Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan dan mengetahui kesalahan dalam bernalar pada karangan argumentasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan terhadap mahasiswa Universitas Sriwijaya pada Mata Kuliah Bahasa Indonesia, dengan subjek penelitan tentang kesalahan bernalar yang dilakukan mahasiswa semester 2 angkatan 2021 pada karangan mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Sumber data penelitian adalah karangan argumentasi mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan nalar yang ditemukan hanya kesalahan yang disebabkan penggunaan bahasanya atau kesalahan informal. Kesalahan formaldan informal yang dijadikan acuan berdasarkan teori Hurley. Kesalahan formal tidak didapati. Kesalahan informal terdiri 18, yaitu appeal to the people, red herring, missing the point, accidence, hasty generalization, weak analogy, false cause appeal to ignorance, slippery slope, appeal to the author, amphiboly, begging the question, complex question, false dichotomy, suppressed evidence, division dan composition. Kesalahan nalar baru penulis namakan kesalahan kompleks. Jumlah kesalahan nalar yang ditemukan adalah 214. Jenis kesalahan nalar yang berfrekuensi paling tinggi adalah kesalahan amphiboly, sebanyak 23,14%, sedangkan yang paling rendah adalah kesalahan appeal to authority, accidence, composition, dan division, masing-masing 0,58% atau 1 kesalahan. Kesalahan nalar yang tidak ditemukan berjumlah lima, yaitu appeal to force, appeal to pitty, argumentum againts the person, straw man, dan equivocation. Penelitian ini menghasilkan simpulan bahwa adanya kesalahan nalar menunjukkan bahwa penalaran memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam karangan argumentasi. Permasalahan eksternal mengacu pada faktor mahasiswa itu sendiri, minimnya buku tentang penalaran, serta permasalahan pengajaran terkait pemahaman penalaran mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan variasi bahasa pada Kontrakan Rempong YouTube Warintil Official Episode 390-415 dari Segi Penutur. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi masalah mengklasifikasikan data, menganalisis data berdasarkan hasil klasifikasi, menginterpretasi hasil klasifikasi dan menarik kesimpulan Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik simak, dan teknik catat. Sumber data penelitian ini sebanyak 26 video pada bulan Oktober dan November 2021 episode 390-415 dari YouTube Warintil Official Berdasarkan deskripsi data penemuan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan variasi bahasa dari segi penutur para pemain Warintil Official di peroleh kesimpulan bahwa: varias bahasa dari segi penutur terbagi menjadi empat macam idiolek, dialek, kronolek dan sosiolek. a) Idiolek berkenaan dengan terdapat warna suara, pilihan kata, gaya bahasa, dan susunan kalimat. b) Dialek berkenaan dengan dialek peneliti menemukan 4 dialek yaitu dialek Medan, dialek Sunda, dialek Jawa, dan dialek Melayu, c) Kronolek berkenaan dengan penggunaan bahasa lama dilihat dari penkitian ditemukan 4 kata lama yaitu nek, kereta, ratu, dan bertapa. d) Sosiolek berkenaan dengan sosial peneliti menemukan 3 golongan sosial yaitu pendidikan sosial, jenis kelamin, dan pekerjaan, dan juga terdapat pengkelompokan sosiolek dengan 8 golongan yaitu akrolek, basilek, argot, jargon, koliak, slang, vulgar, dan ken. Dari uraian di atas simpulan terkait penelitaian ini peneliti menemukan keempat variasi bahan segi penutur yang ada di Kontrakan Rempong YouTube Warintil Official.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kondisi siswa yang memiliki masalah terkait dengan keterampilan berbicara diakibatkan oleh faktor-faktor tertentu yang menyebabkan anak tersebut mengalami kesulitan dalam belajar khususnya bahasa Indonesia, serta memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian Studi Kasus menggunakan pendekatan Open-Ended Problem. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 4 SD yang mengalami permasalahan berbicara. Terdapat enam langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) identifikasi kasus dengan cara observasi dan wawancara dengan orang-orang di sekitar siswa; (2) identifikasi masalah dengan cara menandai dan melokalisasi letak permasalahan yang dihadapi siswa tersebut; (3) diagnosis menggunakan lembar observasi, wawancara dan lembar penilaian keterampilan berbicara yang dikembangkan untuk siswa; (4) prognosis dengan menggunakan pendekatan Open Ended Problem; (5) remedial, yaitu upaya untuk melaksanakan perbaikan atau penyembuhan masalah yang dihadapi klien, berdasarkan keputusan yang diambil dalam langkah prognosis; dan (6) evaluasi untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh tindakan bantuan (treatment) yang telah diberikan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan simpulan bahwa terdapat adanya faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi perkembangan keterampilan berbicara siswa dan peningkatan yang dialami siswa setelah diberi treatment. