physical structure of the poetry. The results of the discussion in poetry that there is no New York today found the meaning of homesickness, longing for lovers, and homesickness and researchers were able to reveal the meaning contained in poetry in terms of diction, imagery, concrete, figurative language, rhyme, facial expression, and mandate

Abstract

This research is based on the many songs that are difficult to understand its meaning. A song is a series of tones combined with harmonious rhythms and complemented by poems that form a beautiful harmonisation. The song conveys its messages through lyrics that tell about a journey or or a picture of one's life therefore the song is often used as a medium to express feelings towards others. The purpose of this study was to analyze the meaning of Banda Neira's song "The Broken Growing, the Lost Changed" using a semiotic approach. The method used in this paper is qualitative descriptive that exposes writing based on the content of literary works, while the writing technique is a library study. The results showed that the lyrics of the song popularized by Banda Neira are a motivational message for someone who falls in a complicated situation because whatever happens time will go on and everything will pass. This song is very inspiring and suitable for listeners to stay uplifted despite the difficult circumstance.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of pale short stories by Salma Ihsania with an intrinsic element approach. One of the literary works that tells a lot about personal life or a fairy tale is a short story. One of the analyzes that can be carried out on a literary work is the intrinsic element approach. The intrinsic elements in a short story are theme, characterization, plot, background, point of view, mandate. The purpose of this study was to determine the intrinsic element analysis in a pale short story. Qualitative descriptive method is used to analyze this short story. Reading, analyzing, and marking fragments are ways to get to a text. This method is done so that the intrinsic elements and the value of life in the short story are easily identified, easily understood, and understood by the reader. From this research, the results show that this pale short story by Salma Ihsania contains intrinsic measures including themes, characterizations, points of view, mandate, and settings so it is interesting to read by all groups, both adults and adolescents. After getting the results of this research, it is hoped that the reader will get the intrinsic elements conveyed by the author. Keywords: Analysis, Intrinsic element approach, Pale Pasi Short Story

Abstract

Poetry is a literary work whose language is bound by rhyme and is a person's ideas and feelings about something that are poured into beautiful words.  Language style is one of the media in stylistic studies that can be used as a medium in assessing the beauty of fictional poetry and prose works.  The background of this research is to analyze the language style (figure of speech) used in Ali Hasjmi's sorry poetry, as well as to assist in the development of Indonesian language learning in analyzing the language style of the poetry.  The method used by researchers is a qualitative descriptive method.  The data analysis was carried out through several stages including literature study by reading, writing the required content, and identifying the verse and lines of poetry that contained language styles.  The results found in Ali Hasjmi's regretful poetry include three styles of language including affirmation, satire and comparison.  The figures used are personification, metaphoric, hyperbole, sinekdoke, rhetorical, and irony.  In regret poetry there are four stanzas and fifteen lines.

Abstract

This study aims, 1) how the scenario and implementation of learning to write short story texts using the inquiry method assisted by image media in class XI IPA SMA Plus Tauhidul Afkar, 2) how teachers and students respond to learning to write short story texts using assisted inquiry method image media? 3) What are the difficulties experienced by class XI students of SMA Plus Tauhidul Afkar in completing short story writing tasks? Researchers for their awareness use descriptive methods. The data collection techniques are observation, documentary, interview, test, and questionnaire. Data collection was carried out by researchers, namely observation guideline sheets, recording devices, interview guideline sheets, test sheets, student activity observation sheets, and questionnaire sheets. Based on the results of data analysis on the implementation, it can be concluded that the planning and implementation of inquiry learning in writing short stories in class XI IPA for SMA Plus Tauhidul Afkar students are synchronized with the 2013 curriculum. The results obtained by students on learning to write short stories using the inquiry method are successful and can increase creativity.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the researcher’s curiosity about the poetry of a K.H Mustofa Bisri which is very different from his main profession as a very famous scholar and preacher in Indonesia. Many literary works have been born from the ideas and thoughts of a K.H Mustofa Bisri. One of his literary works in the characteristic poetry of his poetry is known for its sharp and flicked language, hi often make poetry that criticizes and satirizes the socio-political and religious behaviour of the wider community. One of the poems that caught the attention of researchers was entitled “Negeriku” through this poem he was able to express his anxiety and irritation towards the country he loved by using subtle but quite slapping language. This study aims to analyze the inner elements of poetry, namely the theme, tone, taste, and mandate of the poem entitled “My Country”. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. As for the results of tained with regard to reseacher’s analysis, it can be concluded that in this poem 1. The theme of social justice, 2. Shows a sense of sadness, disappointment, and anxiety from a poet,3. The tone of this poem is slightly offensive or critical, and 4. The message that you want conveyed by the poet, namely optimizing human resources in Indonesia to manage the natural wealth of this country, do not want to be enslaved by the colonizers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fakta yang menyatakan bahwa nilai moral dalam suatu novel itu penting. Novel sebagai sebuah karya sastra tulis harus memuat nilai moral agar dapat dijadikan sebagai teladan bagi setiap pembacanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai moral yang terkandung dalam novel “Drunken Mama”. (2) Mendeskripsikan bentuk dan cara penyampaian nilai moral dalam novel “Drunken Mama” karya Pidi Baiq, dan (3) Bagaimana penokohan dalam novel “Drunken Mama” karya Pidi Baiq. Novel “Drunken Mama” mengandung humor yang dipaparkan sebagai salah satu bentuk penyampaian nilai moral yang ditulis dengan gaya bahasa khas seorang Pidi Baiq. Dalam penelitian ini penulis hanya terfokus pada tokoh utama yaitu “Pidi”. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif sebagai bentuk penelitian dan ditelaah dengan metode analisis wacana yaitu dengan mencari data yang bersifat apa adanya sehingga hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nilai moral seperti nilai sosial serta nilai etika dan kesusilaan yang mampu dijadikan sebagai motivasi bagi pembaca dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Adapun nilai moral yang terdapat pada tokoh “Pidi” dapat diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, seperti nilai agama, nilai adat istiadat, dan nilai kesopanan.