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dilihat melalui aspek-aspek penilaian yang mencadi acuan kriteria penilaian berbicara antara lain aspek pemilihan kata, ketepatan ucapan, kelancaran, keberanian, kenyaringan, dan gerak-gerik/mimik yang meningkat dibanding sebelumnya. Penilaian aspek kebahasaan dan nonkebahasaan yang meningkat dari tahap presiklus yang awalnya sebesar 49,68 dan masuk kriteria “sangat kurang baik”, meningkat menjadi 69,58 atau “cukup”, hingga pada kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada siklus 2 meningkat menjadi 80,03 dalam kategori “sangat baik”.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the advantages of the Quizalize platform, describe the form of development of Quizalize integrated with Google Classroom, and find out respondents’ responses to the Quizalize platform integrated with Google Classroom as an Indonesian Language Learning Media. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach. The method used is a questionnaire or survey method. The result of this study are advantages of the Quizalize platform, namely being able to use material and quizzes from other teachers, being able to provide follow-up on the evaluations carried out by students, and being able to print quizzes in the form of question papers. Quizalize platform development: 1) create Indonesian online classes, 2) create activities in online classes, 3) create quizzes or evaluations of Indonesian language learning, 4) create classes and quizzes in Quizalize integrated with Google Classroom. In addition, the results of the questionnaire that were made showed that the Quizalize media was effective, meaningful, interesting, quite easy to use, and helped in understanding Indonesian language learning.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the form of lexical interference contained in Gita Savitri's video entitled "Opinions episode 77: 'Insecure Mulu...How To Deal With It'. The method used in this research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subject used in this study is one of the videos contained in Gita Savitri's YouTube channel and the object in this study is the use of two languages ​​used by Gita Savitri to convey her ideas and then the forms of language errors that occur in the video will be analyzed. The following: The form of lexical interference based on word class found in Gita Savitri's video entitled "Insecure mulu how to deal with it" was found as many as 59 data including nine classes of verbs, twenty-two classes of adjectives, twenty-one classes of nouns, four classes of pronouns and three classes of numerals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause literary writers to find it difficult to carry out writing activities and the role of podcast as a medium that helps literary writers to overcome writing difficulties so that their motivation and enthusiasm for writing rises again. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative to explain or interpret systematically and accurately about the factors that cause the decline in the motivation of literary writers and the role of narration in overcoming the problems that faced by literary writers. There are 100% of the 20 research samples who have difficulty in writing literary works. Some of these difficulties include (1) 80% difficulty getting inspiration, (2) 75% lack of vocabulary so that it is difficult to choose the right words, (3) 70% lack of knowledge in using PUEBI (General Guidelines for Indonesian Spelling) rules correctly, (4) 75% difficulty getting ideas or topics, and (5) 50% difficulty in publishing literary works. There are several roles of podcast that can help overcome the difficulty of writing literary works, as followed (1) helping in finding inspiration, (2) finding ideas or topics, (3) adding vocabulary, and (4) publishing literary works. Apart from the roles previously mentioned, there are actually many roles that can help minimize the problems faced by literary writers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of parental care patterns of boarding madrasah teachers on language acquisition of children aged 3 years. To achieve this goal, a qualitative descriptive research method was used with the approach of language acquisition theory (Dardjowidjojo). The study was conducted in the teacher's residents Insan Cendekia OKI during March-April 2022 with a cakap libat technique and a simple interview to two children aged 38 months and 40 months. The data analysis technique is done by analyzing the elements of phonology, morphology, and syntax that are adjusted to the age of the two children based on the theory of Soenjono Dardjowidjojo. Based on the research that has been done, the results showed that the pattern of care carried out directly by the mother and others (caregivers) have a different impact on language acquisition for children aged 3 years. KF is nurtured by grandmother (Nanny) because his father and mother teach in boarding madrasah, Kf just has phonological skills, but not good enough in morphology syntax side. Meanwhile, Hs who was taken care of directly for 24 hours by his mother (only his father who worked) had almost perfect language skills and acquisition both from the level of phonology, morphology, and syntax.

Abstract

Conceptual metaphors are used by humans to communicate, including the mass media. Concepts are mapped by humans to understand the essence of meaning networks (Arimi, 2015). Research on the conceptual metaphor for the term PPKM can be carried out to look at the mass media's depiction of terms which are government policies in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to describe the types of conceptual metaphors and concepts of meaning for the term PPKM in the online newspaper Kompas. The theory used is Lakoff and Johnson (1980) to define conceptual metaphor. This research method is qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by observing and note-taking methods. The results of the study found there are 25 conceptual metaphors. Based the types of conceptual metaphors, 8 structural metaphors, 10 orientational metaphors, and 7 ontological metaphors. This research found there were 10 concepts of the meaning of the term PPKM, namely PPKM is restraint, PPKM is a scenario, PPKM is a room, PPKM is long, PPKM is wide, PPKM is walking, PPKM is down, PPKM is a brake, PPKM is a road, and PPKM is a tree.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the form of directive speech acts and describe the Indonesian teacher's speech strategies in class IX at SMP Negeri 3 Colomadu. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. This research method aims to describe, describe, analyze critically and objectively regarding the forms of directive speech acts and speech strategies of Indonesian teachers in class IX at SMP Negeri 3 Colomadu. The data used in this study are in the form of speech taken from listening to the speech of teachers and students during the teaching and learning process in class. The data collection technique in this study used the Cakap Free Involved Listening technique followed by note-taking and recording techniques. The focus of the research was carried out in order to obtain an overall overview of the forms of directive speech acts and speech strategies of Indonesian language teachers in class IX at SMP Negeri 3 Colomadu. The results of the research that has been done are; first, the dominant directive speech acts used by the teacher in the teaching and learning process in class IX at SMP Negeri 3 Colomadu are speech acts of ordering, begging, suggesting, demanding, and challenging. Second, the speaking strategy used by the teacher in class IX at SMP Negeri 3 Colomadu, namely (1) speaking frankly without preamble, (2) speaking frankly with positive politeness, (3) speaking frankly with politeness. negative, (4) spoke vaguely.

Abstract

Loss is something that cannot be separated from the life of every human being. Issues of loss are not only present in real everyday life, but are also present in a literary work, one of which is present in the song lyrics and film Kukira Kau Rumah. Therefore, this study aims to describe how the portrait of loss is contained in the lyrics of the song and film Kukira Kau Rumah along with the sureeche responses contained therein. This research is descriptive qualitative by using comparative literature method and literary psychology approach as well as the theory of depression according to Rando. The data sources in this study are song lyrics and the film Kukira Kau Rumah. The data collection technique was carried out by listening to notes through song lyrics and the film Kukira Kau Rumah. The data analysis technique was carried out by listening to and listening to the lyrics of the song Kukira Kau Rumah, watching and listening to the film Kukira Kau Rumah, marking the parts that show loss and depression, classifying the data, and concluding the results. The results of the study show that there are two portrait forms of loss in the lyrics of the song and film Kukira Kau Rumah, including loss of self aspects (loss of self) and loss of the closest person or loved one. In addition, 12 positive responses were found including 4 avoidance positive responses, 4 confrontation positive responses, and 4 comfort positive responses. Based on this, it can be seen that the lyrics of the song Kukira Kau Rumah influence the form of the film Kukira Kau Rumah by covering the agreements and differences contained therein.
